GUN VIOLENCE IN AMERICA: FOR WHO THE BELL TOLLS NEXT.

Just five people shy of Sandy Hook elementary school mass shooting incident that claimed 26 lives, the Uvalde Texas Robb elementary school mass shooting at 21 victims, now ranks among the highest grossing gun carnage in America. It is sad that such frequent blood spilling has tragically become part of our culture as a society. May the souls of the killed now rest.

25th AMENDMENT: ITS NOW ALL CRICKET.

Does anyone know what Madam Speaker presently thinks about the incontrovertible case which America is now saddled with? Just curious!

BUBBA WALLACE CAN NOW BREATH AS FBI GAVE HIM CPR.

"First off, I want to say how relieved I am that the investigation revealed that this wasn’t what we feared it was," Wallace said after NASCAR initially reported a noose was found in his team's garage at the Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday. I want to thank my team, NASCAR and the FBI for acting swiftly and treating this as a racial threat. I think we’ll gladly take a little embarrassment over what the alternatives could have been. Make no mistake, though some will try, this should not detract from the show of unity we had on Monday and the progress we’ve made as a sport to be a more welcoming environment for all." - Darrel Bubba Wallace.

ICHEOKU says with those words the man who started the NASCAR noose controversy summarily brought same to an end and hopefully the ever race-stoking media will now allow the matter to rest. Call it racial paranoia that an ordinary garage door pull-rope was made into a racially charged noose that nearly boiled over before the FBI determined that it was not. It is commendable that Bubba Wallace saw reason in the FBI conclusion and decided to end the controversy, primarily fueled a rush to judgment. It was unfortunate that many people including ICHEOKU compared Bubba Wallace to Jussie Smollett, but unlike Jussie Smollett, who despite the abundance of evidence to the contrary insisted on his victimhood, at least Bubba Wallace shunned making the story political. It was investigated and he accepted the outcome of the investigation and now wants the case closeD and permanently put behind him. Wonderful.

Good enough too, the other side rallied around him despite being the target of the rage generated by the controversy; unlike New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees, who the opposite side did not allow to exercise his First Amendment right to free speech about American flag. ICHEOKU says personally does not like it when sports people mix sports with politics because of the hybrid nature of their fans who have varying political beliefs. But since sports is what gave their voice power, does not mind their adding their voice as they see fit to the political discuss in the nation as basketball King LeBron James frequently does.

ICHEOKU is emphatic that there is more tolerance on the right side than there is with the left side, which always insists that it is either their way or the highway. Imagine if a conservative racer had said that "Black Lives Don't Matter or that All Lives Matter", what the left would have done to him including demanding that he be fired by NASCAR and that all sponsors pull their ads. But he said what he said in a proverbial showing a bull the red cloth, yet he was supported not scorned. Instead of ostracizing him, they rallied around him and gave him their brotherly love, believing that he has right to his politics and freedom of speech. Tell that to the left and you are toast.

Anyway, lets hope that the matter is now rested and that the guy is honorable enough not to allow himself to be used as a pawn in the ongoing cultural war between the right and the left, admitted that his initial fears were well founded. Hopefully too, what happened will not become a distraction to both NASCAR and to himself, because once fans start seeing him as an agitator, it is over for him. Also lets hope that some fans will not start boycotting NASCAR for their rush to decisions including banning the confederate flag which some people attach emotional wellbeing on. ICHEOKU says does not know about Bubba Wallace's winning record in car racing and never heard of him until the noose controversy erupted, but many people including ICHEOKU now knows him. But hey, all is good that ends well.

THE FIGHT FOR CONSERVATIVE JUSTICES: WHAT'S THE POINT ANYWAY?

ICHEOKU says presidents always nominate and fight to have confirmed, associates Justices of the Supreme Court who share their ideological viewpoint on the direction of the country. They do this primarily just in case an issue in which they are interested make it to the Supreme Court, believing that their confirmed Justices will understand the imperativeness to rule in favor of their position.

This is why severe battles are usually fought in the process of anchoring Justices in the apex court of the land and why only Judges who share the president's policy thinking and objective directions are always the preferred nominees. They are chosen with an implicit but unspoken understanding that they will always stand by the president in their decisions. It is believed that by their appointment, an unbreakable bond of shared policy objectives have been established between them and the president. But when some of these supposedly conservative Justices continuously rule against the policy direction and objectives of a president, who nominated them and fought so hard to get them confirmed, it triggers the question whether the war for their confirmation was even worth fighting for.

Why would such Justices become a thorn on the flesh of the president or did they not accept the nomination with a  basic understanding that their appointment came with a condition, a string, that they will always reciprocate the gesture of their appointment by ruling in favor of the president's policy initiative and direction. Is it possible that they lied during their interview process that they share the same policy views as the president, only for them to, after confirmation, reassume their old true self and left the president wondering if he was duped by them.

This reasoning is poignant because there were so many other dye in the wool candidates who could have been nominated for the position had the president known that those he was nominating then were not deeply vested in his line of thinking on the policy direction of the country. Why did they accept a job with a condition subsequent when they know that they are not going to keep their own side of the bargained benefit. Such makes the persistent complaint by the president of an existing Deep State cabal in Washington DC ever more plausible. Watching these seemingly concerted effort to always diminish and embarrass the president by everyone in Washington DC, including those in silky black robes somewhat gives the existence of the Deep State some credibility, otherwise why the concert of anti Trump tendencies.

It is always conservative Justices who often engage in this shifting of loyalty and are always aligning forces with the political left, instead of deferring to the political right that got them into the Supreme Court. They seem to unduly seek the approval of the left and to show their objectivity on issues, unlike their liberal democratic counterparts who always go for the broke, all or nothing decisions in favor of their leftist agenda. Similar deference to leftist causes also happens in the Congress as Republicans members of Congress sometimes see merit in their Democratic opponent's argument; but their opponents never reciprocate the gesture of "understanding an opposing viewpoint" but rigidly follows their own party's policy position unapologetically.

So, why does Congressional Republicans and their conservative Supreme Court Justices often cross the aisle of "understanding the issues of the other side", but which favor is never returned by their Democratic and liberal Justices counterparts. The later are always opposed to the Republicans and their conservative ideals, regardless of the merit or persuasion. The liberals are usually not persuadable and they see conservatism as being parallel opposed to what they believe and stand for. But the frequency of the  Republicans  bending over to cede a position to the Democrats is such that it would be better just blending them into the Democrats and forget about them, instead of the pretentiousness of having two ideologically opposed two parties.

Why is the president the only one who seem to be indeed concerned about conservative causes and is often left alone at the business end of the liberals long swords, while other supposed conservatives look on, askance and seem to cheer and enjoy the public spectacle being made of the president by forces bent on remaking America in their own warped utopian image. Several times have the Justices made rulings and decisions which support the opponents of the president's position and you wonder whose side are they really on anyway. They seem to be oblivious that they were put in the Supreme Court as Generals to cover that flank on the cultural/social reengineering war going on in America. But cases after cases, instead of being loyal team players for conservative causes, they continued to overrule the president and you wonder how frustrated it must be for a president who went into the battle of repositioning America only to discover that his Generals were not as committed to the cause as he is and had expected.

ICHEOKU is not questioning the wisdom behind these rulings which always went against the grain of the primary reason they were put in the Supreme Court, but wonders why it is only the supposed conservative Justices that are prone to delivering this anti conservatism rulings. Why doesn't the liberal Justices similarly rule against liberal causes and as frequently often as their conservative Justices rule against conservative causes. As most people knows, most cases that make it to the Supreme Court are usually political in nature, seeking a pronouncement to back an ideologically driven political position. They are competing positions, usually on a highly contested cultural/social issue of great importance to both the right and the left of the political divide, with the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of what goes and what stays, The proverbial last bus stop, yet they rule as if the conservatives have another layer of authority they can appeal to.

Why don't the Justices understand what is at stake, an ideological battle between two polarities, and then align forces accordingly as expected of them. It should not be a question of choice between conservatism and liberalism, as the Justices should have automatically queued up behind the right causes as members of Team Conservatism. This was the main reason they were nominated and confirmed to the Supreme Court, to always rule in favor of the party's position and not aspire to earn the admiration of the Democratic liberals. Election has consequences, the Democrats will readily tell anyone who questioned their stringent positions on things when they are in power. So, why can't the same ideological imperativeness guide the conservative Justices in their rulings. If President Trump had not won the election based on his conservative promises, the Justices would not be seating in the Supreme Court today.

But it appears that the Democrats ate their cake and still kept it. The same liberals who  viciously attacked and opposed the nomination and confirmation of the Justices are now the ones benefitting from their rulings. They are the ones winning and gaining all advantages by the presence of this Justice in the Supreme Court. Is it a case of caveat emptor, buyer beware; otherwise what is the point then of fighting to have certain philosophically and ideologically minded Justice in the Supreme Court. What do the Justices expect Congressional conservative Republicans and the President, who fought to put them in the Supreme Court, to do in the face of such several disappointed decisions and rulings against their policies. This forces the question, whether it was worth the effort put in the fight to nominate and confirm them; was it worthy of the trouble.

It does not make sense ruling against the president and by their agreeing with the liberals, they are telegraphing a message that the conservative ideology is stale, no longer tenable and should be discarded. They are asking everyone to yield and agree with the liberals viewpoint and position on things, to queue up behind liberal's take no prisoner approach to issues, to allow liberals to remake America as they see fit and finally to shut their traps in supreme obedience to liberal take over of America. If the president will not get his Muslim travel ban upheld, his immigration order upheld, his repeal Obamacare order certified; his Census citizenship question requirement upheld; his gay civil rights order upheld and his DACA order signed off on by the Justices, what then is the benefit of having them appointed to the court or overall utility of their conservative credentials.

To the knowledge of the Justices, these promises were the cardinal issues upon which the president ran for election and was elected into office in 2016 to fulfill. They were appointed to the court by the victorious president and suddenly they now have issues with the same policy objectives that got the president elected and which, peradventure, also got them appointed to the Supreme Court. They literary owe their associate membership of the Supreme Court to these policies, because without them the president would not have been elected into office, without which he could not have appointed them to the court. So, why then make rulings against the president's implementing the same policies which got him elected and also got them appointed to the Supreme Court.

It is simply not easy to comprehend, although they could be trying to balance various competing interests with their liberal rulings which is reflective of the broad spectrum of American people. But why is it always conservative Justices and not their liberal counterparts that always do this, trying to make the other sides happy by ruling in a particular way. If it were their liberal counterpart, they always rule with a predetermined mindset that "elections have consequences" and that in reaping the fruits of a hard won election, they will rule as their Democratic constituents, supporters and donors want.

Like former Secretary of State Tillerson once said that he plays for the team, ICHEOKU asks why can't these Justices play for the team which put them in the Supreme Court; or at least enter a quid pro quo bargain with their liberal counterparts where for every decision they make in favor of a liberal cause, the liberal Justices will also return the favor through a reciprocal ruling for a conservative cause. This way, their often 'one-sided please I crave your approval' rulings which they make for liberal causes and which goes against conservative causes will not be so glaring disadvantageous. Anyway, those Justices do not contest for elections and they also have a life term in office, so what do they care if a president's campaign promises were not kept. But it is disappointingly very sad watching these conservative Justices always ruling against the president and conservative positions and causes. Was the fight for their confirmation worth the trouble?

FAKE NEWS MEDIA: TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY DISINGENUOUS.

ICHEOKU says they never cared in the past about or to show President Donald John Trump's usually over-filled campaign arenas; and even when the president prods them to show it, his pleas always land on deaf ears, met with stone cold silence and the refusal to pan around their cameras to show the humongous crowd. They frequently told their listeners that crowd sizes does not matter; that the people who throng at the president's rallies are not necessarily his supporters but people who have nothing to do and just went there for the fun of being there; that what they see does not represent the president's actual voter base and that they should not worry or fret about it, but to simply disregard it as inconsequential in determining voter enthusiasm.

But suddenly, Tulsa Oklahoma happened and it was the first time a MAGA rally arena was not filled completely up to the rafters, with an overflow of teaming supporters outside and it was an all hell broke loose in the land of fake news media, now parroting that the people of America have abandoned the president, the reason they did not show up for his rally. This is the narrative they went to town with and are going into frenzy pushing it, but failed or rather refused to mention the underlying events that brought the outcome.

They did not mention the effect which coronavirus pandemic had on some otherwise would be attendees who were too scared to show up; they did not mention the non stop hysteria they created by continuously warning people about the risk of contracting coronavirus at an indoor arena which possibly spooked some would be attendees; they also did not factor in the Black Lives Matter protests which are going on in the country either. As far as they are concerned, the narrative is that President Donald John Trump could not fill a 19,000 person capacity arena and that was a sacrilege. But the same people have no problem when Joe Biden could not fill a 200 person event room or when his last two last public events could not draw enough persons to fill all the social distancing circles drawn in the room where the event took place.

The same Fake News industry were once questioning the president's mental fitness for the office which he occupies, which was emphasized more when the former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein wanted to wear wires to entrap the president in order to invoke Article 25 to remove him from office. They were drumming this narrative continuously until Joe Biden ventured on the stage as a fully demented hologram zombie and they immediately stopped because they saw a worse case than whatever the president might be suffering. The Fake News media also once championed the "Believe all women" anti men refrain until Tara Reade wanted to be also believed, but because Joe Biden was involved as her alleged attacker, they stopped believing women and ended the charade. Such story is replete everywhere and as the Fake News media determines.

Also for the first time ever, Joe Biden's campaign raised $6 million more than the Trump's campaign raised in May, $80 million and $74 million respectively; and for them, it was yet another indication that the American people have abandoned the president. But all the past several months the president was out raising Joe Biden by at least 4 to 1 in more campaign funds was not a big deal to them. Anyway, anyone still looking for evidence that the fake news industry is real and deeply vested in the Democratic Party should look no further, as these incidents showed beyond all shadows of doubt that they are a wing of the Democratic Party. But on November 3rd, the Martha Raddatz led crying wing of the Fake News media will once again wail and cry as they once again bemoan their fate that President Donald John Trump has been reelected for a second term because he will.

A very pitiful people who no longer knows how to mask their crass partisanship, but are now openly thrusting it at everybody's face without a care in the world. The media is supposed to objectively report the news as it happened, but not the fake news media. But woe to them all liberals hacks masquerading as news journalists who are blinded to the truth because of their implicit bias against President Donald John Trump just because he won the presidency in 2016. It shall not be well with them for their never ending misleading narratives against the president and as a punishment to them, the president will be reelected on November 3rd, case closed. #4MoreYears.

JOHN BOLTON'S ABC INTERVIEW: SHOWS A TATTLETALE WHO IS SIMPLY SO FULL OF IT.

ICHEOKU says if all there is in his new book were as summarized in his ABC"s interview by Martha Raddatz, then there is nothing in the book worth spending time on spinning or even wasting a dime buying the book. John Bolton wants the world to believe that his words are infallible and that he has no reason to make things up as any disgruntled former employee usually does. If he was so riled by what the president said or did during the time he was in the White House, why did he not resign in protest then, when it would have mattered most. Why did he wait until he was fired to now regurgitate  fables and wants American people to believe it as a gospel truth. There is no video or audio recording of any of the incidents or conversations he alleged took place between him and the president; there are no witnesses to vouch for their veracity either, yet he wants everybody to take his words for it that they took place simply because John Bolton said so. Interesting.

Anyway, as he personally admitted, none of the allegations was a crime nor an impeachable offense, even if they happened as he said.  So, what then is all the hullabaloo about that John Bolton is seeking to profit from his time in the White House by writing a book of fantasy which veracity is extremely suspect. ICHEOKU says does not know about you, but the fact that John Bolton even wrote the book on itself is enough to diminish him and vitiate any credibility to the book whatsoever. Why would anyone entrusted with such a highly sensitive position which requires optimum confidentiality now turn out to become a rat. This is exactly the reason the street enforces the code of snitches get stitches. John Bolton is busy psychoanalyzing the president and he never told American people when and where he obtained his psychological degree; but he wants American people to believe that their president is incompetent, unintelligent and not deserving of the highest office in the land.

ICHEOKU says to John Bolton that there is nobody that knows it all, including any president; the reason they usually appoints people with requisite knowledge to run the various departments on their behave and also to serve as advisers to the president on different issues. This is a man who on so many occasions, some even captured on video, showering praises on the president on how he is fighting for America like no other president before him and he remained the president's town crier number one until he was fired from his National Security Adviser job and now this turncoat.

Many people, including Michael Savage were against his appointment because they feared he was going to cajole the president into starting another war for the military industrial complex racketeers to make more money from. But no person ever foresaw nor suspected that he was going to become the turncoat traitor he has become, ratting on privileged confidential communications and making some of them up as he wrote his book. Everybody trusted his conservative credentials, including the president, the reason he was appointed in the first place, but this betrayal stinks to the high heavens, whether or not they are true.

Anyway, the book like many other books before it will also flop, not only because it is too expensive but many people are not interested in what it rehashed. American people are tired of fired White House staffers trying to bilk them of their money by writing books of tall tales which are not verifiable. Moreso, Alaska was not sold to the Russians by the president nor did the president cede California to China, so what exactly is the beef which John Bolton had to share in his book that he wants people to buy. Spending hard earned money on chronicled rantings of a disgruntled former employee who lost out in the battle for power in the White House between him and Secretary of State Mike Pompoe and Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin is a bad idea.

John Bolton did his best but it is not good enough to derail the president's reelection chances as President Donald John Trump will be reelected on November 3rd for a second term. It does not matter how John Bolton decides to vote on November 3rd, his one vote will not a difference make in the outcome of the election. Lucky enough too, he has no followers and nobody will vote in any particular way just because John Bolton influenced their decision. That mustachioed walrus is creepy and like the president appositely remarked recently, 'the bombs which John Bolton likes dropping on people and killing them, will land on his own head soon by way of criminal penalty for publishing classified communications and also losing the $2 million which he made from his tattletale book of infamy. Like John Bolton admitted, his book will come and go and nobody would pay any attention to it as ti influence anything. Shame on John Bolton.

JOE BIDEN HAS NO ANSWER TO THE TRUMP QUESTION.

ICHEOKU says after watching the MAGA rally in Tulsa Oklahoma, what will Joe Biden do in response or in counter. Will he try to do something immediately to get back into the prime time or will he just hunker down in his basement forte and be sullen about it. But even if he wants to hold his own rally, will his basement be big enough to hold his usual 200 person in attendance gathering. If he chooses to do it in a somewhat bigger arena, will the fear of coronavirus allow him and if, where will he find the crowd needed for such an event. ICHEOKU says it does not seem like Joe Biden has an answer to the Trump's question as there is really nothing he can do to counter Trump's MAGA rally. He knows that he is not a march to President Donald John Trump and cannot possibly stand his tornado force. Hillary Clinton couldn't do it with her much smarter self, talkless of Joe Biden who is so feeble and weak and nearly demented.

But who knows if Joe Biden will still agree to debate President Donald John Trump in the fall during the presidential debates or will he just chicken out, blame the coronavirus as  a reason for it because six feet social distancing cannot be adequately maintained; moreso it will be very difficult for him to debate with a face mask on. Will Joe Biden instead, say never mind, my time is up and lets just forget about the debate or will he man up and debate the president as he debated Bernie Sanders in a zero crowd environment, while maintaining social distancing with the president. ICHEOKU says anyway, does not know about you, but if what took place in Tulsa is evidence of what is facing Joe Biden this fall, then Houston, Joe Biden got a problem.

TULSA DID NOT DISAPPOINT: THE PRESIDENT DELIVERED AS USUAL.

ICHEOKU says as expected, the president did not disappoint, he once again delivered on his signature campaign style mesmerization of the MAGA family gathered at the Tulsa arena, as well as the millions who watched from the comforts of their homes. His message is clear, Joe Biden does not possess the mental equilibrium to be an option on November 3rd and therefore should not be wasted any vote on. ICHEOKU says agrees that Joe Biden's days are since over and now behind him; and so should American people help put him back into retirement on November 3rd. Voting for or electing Joe Biden is not and should not be an option to be considered by any sane and rational voter as there is more to the presidency than lamentations of what is wrong. You got to have the commitment, energy and sound mind to govern. Unfortunately, Joe Biden does not possess any of these three requirements any longer and should be helped off the political stage for the last time and permanently on November 3rd.

But does Joe Biden has a plan on how to respond to or counter what was at display in Tulsa. An event, which despite the fear of the coronavirus, the BLM protests and the rabid media nut-jobs who have been campaigning against it non stop for quite some time now, still recorded the success it did. Thousands of people still showed up, patriots, who love America so much and are ready to reassure the president that their loyalty to him has not waned. They came out in large numbers to affirm that they will stand their ground with Make America Great Again and will vote to reelect the president on November 3rd, to enable him continue to fly the flag of Americas greatness. Imagine what the atmosphere would have been if not for the perfect storms of a coronavirus, a possessed media and of course the ongoing George Floyd's triggered Black Lives Matter protest which captured the nation's attention and somewhat took off some shine from the MAGA rally by forcing some supporters away from Tulsa. Some due to fear of coronavirus and others for fear of their safety.

But against all odds, it was a successful first outing for the MAGA USA family since the coronavirus lockdown and it can only get better, huger, bigger and larger going forward. If after two weeks from hence, there is no exponential increase in coronavirus infections and hospitalizations in Tulsa, Team Trump should follow the Tulsa rally with rapid fire rallies around the country. They should dominate the airwaves and political discussion fora with President Donald John Trump rallies and let the nation once again become enveloped in the Trump Fever Mania. As it was before the lockdown so shall it become going forward; and going by the number of people who showed up in Tulsa, it is obvious that MAGA family is back and ready for the journey to November 3rd when another  history will be made by reelecting the president for a second term. ICHEOKU says congratulations to the team that made Tulsa happen and kudos to a courageous president who continuously push forward despite the amassed forces against him.

HAPPY JUNETEENTH AMERICA.

ICHEOKU says hopefully the nation can now begin to heal from the upheavals of the last several weeks since George Floyd was murdered. The 155th anniversary of the last black slaves becoming aware of their freedom is a good time to draw the curtain down on all the protests which erupted since his murder. May the craziness of the past few weeks now stop in honor of the memories which Juneteenth represent.

ICHEOKU says was going to ask why it is ok to keep Juneteenth flag but it is not ok to keep the Confederate flag which signifies the reason for Juneteenth. Without black people being held as slaves, there would have been no need for emancipation or later notifying slaves in Galveston Texas that they are have become free. Symbolism is everything and forms an important aspect of humanity and for its preservation, all these conflicting interests insignias should have been kept because without one, there won't be the other.

If you are flying flag of emancipation, it necessary follows or should follow that the flag of confederacy that kept the slaves should also equally fly to drive home the message of what triumphed over the other. Light over darkness. Christians keep the cross not because Jesus is still on the cross, but as a daily reminder to them of what Jesus went through in order to purchase them forgiveness of sin. If we have destroyed all the crosses, how would anyone be reminded the agony of what he went through in Gethsemane. Historical records are kept as a memory bank of what once was, in an effort to provide a guide going forward and in order to avoid the pitfalls of the past.

All those statues being demolished is plain whitewashing of historical facts, without which, the people and generations to come will be ignorant of what once was, then learn to appreciate how far the nation has come, as they continue traveling on the journey to improve what is, towards their common aspiration of what should be. But like William Shakespeare admonished humanity in Julius Caesar, mob mindset can be a dangerous thing and America is witnessing its claws. If people demolish statues of slave merchants, how then would they explain how they got to America in the first place?

Anyway, may all the protests now end and let America begin to work towards a more perfect union, with greater emphasis placed on jobs and security for black people as well and not all the superficial symbolisms of destroying centuries-old statues which will not in any way improve anybody's life. Enough of the destruction. Happy Juneteenth folks.

JOHN BOLTON IS A DOPE: DON'T BUY AND DON'T READ HIS BOOK.

ICHEOKU says this man should be rather ashamed of himself for betraying the trust of a confidential presence. He was appointed to such a position of high trust and extreme confidentiality and all he did in return is to rat on what his then privileged position made him privy to, assuming they are true. What a man of crass, who has no strength of character or honor to keep certain confidences secret.

ICHEOKU really does not care nor give a damn if everything in his book is true, it doesn't matter. What matters is that he was an enemy within, who kept quiet and enjoyed the privileges of the office until he was fired and now this. If they happened as he claimed and he was distrust about them, why did he not protest then or resigned in protest simultaneously as they occurred. But after the fact, just because he was fired from his job, he now decided to take his pound of flesh. Anyway, John Bolton be damned as he cannot separate Trumpers from their president and on November 3rd, the president will be reelected for a second time, regardless of the trashy Bolton Book. What a mustachioed nimrod.

TULSA 2020: MAGA RALLY RESTARTS.

ICHEOKU says congratulations to MAGA USA 2020 for restarting it's engines with a rally in Tulsa Oklahoma on June 20th, 2020. It is from now a non stop revving to November 3rd, when the president's contract with American people will be renewed with four more years in the White House. The president has worked hard enough to earn a second term and he will be rightly rewarded with a victory on November 3rd. Now lets MAGA family bring down the roof in Tulsa. #4MoreYears. #MAGA_KAG.

FULTON COUNTY DA SHOULD KNOW: 'I GOT HIM' IS NOT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT.

ICHEOKU says watching the Fulton Country District Attorney Paul Howard Jr news conference showed a man under heavy pressure to deliver for his Atlanta black community on the death of Rayschard Brooks.  The pressure was so palpable that you can see it in both his demeanor and facial contouring and he was sweaty too. He was forced to rush the indictment without first waiting for the rightful agency, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, to complete their investigation.

It is usually after they make pronouncement that the police officer's conduct warranted an indictment based on their finding, that the District Attorney then indicts. But he chose to presumptuously indict the police officer just to please his black people and such a rather perfunctory indictment for murder, of the police officer, will not stand muster and a trial. A charge of murder which is surely to be thrown out by the judge or on the application of the defense, be dismissed, because what happened, even if it was a crime, did not rise to murder. ICHEOKU is emphatic that no matter how terrible what happened was or may seem, the criminal justice system does not seek to make society feel good, but only to punish a criminal behavior.

So, based on the circumstances, the police officer did not commit any crime when he acted as he was authorized under Georgia State law, firing back with a deadly weapon at a fleeing suspect who first fired at him with a deadly weapon which he stole from the police. This is the sole soul of the case, the determinant of whether he had the right to defend himself from an assailant who wanted to incapacitate or even kill him while on his hot pursuit. Whether the officer reacted reasonably is a different thing all together; but if as Georgia State's law empowered him, he had the right to react as he reacted, case closed. Some people might not like it, but that is the black letter of the Georgia State's law which classifies taser as a deadly weapon and when attacked with it, the officer reserves the right to respond with a deadly weapon too.

Now, as regards to the excited utterance made by the policeman when he finally made contact with the dying victim that "I got him", it is not an admission of guilt. The expression could be interpreted in so many different ways including that he finally caught up with the suspect after chasing him upon his fleeing from the police to elude arrest. The officer did not immediately begin shooting at the victim upon the chase; he only returned fire when Rayschard Brooks fired at him. He had no intention to kill Rayschard but just wanted to arrest him for drunk driving. The victim resisted arrest, fought off the policemen, stole their weapon and then ran off, causing the chase to begin.

Even the police officer stepping on the victim's wrist to hold him down shows that the officer did not know that his shot was fatal and thought that Rayschard was still a continuing flee risk. The officer did not say "I killed the Nigger" or "I killed the SOB", which would have registered his malicious intention and that he deliberately wanted to kill him. He did not, it was nothing deliberate as the officer merely wanted to take him into custody and keep other road users safe from a drunk driver. There is also a glaring evidence of their mutual respectful conversation which showed that things were going smoothly until Rayschard decided to escalate it by resisting arrest, fighting the police, fleeing and shooting at the police in his hot pursuit.

But unfortunately, a showboating District Attorney, playing to the gallery of political correctness and desperately trying to win some points from Black Lives Matter, went out of his way to indict for murder and you wonder where was the malice aforethought. The officer never left for work that day intending to shoot and kill Rayschard Brooks or any other black man for that matter. Everybody saw the various video clips of how both men started off cordially and courteously before the victim decided to surprise the officers by doing exactly the same time which he had earlier assured the police officers that he will not do. According to the victim, he acknowledged that the police officers were doing their job and that he will comply with whatever the ask of him, before changing his mind when the handcuffs came out because he did not want to go to jail for drunk driving.

Thanks for video cameras, every of their interaction were captured and it is no longer second guessing what transpired. So, all those carrying water for the victim should in fairness also speak to what the victim did wrong, many things, to bring about the harm that was done to him and these officers whose conscience is forever stained with taking another person's life. They did not intend to so do but the victim forced their hand, admitted they could have shown more restrain, but the heat of the moment proved otherwise. ICHEOKU's verdict is that the officers will beat the charges, the officer indicted with murder will also beat the murder count. If the case is not completely dismissed, they will be acquitted following a trial on all the counts including stepping on the dead body as everything happened under the same unbroken chain of passion starting from the resisting of arrest. Even manslaughter is not tenable because the Georgia State law exculpates the officer and completely exonerates them.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT IS IN THE BOOK: JOHN BOLTON IS A DOPE.

ICHEOKU says that such a once trusted adviser should now seek to betray a president who made him his National Security Adviser is the gist of the story and not what Mr Walrus may have concocted as a personal vendetta at the president for firing him. Like any other disgruntled fired former employee, lashing out is always their next line of conduct and that is exactly what John Bolton is engaged in right now with his book. ICHEOKU says the president should completely ignored John Bolton and and his book and not spend useful time capital on the book as doing that will create more publicity for John Bolton's new book and inadvertently help him sell the book. The president should simply ignore it and it will whittle away.

Further if the following eight issues are considered the "most shocking" revelations in the book, then the book revealed nothing, talkless of it being shocking. According to the narrative, the president pleaded with China to help him win the 2020 election; the president suggested he was open to serving more than two terms; the president offered favors to dictators; the president praised Xi for China's internment camps; the president  defended Saudi Arabia to distract from a story about Ivanka; some top staff mocked the president at his back; the president thought that Finland was part of Russia/that United Kingdom is a nuclear power and the president thought it would be cool to invade Venezuela.

ICHEOKU says how anyone finds any of these things so "explosive" or "very socking" to merit any airtime is simply beyond me. Rather, such a girlie talk is ludicrous, ridiculous and laughable. So what if they happened, they are not crimes and every leader gets mocked in their backs, the reason they are leading and not worrying about what comes out of their exhaust tail pipes. John Bolton is just angry that he was fired from his White House's National Security Adviser's job and now he wants to implicate Mike Pompeo as a payback for his leading the effort for Bolton's firing. Please Americans, don't waste your time or money on such a book of sleaze not befitting of a person worthy of the office which he formally occupied. What a walrus.

JOHN BOLTON: JUST ANOTHER CHAPTER IN THE CONTINUING DISTRACTION.

ICHEOKU says it is disgraceful and a dive into the rock bottom the extent some people will go to just for television appearances and in the process make some money. A National Security Adviser, trusted by a president because of his "acute" conservatism, who wanted the president to start so many wars but was rebuffed and finally fired. Now, all he wants to do is rat on the president and make up some stories about the president; and some people find it okay that a former National Security Adviser would sabotage the office he once held in confidence, simply because it is against President Donald John Trump. Really?

Anyway, it really does not matter what Mr Walrus John Bolton wrote in his book, it won't a difference make nor derail the reelection of the president this November 3rd. He betrayed the trust reposed on him by the president as well as millions of American people who hitherto thought he was a convinced and trustworthy conservative, but not any more. It is just another chapter in the continued attacks of President Donald John Trump by the Deep State and their acolytes as well as the fake news media; and like all others before him, he too shall also fail. The coronavirus hysteria meant to stop the MAGA train and jeep it parked at the station did not succeed as the president is restarting the MAGA train engine in Tulsa on Saturday. The Black Lives Matter's riots is fading away and now their next gambit is to resurrect John Bolton and his chronicle of nonsensical as another mosquito nuisance to buzz the president's ears for another few days more.

ICHEOKU will not edify John Bolton by reading or buying his book of exaggerated fantasies. It does not matter what is contained in the book, President Donald John Trump will be reelected for a second term on November 3rd. What Billy Bush's Access Hollywood tape could not achieve, another book of sleaze from a Deep Stater will not accomplish. So, John Bolton is wasting his time pawning another book with November 3rd in mind because he will not succeed in changing or effecting the outcome of the election. President Donald John Trump has an unbreakable bond with the American people and he has worked hard enough in his first term to earn a second term and American people will keep him in the White House until 2024. To Hades with the mustachioed one and may he remain there until his whitish lip hairs turn orange again.

What manner of man is John Bolton anyway that kisses and tells; and now abusing the privilege of the office he once held courtesy of the magnanimity of the president. If a president cannot trust his National Security Adviser, who else could he trust. But it does not matter whether the president cajoled Xi Jinping to buy more soybean or wheat, the president did not commit any crime by doing that, if it is true. The president loves American farmers so much that he was doing whatever worked to open markets for their farm products. So what if he asked or said anything to Chinese Xi. As for whatever opinion Russia's Vladimir Putin may have expressed about the president, that also is his prerogative and it won't a thing change come November 3rd. What happened to manhood that men can no longer be men enough to keep shared confidences and secrets. #WhichRoomWasThat.

RAYSHARD BROOKS KILING: MAYOR BOTTOMS' RUSH TO JUDGMENT AGAINST THE POLICE.

ICHEOKU says administrative rationality demands that those in power and in charge act measuredly, deliberatively and decisively; and not to allow themselves to be stampeded into taking hastily actions without first thinking them through. Mayor of Atlanta Keisha Lance Bottoms was too quick to pronounce judgment on the policeman Garret Rolfe, who killed Rayschard Brooks and also in her demanding the resignation of the former police Chief Erika Shields. The Mayor should have waited until all the facts are in, garnered through investigation, before taking any action against Officer Rolfe who fired the fatal shots and demanding and receiving the resignation of the now former Police Chief Erika Shields.

Now that it is true that the police officer in hot pursuit acted in self defense as Georgia State Law provides, which classifies taser as a deadly weapon, what will the Atlanta Mayor do to redress the wrong she did to the police man and woman. Will she reinstate  the police chief and also give the policeman his job back or will she sullen away in obstinacy because the killing of Rayschard was according to her, personal because it could have been any of them, people of color. It reminded ICHEOKU of Barack Obama's comment during Trayvon Martin killing by George Zimmerman that had he had a son it would just look like Trayvon. What ICHEOKU does not understand is why people of color in power always play up their skin color, while at the same time not allowing or tolerating white people to also proudly hold up their whiteness. For them, it is always about their skin color but they equally do not want you to treat them as colored people and you marvel at this obvious troubling conflict.

Anyway, back to the lawfulness of the shooting. The Fulton County District Attorney Paul Ford Jr, while commenting on the other previously fired two Atlanta policemen who tasered two teenagers in a car during the George Floyd's protest, said that tasers are classified by Georgia State laws as a deadly weapon. It therefore naturally follows that a policeman being tasered should act to defend himself with deadly force as well. So, what exactly did the Atlanta Mayor expect a policeman to do when a deadly weapon was being deployed at him, afterall Rayschard Brooks did turn, pointed and discharge the taser at the pursing police officer. Without a doubt, Rayschard Brooks' intention was to demonize the pursuing policeman in order to escape arrest and you wonder why nobody is calling out the infra-digs perpetrated by the now deceased escapee who not only resisted arrest, fought the police, stole their weapon but fired it at the officer in his hot pursuit.

None of the critics of the policeman is giving him a benefit that he only fired his weapon after Rayschard fired at him, notwithstanding the varying lethality of a taser and a gun. The policeman did not set out to kill Rayschard as both men were running, the police chasing Rayschard, until suddenly, fearing capture, Rayschard changed the game into a armed shooting conflict. Yes, everyone agrees that the policeman should have been more circumspect with discharging his gun, but that is besides the point. The controlling issue is whether he was authorized and allowed under the law to discharge his weapon and not how he chose to exercise the discretion. His state of mind when he fired his weapon is imperative and only he can say exactly what was running through his mind at the time his index finger made contact with the trigger. So, what every other person says or thinks about what he did is irrelevant, once it is established that he acted within the law.

His action may be horrible but it is not unlawful and if not unlawful, there is no criminal violation, hence no criminal liability. It was not premeditated either nor was it accompanied by malice since both men were having a polite chat before Rayschard decided to become uncooperative, leading to the cascade of wrong events which culminated in his being killed. At most, the policeman could be blamed for not being more restrained and not firing his gun, but he had the supreme right to fire his gun under the circumstance and he broke no law by doing that. It was a decision which was his to make and he chose to not restrain himself and fired his gun. He chose to exercise his given prerogative under Georgia State's law which makes it permissible for a policeman to use deadly force to defend himself against a suspect's deadly weapon. A taser is classified as a deadly weapon under Georgia's extant law and he acted accordingly.

ICHEOKU says Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms was too quick to act and acted too hastily in firing the police officer and demanding and receiving the resignation of the police chief. The Mayor wanted to please her black people who were irate that another black man was killed by a white policeman and their anger is understandable. But the Mayor must understand that she is not a Mayor for only black people as other people live in Atlanta too. White people, Hispanic, Indians, Chinese, Arabs, Asians, Caribbean, Africans etc are other people who live in Atlanta and these people want to see justice done as well. These people should also factor into what black Mayor Bottoms does and this imperative should always be part of what guides her actions. Now, therefore, the Mayor must equally bravely address her black folks and explain to them why the policeman did nothing wrong and that he acted as he was authorized under the law of the State of Georgia to act.

Thereafter, the Mayor should give back to the policeman his badge and gun and also recall the forced out police chief. That is the right call to make under the existing Georgia State law which classifies taser as a deadly weapon. The Mayor must also understand that she is a mayor for all, including the policeman and the forced out police chief, and not just the vocal black lives matter group. Both the policeman and the former police chief deserves justice as well. Fairness demands that nobody passes sentence on anybody without first examining all the facts in the case, especially where an existing law is on the accused's side. ICHEOKU says no matter how abhorable what now former policeman Garret Rolfe did might seem, he did not break the law and without breaking the law he committed no crime for which he should lose his job or in any other way be held criminally liable, period. #GIveHimBackHisBadgeAndGun. #RecallThePoliceChief

BE HONEST: WHO DO YOU WANT AS YOUR PRESIDENT

ICHEOKU says paraphrasing Joe Biden's retort to Breakfast Club's Charlamagne the god, if you haven't figured that out yet and still remains undecided, what is wrong with you? Haven't you seen which candidate that exudes the confidence necessarily required and needed in a leader to inspire Americans and checkmate her adversaries.

If the masked Joe Biden cannot facedown coronavirus, how can he stare down China's Xi Jinping, North Korea's Kim Jong Un, Iran's Ayatollah and of course the Kremlin bad boy Russia's Vladimir Putin. Joe Biden, simply too weak and too feeble to lead America. His days are now in the rear mirror. #Vote4Trump. #VoteForOutstandingLeadership. #VoteFor4MoreYears of simply genius. In Trump we trust America's presidency until 2024.

ELECTION 2020: JOE BIDEN REFUSES TO CLOSE THE DEAL WITH BLACK PEOPLE.

ICHEOKU says several times has the presumptive presidential candidate nominee of the Democratic Party, former Vice President Joe Biden, been given the opportunity to seal the deal with black people on their votes this November 3rd, but severally has he refused to ink the deal. Joe Biden has on numerous occasions been asked to commit to choosing a black female vice presidential candidate, but he has flatly refused to do so, because he does not want a black woman as his vice presidential running mate.

Instead, he promised to appoint a black woman to the United States Supreme Court and also as a cabinet Secretary in his government. If Joe Biden is willing to publicly commit to the later two but is not willing to so commit as to the vice presidential slot, it shows that he does not want to and will not choose a black female as his vice presidential candidate. Possibly because a black woman is not good enough for Joe Biden to have as his Vice President should he win; thus begging the question does Joe Biden really like black people and does he still deserves the black votes, reciprocity considered.

If Joe Biden does not like black people enough to choose one of their female as his vice presidential candidate, what does that really tell black people about Joe Biden and his supposed love for black people. Joe Biden authored the 1994 Crime Bill and that is a testament of his abiding love for black people, all the pretenses notwithstanding. Why is Joe Biden coy in directly answering this question, whether he will pick a black female as his vice presidential candidate. He emphatically responded that he will appoint a black female to the Supreme Court and a cabinet position, but vehemently refused to commit on the position of the vice presidential candidacy.

This is a Supreme Court position which twice became available during the Obama/Biden government, but on both occasions, Joe Biden and Barack Obama overlooked black women and instead appointed two other women, one white and the other Hispanic; but the same Joe Biden now wants us to believe that if black people vote for him that he will reward them with a female black Justice of the Supreme Court. If Joe Biden could not persuade and encourage Barack Obama to appoint a black female as associate Justice of the Supreme Court Justice then, what is the guarantee that he will do so if elected with black votes. But he knows that he cannot win the presidency without black votes and he is doing and saying whatever comes to his mouth, short of the vice presidential position, to secure black votes.

It is about time black people told Joe Biden enough, give him an ultimatum to choose a black woman as his vice presidential candidate or forget about black votes on November 3rd. It should no longer be a case of use and dump black people, but an express quid pro quo of one good turn deserves another. Black people secured the presidential nomination for Joe Biden with South Carolina, so why he finding it difficult to return this love by running his ticket with a black female. Enough of the using of black people only to get to where they want politically and then abandoning them at the doorstep.

A case of continuously treating black people as only good for cooking the dinner but not good enough to be on the dinner table should not be tolerated this election 2020. A situation of black people continuously baking the electoral cake for the Democratic Party and being kept out of the cake dinner must end. Why must black people be only good for their votes and not good to participate in presidential governance. Enough of the Democratic Party's ingratitude.

If Joe Biden refuses to pick a black female fro run with him, then there is no point of black people voting for Joe Biden this November. Black people should then either totally boycott the presidential election of November 3rd or vote for President Donald John Trump in protest. Joe Biden has been in Washington DC for over 40 years without anything to show that he improved the lives of black people in America. Joe Biden also authored the 1994 Crime Bill that incarcerated millions of black people and destroyed a lot of black families in America. Joe Biden's other racist undertones are equally well documented.

Therefore, if a black woman is not good enough to run with Joe Biden on a ticket, then black people have no inheritance in any resulting Joe Biden's presidency; hence there is no use of supporting him to get there. It is imperative and there should be no choice about it, it is either Joe Biden seals the deal with black people by picking a black woman as his running mate or all the bets are off with the support of black people, period. This  demand should be unequivocal and this demand should also be non negotiable and this demand cannot be compromised. #BidenMustPickABlackWoman or no deal with black votes.

HAPPY 74TH MR PRESIDENT.

ICHEOKU says happy 74th and we shall also celebrate all through to your 78th in the White House as well. Thank you for all your sacrifices for America. May the good Lord keep you safe and healthy IJN. You will live long and healthy to finish your second term in office with astounding success and then retire happily to enjoy your sunset days in peace. #4MoreYears.

RAYSHARD BROOKS KILLED BY POLICE IN ATLANTA, DID EVERYTHING WRONG.

ICHEOKU says unfortunately he has now become a statistic in the number of black people killed by the police in the United States of America, but he somewhat actively courted his cruel fate. Unlike George Floyd who did nothing to instigate his death, the reason his killing resonated throughout the world, Rayshard Brooks precipitated his own demise. But his actions should not in anyway excuse the police use of excessive lethal force. He should not have been killed regardless, but he is now dead and all anyone can do now is to engage in the proverbial Monday Night Quarterbacking, but hindsight is always too late.

Rayshard Brooks went against the grain of every teachings which black people are given, mostly by their parents, on how to ensure that they stay alive each time they have an encounter with the police. He ignored them and it cost him dearly. He did exactly the opposite of the things he should not have done and it ended tragically in the loss of his life, the same thing which the teachings were meant to avoid. Black people are taught to be respectful to the police, to listen to their commands as attentively as they give them,  obey the the police, not to resist police arrest, not to fight with the police, not to go for police weapons and not run from the police. They are asked to see their behavior as the only thing that will determine whether they live or die each time the police makes contact with them.

But Rayshard Brooks, either because he was disorientated or under the influence, forgot the guide of staying alive and with it threw away his life. He was disrespectful to the police, he did not listen to their command, he did not obey the police, he resisted arrest, he fought with the police, he took their weapon and he ran from the police. To make matters worse, he pointed the very weapon which he took from them at them and he discharged it. It does not matter that the weapon was a taser gun and could not have killed the police as his deductible intention was to disable and incapacitate the pursuing officer in order to enable him get away from their pursuit. Yes indeed, had the taser struck the policeman, it would have incapacitated him momentarily and Brooks would have escaped. Rayshard Brooks would have still fired the weapon were it a real gun as firing of the taser supplied such intent and his preoccupation was to avoid capture.

Further, Rayshard Brooks was driving drunk and/or operating a vehicle under the influence and the fact that he was at a stop when the confrontation began does not negate this fact. The operative test is whether the vehicle was under his control while inebriated wit intention to move it from one place to another. The answer is yes because a drive through at a Wendy's restaurant is not his garage nor driveway or any other parking lot or spot.  Therefore he was actively engaged in the driving and operation of a motor vehicle while drunk or under the influence of some habituates or other intoxicants which incommoded his safe operation of the vehicle. It is a criminal behavior and a vehicle is a deadly weapon for purposes of grounding liability, although one of his lawyers appears not to know this consequential fact when he disputed on CNN that his client's dead father had no deadly weapon.

So, in addition to driving or operating a vehicle under the influence, Rayshard Brooks also resisted arrest, fought with the police, stole police weapon, ran from the police and then discharged the weapon at the police in hot pursuit. As a black man in America, he would be alive today if only he had listened to all the teachings on what to do when in contact with the police. But he did all the things which he should not do, any of which would have still been sufficient for the police to shoot him as they often do to black people. He triggered the police and contributed to his being shot because he should have known better and behaved as if his life depended on it. It is unfortunate that another black person has to die in the hands of the police for no rational reason at all; admitted the victim facilitated it through bad behavior.

But that be that as it may, it is a shame that two policemen could not hold just one black man down on the ground and long enough to subdue and handcuff him. It is also pitiful that one of the policeman was so careless to allow his taser gun to be taken by the now deceased Rayshard Brooks. Also, the policeman should not have discharged his gun three times at a fleeing Rayshard Brooks, but should have remained in pursuit while help arrived to help apprehend the fleeing suspect. He acted recklessly and was too quick to discharge his gun at the back of a fleeing suspect, aware that the suspect is fatigued and will not run very far before being caught. As a trained police officer, he also knows the limited lethality of a taser gun and that his life was not overly in danger, so he cannot say that he was afraid for his life and fired in self defense.

ICHEOKU says although it is quite obvious that Rayshard Brooks fired the taser at the policeman because he wanted to incapacitate the officer in order to facilitate his escape from the hot pursuit. But what is within the knowledge of the officer that taser has a very limited impact, is what is paramount here; so he should not have used bullets to counter a man who was firing taser at him. He was too quick to pull his gun and it has now cost him his job and possibly soon his freedom when convicted. It has also cost the Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields her job, who was forced to resign as a result. It also cost Wendy's a store which was burnt down by angry black people who were mad that another black person was killed by the police at a Wendy's lot, although ICHEOKU is still wondering what Wendy's culpability in the shooting was all about?

ICHEOKU says does not think the police chief should have resigned, afterall the police chief in Minneapolis is still on his job despite all the killings by the police, including George Floyd, in that Minnesota State city. Also, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms was too quick in firing the officer and would have ordered his suspension from active duty pending further investigation. But the urgency she displayed is understandable as she wanted to placate a restive Atlanta majority black crowd who would have destroyed more things in a riot demanding for action. It was the delay by Minneapolis authorities over the George Floyd's murder that actually triggered the protests and riots that followed, after the people waited endlessly for the arrest of the involved policemen without any movement by the authorities. This was what the Atlanta Mayor sought to avoid and she succeeded.

Anyway, the main problem with policing in America is that ex military people do a job which civilians should be doing. Most of the people usually hired as policemen and women are former battle tested soldiers who are trained to kill. Soldiers are trained to kill but not to amicably resolve disputes and conflicts. They only know how to escalate but not deescalate situations, hence their killer instinct usually goes into overdrive whenever they are faced with situations. Many of them do not know about conflict resolution or how to patiently lower down the charged tense atmosphere. Their training equip them to neutralize the subject as quickly as possible and such a habit is hard to get rid of. It is all in their reflexes and the short police academy training is not sufficient to override the killer instinct in them, which they learnt at various military forts and which they used for most of their life before rejoining civilian life.

So as the nation continues to explore ways of reforming the police, they should seriously consider hiring only civilians as police to do the civilian job of policing. If they must hire ex military, to ensure that they are trained sufficiently well to inculcate in them the right, proper and correct way of defusing tensions, instead of just shooting the trouble away by quickly neutralizing the subject.

Hopefully other black people in America will learn a bitter lesson from his death and recommit themselves today to be more proactive in protecting their lives whenever the police make contact with them. By listening to the police as commanded, not fighting the police, obeying their instructions, not seizing police weapons, not resisting arrest and not running from the police, they will live until the next episode. Even if they did nothing wrong, they should learn to just suck it up and can always sue the city later for a wrongful police arrest and detention. First things first, black people must learn to stay alive in any police encounter as a dead person has no more rights whatsoever. Please black people, reassure yourselves that you will not let the police kill you by memorizing the rules of engagement and recite them each time the police confronts you and immediately put them into use. May the soul of Rayshard Brooks now rest.
