SOUTH KOREAN'S FORMER PRESIDENT PARK SENT TO PRISON.

ICHEOKU says in what appears to be a season of holding former leaders and presidents accountable for crimes committed during their time in office, the people of South Korea has sent their former President Park Geun-hye to 24 years in prison for bribery and other charges. The former president was also ordered to pay $17 million in fines. 

Recall that the now disgraced former president was impeached and ousted from office by South Korean lawmakers in December 2016, following months of massive street protests by the people of South Korea demanding her removal from office for corruption. Thereafter a criminal investigation followed, culminating in a trial which began on May 2017 which was found her guilty on all 16 corruption-related counts, including bribery, coercion and abuse of power, as charged. The former president has now been convicted and sentenced to 24 years in prison, in addition to a $17 million fine. 

It is also on record that Brazil similarly convicted and sent their former President Lula Da Silva to 12 years in prison for official corruption. South Africa also formally indicted their former President Jacob Zuma for corruption as well. ICHEOKU says but when will Nigeria learn to emulate these countries by similarly taking on their also equally corrupt former leaders and presidents, including former President Jonathan Goodluck, Olusegun Obasanjo, Abdulsalam Abubakar and the infamous Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida for their publicly visible evidence of wanton corruption while in office as well as specifically identifiable abuses of office then, which in some form is still continuing till this day. 

It is also worthy of note that none of these countries moved against their former leaders until persuaded by the people of those countries, who moved en-mass and demanded for such criminal examination of their past leaders, using public protests as a weapon of choice. Some of the peoples' mass action forced their leaders out of office, including in South Korea where the parliament had to act to impeach and remove the now imprisoned former President Park from office following an unending street protests. Former Jacob Zuma of South Africa was also similarly forced out of office following unending South African peoples push and demand that he resign his office, which he resisted as long as he could until the ANC waded in and forced him out. Today, he has been indicted for official criminal corruption while in office. 

But in Nigeria and as with Nigerians, they lack both the moral authority and necessary courage needed to mount such a forceful recall effort and/or demand the prosecution of their decrepitude former leaders, whether while in or out of office. That these former leaders, despite overwhelming evidence of their colossal corruption, are walking freely in the country and using their corruptly amassed fortune to destabilize the polity, is indeed mind numbing. But a very strange people who obviously seem impervious to doing right and who corruption seems an acceptable way of life, can only wish to imbibe the spirit of those South Koreans, Brazilians and of late South Africans. 

So until then, all the noise about fighting corruption in Nigeria will remain what it is - a mere hogwash; a wishful whitewash used to witch-hunt any oppositions and people that fall out of favor of the man in Aso Rock. Unfortunately, a Nigerian people who see no deterrent coming from the punishment of previous corrupt leaders, will always continue to engage in corruption, fully aware that enough money, regardless of how it was acquired, purchases power and influence; and with it comes absolute immunity from justice. Pitifully SAD.

MARTIN LUTHER KING'S DREAM: STILL MUCH OF A DREAM HALF A CENTURY LATER.

ICHEOKU says fifty years later and still counting, the dream echoed by Martin Luther King, practically for every intent and purpose, still remains a mere dream, the intent of having a seamless color blind American society considered. Were Martin Luther King alive today, he would still be in his dreamy sleep, wishfully hoping that American color divides would have melt away into just a people, members of the human race living in America. From what has been going on, the dreamer would have needed to wake up to see if there were other ways of actualizing his dream instead of just dreaming about it. ICHEOKU says long after that famous "I have been to the Mountain Top Speech", which became his calling card since the assassins bullets felled him in Memphis Tennessee, black people are still for most part, still being judged by the color of their skin and not the content of their character. 

Little American children are still not holding hands in the same neighborhoods or going to the same schools and singing kumbaya. White American people are still enjoying much more privileges than their black American counterparts simply because their skin color is different. Employment is still skewed and so is the overall economic purchasing power of the American people vary depending on their skin color. Above all black American men are being indiscriminately gunned down by the police and are for most part, often presumed guilty until they can prove their innocence. The prison population is greatly disproportionately black, evidence of a justice system that is heavily slanted against them. Americans still for most part live in their different zip codes and neighborhoods depending on the color of their skin. 

That is the fact of real life in America despite the cosmetic attempt to always white wash the real situation of things in America. Although some progress have been registered and continues to be registered including having elected the first black American President Barack Obama; and a few successful black people who have made it virtually by self help through sports, music and business as well as academia, America still have a very long way to go. 

ICHEOKU's panacea to achieving the America which Martin Luther King dreamt of is to first dissolve the segregated identification of Americans into color codes. The day Americans start seeing themselves and being properly identified as just Americans, instead of White Americans, Black Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, Chinese Americans, Nigerian Americans and other such Americans, will be the day when true healing will indeed begin and necessary real steps taken towards achieving the Martin Luther King's dream's objective. Also, Americans should start discussing their fears and misgivings towards one another openly and without fear; that way people will begin to understand themselves better towards having a better relationships instead of the always calculated tolerance and morbid fear of each other, which often lead to ugly riots, distrust, incessant protests, and people always pitched against "we and them" and "them and us" and against people who do not look like them. 

Although taking such resolute lasting problem-solving step is a wishful thinking; but at least like Martin Luther King, ICHEOKU reserves the right to also dream. ICHEOKU had a dream that the only way to achieve Martin Luther King's dream is by doing right for one another in America and seeing every American as a human being. It is about time Americans of all shades and colors decide to determinedly wake up from their inertia to help Martin Luther King realize his dream, albeit post humorously, by seriously working to integrate Americans fully and wholly. Martin Luther King was a great man and he dreamt big dreams and for his effort and sacrifice, ICHEOKU owes him a debt of gratitude. He stood up when so many others cowered down and he said restore dignity to my people. Like Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King was killed for speaking truth to power; but in their both deaths, they became immortals and now live in the hearts of billions of people. They killed him and took his dream away but his memory lives on and will forever. Thanks Martin Luther King. 

I HAVE A DREAM: THE SPEECH MLK GAVE.


"I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation. 

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of ***** slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity. 

But one hundred years later, the ***** still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the ***** is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the ***** lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the ***** is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition. 

In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. 

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the ***** people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quick sands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children. 

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the *****'s legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the ***** needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the ***** is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges. 

But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. 

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the ***** community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone. 

As we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the ***** is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied, as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We can never be satisfied as long as a ***** in Mississippi cannot vote and a ***** in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream. 

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. 

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. 

I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. 

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal." 

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood. 
I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice. 

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. 

I have a dream today. 

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; one day right there in Alabama, little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers. 

I have a dream today. 

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. 

This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day. 

This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My country, 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring." 

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania! 

Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado! 
Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California! 
But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia! 
Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee! 
Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring. 

And when this happens, When we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old ***** spiritual, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"

WINNIE MADIKIZEL MANDELA: AN AMAZING AMAZONIAN BOWS OUT.

ICHEOKU says as with every mortal, a necessary end always comes when it will come; and so has it ended for the woman who gave African women and women world wide an unquenchable pride of place in the society. A champion of the political struggle that ended apartheid South Africa. A woman who actually gave the "stand by your man" saying its rightful verve. The African lioness, the indomitable and imitable Winnie Madikizela Mandela is dead. She  was 81 years old and died, relatively of good old age, of infirmities of the aged. 

But as mark Anthony would say of Julius Caesar, ICHEOKU is not here to dwell on or drool about the inevitable end of a very accomplished human being. ICHEOKU is here to celebrate a legend for a life well lived and in the real sense of it; selflessly and in the service of humanity, particularly the people of South Africa. She was a towering figure; a giant without whose contributions, South Africa would probably still be under the repressive white minority apartheid regimeShe was fearless; she was indomitable; she was charismatic; she was charming, beautiful and vivacious; she was elegant; she had a commanding presence; she had a disarming smile; she had poise and she had panache; she was courageous; she was resolute; she was unwavering; she was defiant and she never cowered She was a strong woman and she never flinched. Simply put, she was a quintessential woman, a pride of womanhood. 

Fortunately for her and unlike so many other freedom fighters the world over, she won her struggle and lived and died in a freed South Africa controlled by majority black people. She was armed with her abiding conviction that apartheid was wrong and must be fought to a crushing defeat and threw her hat into the gauntlet and she won. She stood steadfast right through to the very end; first conquering apartheid and then conquering our hearts, especially millions of Africans who affectionately called her Mama Africa in jaw dropping awe and admiration. Needless to add that without her support, Nelson Mandel possibly would not have successfully completed his prison term, without knowing that an assured hand was holding forte at the home front and keeping the cause of the struggle in the front burner. They also tried to break her will severally, using the law and justice system, including an over one year in detention, majority of which were in solitary confinement; but her will to see good trump over evil prevailed and they failed in their mission to crush her resolve. 

For the over two decades plus Nelson Mandela was incarcerated, she remained committed to him and despite that she could have so easily married off, refused; and instead, became married to the struggle and waited for her man to come back home and she succeeded. She was a giant. She stood tall in the pantheon of her fellow giants, alongside who, she walked the talk of freedom for South Africa. She refused to be intimidated; she refused to be crest fallen and she refused to denounce her cause, no matter what they threw at her.  She had a core; she had character and above all she had conviction. Her cause was good, just and righteous; and her cause was for her South African people to be freed from the repressive, mean spirited, albeit wicked bondage of a white minority apartheid regime.  A most vile; most racist; most evil; most horrendous; most heartless; most inhumane; and most everything ugly and venomous apartheid government the entire world ever known; second only to Nazi Germany, if not worse. 

ICHEOKU says Mama Africa Winnie Madikileza Mandela is a truism that behind a successful man called Nelson Mandela was in fact a woman called Winnie Madikileza Mandela. They do not make her kind anymore and not so easily. In fact she was an epitome of everything good about womanhood and she was the best of her kind that came through South Africa during the trying times of white minority apartheid government of South Africa. Mama Africa, ICHEOKU says you fought the good fight. You came, you saw and you conquered; the white minority apartheid government, that is. You also won millions of doting hearts. Go in peace and know that millions of women worldwide were inspired by you and that millions of South Africans owe to you a debt of their immeasurable gratitude for the selfless sacrifices which you made on their behalf and which eventually helped purchase the liberty and freedom which they enjoy today, from those very ugly, mean and heartless apartheid oppressors of then white minority controlled South Africa. ICHEOKU says she truly lived and a selfless worthy life in the service of humanity that was. Winnie Madikizela Mandela was 81 years old and died of old age related infirmities. So long Mama Africa.

THIS EASTER: REMEMBER HIS PASSION.

ICHEOKU says our Lord Jesus Christ in John 15:18 said 'If the world hates you for your uprightness, do not despair; remember they hated me first.' So this Easter, let us remember that he gave his life up in order to save mankind and learn to inculcate in us the habit of selflessness, which purchased our salvation. May the lessons of the season not be lost on us IJN. Remember that it was through his death and resurrection that we were saved from eternal damnation; so remain grateful and be thankful. PRESIDENT TRUMP'S CURRENT POLITICAL TRIBULATION: FOR WHO THE BELL TOLLS.

ICHEOKU says it tolls for thee. Today it is President Donald John Trump who is being pilloried and at the receiving end of the Deep State's pointed spear's business end; tomorrow, it may be anybody's including you; whose turn it will be to go under the guillotine. The reason all hands must be on deck to yank away  the powers of the Deep State before America turns into a Russia or other very restrictive country, where a few individuals control the organs of State and all levers of power, and dishes out favors in piecemeal to whoever wins their love and affection and as they see and deem fit. 


Americans must checkmate this threatening cloud of inevitability of control by a few, by joining forces with President Donald John Trump now, in the current fight to extricate  America from the deathly grasp of the Washington establishment. Americans must understand the imperativeness of wrestling power from this secret underground power players, in order to regain full control of their nation; and thereby prevent such hydra headed monstrosity as obtains in Russia from fully, totally and completely engulfing everybody. That a few individuals would arrogate upon themselves the power over who becomes president of America and sabotage anybody who dare object to their control and direction is indeed surreal. 

Recall that prelude to the candidate of then Democratic Party emerging in 2008, that then candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton attended a secret meeting where the riot act was read to them and after signing an undertaking, one of them was asked to step down for the other, with a promise of a future presidential slot for the one who stepped down. But in 2016, then candidate Donald John Trump rebuffed them and went ahead to win the presidency without their blessing, and they have been acting out with temper tantrum ever since. The result is the negative media blitzkrieg against him, followed with the Russian Collusion investigation and every other mud that they have been throwing at the president ever since. But the indefatigable President Trump is still soldiering on and accomplishing so many things despite all the distractions and outright opposition, both domestically and internationally. But it is about time American people realize that the unending attack on President Donald John Trump is not necessarily because the president is a bad person or that he did anything wrong. 

They are piling up on him in order to break his will to fight for the American people; to cut him down to size and once again take back their power by regaining their control of the American presidency. But the president is fighting back and strongly too, all for the American people and to Make America Great Again. But the president needs the support of the American people to successfully mission accomplish his objective to Make America Great Again. To do this, America must be freed of the vice control of the Washington Establishment cancer. But regardless of what happens, the president will be fine and the president will also thrive, with or without the presidency. ICHEOKU says if a man so well endowed, so wealthy and is such a fearless fighter who does not back down could be subjected to such level of hounding, imagine what lesser mortals are forced to go through in the hands of the Establishment. So ask yourself, in the unfortunate event you find yourself at the wrong side of this Establishment people, what will become of you; especially when you do not have anything near the wealth and will-power as well as tenacity of President Donald John Trump. 

This is why the president is fighting and this is why all Americans must see his current tribulations as their own tribulations. Therefore American people must see themselves as having a dog in the fight and help the president retrieve America from the jaws of these odd fellows. It is our collective responsibility as collective stakeholders of the American experience. So like John Donne rightly said in his "Devotions Upon Emergent Occasions, 1624 Meditation 17", 'For who the bell tolls, it tolls for thee", just remember that today's Trump might be you tomorrow. Yes, the bell tolls for you and if you don't want to hear its jarring chime, then do something about it to prevent the creeping in of oligarchy into the United States of America where a negligible few controls the fate of the silent majority. President Donald John Trump is being harangued simply because he invited himself to the power banquet in Washington DC and against all odds and every expectations. 

None of the Establishment member wanted him in their power-party in the nation's capital, so their resistance to his presidency and person is understandably as expected - unyieldingly fierce. Nobody likes party crashers, especially members of the power bloc in Washington DC, who least expected the New York blue-collar billionaire in their midst. So the great poem by the great poet John Donne speaks to us all; it reminds us that we are all yoked in it together. We are all Americans and we are all equally vested in our democracy and we should collectively work to sustain and defend it. What affects President Donald John Trump today might effect any of us tomorrow. The president is fighting for lady Justice to take its rightful place in America and this includes fairness triumphing. Let us help him succeed and in order to fix all the noticed problems which are breeding the state of affair as the current one, where some select few controls the affairs of all. 

What is going on in Washington DC has been going on for a very long time and as long as Washington DC existed. A lot of people have also paid dearly for straying out of permissible boundaries and permitted do not cross lines. The only thing that changed now is that a King who does not know Joseph has stepped unto the throne and has called for the rendering of account. Fortunately too, the King is not beholden to anyone nor any interest; and the King is not afraid to take on anyone or entity either. Those power players are refusing to go quietly into the night and are fighting to death to stop the president from succeeding or at least put a wedge on his speeding train to Success-ville. Therefore it is left for the American people to help President Donald John Trump fix what is broken in Washington DC and allow America to exhale again. STORMY DANIELS CBS 60 MINUTES INTERVIEW: A MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING.

ICHEOKU says it did not live up to the hype; rather a washed up whore trying to reclaim some strings to fame and as admitted, her fortune has somewhat improved with her kiss and tell antic. But query, if indeed Stormy Daniel had sex with the then "The Donald" and in 2006, why was it just once and not repeated over the many encounters they both allegedly had. It was her admission that she took off her pants on their first meet and you ask yourself if she loosely opened her legs for him on the first try, why did she not do it again following the subsequent meets. The only thing deductible from the interview is that the whoring stripper most likely made up the story and having lied about the encounter severally, is possibly lying again in the interview. 

On three prior occasions she denied expressly of ever having any sexual encounter with Donald John Trump; she also collected $130,000 to make her go away and now she is saying what. ICHEOKU says the only mistake ever made was trying to pay her the hush money as she would have been ignored or allowed to get her story out like the so many other women whose stories did not fly. But, the mistake having been made and despite that Non Disclosure Agreement, she is still singing, the Team Donald John Trump should ignore her going forward as any attempt to stay engaged will only give her undeserving limelight and spotlight. Stormy Daniel is a prostitute and has nothing to lose smearing anyone or getting down and dirty; so the best treatment is to let her wither off the limelight by totaling ignoring and not engaging her any more. 

Speaking of the interview, few things stood out including that the sex was nonsexual and that she was not intimidated in any form whatsoever. She also admitted that she is not a victim and was not doing it for the Me-Too crazies. So for two willing adults to have sex is not a crime, begging the question what was all the crap about? Funny enough she made allusion of being scared subsequently and you wonder what sex worker who is a professional prostitute and adult film worker could be so easily intimidated. Please give ICHEOKU a break that Stormy Daniel is capable of being intimidated or afraid, otherwise she  will not be in the type of business she is engaged in, hawking her body for money. 

Overall, she appeared rehearsed and struggled to burnish her image in order to shore up her credibility; but she failed woefully. She alleged that somebody threatened her in parking lot but failed to call the police; speaking of someone who indeed truly felt afraid for her life and her little child.  But the threat allegation seems to be an after thought made up story to further elicit sympathy. In conclusion, it is more likely that there was no sex between the parties; but assuming for the purposes of argument that there was sex, it is not a crime to have sex. She was also in addition, paid for it; and having accepted a benefit therefrom, a valuable consideration, and consummated the contract, she should be made to suffer consequences for breaching the agreement of non disclosure. The CBS interview was simply overhyped and it failed to amaze.

ICHEOKU says she finally gave the interview that was hyped as the mother of all interviews, but unfortunately it left so many wondering why they wasted their time staying tuned. She left so many unanswered questions including what purpose did the interview serve? What bombshell or fireworks did the interview release? What revelation came as a result of the interview? What crime was committed that the interview revealed? What new information did the people of America and other watching peoples of the world garner as a result of her going public with her alleged encounter with the then Trump Organization CEO Donald John Trump? None, Nada, Zilch; just a washed up spent prostitute trying to reestablish her waning business and reinvigorate her sorry life of whoring.

In conclusion, just another get Trump hit job, organized by a sleazy homosexual who is operating an incestuous yellow journalism, all in an attempt to get ratings; while continuing the attack of homosexuals on a president who said enough of the forced culture which is threatening to overwhelm an otherwise Christian American society. The interview was an apology of what use to be real "60 Minutes" of the yore which kept people glued to their television every Sunday for the latest sizzling epic. But unfortunately, it has now degenerated into the yellow journalism it has become which engages in loose sex talk. Anyway, ICHEOKU is old enough to treasure the memories of years gone by when CBS 60 Minutes was a must see Sunday evening television, but regrettably not anymore. SAD.

ICHEOKU says what a pitiful, restless soul, who is desperately seeking a belated redemption and respite from his innumerable infra digs, but which unfortunately, none will be granted him, not in this life. A case of a kettle calling a pot black and you wonder where Theophilus Yakubu Gowon suddenly got his credentials of being an anti ethnic cleansing crusader, his despicable record of ethnic cleansing considered. 

Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is evil, a devil's may-care. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is a monster of the worst kind. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is a very wicked man and a blood sucker of the worst kind. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is himself an ethnic cleanser in chief. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma murdered Head of State Umunnakwe Aguiyi Ironsi because of his Igbo ethnicity. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma and his fellow mass murderers and ethnic cleansers, killed over 300 senior army officers of Igbo extraction just because they are Igbo; and thereby completely cleansed the Nigerian army of its senior Igbo military officers. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma actively took part in the worst ethnic cleansing of Igbo people ever known to mankind during the infamous Biafran civil war. And now the mustachioed murderer is saying what about ethnic cleansing in Nigeria when he originated it.

Thanks to Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma's bloody penchant for meanness and wickedness against people of other ethnic breeds, over 3 million Igbo people were completely wiped out of the face of Nigeria during the Biafran war simply because they are of Igbo ethnic group. And this guy is now saying what about ethnic cleansing in Nigeria; and for a man known for his deep hatred and very wicked disposition towards Ndigbo that led him to mass murder them. He should just hush and speak no more on the issue because he lacks the credibility to speak on the subject. Suddenly now, his Takum people of Taraba State are being served the same dish which he gleefully served Ndigbo and he is saying what? Really? Is the dish no longer palatable or is it too sweet that he cannot just shove it down his throat and enjoy it. Anyway, what goes around comes around; so Theophilus Yakubu Danjum should hush, relax and enjoy the experience; exactly what he carried out against Ndigbo in order to know how it really feels like. 

So, to hell with Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma's latest pontification on ethnic cleansing in Nigeria because he is not innocent of it; he is equally guilty of same. His filthy hands are oozing with the blood of his ethnically cleansed Ndigbo people of Southeast, Nigeria. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma therefore has no moral authority to talk about or in any way condemn ethnic cleansing in Nigeria because he started it; he is the architect of ethnic cleansing in Nigeria. The Igbo people of Southeast Nigeria lost over 3 million of their people to Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma asinine hatred for Ndigbo and to date, he has not apologized for his participation in that horrible Biafran genocide. But he is now preaching politics of anti-ethnic cleansing and you ask yourself when did the Takum army man finally realize that what he started in Nigeria and is still going on in Nigeria amounts to ethnic cleansing? ICHEOKU says only the gates of Hell is capable of showing him mercy by admitting his soul to an unending fiery inferno, as no one else can. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma deserves the hottest place in hell where he should be hogtied and chained until hell freezes over. 

As recently as few months ago, 150 innocent placard carrying IPOB members were massacred by President Muhammadu Buhari's Fulani army, but what was TY Danjuma’s reaction? As then Obasanjo’s Minister of Defense, Theophlus Yakubu Danjuma laid waste Odi community of Bayelsa State and Zaki Ibiam community of Benue State and you ask yourself were both incidents not enough to qualify as ethnic cleansing? Also as then Defense Minister, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma personally supervised the destruction of then sacked COAS Victor Malu’s homestead and surrounding communities. What was that military adventurism again if not ethnic cleansing? As an illegitimate owner of a $3 billion oil well in the Niger Delta, oil spills were regular occurrences, peoples lives were regularly lost and agricultural lands were constantly laid desolate; and he also colluded with Shell to purchase weapons with which the army nearly wiped out a lot of Niger Delta dissidents who were protesting the devastation in their homeland. Would such malevolent acts rather qualify for ethic loving? 

The only reason Theophilus Yakubu Dajuma is speaking up now is that the same Fulani bloodsuckers whom he assisted with ethnically cleansing other peoples of Nigeria have now trained their daggers, swords and guns on his own Takum people. But for this sudden change of fortune, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma would still have kept quiet and complicit in the murderous escapades of these Fulani blood hounds. Otherwise why did he not think that murdering General Umunnakwe Aguiyi Ironsi simply because he was Igbo was ethnically biased killing. Why did Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma not remember that murdering over 300 high ranking Igbo officers simply because they were Igbo was ethnic cleansing? Why did Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma not advert his mind to the fact that  massacring 3 million Ndigbo in the worst genocide of its kind ever was ethnic cleansing? 

Why did Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma not think that his taking ownership of a $3 billion oil well in the Niger Delta and looking the other way while real owners of the land were being massacred and their land and water being laid desolate, amounts to ethnic cleansing? Why did Theophilus Yakubu Danjum not think about ethnic cleansing when Ken Saro Wiwa alongside his Ogoni people were murdered simply because they were protesting the oil devastation in their Ogoni land? Why did this mustachioed army man not raise his voice when 150 placard carrying innocent IPOB protesters were massacred by the Buhari government's army or did it not qualify as an ethnic cleansing or was it justified simply because it was a continuation of the same Nigeria State backed genocide against Igbo people. Where was his anti ethnic cleansing voice when Odi Bayelsa State, Zaki Ibiam Benue State, Nimbo Nise Enugu State, Agatu Benue State and other communities were being massacred? Where was his voice and where was him? 

So what really changed, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma? Karma is a bitch and it visits those who offend it at its own time and choosing; and apparently its anger is currently upon Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma and it is visiting its iniquities on his Takum people. Theophilus Yakubu Danuma stayed silent when others were being similarly massacred and ethnically cleansed. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma looked the other way as his fellow Christinas were being slaughtered and ethnically cleansed and their religion suppressed. And yes, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma maintained deathly silence when other Nigerians were being felled by the murderous swords and bullets of those Fulani savages, thinking that provided they kept it to other people, it was okay. But now that his people of Taraba State are in the Fulani killers guns' bullseye, he is saying what? Only that Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is trying to beguile gullible Nigerians into seeing him in a different light and peradventure goad them into taking action to help him save the necks of his Taraba State people.  

ICHEOKU agrees with one commentator that Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma is entirely on his own in matter of the fight between his Takum people and the Fulani marauders. His anti ethnic cleansing speech is rather belated; a too little too late hogwash. 52 long years after he ethnically cleansed other people, he is now saying what? So much blood of other people have been spilled over the many years with Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma feigning ignorance and looking the other way. But now that it became the turn of his own people's blood to be spilled, he is talking gibberish. ICHEOKU says instead of complaining, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma should just take it as he had expected his past victims to do. His  latest speech is hypocrisy to the third tier, its humor is so glaring and must be ignored completely. 

TY Danjuma must be shunned and left to his own devices, to personally deal with his Fulani Northern brothers in their best Northern way possible of settling family disputes. What a nearly senile old fart trying to set the country ablaze with few years left in his pitiful life of being a mass murderer and stealing other peoples natural resources. TY Danjuma's sanctimony about an ongoing ethnic cleansing in Nigeria must be ignored, at least as it appertains to his people and let him fight his battle alone. May Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma never know the peace which he denied others, and may he continue to be tortured by his demons until he rendezvous with Lucifer. A Christian in name only vampire, who participated in the worst ethnic cleansing of his fellow Christians, Ndigbo and Biafrans in general, and did nothing to protect them or lessen their hardship when they needed it most. THE NATIONWIDE STUDENTS MARCH: ANY ANSWER TO GUN VIOLENCE IN AMERICA?


ICHEOKU says the sponsored nationwide students march against gun violence has come and gone; but the question remains, is it going to be the magic silver bullet that finally kills gun violence in America. Will their marching be the march that ended all such marching against school shootings in America?  ICHEOKU says the jury is still out on this pertinent question; but the real issue remains what is so special about the particular shooting in Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Parkland Florida that it is now being treated as the mother of all school shootings in America? 

What is so special about the Florida High School that the shooting there has generated such a flurry of anti gun activities throughout the land, and has once again forcefully trust the issue of school shootings into the national limelight. Why Majory High; because before it were other 462 school shootings and after it, has been another 4 more school shootings; since the records started being kept with the first school shooting in Greencastle Pennsylvania in July 26, 1764 and the last one to date being at Great Mills Maryland shooting of March 20, 2018. ICHEOKU is certain that following the nationwide anti guns march of March 24, 2018 that there will still probably be more school shootings on our future; and you wonder what was gained by the thousands of man-hours spent, planning, coordinating and in fact carrying out the nationwide protest. 

Within the recent past, Columbine High of April 20, 1999 happened, there was no nationwide outrage; Virginia Tech of April 16, 2009 happened and there was no nationwide protest; Sandy Hook Elementary School which saw kindergartners massacred happened and the conscience of the nation was not stirred enough into a nationwide protest. So, why did Majorie Stoneman Douglas High School stir such much dust over the land about school shootings. Hopefully, it will be the rude awakening needed to do something sensible towards guarding or at least curtailing school shootings in America. But whether it will finally resolve it is anybody's guess and provided everything does not fade after few days, the effort would have been well made.

LIBYAN CASH GIVEN TO SARKOZY: THE REAL REASON GADDAFI WAS KILLED?

ICHEOKU says they all are corrupt, politicians that is. In France, former President Nikolas Sarkozy took millions of dollars from murdered former Libyan President Moummar Gaddafi for his presidential election campaign in 2007 and to cover his crime, engineered his killing in order to keep him silent. But karma is a bitch and seven long years after that gruesome murder of the African Strongman, it seems that the ghost of Gaddafi is finally in hot pursuit of the diminutive Sarkozy. 

No sinner ever goes unpunished is a trite saying and it appears that the ghost of Moummar Gaddafi is finally ready to avenge his wrongful murder. It is a well known fact that it has been haunting Sarkozy ever since Sarkozy failed to honor his part of their bargain, which saw Gaddafi bankroll his presidential election for a quid pro quo wholesome international forgiveness. But instead of being an honorable man whose words meant something, Sarkozy decided to murder Gaddafi, thinking it will be a good way to get rid of evidence by permanently silencing him, problem solved. But the resilient Gaddafi has refused to be silenced and has now chased Sarkozy into the dragnet of France's anti-corruption agency.  He wa arrested and interrogated; and will soon face prosecution for criminal corruption, abuse of office, influence trafficking, forgery, abuse of public funds, money laundering and tax evasion. 

The little man former French president is expected to provide answers to what he knows about the millions of dollars of Libyan money which he collected from Moummar Gaddafi in illegal campaign funding for his 2007 presidential election. In what will probably turn out to be the most explosive and greatest political financing corruption scandal in the history of France, if not the entire world, Nikolas Sarkozy will try but likely fail to successfully defend himself from the scandal, faced with a mountain of incriminating evidence of his complicity. 

According to the accusation, Sarkozy received hard cold cash totaling $50 million USD, sent into Paris from Tripoli in diplomatic suitcases, from Moummar Gaddafi; to help him fund his 2007 presidential election. Ziad Takieddine, a wealthy French-Lebanese businessman and Moummar Gaddafi's very close confidante, said that he personally delivered several suitcases filled with the cash from Gaddafi's Intelligence Chief in Tripoli to Sarkozy in Paris. Another French businessman Akexandre Djourhri was also fingered as one of those who couriered illegal money from Tripoli to Paris on behalf of Gaddafi to Sarkozy. 

But after winning the Gaddafi financed France presidential election and hosting Gaddafi to a State dinner in Champs Elyse, Sarkozy bulked and reneged on the agreement and refused to honor and keep his side of the bargain. Instead, he using the auspices of NATO, killed Gaddafil after Gaddafi demanded of him to honor their agreement, the sole reason Gaddafi sponsored his election. 

Gaddafi's son Said al-Islam Gaddafi once demanded that the clown of Paris, Nikolas Sarkozy,  give back the Libyan money which he took from his father, saying that “Sarkozy has to give back the money he accepted from Libya to finance his electoral campaign. We financed his campaign and we have the proof. The first thing we are demanding is that this clown gives back the money to the Libyan people.” 

So it is not whether or not Nikolas Sarkozy is corrupt and illegally collected a whopping $50 million dollars from Moummar Gaddafi for his 2007 presidential campaign election. The question now is to unravel the undertaking which Sarkozy gave to Gaddafi and for which reason Gaddafi agreed to fund his presidential election campaign; and why Sarkozy reneged on it and killed Gaddafi instead. The evidence against Sarkozy seems to be overwhelmingly glaring and hopefully he will be made to pay a price for the illicit transaction. 

Although William Shakespeare in Julius Caesar,  speaking through Anthony while honoring the slain Julius Caesar, said that "the evil that men do lives after them"; but with Nikolas Sarkozy, it sure looks like he will be live to witness his own evil come to him. His evil seems to be the impatient type and is now hounding him while he is still alive. What a little man of Paris he is, who heavily labored under a Napoleonic Syndrome and it forced him to conspire to take the life of African King Moummar Gaddafi. As could be garnered from unfolding evidence, it seems that he killed Moummar Gaddafi for no other reason other than to cover his tracks of a criminal corrupt misbehavior. But unfortunately for him, it has boomeranged and he is now ensnared in the net of Justice, from which he might not be able to extricate himself. ICHEOKU is emphatic that Nikolas Sarkozy will most likely be convicted and will end up in prison, jailed for corruption; which ultimately led to the murder of Moummar Gaddafi. What a pitiful corrupt midget he is.

ICHEOKU says hopefully the president has found the very person who will help him achieve and implement his policy objectives in John Bolton. But as far as MAGA and AF agendas are concerned, Ambassador John Bolton is one heck of a good pick and a right fit for the job. He will help President Donald John Trump with doing his job for the American people. ICHEOKU says congratulations to the Mustachioed One. Let the governance of MAGA now really begin.

THE "DO NOT CONGRATULATE" BROUHAHA: JUST A NOISY HYSTERIA.

ICHEOKU says let the distinction between an "advise" and an "instruction" be clearly made, as it will help with a better understanding of who the party at fault here really is. An advise is a mere non binding opinion, while an instruction is an order, a mandate to comply with something forthwith. 

Advisers suggest what, in their reasonable humble opinion, is the best practice and good conduct and/or cause of action going forward on an issue. They recommend to their superior or employer or retainer or as in this case, the president, what they think he should do regarding a matter over which they were consulted or their opinion was sought. The person in authority then have to decide whether to accept or reject same; and is not bound to do as told. An advise is not mandatory; unlike an instruction which commands obedience and which is normally handed down in the cause of business from top to bottom, from the person in authority to subordinates. So while an instruction is an order which must be obeyed, an advice is simply an offered opinion which could be rejected; and which acceptance or rejection is entirely the prerogative of the person to whom it was offered. 

Therefore, it is pathetic and patently irrational and unreasonable, the current feverish fit by the same anti Trump and Never Trump crazies that the president did not heed the advise not to congratulate President Vladimir Putin over his election victory. The president is not obliged to comply with their advise or to do as told; he is the boss and accordingly was within his rightful discretion when he congratulated President Putin, regardless. The president did not break any law either and his congratulating President Vladimir Putin or any other president of another country is in order and not out of place in international relationships. Past presidents of America always congratulate elected foreign presidents and former President Barack Hussein Obama did it as well, including his 2012 congratulation of the same President Vladimir Putin. 

ICHEOKU says it is nothing but a continuing manifestation of the hatred which the Never Trumpers have against President Donald John Trump. They have been lashing out against the president for defeating their Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton and they cannot seem to get over it. So with every opportunity, no matter how trifle or ridiculous, which they find to trash the president, they strike with vengeance as is evident in the latest nonsensical hollering over a supposedly "Do not congratulate" advise which the president "violated." What a cruel reaction to a loss of power and control; people who should know better are deliberately lying to their incensed mob about something which is not true. But hey, they will still be stewing in their hate while the president gets reelected for a second term come 2020.

TRUMP AND OBAMA: TWO PRESIDENTS TWO DIFFERENT TREATMENTS.

ICHEOKU says a case of different folks different strokes. The righteous indignation of the far left liberal crazies continuously oozes to the surface with such blatancy that shocks the conscience. Their latest umbrage is that President Donald John Trump called to congratulate Russia's President Vladimir Putin on his election victory of last Sunday March 18, 2018. At least President Donald John Trump was magnanimous by personally owning up to the call, unlike the then President Obama who merely issued a statement through the White House to convey that. Obama's White House had on March 9, 2012 or thereabout issued a statement saying that “President Obama called Russian President-elect and Prime Minister Putin to congratulate him on his recent victory in the Russian Presidential election." Today, March 20, 2018, President Donald John Trump told the world, "I had a call with President Putin and congratulated him on the victory, his electoral victory." But the liberal left will not tolerate it.

ICHEOKU says why is it suddenly now not okay for a president to call to congratulate the president of another country on his election victory, especially, when according to White House spokesperson Sarah Huckabee, America does not tell other countries how to conduct their elections or who to elect as their president or leader; as that will amount to interfering in other countries' internal affairs matter. So what did President Donald John Trump do so wrong and so differently that even his arch critic Senator John McCain had to  summon up strength from his sick bed to lecture the president on how American presidents do not congratulate dictators on their election. According to McCain, “An American president does not lead the Free World by congratulating dictators on winning sham elections. And by doing so with Vladimir Putin, President Trump insulted every Russian citizen who was denied the right to vote in a free and fair election to determine their country's future, including the countless Russian patriots who have risked so much to protest and resist Putin's regime." 

ICHEOKU says but where was the same Senator John McCain when the man who defeated him in the 2008 presidential election, President Barack Hussein Obama, similarly called to congratulate the same President Vladimir Putin on his election victory in 2012? Why did Senator John McCain not condemn President Barack Obama then or was President Vladimir Putin not a dictator in 2012 and suddenly only morphed into one in 2018 simply because President Donald John Trump became president? It is simply unbelievable the quantum of envy fueled hatred which is propelling these anti Trump and Never Trump crazies, including the sick old man McCain; people who seem to indulge themselves in excessive selective amnesia as they pick and chose what they want to remember in their disgusting effort at piling up on an innocent man, whose only sin was that he won an election against their preferred insider Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton. 

Again, President Donald John Trump is being chastised for engaging Cambridge Analytica for data collection and analysis during the last election; a thing which every politician and political aspirants normally do in their quest to target and get their message to their possible voters. It is instructive that President Barack Obama both campaigns in 2008 and 2012, engaged in identically the same thing which Cambridge Analytica is now being accused of helping President Donald John Trump do. Obama's campaign extensively mined Facebook data base during his two presidential elections campaigns and engaged Rentrak for the purpose. So why the outrage now being expressed with President Donald John Trump's copycat; which was no where to be seen when President Barack Obama did the same thing then? Why did Facebook see the Obama campaign’s use of its data as acceptable, but now says that Cambridge Analytica’s similar use of its data was objectionable, since there is no practical distinctions between the two usages. 

But the answer seems to have been supplied by former Obama for America director of Integration of Media Analytics, Carol Davidson, who said as follows: Facebook was surprised we were able to suck out the whole social graph, but they didn’t stop us once they realized that was what we were doing. They came to office in the days following election recruiting and were very candid that they allowed us to do things they wouldn’t have allowed someone else to do because they were on our side.” Yes indeed, Facebook was in-bed and riding with Team Obama, hence whatever data mining Obama's campaign carried out was okay and permissible; but being an anti Trump wild eyed liberal, it changed the rules of the game midstream and now frowns at Cambridge Analytica and by extension President Donald John Trump for using the same services which was extended to Obama. 

ICHEOKU says double standard could not have been better defined. What a people, who selectively apply their indignation depending on who they are targeting and as they see fit; and with whom there is no single fair playing one cap fits all standard. ICHEOKU says it adds to the feeling among millions of adept Trump loyalists and supporters, including ICHEOKU, that the attacks being levied against the president lack merit and if anything, is just a reaction to the surprise victory he recorded in the last election. The Deep State and membership thereinto are still raving mad that they were forced out of power and can no longer control the narrative in Washington. They are fighting back with everything in their arsenal, launching mortars following mortars; and hoping to hit a bullseye. They are mad as hell that President Donald John Trump is trying to turn everything upside down on their heads, which will render them useless and influential; and they do not want to lose their hold on America.  Nearly two years following their loss of the November 8, 2016 election and they have refused to let go and move on. They have not recovered from the shock and they are acting out and lashing out. Pitiful fellas.
