TEXAS HEARTBEAT LAW: A REASONABLE RESTRAINT ON ABORTIONS GONE WILD.
ICHEOKU says there are so many options available to prevent having an abortion but the will apparently no longer exists to do so. The procedure is so well advanced and easy to perform that some women now find it even harder doing pregnancy preventions than simply making a visit to an abortion clinic. Getting pregnant can be easily prevented by those women who don't want to carry babies to full term with the practice of safe sex and insistence that their partners also do the same. Having an unwanted pregnancy requiring a women to have an abortion is therefore an otherwise avoidable position to be in.
It is even more disturbing when the same abortionists scream loudest that babies are being put in cages and demand that unlimited number of children and their mothers from the southern border should be allowed into America and agitate for 200,000 Afghanis including women and children to be imported in planeloads into America. How about America's own babies or haven't these abortionist lost whatever moral high grounds they had in trying to stop American own babies from being brought into America through birth by their love for foreign and other countries babies? What if those babies were similarly aborted? These are very unreasonable and irrational people who only want the carefree indulgence of unprotect and unrestricted sex but without the responsibility which sometimes accompany such activities. This attitude shot abortion on demand to the stratosphere where it is today in America and Texas decided to so something about it.
It is very tragic that over 300,000 babies are aborted each year in America, in a country that is supposedly "God's own country" and you wonder why? Is it that American women have become so reckless with their reproductive cycle and don't care anymore or have developed this carefree attitude of having unprotected sex because there is an abortion clinic down the road or around the corner? Is it possible too that because of cache blanc women "freedom" in America, including the freedom not to be married or divorce on a whiff or simply the outright dislike and hatred of men by their feminist wing that such decision to abort is arrived often too quickly? Is it that there is no longer fear of God in the society and with it moral codes have gone too, that sex is now more cavalierly engaged in resulting in unwanted pregnancies? Even sexually transmitted diseases no longer deter women from having unprotected sex and getting knocked up with unwanted babies which they flush out in abortion clinics.
As the unending battle of society continues for the right of women to or not to have an abortion, there is a need too for society to take a look at adopting a new approach to the tussle by looking at the root cause of the matter which is having unprotected sex. Although a negligible percentage of the women who seek abortion services are victims of rape, but the large majority of them are women who had informed consensual sex, yet ended up seeking the services. Is it because they had a change of mind on carrying the pregnancy to full term or the unexpected pregnancy will impact their life in ways they did not anticipate nor would accommodate. Why not just say no to sex some people might ask, since the law gives women that additional right to reject any unwanted sexual advances or when they are not feeling up to it. Why is it only when that line of pregnancy is crossed that all these hoopla begins to be raised, forcing one to ask is prevention no longer better than cure.
ICHEOKU says is not an anti abortion police or a regulator of actions or controller of decisions, but only exploring ways the Roe v Wade existing tension between pro-life forces and abortionists can be effectively checkmated so that Americans can once begin to find some areas of agreement on some issues, especially one as this delicate. It was the Supreme Court that brought Roe v Wade into legitimacy and if the same Supreme Court choses to delegitimate Roe v Wade through the Texas heartbeat law which they decided not to touch, so be it. It is not only about women's right not to carry babies to full term, but also there is an included right of the unborn child not to be denied its right of entry into this world. So, a weighted balance of allowing the woman to do with her body as she pleases also includes the right of an unborn baby not to be killed once his or her heart starts beating. But to seek to completely deny one their right is not only selfish and uncaring, but also an attack on their God giving right to life and also their body.
The Texas law is an equitable legislation which protects both women and babies as both parties are allowed their respective rights while meeting each other safely at the center with reasonable accommodations. The right to life should not be only exclusive for the women who are providing the incubator for the children because the children have no other alternative means of entering society and therefore reserves the right not to be denied their entry into society. Also, the abortionists once incubated in some other woman's ovum and therefore owe a duty to provide their ovum for some other child wishing to enter the world. Having that special ability and capability to provide such services is an honor which should be treasured rather than scorned. The government should consider paying women for pregnancy hardship allowance and that way incentivize them to bringing life into this world. It will also greatly reduce the urge to get rid of the babies.
It is obvious that majority of women flushing babies out in abortion clinics do so because of financial hardship of raising a child. The government can institute a program for helping these women financially and if the government can afford to spend $300 million per day fighting a needless war in Afghanistan, they can also easily afford helping women with the financial needs involved in having babies. It is all about finding a workable solution as no person should be forced to carry a burden which is too heavy for their back. Since men readily want to have sex and condoms are not always their first preference, may be it is about time men are made to start paying for sex through a universal childcare taxation just in case an unwanted pregnancy results and the child has to be carried to full term. They already pay prostitutes, so why not for every sex?
Is it possible that as Texas goes so will other conservative Republican controlled States in the union, using "acute" restrictions on abortions to completely delegitimate abortions in their respective states. But their intention is in the right place as their aim is to help save the lives of millions of American babies who will be aborted, going forward? It is also in memory of the millions of other babies who were not so lucky and have already since paid the price of unrestricted abortions on demand in America. But are women being unduly tasked on this issue, and what sacrifices exactly are men being asked to make in the effort to end abortions on demand in America. It is true that without men there will be no resulting pregnancy which may be considered unwanted and needing to be aborted. Why is the use of spermicides not being encouraged more often, including its equivalent for men being readily made available so that men will also be actively participating in the prevention of pregnancies.
ICHEOKU says agrees that abortion is ravaging America and even bordering on savagery perpetrated on American babies, the future population of America. So, why is the American society tolerating the killing of their own kind and to such a degree that over 300,000 of them are killed each year. A matter made worse because it is their direct blood line that are killing these babies, American women; sometimes aided and abetted by American men, in the guise of exercising their "reproductive rights". What exactly is "reproductive" in sabotaging reproduction? Their right not to reproduce should end once the producing process has begun with an implanted viable fetus. Tampering with the fetus should therefore be a more readily prosecutable crime of not only the woman, but the man who implanted the fetus, except of course when the woman insists, despite all the pleading from the man, that it is her body and her choice.
There is a need to find a definitive meeting ground on the issue of abortion in America because it is always going to periodically swing with the composition of the Supreme Court Justices. It once swung to the Roe v Wade presently operating standard and might someday swing back to what it used to be before Roe v Wade. The entire society is suffering the effects and it will take the entire society to also find a solution to it. It is therefore about time the society fixed it because contraceptives have not solved the problem, condoms have not solved the problem, the fear of catching STDs have not solved the problem and the craving for orgasms have not slowed down. So, what then will solve the problem? ICHEOKU says women should be encouraged, pampered and even paid to carry babies to full term; that way, they will not be feeling that they are being forced to do with their body what they don't want to do. Let pay them to do it.
The Texas law is a good and well thought out law which will help create more American babies and avoid the need to import people through the southern border and Afghanistan to populate the land. Any woman in Texas who does not want to carry babies to full term should relocate to New York or California where abortion on demand is still a way of life. But if they choose to remain in Texas, they should be prepared to do the needful by closing their legs (abstinence) or opening them with greater caution by practicing safe sex with condoms or prevention of conception by contraceptives or the Billings method. It is their body, alright; but babies need to incubate. Women should treasure the honor of exclusive privilege of being the only entry point of babies into this world. They should cherish it with great relish and pride themselves in it, instead of taking undue advantage of it by denying babies entry visas into America. #WomenRocks!

BIDEN'S AFGHANISTAN SPEECH: WELL RECEIVED AND QUITE INSIGHTFUL.
ICHEOKU says it was a well crafted speech and under his frailty, was delivered sufficiently well too. ICHEOKU commends him for his courage in damning the Deep State Military Industrial Complex to bring the Afghanistan charade to an end. So many people had anticipated that some people would have been fired for the hiccups encountered, but he took all the responsibility as the buck stopped on his table. He took the covering fire and so should the matter now rest. Many American people strongly believe that the decision to end the conduit for Afghanistan fraud and corruption was the right decision as it stopped the bleeding enterprise of $300 million every day out of America's treasury.
Many things were disclosed in the speech such as that majority of the Americans in Afghanistan are Afghan nationals who have dual citizenship in America; but who are at home with their people and many of them decided to stay and tough it out. There is a report too that some Afghanis even returned to Afghanistan following the Taliban victory, including a former finance minister who moved back from America following contacts with the Taliban and the hope of joining the new government, reappointed to the ministry. As ICHEOKU has repeatedly said, majority of Afghanis support the Taliban because they were tired of the corrupt and inept former President Ashraf Ghani's administration and wanted a change.
Another point which Joe Biden raised in the speech was the need for America to punt out of Afghanistan and reposition itself better in order not to lose grounds to China and Russia in global competition. It is a very germane reason as the billions of dollars being wasted in Afghanistan, to the tune of $300 million each day, could be put elsewhere to a better use and better yield on return on investment. Infrastructure, schools, healthcare and technological and medical improvements could benefit handsomely from this. But what exactly was the daily amount spent on for the duration the expenses lasted when not even the Kabul embassy building which gulped $700 million to put together was secured.
It was also relieving to learn that Americans in Afghanistan had multiple warnings and offers to help them leave Afghanistan for several months beginning in March, for a total of 19 times and that majority of those who wanted to leave safely left. That 100,000 Afghanis were also airlifted out of their country, which ICHEOKU says was not helpful to Afghanistan because with them now gone, the country is left with no requisite manpower to continue building back better from where America stopped. It was not a good decision to evacuate this many Afghanis out of their country since abandoning it to the Taliban will only make it worse and less livable with no adequate brainpower left to run and manage it.
However, ICHEOKU disagrees with Joe Biden for trying to apportion some blame to President Donald John Trump for the agreement he reached with the Taliban on the withdrawal. Joe Biden have canceled everything with Trump's signature and name on it including and could have also easily canceled whatever agreement he reached with the Taliban, but he did not. He made a campaign promise to end the war and he ended the war. The buck stopped on his table. It was under his watch; he is fully and completely responsible for all the shortfalls and also earned all the credits for the successes. Just as he took full responsibility for the mission, so should he also not point any finger at any person for any agreement leading up to the withdrawal.
No meaningful non partisan is questioning the wisdom behind the decision to end the war and withdraw from Afghanistan; but the manner in which the withdrawal was carried out is the only thing under the microscope. It is also agreed that no time would have been better for the mission but it that could have been more ordered through a scheme that would have had only those penciled down for airlift being contacted and taken out of Afghanistan in the dead of the night, if need be. But to surge evacuees in the manner witnessed at the airport is what so many people disagree with as it is not the best possible approach for the exercise. Afghanis rushed to the airport because they got wind of the evacuation, otherwise they would have been sleeping on their beds when those meant to be evacuated were completely emptied out of the country.
ICHEOKU says agrees with Joe Biden too that going forward, America must always set missions with clear achievable goals, not unattainable ones; and that America must stay clearly mission-focused on the fundamental national security interests which necessitated the mission and once achieved, it is mission over. It couldn't be more clear-eyed than this and Joe Biden should be commended and appreciated for articulating such a definable mission creed with exactitude. He gave his word and he carried it through. It was a right and wise decision; and, in fact it was the best decision for America.
The Deep State military industrial complex did not like it but so also do they not like America as they have become mercenaries preying on America's wellness and Joe Biden stood up to them and won. Thankfully he did not suffer a "sudden heart attack" before August 31st as those monsters are capable of just anything. It is possible too that their dislike for Kamala Harris saved the day and deterred them from going to that extreme length because they loath her more than they hate Joe Biden for killing their golden goose.
As America now begin to put the Afghanistan matter behind them, Washington DC should try and work with the Taliban so that they can someday soon ship back all those Afghanis to the country to continue building it back better into a much livable place for all humanity to live, thrive and prosper.
Every country's problem cannot be solved by evacuating their citizens, otherwise what will happen if the worse should ever happen and Americans need to be evacuated. Where will Americans be shipped or flown to if all the countries in the world become too dependent on America that none is functionally viable anymore. The gospel of building back better should be also be preached to other countries to encourage them to be rebuildingi and repositioning their own countries because their over-reliance on America has made so many of them lazy and dysfunctional.
Imagine the news the other day that the United Kingdom or what was once the Great Britain that used to be a great naval power now has only one functional warship. Imagine the whole continent of Europe, excluding Russia, with a population of more than 700 million people cannot defend themselves and heavily relies on America under the subterfuge of NATO. Now nearly all the other countries in the world are following in the footsteps of Europe and the United Kingdom in getting lazy, allowing their countries to fall apart because their citizens can always run to America and they rely on America to bail them out as well.
What is happening in the world regarding America's big brother role is steadily morphing into putting all the world's eggs in one America's basket; and instead of creating competitive nations around the world, they are all collapsing into tiny pieces of the great American mosaic. What happens the day the world wakes up and America is no more or has been reduced to a state where it is barley surviving and cannot shoulder the world's problems anymore?
It is only an unthinking mind that believes that anything lasts forever; and while we pray and hope that America's odyssey goes on uninterrupted and unimpeded; but what about the ifs and buts? Even if it is not through a man made annihilation such as China and Russia ganging up to take America out; what if a natural disaster completely wipes America off the map or renders its ability to play the big brother role ineffective or even impossible? What becomes the fate of the world whose lungs is America or will their breathing come to a halt of an assured instant death?
There used to be so many thriving and even competitive countries in the world but not anymore, except for China. Nigeria for example once had a national currency which was much highly valued and sort after around the world than the American dollar. It used to be a country whose retards were shipped out to American universities because they were not good enough academically to compete in Nigeria schools and universities. But look at Nigeria today and the abyss into which it has fallen with hundreds of thousands of its best brains sojourning in America. People who could help reposition the country are chilling in America with their home country in such degradation.
Italy and Spain too had tall historical pasts as well, but not anymore. Greece too and of late the United Kingdom is beginning to lose their edge as well. They all have since lost many of their bright minds to America's brain drain and the people are no longer as patriotically committed to the development and wellness of their country as they once used to be. Ireland is practically emptied out of their hit makers as well and the same story is replete throughout the world as so many governments no longer even bother trying to fix their countries, but encourages their citizens to move to America.
Instead of investing in their countries and without knowledgeable citizens to confront them, they are mired in corruption and use available resources for their families and cronies, leading to the degrading poverty in their lands. Afghanistan is just another example where America erred seriously by removing Afghanis who could help build back better their country. The effect will be a country worse than the bargained for "safety and freedom" of women. Why not even restrict the evacuation to only women and leave the men to fight for their country. Just as Americans love their country, other nationalities should be encouraged to also love their own countries and not always thinking that the solution to their problems is a quick exit to America.

THE ENDLESS WAR IS FINALLY ENDED: A MISSION OF MERCY IS OVER. - JOE BIDEN.
“Last night in Kabul, the United States ended 20 years of war in Afghanistan, the longest war in American history. We completed one of the biggest airlifts in history with more than 120,000 people evacuated to safety. That number is more than double what most experts thought were possible. No nation, no nation has ever done anything like it in all of history. Only the United States had the capacity and the will and the ability to do it, and we did it today.
The extraordinary success of this mission was due to the incredible skill, bravely and selfless courage of the United States military and our diplomats and our intelligence professionals. For weeks, they risked their lives to get American citizens, Afghans who helped us, citizens of our allies and partners and others on board planes and out of the country. And they did it facing a crush of enormous crowds, seeking to leave the country. And they did it, knowing ISIS-K terrorists, sworn enemies of the Taliban, were lurking in the midst of those crowds.
And still, the women and men in the United States military, our diplomatic corps and intelligence professionals did their job and did it well, risking their lives, not for professional gain, but to serve others. Not in a mission of war, but in a mission of mercy. Twenty service members were wounded in the service of this mission. Thirteen heroes gave their lives. I was just at Dover Air Force Base, for the dignified transfer. We owe them and their families a debt of gratitude we can never repay, but we should never, ever, ever forget.
In April, I made a decision to end this war. As part of that decision, we set the date of August 31 for American troops to withdraw. The assumption was that more than 300,000 Afghan national security forces that we had trained over the past two decades, and equipped, would be a strong adversary in their civil wars with the Taliban. That assumption that the Afghan government would be able to hold on for a period of time beyond military drawdown turned out not to be accurate. But I still instructed our national security team to prepare for every eventuality, even that one. And that’s what we did. So, we were ready.
When the Afghan security forces – after two decades of fighting for their country, and losing thousands of their own – did not hold on as long as anyone expected, we were ready when they, the people of Afghanistan, watched their own government collapse, and the president flee, amid the corruption and malfeasance, handing over the country to their enemy, the Taliban and significantly increasing the risk to US personnel and our allies.
As a result, to safely extract American citizens before August 31, as well as embassy personnel, allies and partners, and those Afghans who had worked with us and had fought alongside of us for 20 years, I had authorised 6,000 troops, American troops to Kabul to help secure the airport.
As General McKenzie said, this is the way the mission was designed: it was designed to operate under severe stress and attack. And that’s what it did.
Since March, we reached out 19 times to Americans in Afghanistan with multiple warnings and offers to help them leave Afghanistan, all the way back as far as March. After we started the evacuation 17 days ago, we did initial outreach and analysis, and identified around 5,000 Americans who had decided earlier to stay in Afghanistan, but now wanted to leave. Our Operation Allied Rescue ended up getting more than 5,500 Americans out.
We got out thousands of citizens and diplomats from those countries that went to Afghanistan with us to get bin Laden. We got out locally employed staff in the United States Embassy and their families, totalling roughly 2,500 people. We got thousands of Afghan translators and interpreters, and others who supported the United States out as well. Now we believe that about 100 to 200 Americans remain in Afghanistan with some intention to leave. Most of those who remain are dual citizens, longtime residents, but earlier decided to stay because of their family roots in Afghanistan.
The bottom line: 90 percent of Americans in Afghanistan who wanted to leave, were able to leave. And for those remaining Americans, there is no deadline. We remain committed to get them out if they want to come out. Secretary of State Blinken is leading to continue diplomatic efforts to ensure a safe passage for any American, Afghan partner or foreign national who wants to leave Afghanistan.
In fact, just yesterday, the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution to send a clear message that the international community expects the Taliban to deliver on moving forward – notably, freedom of travel, freedom to leave. Together, we are joined by over 100 countries that are determined to make sure that Taliban uphold those commitments. It will include ongoing efforts in Afghanistan to reopen the airport, as well as overland routes, allowing for continued departure to those who want to leave, and deliver humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan.
The Taliban has made public commitments, broadcast on television and radio across Afghanistan on safe passage for anyone wanting to leave, including those who worked alongside Americans. We don’t take them by their word alone, but by their actions. We have leverage to make sure those commitments are met.
Let me be clear, leaving August 31 is not due to an arbitrary deadline. It is designed to save American lives. My predecessor, the former president, signed an agreement with the Taliban to remove US troops by May the first, just months after I was inaugurated. It included no requirement that the Taliban work out a cooperative governing arrangement with the Afghan government. Bit it did authorise the release of 5,000 prisoners last year, including some of the Taliban’s top war commanders, among those who just took control of Afghanistan.
By the time I came to office, the Taliban was in the strongest military position since 2001, controlling or contesting nearly half of the country. The previous administration’s agreement said that if we stuck to the May 1 deadline that they had signed on to leave by, the Taliban wouldn’t attack any American forces. But if we stayed, all bets were off.
So, we were left with a simple decision: either follow through on the commitment made by the last administration and leave Afghanistan, or say we weren’t leaving and commit another tens of thousands more troops. Going back to war: that was the choice, the real choice, between leaving or escalating. I was not going to extend this forever war, and I was not extending a forever exit. The decision to end the military lift operations at Kabul airport was based on unanimous recommendations of my civilian and military advisors, the secretary of state, the secretary of defense, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and all the service chiefs and the commanders in the field.
Their recommendation was that the safest way to secure the passage of the remaining Americans and others out of the country was not to continue with 6,000 troops on the ground in harm’s way in Kabul, rather, to get them out through non-military means. In the 17 days that we operated in Kabul after the Taliban seized power, we engaged in an around-the-clock effort to provide every American the opportunity to leave. Our State Department was working 24/7 contacting and talking, and in some cases, walking, Americans into the airport. Again, more than 5,500 Americans were airlifted out. And for those who remain, we will make arrangements to get them out if they so choose.
As for the Afghans, we and our partners have airlifted 100,000 of them. No country in history has done more to airlift out the residents of another country than we have done. We will continue to work to help more people leave the country who are at risk. We’re far from done. For now, I urge all Americans to join me in grateful prayer for our troops and diplomats and intelligence officers who carried out this mission of mercy in Kabul at a tremendous risk with such unparalleled results – an airlift that evacuated tens of thousands.
To a network of volunteers and veterans who helped identify those needing evacuation, guide them to the airport, and provide them their support along the way: We’re gonna continue to need their help. We need your help and I’m looking forward to meeting with you. And to everyone who is now offering, or who will offer to welcome Afghan allies to their homes around the world, including in America: We thank you.
I take responsibility for the decision. Now some say “We should have started mass evacuation sooner, and couldn’t this have been done in a more orderly manner?” I respectfully disagree. Imagine if we had begun evacuations in June or July, bringing in thousands of American troops and evacuating more than 120,000 people in the middle of a civil war. There still would have been a rush to the airport, a breakdown and confidence in control of the government. And it still would have been a very difficult and dangerous mission.
The bottom line is, there is no evacuation from the end of a war that you can run without the kinds of complexities, challenges, threats we faced, none. For those who would say we should have stayed indefinitely for years on end. They asked “Why don’t we just keep doing what we were doing? Why did we have to change anything?” The fact is, everything had changed. My predecessor had made a deal with the Taliban. When I came into office, we faced a deadline. May one. The Taliban onslaught was coming. We faced one of two choices: Follow the agreement of the previous administration and extend more time for people to get out; or send in thousands more troops and escalate the war.
To those asking for a third decade of war in Afghanistan, I ask: “What is the vital national interest?” In my view, we only have one: To make sure Afghanistan can never be used again to launch an attack on our homeland. Remember why we went to Afghanistan in the first place? Because we were attacked by Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda on September 11, 2001. And they were based in Afghanistan. We delivered justice to bin Laden on May 2, 2011, over a decade ago.
Al-Qaeda was decimated. I respectfully suggest you ask yourself this question: “If we’d been attacked on September 11, 2001 from Yemen instead of Afghanistan, would we have ever gone to war in Afghanistan even though the Taliban controlled Afghanistan in the year 2001?” I believe the honest answer is no. That’s because we have no vital interest in Afghanistan other than to prevent an attack on America’s homeland and our friends. And that’s true today. We succeeded in what we set out to do in Afghanistan over a decade ago. And we stayed for another decade. It was time to end this war.
This is a new world. The terror threat has metastasised across the world well beyond Afghanistan. We face threats from al-Shabab in Somalia, al-Qaeda affiliates in Syria in the Arabian Peninsula, and ISIS attempting to create a caliphate in Syria and Iraq, and establishing affiliates across Africa and Asia. The fundamental obligation of a president, in my opinion, is to defend and protect America, not against threats of 2001, but against the threats of 2021 and tomorrow. That is the guiding principle behind my decisions about Afghanistan.
I simply do not believe that the safety and security of America is enhanced by continuing to deploy thousands of American troops and spending billions of dollars a year in Afghanistan. But I also know that the threat from terrorism continues in its pernicious and evil nature. But it’s changed, expanded to other countries. Our strategy has to change, too. We will maintain the fight against terrorism Afghanistan and other countries. We just don’t need to fight a ground war to do it.
We have what’s called over-the-horizon capabilities, which means we can strike terrorists and targets without American boots on the ground or very few if needed. We’ve shown that capacity just in the last week. We struck ISIS-K remotely, days after they murdered 13 of our service members and dozens innocent Afghans. And to ISIS-K: We are not done with you yet. As commander-in-chief, I firmly believe the best path to guard our safety and our security lies in the tough, unforgiving, targeted precise strategy that goes after terror where it is today, not where it was two decades ago.
That’s what’s in our national interest. And here’s a critical thing to understand: The world is changing. We’re engaged in a serious competition with China. We’re dealing with the challenges on multiple fronts with Russia. We’re confronted with cyberattacks, and nuclear proliferation. We have to shore up America’s competitiveness to meet these new challenges in the competition for the 21st century. We can do both: fight terrorism and take on new threats that are here now, and will continue to be here in the future. And there’s nothing China or Russia would rather have, would want more in this competition than the United States to be bogged down another decade in Afghanistan.
As we turn the page on the foreign policy that has guided our nation the last two decades, we’ve got to learn from our mistakes. To me, there are two that are paramount. First, we must set missions with clear achievable goals, not ones we’ll never reach. And second, we must stay clearly focused on the fundamental national security interests of the United States of America.
This decision about Afghanistan is not just about Afghanistan. It’s about ending an era of major military operations to remake other countries. We saw a mission of counterterrorism in Afghanistan – getting the terrorists and stopping attacks – morph into a counterinsurgency, nation-building, trying to create a democratic, cohesive and united Afghanistan. That’s something that has never been done over many centuries of Afghans’ history. Moving on from that mindset and those kind of large-scale troop deployments will make us stronger and more effective and safer at home.
And for anyone who gets the wrong idea, let me say clearly: to those who wish America harm, to those who engage in terrorism against us or our allies, know this: the United States will never rest. We will not forgive; we will not forget. We will hunt you down to the ends of the Earth and you will pay the ultimate price. Let me be clear. We will continue to support the Afghan people through diplomacy, international influence and humanitarian aid. We’ll continue to push for regional diplomacy engagement to prevent violence and instability. We’ll continue to speak out for the basic rights of Afghan people, especially women and girls, as we speak out for women and girls all around the globe.
I’ve been clear that human rights will be the centre of our foreign policy. But the way to do that is not through endless military deployments, but through diplomacy, economic tools and rallying the rest of the world for support.
My fellow Americans, the war in Afghanistan is now over. I’m the fourth president who has faced the issue of whether and when to end this war. When I was running for president, I made a commitment to the American people that I would end this war. Today, I’ve honoured that commitment. It was time to be honest with the American people again. We no longer had a clear purpose in an open-ended mission in Afghanistan. After 20 years of war in Afghanistan, I refuse to send another generation of America’s sons and daughters to fight a war that should have ended long ago.
After more than $2 trillion spent Afghanistan, the costs the researchers of Brown University estimated to be over $300m a day for 20 years in Afghanistan, for two decades. Yes, the American people should hear this: $300m a day for two decades. You take the number of one trillion, as many say. That’s still $150m a day for two decades. What have we lost as a consequence in terms of opportunities?
I refuse to continue a war that was no longer in the service of the vital national interests of our people. And most of all, after 800,000 Americans served in Afghanistan. I’ve travelled that whole country. Brave and honourable service. After 20,744 American servicemen and women injured – and the loss of 2,461 American personnel, including 13 lives lost just this week – I refused to open another decade of warfare in Afghanistan.
We’ve been a nation too long at war. If you’re 20 years old today, you’ve never known an America at peace. So when I hear that we could have, should have, continued the so-called low-grade effort in Afghanistan at low risk to our service members at low cost, I don’t think enough people understand how much we’ve asked of the one percent of this country who put that uniform on, willing to put their lives on the line in defense of our nation. Maybe it’s because my deceased son Beau served in Iraq for a full year before that. Well, maybe it’s because of what I’ve seen over the years, as senator, vice president, and president traveling these countries.
A lot of our veterans and their families have gone through hell. Deployment after deployment. Months and years away from their families. Missed birthdays, anniversaries, empty chairs at holidays, financial struggles, divorces, loss of limbs, traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress. We see it in the struggles many have when they go home. We see it in the strain on their families and caregivers. We see it in the strain on their families when they’re not there. We see it in the grief borne by their survivors, a cost of war they will carry with them their whole lives. Most tragically, we see in the shocking and stunning statistic that should give pause to anyone who thinks war can ever be low grade, low risk or low cost.
Eighteen veterans, on average, die by suicide every single day in America, not in a far place but right here in America. There’s nothing low grade or low risk or low cost about any war. It’s time to end the war in Afghanistan.
As we close 20 years of war and strife and pain and sacrifice, it’s time to look to the future, not the past. To a future that’s safer, to a future that’s more secure, to a future that honours those who serve and all those who gave what President Lincoln called their last full measure of devotion. I gave my word with all of my heart. I believe this is the right decision, a wise decision and the best decision for America. Thank you. Thank you, and may God bless you all and may God protect our troops." - Joe Biden.

THE LAST MAN OUT: A WORTHY DEDICATION.
ICHEOKU says another historic photograph etched in time which has now earned its place in the annals of moments frozen in time. The green man or green soldier, thanks to night vision aided photography in the dark, now ranks with the photograph of the US Marines raising American flag in Iwo Jima and other such pictures which tell all the story behind them without uttering a single word. Anyone who sees such photograph automatically remembers and knows or understands exactly the story behind it. The last American service man leaving Afghanistan fully encapsulated the final withdrawal process and will now serve as the emblem of when America left Afghanistan.
The decision to finally end the twenty years escapade in Afghanistan is the right one as American people wanted it and American service men and women deserved it. It should have come a long time ago, but better late than never, admitted never late is always better and more preferred. Joe Biden will be remembered in history for having the courage to see the mission through despite all the pitfalls strewn on the road, some of them bothering on outright sabotage by the military industrial complex and their Deep State allies. Anyway, the Afghanistan green man have memorialized the mission and it was good that America did not suffer additional losses of service men and women as the mission finally concluded.
ICHEOKU says will wait for Joe Biden's address later before writing the last and possibly final piece on the Afghanistan withdrawal which have consumed everyone's time this last two weeks. Hopefully his address will be exhaustively insightful and that some people will be axed for the dust-up on America's image which was triggered by the haphazardness of the process. Somebody supervised the process and somebody also gave the order for the closure of Bagram base too early and before the mission was completed. Both persons have some questions to answer and both persons ought to be disciplined for the shoddiness in the execution of their assignment. Until then, lets honor the green man and kudos for a mission finally accomplished.

US STRIKES ISIS-K "BOMB-LADEN" VEHICLE: ANOTHER TALE AS THE SAGA CONTINUES.
ICHEOKU says have closely analyzed the furnished photographic evidence of the supposedly bomb-laden ISIS-K vehicle which was struck by United States drone near Kabul international airport. If what they are telling us is indeed true that the vehicle had bombs in them, why wasn't there secondary explosions; and if according to their story, there was, why is the vehicle still largely intact for a bomb-laden vehicle which was struck by a drone. Even the surrounding buildings are largely unscathed, being in such a close proximity to a drone-struck vehicle that had bombs in them. Take a closer look at the doors and windows' frames and glasses of the buildings, they were not scorched, singed or charred neither were they shattered or broken. Yet those propagandizing the American public convinced themselves that such a stock-photograph is sufficient for the American audience simply because they are gullible and for the most part, attention deficient; and hardly cares about things which have no immediate value and relevant to their daily life.
As the saying goes, once an American has food in his or her stomach, clothes on their backs, a shelter to lay inside and of course some entertainment to help them get through into the next day, all is well and dandy. It is a well know fact that most Americans do not pay attention to things which are outside their immediate comfort zone, their family, work and sometimes church, neighborhood or their children's school. This is why it has been so easy to feed Americans with stories, some ranging from the feel good, we are the good guys trying to keep the world safe by killing the bad guys overseas, people who want to do America harm; to complete absurdities of incredible and high improbable nature. Stories which are otherwise very difficult to swallow by any rational person because of their obvious incredulity.
This latest alleged bombing of an ISIS-K bomb-laden vehicle is in fact one such story. They told us that the US launched a drone strike on Sunday targeting a vehicle that presented an imminent ISIS-K threat to Kabul international airport. That they know that there were "substantial and powerful" subsequent explosions resulting from the destruction of the vehicle, indicating a large amount of explosive material inside. But the pictures of the scene does not show a vehicle nor a scene which was exposed to a "powerful" explosions, both from the drone and the bombs. There were no commensurate substantial damages which would ordinarily flow from such two powerful explosion sources. The chassis of the vehicle including its roof and back lights are largely in tact; and so are the glasses and frames of the doors and windows of surrounding buildings, in which courtyard the vehicle was apparently parked.
It is either that the wrong photograph was released to the public as the photograph is definitely not of the scene referenced and described, a bomb laden vehicle which was struck by a United States drone. Anyway, it doesn't matter any more; at least not at this stage since the withdrawal is proceeding full steam to its final completion. Thankfully, Joe Biden have stood squarely strong in seeing the mission through and have rebuffed every attempt made to either force a change in the plan or to cajole him into granting an extension of the due date. The withdrawal is good for America and the American people have shown that they agree with his decision on finally ending the charade that is Afghanistan.
In fact it does not matter anymore whether or not they kill all the terrorists in Afghanistan now with the two drone strikes because they knew all these years about the ISIS in Korastan but paid little to no attention to wiping them out. It is a too little too late effort now. The celebratory drone strikes are only meant to pacify American people who are peeved at the less than stellar job which the withdrawal turned into. Nobody is buying into the tales which they are currently spinning as every American is now focused on one thing only, the coming into being of Tuesday August 31st, 2021. It is good that those 13 brave men and women who were needlessly sacrificed have been brought home where they belong and may their souls continue to rest.
Before this latest drone attack, they told of a drone strike which killed ISIS-K planners the day before. They were riding inside a tuk-tuk three wheeler when they were struck but the drone did not completely destroy the rickshaw as was to be expected in such a drone attack. But they want us to believe them when we know how strong the materials used in fabricating those rickety three wheelers usually are; and wondering how they could have withstood the explosive force of an American drone missiles. It is equally noteworthy that the identities of the "planners" were not released and you ask yourself why? Since they knew them before droning them out of this world, why not realize their identities so that their claimed exploits could be confirmed?
Further, since the "planners" were killed a day before, who then "planned" the bomb-laden attack which vehicle was droned on Sunday? Who were the terrorists killed in the vehicle or were they just another bunch of "planners?" American people can use some answers or at best some quiet, once this Afghanistan withdrawal completely comes to an end. We are praying for Tuesday to come quickly before another attack or strike as we have had enough of the whole thing. Whatever they are doing, however they are painting the story or skewing the narrative is no longer that important. People are tired of both the Afghanistan misadventure and the associated tales by the moonlight, feel good and make believe stories saturating the airwaves. Nobody is interested anymore as the people cannot wait to put it behind them in order to take care of other things facing them. It was one hell of a ride but which has come to an end. Thank Jesus.

LIEUTENANT COLONEL STUART SCHELLER RISKED IT ALL: HE IS A MARINE.
“What you believe in can only be defined by what you’re willing to risk. So if I’m willing to risk my current battalion commander seat, my retirement, my family’s stability to say some of the things I want to say. I think it gives me some moral high ground to demand the same honesty, integrity, and accountability from my senior leaders. We have a secretary of defense who testified to Congress in May that the Afghan National Security Force could withstand the Taliban advance. We have chairmen of the Joint Chiefs [of Staff] who were supposed to advise on military policy. We have a Marine combatant commander. All of these people were supposed to advise.
I’m not saying we’ve got to be in Afghanistan forever. But I am saying, did any of you throw your rank on the table and say ‘hey, it’s a bad idea to evacuate Bagram Airfield strategic airbase before we evacuate everyone. From my position, potentially all those people did die in vain if we don’t have senior leaders that own up and raise their hand and accept accountability to say ‘we did not do this well. Without that, the higher military ranks are not holding up their end of the bargain. I have been fighting for 17 years. I am willing to throw it all away to say to my senior leaders, ‘I demand accountability." - Lt Col Stuart Scheller, Marine Battalion commander.
ICHEOKU says the commander indeed lived up to the expectations of the bravery usually associated with his group, the United States Marines; and he courageously spoke the minds of millions of American people as well as his fellow Marines. It was not about the mission but the poor manner in which it was executed or rather still being executed. Why was Bagram base evacuated of its military human assets before the civilian component of the operation withdrawal from Afghanistan was completed. Who gave the order and who signed off on such abnormal order of things? Did Joe Biden know about it and if, did he sign off on it or did the military high-ups cause such aberration. How could those who are supposed to conduct the evacuation evacuate themselves first? Somebody needs to be held to account for why the cart was put before the horse in the withdrawal scheme of things.
Unfortunately, the commander who voiced out such concern has now been relieved of his duties just for speaking out against the absurdity that was the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. What happened to the ban of a previously standing order of "don't ask, don't tell" in the military or is it only on matters of homosexuality and woke feminism that it comes alive? The guy is being punished for telling his story and sharing his misgivings about the haphazardness which trailed the concluding parts of the Afghanistan withdrawal. Meanwhile, nobody is accusing him of saying what is not true or lying against the military hierarchy or even spreading fake news. No, his only offense for which he has been summarily dismissed from the Marines is that he said it, he dared speak the truth to the powers that be and therefore must be canceled and destroyed.
ICHEOKU says Joe Biden must demand accountability from those military top heavies who authorized the reversed stages of the withdrawal. If only they have followed acceptable evacuation protocol of civilians first and military last, nothing near the scale of the disorder at Kabul airport, which have led to loss of lives of American military personnels as well as Afghanis would have occurred. The military is a top to bottom command structure based institution, so before Bagram base was vacated and abandoned, somebody on top of the food chain must have signed off on the action plan. It is that person who did so that must fall on his sword and commit harakiri. Nothing else will suffice nor satisfy the situation than such holding of accountability; exactly the message which the now fired commander is sending.
The Japanese military commanders do it without being prodded, but if it means pushing those who botched and bungled the Afghanistan withdrawal, so be it. It was an absolute failure to carry out an ordered operation which has left a steep American death toll and even a steeper Afghanistan death toll; and equally left America's reputation in total tatters and possibly damaged forever. It therefore cannot go unpunished and it does not matter how many brave officers they fire in their attempt to cover the scandal up and protect and shield their own butts from being axed, it is something that must be done as duty demands that it be done. The withdrawal of troops was a right thing to do but they turned it into an unmitigated disaster because they did not want the mission in Afghanistan to ever come to an end.
It was an attempted blackmail on Joe Biden geared towards forcing his change of mind on the withdrawal. Those responsible for it should therefore be punished as a deterrent to any future such paddling of canoe away from an ordered commander in chief's mission. American military is above such a third rate, mediocre performance in executing an assigned mission and everything must be done to avoid a repeat occurrence in the future and also tell all those who caused it that it is a shame they even dared to try. Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller will be alright and history will acknowledge him as one brave and courageous son of a gun for braving all the consequences to put his words out there; and on behalf of his colleagues in uniform as well as the American people.
The officer should also consider setting up a Go Fund Me page for himself to help cushion the hash effects of the economic hardship which lack of salary, allowances and pension will surely bring to him and his family. ICHEOKU knows that American people will respond positively to such a plea for a assistance from an officer who served his country very well and who spoke up when it mattered most and when many others cowered, afraid of the consequences of speaking up. Although, it is a military thing to always salute and execute, but sometimes, people are forced to speak to the King even if it means wearing a mask to do so. He has done his part and now American people must show him that they appreciate his courage with their support.
ICHEOKU says still supports Joe Biden's decision to end the mission in Afghanistan and admires his courage in pushing ahead with completion of the withdrawal despite all the curveballs strewn on the way of accomplishing the objective. It is the right thing to do and he did the right thing. History will write him well notwithstanding the hiccups along the way. It was not his fault that the people he put in charge of it decided to do things differently, which resulted to the encountered problems. However, it will become his fault if he fails to reprimand those of them who brought about the disorder witnessed and in some cases, punish those whose conduct fell abysmally below expectations. #CompleteTheWithdrawal.

AFGHANISTAN EVACUATIONS: CHRISTIANS ARE NOT BEING PRIORITIZED?
ICHEOKU says in the battle of religions it appears that Christianity have finally lost out to Islam, which apparently have won the battle of supremacy for the hearts and minds of Americans. It's fiercest competitor, Islam, have effectively won the White House under Joe Biden as the White House now prioritizes things and persons Islam over things and persons Christianity. This begs the question, was President Vladimir Putin right when he complained that America is no longer the country it once was, which was founded on Christian-Judaeo principles.
It is a fact that so many churches in America have closed doors and out of operation for some decades. It is also a fact that many church pews stay largely empty on the scant Sunday services in places where they still occur. And of course, it is a fact that American youths no longer go to church or even believe in the existence of God, the creator.
In its place, Islam is rapidly taking over, spreading at a rate that it has become the fastest growing religion in America, with so many mosques springing up everywhere and at a rate that churches are shuttering up. If not for some Pentecostal christian churches that are still hanging on, Christianity would have possibly become completely moribund by now in America. The sex scandal in the Catholic Church where reverend fathers molested alter boys did not help matters at all with the free fall of Christianity in America, it merely quickened the tempo of its rapid decline. Some church leaders also became baptized in the woke culture liberalism which saw nothing wrong in homosexuality with church teachings and were also actively encouraging illegal immigration to help fill their vacant church pews. They pissed off many hitherto members who simply walked away, disgusted and done.
It is not a secret that Saudi Arabia oil money has a great role to play in the decline of Christianity in America. They own a lot of things in America including so much of America's debt and still domiciles their means of foreign exchange in the dollars. They have been working overtime, lobbying policy wonks in Washington DC and sometimes, outrightly bribing some of them to get their way in America. They have also been sponsoring Islamic activities in America and sponsoring and bankrolling so many mosques construction. They buy American weapons, planes and equipments in boatloads and planeloads. They also have serious stake in many media houses in America as well as investments in Wall Street; and of course their long arm reaches the electoral process in America as money are funneled through proxy donors into favored candidates campaign coffers. In other word, they have burrowed so deeply into America that they now influences a lot of outcomes.
This was how the White House and Congress were swayed and persuaded into leaning more towards Islam and Muslim issues in general more than Christianity, in order not to make Saudi Arabia mad and angry. This has enabled Saudi Arabia, despite its wildly known notoriety for depriving women their rights and butchering journalists, to still remain a dear friend of the West. This is why the West looks the other way while Saudi Arabia is spreading their brand of acute Wahabbism Islam which is even more dire than the Taliban Islam. This is why the West including the United Kingdom and the United States of America has overlooked the Saudi Arabia's ongoing effort to completely islamize Nigeria for example; all because the West has been literary purchased and now fully banked and owned by Saudi Arabia.
The world have seen so many gory videos and pictures of Christians being burnt alive, beheaded, crucified, ran over like a road kill, some with eyes gouged and tongue cut off, beheaded and sometimes thrown down from several stories high building to their death, just because of their faith. It is happening in Nigeria and in so many other countries with large Christian populations throughout the world and also in some other countries with a fledgling Christian population such as Afghanistan. The Taliban is pursuing a zero Christian policy in Afghanistan and have publicly declared their intention to institute an ultra puristic form of Islam in the country. Shouldn't such a declared purpose of the Taliban been an inducement for prioritizing the evacuation of Christians from Afghanistan? Why should these Afghanistan Christians be abandoned to an assured certain fate of death?
But the White House, instead of prioritizing the evacuation of Christians out of Afghanistan, is actively sabotaging the effort by some Christian groups, including one led by Glen Beck, to evacuate Afghanistan Christians to safety in third countries. Why should America be anti Christians? Could this possibly also explain why America has paid little to no attention to the on going genocide in Nigeria being carried out against Christians of the Middle Belt and Southern Nigeria; which the Buhari government continues to sell to the world as farmers and herders clashes. To date over 200,000 Christians have been slaughtered in Nigeria and millions of others displaced; but the world has ignored it for the most part.
Imagine what will happen to the Christians now being abandoned in Afghanistan if what is happening to Christians in other parts of the world is any indicator. What use then is Christianity when adherents of the faith cannot be protected by those countries of supposedly the same faith, who brought the religion to those other parts of the world. Something went seriously awry with America's foreign policy. Save Afghanistan Christians, make their evacuation a top priority. Or better still, if the American "Islamist" government will not help them, they should stay out of the way and not disturb those organization who are trying to help the Christians of Afghanistan by not threatening countries who want to receive them and provide them safety and security. The last time ICHEOKU checked, America is still a God's own country and not an Allah's own country. May God save and protect his people IJN.

KABUL AIRPORT TERRORIST ATTACK: WHAT WILL THEY NOT DO?
ICHEOKU says was it that necessary that 13 United States service members should be sacrificed in this manner or is ICHEOKU needlessly reading some fine lines into the attack. Why now and why in a section of the airport which is under the control of the United States of America forces? ICHEOKU says does not know about you but something, a very small faint voice, is whispering to ICHEOKU that some conspiracy is involved in the attack at Kabul airport.
Stuff like this don't usually just happen unless it was orchestrated, possibly with the tacit approval of those who would have prevented it. Why was that many United States forces concentrated at one place in the airport, the very exact spot where the bombs went off, resulting in such high number of casualties, the worst in the past decade? What happened and how lucky could the terrorists have been to get that so close with their lethality and successfully executed the operation. Some coincidences are simply too hard to swallow and this attack definitely smells like one such difficult to accept ordinary coincidence.
It was less than 24 hours ago that the trio of the United States of America, the United Kingdom and their Australia toddling-counterpart issued an alert about a potential terrorists attack at the Kabul airport and it came to pass. A matter made worse because the same intelligence agencies which "correctly" read this very attack did not have a clue that the Taliban would sweep through Afghanistan and capture Kabul within such a short period of 7 days. So, what greatly improved their odds this much that they so easily scored the bullseye with this attack. Call ICHEOKU a skeptic, a contrarian or even a conspiracy theorist, but certain occurrences do not just happen unless it was allowed, permitted or even somewhat made to happen. This particular case is suspect and the fact that the authorities immediately knew who did it makes it even more disturbing, otherwise why was it not stopped?
They know that there will be a terrorists attack at the airport, but what measures did they put in place to prevent and thwart it? Why did they not change their routine on how they were checking and admitting evacuees into the airport or widened the parameter around the airport further, moved the people further away or even invited some Taliban to takeover some of the security functions to assist the Americans. Why, despite the alert, were the crowd still allowed to gather in such large numbers and mingling uncontrolled so close the airport? Shouldn't common sense have dictated that the crowd be dispersed, made to conform to order or even put in a single file and then ferreted to the gate one family at a time? But no, it was as if the warning never came nor issued; and it was business as usual, resulting in the outcome already warned about.
The accuracy of the forecast is quite disturbing and is forcing so many people to ask some riveting questions; since they knew it was coming, what did they do about it? Is it possible that it was another false flag operation carried out by the same invested interests who does not want to see the end of the Afghanistan operation ever come to fruition. Is it possible that some people are fooling some people and cleverly pulling wool over the eyes of American people to make them believe that what they are thinking is not real. Is what happened in Kabul airport part of the master plan by the military industrial complex, who having become so desperate to extend the withdrawal, decided to sacrifice 13 American troops, 28 Taliban fighters as well as 59 other Afghanis and injuring 1300 others in order to force the issue. Are these people that so disposable and expendable?
Thankfully it was not a planeload of 600 evacuees and their American handlers that were blown out of the sky as that could have been worse and more haranguing. But that is not to minimize or diminish the magnitude of the hurt caused by the avoidable loss of these 100 people but it could have been worse. It is deplorable and disheartening that this much blood is now wasted on the Afghanistan debacle. They waited for the G7 to persuade Joe Biden to extend the withdrawal but his steadfastness triggered them; and it is over to the next act. So, some terrorists immediately effervesced and warning was issued that terrorists will attack and boom, they successfully detonated their bombs in the airport, killing this many people as well as those injured.
ICHEOKU says American people are grateful that Joe Biden is staying the course and standing squarely resolute on completing the withdrawal mission, regardless of the attempt to derail it. Forces of evil are hellbent on not seeing the withdrawal run its course and are throwing everything to abort it. Joe Biden is an insider, insider in Washington DC and fully understands how the insider game is played. He knows that serious efforts are being made by these forces to sabotage and frustrate the withdrawal but he is committed to seeing it through. It is what the American people need and they have said it loud and clear that the Afghanistan boondoggle must finally end. So, they can call it ISIS-K or Taliban-Q or whatever name they choses, it does not matter the appellation as project Afghanistan is drawing to a close and it will end on August 31st. May the souls of those now sacrificed, now rest. Adieu gallant ones.

GOVERNOR NEWSOM'S RECALL RESTS ON BLACK VOTERS APATHY.
ICHEOKU says it is possible, although highly unlikely, that California Governor Gavin Newsom could be recalled from office on September 14th, 2021. A lot is at stake for the woke leftist liberal partisans and they will fight to the finish to starve off his recall. California is still for the most part, a very strong leftist liberal Democratic Party state and they will do whatever it takes to deny Republicans the joy of seeing them lose another governor. With New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo gone, Governor Gavin Newsom remains their only other high profile woke governor, whose profile rose sharply during last year's coronavirus wildfire when they made President Donald John Trump the coronavirus bogey man. They will not stand and watch their remaining coronavirus hero governor gone as well.
It is a challenge for them and they will mount a fight to the death to ensure that the governor is not recalled. A matter which is making them more insane because the person trending to succeed the governor, should the recall succeed, is someone they have successfully linked to President Donald John Trump and Trump brings the worst out of democrats. He triggers them in a very bad way and they will move heavens and earth to frustrate the recall. Unlike the 2003 Governor Gray Davis successful recall, the variables then are not present in this current recall effort. Rolling blackout was a matter which affected every Californian equally, unlike the politics of the coronavirus pandemic which created a big wedge between democrats and some republicans.
Many democrats voted to recall Governor Davis but no democrat will vote to recall Governor Newsom. Further, the recall of Governor Davis did not have any national political factor, but Governor Newsom's recall does involve President Donald John Trump and Californian democrats react to anything and everything Trump like a bull reacts to a red flag. Democrats will therefore troop out en-masse to defend their California and their fine face Governor Governor Newsom as a rejection of President Trump. Moreover, Larry Elder or whoever else is waiting in the wing to replace the governor is no Arnold Schwarzenegger nor have his star power or likability factor near to the "I will be back" actor, to attract crossover votes.
The recall election will finally come down to black voters' enthusiasm and whether they came out in sufficient numbers to vote or are persuaded by the color of Larry Elders. Their turnout might be effected by their displeasure with the governor for stealing a senate seat which black people expected to retain and giving it to Hispanics. Kamala Harris' senate seat should have been given to a black person or at least to a female, since the seat has for most part been always kept by Californian women. But an unthinking Governor Newsom or rather a Governor Newsom who wanted to curry favor from Hispanics and Latinos, decided to pawn away Kamala Harris's black senate seat to a Latino male. He hurt black people as well as the women of California, two voting blocs who might decide his fate on September 14th. If they chose to pay Governor Newsom in kind and stay out the election, he is toast.
Hopefully, his campaign is aware of this and presently working overtime to caress and massage the bruised ego of the two voting groups and woo their votes. ICHEOKU says was particularly miffed when Governor Newsom thumbed his nose at black people of California by not appointing a black person to Kamala Harris' vacated senate seat. San Francisco black Mayor London Breed was a ready shoe-in for that senate seat. She waited excitedly as everyone else had anticipated for Governor Newsom to make that announcement appointing her to that seat. But for reasons only known to Governor Gavin Newsom, he simply ignored her and the entire black people in California, particularly those in the Bay Area of Northern California, and gave the seat to a Southern California Latino.
Anyway, we shall see what happens on September 14th with the recall. The liberal far left having lost the other coast, with their coronavirus hero Governor Andrew Cuomo no longer in the governor's mansion in Albany, will see losing their this other coast's coronavirus hero as not an option. They will fight to retain Governor Gavin Newsom in the governor's mansion in Sacramento to avoid a double whammy, double sucker punch. It will be a very bitter pill to swallow and they will do everything and anything to avoid arriving at such a destination. ICHEOKU strongly believes that the governor will survive the recall and will make series of necessary horse trading to pacify blacks and women voting blocs of California. The wokest and most leftist liberal politics State in the union will not go red. #SayNoToRecall.

AUGUST 31ST IS SACROSANCT TO ANY FUTURE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TALIBAN.
ICHEOKU says once again Joe Biden has proved that he is the right fit in the White House at this moment. By standing firmly against the G7 minus one's attempt to extend the withdrawal date, he displayed an uncanny courage and it is commendable. They and their American defense industries collaborators wanted to achieve a different outcome from the one already afoot, under the pretense of needing more time to complete the evacuation, aware that such extension will trigger a Taliban reaction and thus rekindle the conflict. But thankfully, Joe Biden is too experienced for their game and caught them in their ploy and has resolutely rejected their ruse.
ICHEOKU says is emphatic that at 600 persons per a plane, all potential evacuees in Afghanistan could be safely evacuated within the remaining seven days once the will to do so is present. All it will require is to summon all available air assets, both military and civilian, from America, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, NATO, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and if still not enough, ask from Turkey and even Russia, for their A380 and Tupolev airplanes. One hundred airplanes would do the trick and America have more than that number of airplanes, talkless of many more from NATO and other countries. Therefore, not doing it is not an option as it is a task that must be done and the Taliban are so far cooperating and this grace period should be maximumly exploited.
The August 31st final date for full withdrawal of American troops in Afghanistan should be treated as an inviolable commitment and therefore, imperative that the word given by America be kept. So far, the Taliban have showed good faith and have kept their part of the bargain by not resuming hostilities and attacking American troops. They have also maintain law and order in Afghanistan and have not started cracking down on Afghanis, including their women. It is also noteworthy that they previously agreed to an extension of the withdrawal date from the former set date of May 1st. So, faltering on this rescheduled date of August 31st will be stretching their patience and unduly tasking our mother luck, which has thus far helped keep them under within reason.
It is therefore imperative that America also show them some reciprocity that their own word do mean a thing as well and that they can be trusted to do something whenever they say they would. It is about establishing a bond of trust between them which can be exploited in future dealings with them. They have kept their side of the bargain, so let nobody give them a reason to go back to their old bad behavior and resume the killing of American troops once again. Therefore under no condition whatsoever must America renege on the August 31st deadline agreed date for final withdrawal of every American troop from Afghanistan. If it means moving mountains or heavens and earth, so be it; but the honor of America is at stake and everything humanly doable must be done to keep it maintained.
The goodwill established so far, giving their words and keeping them, should be harnessed and sustained for future use. But should America renege and even if hostilities does not resume immediately, they will never believe anything that comes out of Washington DC. This will be inimical to any America's future relationship with the Taliban because they will always see America as untrustworthy and having reneged once with their promise, they will most likely always renege again. It is a test of the weight of American given word; and candor demands that America performed its obligation strictly according to the text on which it is written. It is not a question of wriggling out of it or just doing it because America can; no, it is about America's credibility.
Those clamoring for extension of the deadline are merely exploring ways to sabotage the process and find a reason to send troops back into Afghanistan. They want to break the agreement and then goad the Taliban to shoot and kill American troops; and then, say, see, the Taliban are killing Americans and we must defend and protect them. Then more soldiers will be ordered back and hostilities will once again resume and torpedo the Afghanistan final pullout. This is their intention, the reason for the many excuses; because America can easily evacuate even 100,000 people with a scaled up operation. Please Joe Biden, continue to remain strong, stay the course and resolute that the mission be accomplished by August 31st as resuming hostilities is not an option.

TALIBAN NAMES GOVERNING COUNCIL WITH FORMER PRESIDENT HAMID KARZAI IN IT.
ICHEOKU says Taliban has revealed that Afghanistan will be governed by a 12-member council which includes Abdul Ghani Baradar, Mullah Yaqub, Khalil-ur-Rehman Haqqani, Dr Abdullah Abdullah, former President Hamid Karzai, Hanif Atmar and Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. They named seven members as agreed so far, with five more to go. They are finally consolidating power.
ICHEOKU says have always suspected the former president was a two-faced, double dealing, member of the Taliban. He was always defending them and castigating American troops, accusing them of committing war crimes and genocide on his people for targeting Taliban fighters, who he called his brothers in Islam and fellow Afghanis. The whole blurry vision about what actually took place in Afghanistan is finally crystallizing, a welcome development for Afghanis. They are all Taliban, whether closeted or in the open and the West practically have no other choice in the matter than to find a way to work with them. #KarzaiTheTaliban.
EVACUATION OF AFGHANIS IS NOT THE SOLUTION: ENGAGE THE TALIBAN NOW.
ICHEOKU says evacuating Afghanis from their homeland will not solve any problem, rather it will exacerbate them and hinder the effort at building back better their country. Once the fairly good brains now being drained out of the country through the needless and unnecessary evacuation are gone, the leftover will not be well equipped or positioned to sustain the effort of modernizing the country. As a result, the most likelihood that it will have a free fall back into the abyss where it was in the 90s. It will end up being a case where a medicine killed the patient it was meant to save. Even any merit in the idea such as to try and save as many of them as possible, will fade when juxtaposed to a total and complete loss of Afghanistan, with the failed state status which is looming.
A country where a "medical doctor" could not appreciate the danger of hanging on the outside of a taxing, soon to be airborne airplane and eventually plunged down to his spattered death on the tarmac from hundreds of feet, is a country with so many deeply brain-dead people that further poaching the little manpower they have is simply inconsiderate and callous at best. What is the point of still depriving someone of sleep when you cannot give him bed to sleep on. Afghanistan deserves all the manpower and brain power they can find right now and it is injurious to take away the little they have. It will only accelerate their descent back into the catastrophic 90s, in their old ways, with little or no qualified people left to steer the country in this day of internet technology driven world.
Western countries seeking to help Afghanistan should have concentrated their energies more on the big picture prize which will be more beneficial to the nearly 40 million Afghanis rather than the convenience of the few tens of thousands they are taking out of the country. Helping Afghanistan to stabilize by engaging the Taliban to ensure that they govern within acceptable tolerable rules should have been a preferred best approach. But weakening them by providing temporary relief and succor to those who somewhat "betrayed" their country, working with the American "invaders", is not a friendly policy. What becomes the fate of the over 39 million Afghanis that will be left behind and at the "mercy of the Taliban?"
Evacuation is short sighted at best, a bandaid to a huge laceration and should have been discouraged and avoided in the interest of a stabilized Afghanistan. A long term solution should have been the focus of the West because a completely destabilized Afghanistan will be an added insult to the injury of the chaotic pullout as everything labored for the past twenty years would be completely and totally lost. At least the Taliban have made some assurances of good and better behavior; therefore working closely with them to make sure that they deliver on their promises would have been a better foot forward. It will lead to a more positive result than all the retributions, including economic sanctions, now being hatched at 10 Downing Street and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
The fact of the matter is that there is no amount of evacuation of Afghanis that will be enough. If 100,000 of them are taken out, how about the remainder 39 million plus? There will still be a very large number of them left behind and all Europe, America, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand and Japan do not have enough space to accommodate all of them. Even if there is enough space and the woke political leaders decide to overrun their own citizens with Afghanis, there will be consequential resistance by the citizens who would not tolerate being ran over and to some extent displaced by foreign Afghanis flooding their country.
It might be difficult for the bruised ego of the West, but engaging the Taliban is still the best solution since the reality on the ground affirms they are now the only authority there. Russia and China have indicated interest in accepting the Taliban and so should the West before it is completely displaced and replaced by those who did not spend blood and treasure trying to "build a nation" out of such a tribal vassal arid land, with over 60 distinct tribes with very distinct loyalties forged on thousands of years of feuding and bloodletting. The mistake has been made and now the solution should be the only focus. There should be no sanctions on Afghanistan, at least not now; diplomatic arm twisting, using their mentors in the Islamic world, many of who are Western allies too, is the ideal approach. Lets the West try something different.
