Whatever you do, ask yourself which of the two candidates do America need now at our present cross-road? Is it an uninspiring old grandpa who does not have the demeanor, style or substance or the ebullient, indefatigable, awe-inspiring young blood? Ask yourself which of the two men you would rather have as your best man in your wedding - in other words which of the men is more personable and presidential? Only one answer is the correct answer and if you answered Barack Obama, you scored correctly.

Senator Barack Obama is what America needs at this time and the world is the teacher waiting to score us! With your vote, tell the world that America is not a co-traveller in the George Bush eight years of misguided voyage to no reasonable destination! Can you as an intelligent voter, make the right change which this time calls for, with that your precious vote? Do it for our collective place in the eyes of the world! Do it for all the 'Joe the Plumbers' of America who need some helping hand! Do it for our economy! Do it for our international standing and image! Do it for the ill-advised policies that misled us into Iraq and Afghanistan! Do it for Wall Street as well as Main Street! Do it for all the closed plants in the Midwest! "This McSick is not what America needs at this time!" Do it for our energy policies which has made filling our tanks a nightmare! Do it for the sake of your children! AMERICA, ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A FIFTH GRADER?

One guest of Icheoku's round-table discussion, postulated that November 4th, 2008 will be the D-day for the final testing of the IQ (intelligence quotient) of Americans! Another ensconced that November 4th, 2008 is a day for reckoning when America will finally prove that all the alleged progress made regarding race-relations in America is not a ruse but a reality. Yet another called it a referendum on America's magnanimity and ability to rise above crass idiocy to embrace what is right and good for the country. Of all the takes of our guests on NOvember 4th, 2008, the one articulation which stands out above all others was chosen by Icheoku as the most goal-directed of all. It came from one advertising consultant in San Francisco who succinctly articulated Tuesday November 4th 2008 as the day, America will be asked, are you smarter than a fifth grader?

Icheoku selected this as the pay-day line because this November 4th 2008 election is a test of smart voting, period! It is an election where America will decide whether the past eight years was what they bargained for and whether a vibrant, energetic, young, formidable and inspiring man will be traded for a sickly, angry, petite, old and uninspiring gnome. Only smart voting will yield the deserved result. One of our discussant asked an opposition to give him one single reason to vote for John McCain and the answer he got was that John McCain is an American. To this Icheoku says so also is Barack Obama!

Whatever subterfuge the opposition may try to hide under, Icheoku's finding is that those opposing Senator Barack Obama are crass racists bigots who cannot stand to see a hybrid American in "their" White-house; pure and simple! Whether they call him elitist, too young, different, palling around, arrogant, socialist, wealth re-distributor, too eloquent, too intelligent, well-educated, celebrity etc our investigation affirmed that these acronyms represent inbred racism which political correctness prevents them from openly broaching. But listen to their spokesmen Rush Limbaugh, Sean "manatee" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and doll-baby Lou Dobbs and you will conclude with Icheoku that these breed of white-supremacists do not mean well for this great country. The good news however is that these human scum-bags are nearing extinction and Senator Barack Obama's victory in November 4th, 2008 presidential election will be the final nail in their coffin. Icheoku believes that some of these beasts will be so pissed off with the anticipated result in November 4th, 2008 that they will jump off bridges or shoot out their brains in protest. This will be a very welcome relieve to the real great Americans who want a faster track to full real and meaningful integration and assimilation without regard to color of the skin. Icheoku will throw a party each time one of these despicable scondrels and rascals commits suicide and pray it will be several parties.

Irrespective of whatever happened to his marriage to wife number one, the governor of Enugu State, Sullivan Chime has taken a second wife, now wife number two, former Miss Clara Chibuzo Igwe. Icheoku says congratulations and hopes that the governor finds in her whatever was elusive in wife number one! Icheoku also hopes that wife number one, Ify (Nee Ochu) Chime and mother of his five children of three boys and two girls was properly provided for; after the over seventeen years they were together trying to build each other up. Men must always be men but all that glitters is not always gold!

TIME SHALL TELL by Prophet M.K.O. Tibetan
From time immemorial whenever the Bible is read, it is handled with care and respect, because we believe it is the word of God since ancient believers. Even in Churches and Mosques; thieves do not steal Bible and Quran. In Kaduna when there was religious riot, a woman who rough-handled the Holy Bible was instantly punished by the Almighty God; because it is a Holy Book. But now both in Nigeria and Africa as a whole, people do not honor the Holy Book again nor have the fear of God while preaching the Gospel. In government of today, Bible and Quran are used to take false oath before the authority in order to be in public office; including all our politicians holding one post or the other. In some churches today, the Bible is used to deceive both believers and non-believers in order to enrich the pockets of Church founders and their families.

Mis-interpretation of God's words has led many unfortunate Christians astray, Jeremiah 32:33 & Jeremiah 17:11 to the end. Whenever they want to register their churches with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) they behave like angels and immediately after become something else i.e. their wives becoming automatic mommies. Before the registration they answer various names but soon after registration they become mommy and daddy. But we thank God that till date, no approval has been given to any organization or person to re-produce the Holy Bible! They could have used such opportunity to commit more at-will atrocities in Nigeria. All church ministries in Nigeria such as Celestial Church of Christ (C.C.C.); the Redeemed Christian Church of God (R.C.C.G); Winners' Chapel and numerous other churches has been using the Holy Book to convince many unfortunate masses to enrich their pockets under the pretence that they are preaching the Gospel; but their aim and objective is for commercial purposes and not for salvation. Sooner or later, ‘TIME. SHALL TELL’ on everyone. Luke.8:20-end: Galatian3: Romans 2:20-end

On the other way round, if we look at everything in Nigeria and Africa as a whole today, everybody in government offices and private sectors have lost their conscience in order to enrich themselves with public funds: politicians continue to divert money meant for the masses into their personal purses; forgetting that one day ‘TIME: SHALL TELL on them. Inflation and cheating are everywhere. Corruption is becoming unbearable while faithfulness and honesty could no longer be found anywhere in the land. Youth continues to grow daily in criminal activities due to lack of parental care and guidance. Past leaders wanted their children to lake over the ruling of the country but were unable to achieve their selfish aims because TIME DID TELL on them. Students in higher institution of learning have no regard for their lecturers or school authorities, landlords continue to increase shops and house rents indiscriminately only to make things more difficult for the masses. Everybody should realize that our expiry date is boldly written on each individuals' palms and that death is inevitable and we cannot alter what is already written. So whatever we do, TIME SHALL TELL on everybody. Psalm 49.2 & Sam. 14:14

Our female youths between the ages of 11-15 carry unwarranted pregnancies that lead to their having unwanted babies. Most of them are without education or moral training and end their lives in total regret with abundant problems as many of them are product of broken homes. Women above the age of 40-45 with different types of cars flock to Pentecostal Churches in search of future partners; but at last there will be no positive result nor achievement since they move from their house to office and from office to church then home and the circus starts all over again. These triangular movement has made them to end up with more regrets than when they started. Eventually ‘TIME WILL TELL on them.

Now to overseas where a lot of Nigerian men and women are residing, after spending many years without any reasonable achievements, at last they shall return home to begin again after their fruitless efforts overseas; hence their TIME TOLD ON THEM!

MAN KILLED FOR URINATING!

A Nigerian man was killed by the Chinese authorities for answering the call of nature? This Nigerian was killed because of mere urination and Icheoku says if the Chinese authority is so fastidious about people not urinating in public in their country, they should provide adequate public urinary for people with need to go, to make use of. To kill a person for simply urinating in public is rather arbitrary - it is an excessive reaction! It is using a hatchet where a scalper is called for and must be condemned by all men of good will!

The Nigerian, Mr Ojide John Ekene from Umuleri Anambra State Nigeria, was allegedly clubbed to death by Chinese security operatives for allegedly urinating in public. The victim was on a business trip in China when medical condition forced him to want to go immediately; but seeing no public urinary within the vicinity of his location, decided to just do it by the street corner. It was while he was doing his thing that he was spotted by some overzealous Chinese operatives who arrested him and while "interrogating" him the Chinese-style, cracked his skull. The rest is now history as the Chinese added yet another victim to their ruthlessness. Icheoku asks, does it mean that public urination now carries a death sentence in China?

Condemning this senseless murder, the Nigerian House of Representative described it as extra-judicial killing; emphasising that it has "become a recurring decimal for Nigerians to be harassed and killed by some blood thirsty security men in foreign lands". To this Icheoku retorts that such practice persists because there is no responsible government of Nigeria in Nigeria to defend her citizens world-wide. There is no government in place in Abuja with enough moral high ground to command respect and be respected by those "foreign lands". If Nigerian house of Representatives want Nigeria to be respected, they should start the quest first, by putting their house and country in order! Respect is not a chieftaincy title which is readily conferred but it is earned! The Nigerian house of Representative can start this march to earn respect of these "foreign countries and their operatives" by enabling a conducive environment for conducting free and fair elections in Nigeria. Also disqualifying those members of their House of Representatives that are known members of the 419 international crime syndicate! Thereafter, they should all stand for fresh elections as there was none previously. They should permit the people of Nigeria to actually choose by and for themselves who their representatives are, with their votes properly cast and counted. A credible election and not the current imposition by the ruling elites is a road-map to earning respect! That will be a good first step towards getting some respect, Nigerian house of Representatives! No serious person anywhere in the world especially their leader of the world really listen to a bunch of election-riggers with some 419 criminal membership on any important issue including the death of a citizen of that country. Pretend all you can as to your importance or lack thereof, you are just playing the ostrich thinking nobody know who you are - a bunch of disreputable political hacks!

Icheoku took a little excursion into the world of public urination to see if it is a widely frowned happenstance or just restricted to China? We discovered that in Hialeah Florida, United States of America, a man was shot and killed for urinating in public. According to the narrative, the victim was repeatedly asked to stop urinating along 79th Street and West 5th Avenue in Hialeah. He refused which resulted to a fight wherein another man pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the chest. The good news however is that unlike the Chinese incident, the shooting of the unarmed urinating man was not carried out by agents of the state; the culprit here was arrested and is currently facing prosecution for homicide.

Also in India a man was recently killed for urinating in public. According to the Times of India story, a retired colonel was arrested on Saturday afternoon for allegedly killing a 40-year old man who was urinating near the boundary wall of an Army colony. The police said that colonel V S Yadav was arrested for the alleged murder of Faimuddin, a resident of D block slums near Vasant Vihar. Faimuddin was on his way to Shankar Vihar from Vasant Vihar along with his friend Bunny to play holi. Shankar Vihar is a residential colony near the Indira Gandhi International airport. They stopped near a boundary wall where Faimuddin started urinating. According to the police, colonel Yadav who is the security in-charge of the colony saw Faimuddin urinating and in a fit of rage beat him up. One of the blows proved fatal due to which Faimuddin collapsed and died. The Delhi Cantonment police is investigating the case.

Again in Brisbane Australia, a man was killed as recently as October 10th, 2008, for urinating in public. The victim died after being tied up and beaten because he had urinated on their wall. The Queensland Supreme Court on Friday heard that 47-year-old Thomas John Standish, from Lawnton north of Brisbane, died after being punched repeatedly and having masking tape wrapped around his head. Michael John McPhee, 41, and Damien James Frame, 28, then dumped Mr Standish's body in Goong Creek at Beachmere, north-east of Brisbane.
The court was told they tied bricks to Mr Standish's body, wrapped him in a doona and used a knife to slit his stomach to allow water in so he would sink faster. Icheoku says all because of ordinary urine which evaporates within few minutes? They were arrested and charged with murder but later plead to manslaughter and interfering with a corpse. McPhee was sentenced to eight and a half years in jail while his accomplice Frame was sentenced to seven and a half years.

Again the Chinese authorities arrested a Chinese table-tennis player for public urination outside a Beijing karaoke club. The Chinese table-tennis star Wang Hao was however not killed, unlike the Nigerian; but was merely cited and asked to get counselling. He was a two-time Olympic singles silver medallist. This is the idle thing to do in such a situation, but to kill somebody becuase he urinated in any place regardless, is somewhat over-reaching, scandalous and smacks of arbitrariness and an official lynching! It is condemnable!

In San Francisco, public urination is a crime but unlike the Chinese treatment of the Nigerian, it is not punishable by death! Emptying one's bladder in a public place is a crime, even if there is no specific law prohibiting the practice, a state appeals court once ruled. Public urination on or near a busy commercial street interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of both life and property which otherwise qualifies as a public nuisance. "The sight and smell of urine are vile and offensive but Icheoku adds, it does not merit a death penalty since it is just a quality of life issue!

Icheoku found out that from America to India to Australia to China there is a near impulsive reactionary resentment to public urination primarily because of the quality of life issue implicated thereby. However a man should not be killed for such a trivial answer to a call of nature; especially where public conveniences for such private moments are nearly non-existent. Such reckless taking of life calls for probe, arrest and trial of the culprits! Upon conviction, the Chinese authorities should pay restitution to the family of the victim to compensate for the loss of life and income expectations. Anything short of this will not be palliative enough. Also if the Chinese authorities are magnanimous enough, may be an added apology will be necessary. Lastly, Icheoku condemns this senseless taking of life particularly as it appertains to this very victim who had a medical condition (he was diabetic) which spurred the urge for immediate bathroom relieve. According to eye witnesses, there was no public restroom within the vicinity hence the victim's decision to empty his urea-sack on a street corner. Should he have been ticketed for this, you bet! Should he have been arrested for breaching public quality of life, sounds reasonable! Should he have been fined for this, Icheoku answers in the affirmative! But should he die for such triviality, Icheoku says, WE DON'T THINK SO! The Nigerian authorities, if any, should hold the Chinese authorities accountable for this abhorable homicide and extract from them both compensation and apology for and on behalf of this unfortunate victim's family. It is very unfortunate that the average Joe-Nigerian is on his own as her government neither cares nor gives a rat's ass about her citizens welfare! What a country!

PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES ROCK DINNER!

Senators John McCain and Barack Obama were very hilarious at the Alfred E. Smith dinner party hosted today October 16th, 2008 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York city. Both candidates were senatorial and sartorial in their well bedecked black tuxedos with matching white shirt and tie. Only in America could such camaraderie still exist between two warriors for the presidency after all the months of bickering about who misrepresented who through his political campaigns. Like Barack Obama eloquently stated, after all said and done, we are all a community and above all, we are all Americans! The Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner is a charity roast run by the Archdiocese of New York to raise money for underprivileged children.

As of today, 15th October, 2008, the Senator John McCain's campaign has conceded two states to his opponent Senate Barack Obama. By winding down his operations and pulling his staffers out of Michigan and Wisconsin, Senator John McCain admitted the obvious - that his effort in these two states will simply not pay off; it will not yield any desirable dividend hence his decision to cut back on his losses! It appears that Grandpa Senator John McCain has also yielded Colorado to Barack Obama! The way to go, grumpy angry yo-yo!

Icheoku says this move by the Senator John McCain campaign is commendable but urges that two states is just not enough; it is simply the beginning of what will come - a denudation of states concession! Icheoku expects the Senator John McCain campaign to concede the rest of the forty-seven states before November 4th, 2008 election date! Icheoku further states that this move is the only meaningful option for Senator John McCain to go out in a blaze of glory. The task ahead at this time, is almost a 'MISSION IMPOSSIBLE' for Senator John McCain and the "mavericky" in him should prompt him to throw in the towel now and forever etch his name in gold; as the one who finally brought America's despicable racist past to a conclusive end!

THE CLOWN WHO WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT!

Icheoku takes the singular pleasure to introduce to you, this clown who wants to be president. His name is Senator John (McClown) McCain! He is over 72 years old and has been drawing on social security for over seven years now, yet covets the presidency! The thing about this septuagenarian Grandpa Senator from Arizona is that he has been masking this part of his life until this night, after the final presidential debate at Hofstra University, Hempstead, Long Island, New York.

Whether or not this pose here right is presidential is for you to decide and vote accordingly on November 4th, 2008. Like his vice presidential candidate, Sarah 'beauty queen' Palin said on Rush Limbaugh syndicated radio talk-show yesterday, "she has nothing to loose in this election" hence the diabolical tone of her campaign against an all American boy - Senator Barack Obama! The polls ain't lying! Peradventure, this 'have nothing to lose' attitude is a collective decision of the Senator John McCain campaign, hence this Methuselah's decision to clown his way out of the auditorium after the third and final debate.

Senator John McCain appears to have resigned himself to fate - that he has lost this election! He is trailing behind Barack Obama by over 15 points in virtually every poll coupled with his lack-lustre performances at the debates and being clueless as how to jump-start America. His conclusion is that this election is a fait accompli! Accordingly since he has lost, he might as well indulge himself in some fun hence the magical appearance of his clown hat!

America, it is time to hit the reset button and bring Senator Barack Obama to fix all that went wrong these past eight years of George Bush mayhem. Barack Obama will correctly do what needs to be done to move America forward! After the last eight years we need to start all over afresh and Senator Barack Obama is what we need for this much desirable clean break from the past McBush! Senator John McCain is more of the same as George Bush so he will not yield the necessary moral high-ground to do what this time demands. Senator John McCain is a Republican and they are not presently good news! They should be shown the way out of the White-house so that men with necessary wherewithal and gravitas can start speaking to the world again on behalf of the American people! Your task is to VOTE on November 4th, 2008 for the erudite candidate Senator Barack Obama and say No Way! No How! No McCain! No Palin! We do not need a clown for president!

WHO DO YOU REALLY WANT?

Should the unexpected happen and the accident of a George Bush 2004 surprised, all odds-shattering election victory repeats itself (God forbid evil), America would have forever tagged itself, the most racist country in the world! America would by such an unimaginable outcome, been sprayed by a skunk and stink it shall forever! It will be a general conclusion of so many that KKK and White supremacists still rule this great land and that all the supposed progress of the last several decades has not permeated the hearts and minds of Americans. Such an undeserved outcome will be a collective stigma on every American as each American will be painted with the same brush of a crass racist! If you do not want this indelible mark of the beast tattooed on your forehead, now is the time to contact your neighbor, family member, colleague, friend and even a stranger to clarify to him/her why this election must be decided one way and one way only; since nothing else makes sense! One candidate has out-performed the other candidate in every determinable department imaginable in this election campaign, so what else will stop him? Otherwise, it will be seen that all the rantings about a country that has since moved on from its despicable racist past is just a ruse and the world as well as our conscience will never forgive us for such a missed opportunity to reinvent ourselves. All it will take, is for Americans to be dispassionate and vote smart in this election.

Vote like it is hot and let the better of the two candidate get your vote! Vote like you are color-blind! Vote like you are grading a professional examination paper without any indication as to who wrote which paper! Vote like you mean well for this country and will like to see America excel once again! Vote like you know what you are doing! Vote like an informed person! Vote with your head and not your arse! Vote like an American desirous to see America triumph, loved and respected once again! Vote like you are giving the last George Bush eight years its deserved failing grades of straight 'F' across the board! Vote like you really want to see America turn a new page! Vote like the failure of the financial industry shouldn't have happened! Vote like you want to grow above yourself! Vote like you want to do right by and for America! The primaries have come and gone and America watched one of the candidate grow into a formidable presidential candidate while the other diminished into a ranting rage-filled gnome who has been variously described as impulsive, erratic, irrational, angry, inarticulate and too old for the job! The campaign so far has been unfolding before the eyes of every American and the candidate with the steady hand is very obvious! We have witnessed two debates with one scheduled for tomorrow October 15th, 2008 and the verdict is that one candidate continually thumped the other! Over-all one candidate has a coherent plan to engage the gear of this country forward while the other is still whining and going round and round rambling about an over forty year old alleged war-exploits as if he was the only one who ever fought for this country? Many Americans living today were not even born then and since this his war effort has been acknowledged, it is about time he pivoted therefrom and tell Americans how he plans to solve the myriad of problems facing us today, both here at home and abroad. Also while in that voting booth on November 14, 2008 ask yourself were you an employer who will you hire for the top job? Remember that one of the candidate is an A+ student while the other was a struggling C- student.

However, should America get it right this time and vote with their heads, Icheoku has no doubt that come November 5th, 2008; America and the whole world will be waiting excitedly for the January 14th, 2009 swearing in of the first real candidate of change ever! The whole world will wake up on the morning on November 5th, 2008 to a Senator Barack Obama's America's president in the waiting new status! If only Americans will be bigger than self and just do right by and with their votes! America should exploit this opportunity to impress itself indelibly in the minds of the peoples of the world as a very serious minded people who have since buried their despicable racist past. It is the only reasonable thing to do and nothing short of that will suffice. Senator Barack Obama's presidential election victory will convince the naysayers that America has since moved on from its racist past and that for once we got it right since 2000 George Bush tragedy. Every indicator points at one conclusion and anything short of that conclusion, will not paint us in good light of both history and the world. In this election a lot of things are at stake and it should not be decided merely on passion, it should be decided based on an objective test of what is the true way forward from the George Bush disastrous eight years. NIGERIA EFCC IS INCOHOOT WITH CORRUPT OFFICIALS!

To this bombshell Icheoku screams 'DAYLIGHT ROBBERY'! Really, what other evidence does this Tiv woman want to see to prosecute these "armed bandits" masquerading as politicians? A cursory look around the country will show that evidence abound to secure life prison sentences for these financial criminals were there a stomach in this woman to take the fight to these political vampires. All you have to do is to juxtapose whatever "accomplishments" they recorded viz-a-viz the amount of revenue received during the same period and then let them account for the difference. Worst still, let them show you how much they were worth before 1999 and then check how much they are worth today and then do the math. The quagmire called Nigeria will continue in its topsy-turvy dance of death until some form of revolution instills a new order therein.

It is incredulous as it is mind-numbing that even Olusegun Obasanjo with the widely publicised $16 billion dollars (bridge to nowhere) energy/power contracts was found innocent and adjudged by the EFCC to be a Mother Theresa?

A 106-year-old American nun living in a convent in Rome, Italy could well be the oldest person to vote in the 2008 US Presidential election. According to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Sister Cecilia Gaudette, who last voted for President Dwight Eisenhower in 1952, has registered to vote and says she will vote for Democrat Barack Obama.

According to her, Senator Barack Obama seems to be a good man and she hopes that Barack Obama's presidency will bring the much needed peace in the world.

The New York Times editorial recently called Senator John McCain a liar! According to one observer, Senator John McCain has recently crossed the allowed boundaries of some truth-stretching into the absurdity of outrageous lies! Senator John McCain's lies range from the annoying to the sleazy, John McCain's campaign has been a ceaseless assault on his opponent's character and policies, featuring a consistent and witting disdain for the truth. Senator John McCain campaign has decided that its candidate can't win honorably, on the issues, so it has resorted to transparent and phony diversionary lies to wriggle its' way into the White-house. Senator John McCain's strategy is an obvious attempt to camouflage the current unpopularity of his Republican brand, the insubstantiality of his vice-presidential choice, and his agreement on most issues — especially economic matters — with an exceedingly unpopular President George Walker Bush! Senator John McCain by telling so much lies, has raised serious questions about whether he has the character to lead the nation. He has defaced his beloved military code of honor. He has run a dirty campaign! According to one writer, the antics of Senator John McCain's campaign have entwined the once straight-talking Senator John McCain in a web of deception.

Senator John McCain lied that Barack Obama favors a government-run health-care system and he was not telling the truth since Barack Obama wants a market-based system subsidized by the government!

Senator John McCain lied that Senator Barack Obama opposes offshore oil-drilling and building new nuclear power plants when over 38 million Americans heard Obama say in his speech at the Democratic National Convention that he was open to offshore oil-drilling and building new nuclear-power plants!
Senator John McCain ran a television ad lying that Obama favored "comprehensive" sex education for kindergartners ;when Barack Obama favored a bill that would have warned kindergartners about sexual predators and improper touching!
Senator John McCain lied when he falsely accused Barack Obama of referring to Sarah Palin when he said McCain's effort to repackage his economic policies was putting "lipstick on a pig"; when it was obvious what the reference was all about! Senator John McCain made a deliberate attempt to change the subject from Palin's lack of fitness for the job and the recklessness with which McCain chose her.
Senator John McCain lied when he falsely accused the "élite media" of spreading rumors about Palin's personal life when in actuality the culprits were a few bloggers and the tabloid press!

Senator John McCain lied in a Spanish language advertisement that Barack Obama opposed immigration reform when the position of Barack Obama on immigration is widely known.

Senator John McCain's lies include McCain's claim that Obama will raise taxes on the middle class when all Americans know that 95% of American will get a tax cut under a Barack Obama's presidency.

Senator John McCain lied to the women of "The View" that Sarah Palin never requested earmarks when several earmarks of the Alaskan beauty queen "airhead" including the one to study Alaskan crabs gestation habits are of common knowledge.

Senator John McCain lied about his closeness and/or relationship with George Walker Bush and his failed administration when evidence abound in every corner that he is the other evil twin of GW. Senator John McCain is MORE OF THE SAME with George W. Bush! Both men are, simply put, a two faced Janus! The only semblance of difference between John McCain and George Bush is in nomenclature of their names - just like six and half a dozen!

Also let us not forget about the rumored sexual affair between Senator John McCain and lobbyist Vicki Iseman in a recent New York Times story about Senator John McCain’s connections with lobbyists. Take for example the Keating Five scandal in 1980’s when Senator John McCain intervened with federal regulators on behalf of crooked Savings and Loan operator Charles Keating after Keating and his associates had poured some $112,000 into Senator John McCain’s campaign coffers.

A decade later, Senator John McCain once again similarly intervened on behalf of Ms. Iseman’s wealthy clients – who likewise had contributed many tens of thousands of dollars to his campaigns. In 1998, when Senator Jon McCain chaired the Commerce Committee, which had oversight over the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), he wrote an extraordinary letter to the FCC Chair that threatened to overhaul the Commission if it closed a regulatory loophole that would allow one of Iseman’s clients to circumvent federal rules barring companies from owning more than one television station in a single city. The following year, McCain wrote to the FCC on behalf of Ms Iseman client Lowell W. Paxson who was trying to get approval for adding a Pittsburgh television station to his media empire. Senator John McCain lied that he was only urging the FCC to reach a decision on the acquisition after a long delay and was not advocating on Paxson’s behalf. It didn’t take an Einstein to read between the lines the intent of a letter from the Chair of the Commerce Committee which demanded that “each member of the commission” write to him “no later than the close of business on Tuesday, December 14, 1999, whether you have already acted upon these applications.” The FCC Chair wrote back to McCain to protest that “Your letter comes at a sensitive time in the deliberative process as the individual commissioners finalize their views and their votes on this matter. I must respectfully note that it is highly unusual for the commissioners to be asked to publicly announce their voting status on a matter that is still pending.”

After publication of the Times story, Senator John McCain again lied that he has never met with Paxson or a representative of Paxson’s company before dispatching his letter. Yet Paxson said in a widely reported interview that he had met personally with McCain on the matter. The Senator was contradicted by yet another source: himself. According to a 2002 deposition that Newsweek uncovered, Senator John McCain said, “I was contacted by Mr. Paxson on this issue.…He wanted their approval very bad for purposes of his business.”

Senator John McCain's campaign also lied that his staff “met with public broadcasting activists from the Pittsburgh area” who opposed the Paxson acquisition. But Jerold Starr, the co-chairman of the Save Pittsburgh Public Television Campaign, who led the activist opposition, said flatly that “It never happened.” According to an ABC News report by Avni Patel, Starr said “we had no idea that McCain had any interest in our local matter.” Starr further condemned as “a bold face lie” the assertion by the McCain campaign that the opposition, like Paxson, was seeking to expedite the stalled FCC proceedings. “The longer it took, the better our chances were,” Starr said. “It meant that the FCC was paying serious attention to our complaint.” Senator John McCain was not advocating for the common good in these cases.

Senator John McCain lied about the tight relationship he has with lobbyists which continues through his presidential campaign. According to former Washington Post reporter Thomas Edsall, “ eleven (11) current or former lobbyists are working for or advising Senator John McCain's campaign. Responding to this infusion of so many lobbyist in his campaign, Senator John McCain lied that they constitute no problem and that “these people (lobbyists) have honorable records, and they’re honorable people, and I’m proud to have them as part of my team.” Icheoku says that if lobbyist are honorable people then the meaning of honor has to be redefined!

Senator John McCain has also been described by one political commentator as a supremely self-righteous individual who believes himself to be above the rules and regulations he imposes on others. Stating further that this holier than thou attitude of Senator John McCain translates to arrogance of power which would make Senator John McCain a very dangerous man as president of the United States. Icheoku prays that we never get to see this nightmare come to pass hence it should be averted at all cost!

Senator John McCain's propensity to lie has become what political junkies call a meme, an idea or behavior that runs, seemingly unstoppably, from one media outlet to another. One of the pleasures of the 2008 campaign wrote one analyst is watching all those who once admired Senator John McCain for his truthfulness realize the true depths of his moral depravity! Senator John McCain lie so much that he has taken to lying about his own lies.

The current lie du jour of the Senator John McCain campaign is that their man will aggressively take on the greed that is causing the collapse on Wall Street. Given McCain's lack of interest in the economy, wealthy campaign contributors, and ideological hostility toward government regulation, this stance is laughable.

Senator John McCain's campaign lies include false estimates of the size of the crowds attending Republican rallies and that Sarah Palin sold the Alaska governor's plane on eBay all geared to make the Republican ticket more humane and moderate than it actually is.

One commentator has this to say about the lying-abilities of Senator John McCain, "like so many of John McCain's critics, I find myself astonished at the sheer brazenness of the lies he tells". There is no way a truthful Republican can be elected in 2008 judging from the deep hole the inept George Walker Bush has sunk the Republican brand. McCain wants to win. Therefore he lies. In the past, Senator John McCain might have gotten away with lying occasionally but not this time, especially in view of the blatant and brazen lies he has safely woven himself with. Senator John McCain's campaign just settled upon one serial lie after another because the precarious political reality he finds himself demands that if he is to win he has no choice but to lie!

The good news however is that Senator John McCain is being called out on his dishonesty continuously and consistently as he tells them. According to Michael Tomasky, the editor of the Guardian America, Senator John McCain is "the biggest liar in modern political history"! Continuing he stated that there are indeed so many lies associated with Senator John McCain's campaign that one can pick and choose at random. America the choice is yours to either be sold on all the lies of Senator John McCain or tell him that we are not all that dumb as he thinks to buy all his lies. America tell Senator John McCain that we are much smarter than the dumb whiners he thinks that we are; who can be sold on his multiple lies. NOT THIS TIME!
