GOVERNOR BLAGOJEVICH, NOT SO LUCKY THIS TIME.
![GOVERNOR BLAGOJEVICH, NOT SO LUCKY THIS TIME.](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizVY90bXZNE-bt8yrQ-dEOihpVPJxjR_NT57BP8FA397WZJF9Z9cTYQkOsKTrO4A8pFYGyhaoaGrlKnAYFFOaeMrTS9HHiByejE4sd9e1UnFzbqp4hYBIPtGTziUMN2rWseMEYPH3A8n0/s400/BLAGO1.jpg)
It should be recalled that Blago was previously tried on these charges; however double jeopardy exclusionary rule would not apply in this instance because the jury in the former trial deadlocked. Double jeopardy requires that a verdict or decision be reached, one way or the other, in the previous trial before a defendant could invoke it as exculpatory weapon in any subsequent retrials based on same facts and evidence.
Icheoku ponders whether Mr Hair would be able to maintain his hair while in the big house or as a good business decision, possibly lease his mane out to Donald Trump while his vacation lasted? Just asking or rather suggesting since The Donald could use some of Blago's mane.
