ROD ROSENSTEIN: THE WORST OF THEM ALL, DANGEROUS AND DUBIOUS.

ICHEOKU says he knew all along that the Russian Collusion was founded on a baseless falsehood, yet he sanctioned and supervised its investigation anyway. With a friend like Rod Rosenstein, President Donald John Trump does not need an enemy. A treacherous fella who might even be worse than James Comey, afterall he wanted to wear a wire to entrap the president and get him removed from office under the color of unsound mind, using the 25th Amendment. This 25th Amendment matter, joking or not, was simply an intolerable complicity. Rod Rosenstein also knowingly signed one of the FISA warrant, fully aware that it was baseless but he signed it anyway. 

ICHEOKU urges Americans who ordinarily do not want to vote for President Donald John Trump on November 3rd, 2020 or who have not made up their minds on who to vote for or who were not even thinking of such possibility, to factor in the rot that is being uncovered in the Justice Department and FBI going forward. It has been going on for some time now and since it is only the president that decided to tackle it, he must be given ample time to clean up the Augean stable. The president will need more than the remaining seven months to get the job done, so only his reelection will get the mission accomplished. Imagine the rot inside the America's premier law enforcement bureau and many people have suffered from such frame up and selective witch hunting over the years. 

Rod Rosenstein was the acting Attorney General who supervised the Mueller investigation following Jeffrey Session's recusal. So, if anyone knew what was going on therein then, he definitely was the person. Now that it has been established that all his underlings knew about it, he too is affixed by virtue of his position with such knowledge as well. But he pretended otherwise and proceeded to waste the nation's time and resources chasing shadows. He pretended to be on the side of justice but he was only beheading lady justice. He was an enemy within who was part of the collusion against the president, yet pretended loyalty. Such enemies are dangerous and Rosenstien was dangerously so close the Trump's administration that he would have brought it down if not that William Barr was appointed the Attorney General and he effectively took charge of affairs. In short, Rod Rosenstein was worse than James Comey, at least James Comey never pretended to love the president, unlike Rosenstein who was simply serpentine.

Rod Rosenstein tendered his resignation letter after he had assured the president the previous year that he was on the president's team and that the special counsel’s investigation would treat the president fairly. Rosenstein had said to the president, “I give the investigation credibility. I can land the plane" and followed it up with the then Chief of Staff with, "I can go. I’m ready to go. I can resign. But I don’t want to go out with a tweet.” Meanwhile, all the time preceding his resignation and while he presided over the Muller Russian Collusion investigation, he knew that there was no merit or basis in fact or law to warrant the investigation but continued anyway. He pretended that Robert Muller 's investigation could unearth something and continued to grant it more powers as he carried on with his scheme for the president to fall into a perjury trap; or to goad him to fire the Special Counsel so that the president can be impeached for that. 

This is the same guy who wrote the memo recommending the firing of James Comey, based on which the president fired James Comey. The firing of James Comey was the obstruction of justice part of the investigation by the Special Counsel which Rod Rosenstein empaneled. So, having recommended the firing of James Comey, why did he allow the obstruction of justice charge to be included when he knew the president did not obstruct any justice but had only acted on the memo which Rosenstein sent to him. Also, that would have automatically made him a witness, but he hung in there as acting Attorney General in charge of the same investigation's supervision. ICHEOKU says a person has never been as this conflicted as Rod Rosenstien was in the matter of the Bob Muller's Russian Collusion investigation. He wrote the memo but failed to disclose the part which he played himself in festering the corrupt conspiracy which nearly overthrew a duly elected president of the United States of America. 

ICHEOKU says according to Rod Rosenstein, his then Justice Department and the FBI kept the faith, followed the rules and always put America first. But evolving evidence now tells a different story of a conniving and contriving, double-dealing insider, who threw others under the bus and played the game of survival until the end. If he followed the rules, why did he proceed with the Russian Collusion when he knew that there was never a collusion between the president and the Russians. If he put America First, why did he allow America to be dragged in the mud of a Russian Collusion for three long years and certainly, he did not keep the faith otherwise he would have not allowed the phony collusion to divide the country as it did. He talked consistently about maintaining the rule of law, but as it has now been shown, his actions directly threatened the rule of law. As one commentator put it, Rod Rosenstein was self-serving, self-protective and filled with ethical compromises and history will not treat him well.

TARA READE: TOO MANY UNEXPLAINED MOVING PARTS IN HER STORY

ICHEOKU says it is quite clear from all the collaborating circumstances that something in fact did happen to Tara Read while she worked for Joe Biden Senate's office back in 1993. But what is not clear however is the level of her complicity in what happened to her. Is it possible that she initially was a willing participant but later changed her mind and tried to back off. Is it possible too that she reached a deal about it, but the other side later reneged on it which turned her into a bitter woman. But will anybody know exactly what happened to her unless the matter is fully litigated in public opinion by Joe Biden granting full access to whatever document she claims evidenced her contemporaneous complaint about the incident. 

ICHEOKU says is somewhat confused on how a 29 year old woman would just stand aloof,  transfixed, as Joe Biden had his way with her as she described it; and for such a long time for him to accomplish all that she said he did without anyone catching them in the act. She did not put up a fight, she did not pushed him off and neither did she scream. According to her narrative, Joe Biden held her, pushed her against the wall, put his hand underneath her skirt and penetrated her with his finger, told her that he wants to fuck her. Continuing, he later kissed her on the neck, told her that she is nothing to him, then held her shoulder as he reassured her that she is okay and alright before picking up his gym bag and then left. Their bodies were so symmetrically aligned that their two foreheads and knees were touching each other, his mouth so close to her that she smelled his breath, body odor and/or fragrance, presupposing that Joe Biden's crutch was also pressed on her pubic area as well. 

From her story, Joe Biden later picked the gym bag from the ground and left, which showed that the gym bag was on the ground while the assault was going on. This automatically freed Tara Reade's both hands, but she wants us to believe that Joe Biden, who also has only two hands, was able to do all these to her without a counteraction by her. While all these sundry list of things were going on, why didn't Tara Reade deploy her own two hands into use immediately, to fight off, push off, craw and scratch her way out from an unwanted invader who also penetrated her private part. All these activities could not have taken place within a millisecond and you wonder why did she tolerate all of them. When Joe Biden did not take the gym bag from her stretched hand and approached closer, why did she not back off or drop the bag and ran away. 

Why did she stand there watching as Joe Biden came close enough to pin her to the wall. What was the level of her complicity in the whole experience which she suffered. Was she wearing a come-on mini skirt which made it so easy for Joe Biden to penetrate her with his finger? Before the incident took place, did she flirt with Joe Biden and possibly confided in some other fellow staffer who decided to facilitate her private meet with Joe Biden by sending her to take Joe Biden's gym bag to him. Was Joe Biden expecting her following an earlier heads-up or did he purposely instruct someone to send her to bring his gym bag to him? There are a lot of missing parts in the whole story, admitted that something transpired, but how, is the missing link. 

Tara Reade was afterall not Joe Biden's personal assistant who the running of such errands would constitute part of her job description. Her own job was managing the interns who worked in Joe Biden's Senate office, so why did she agree to be the gym bag lady. Also, when Joe Biden whispered to her that he wants to fuck her, what was her response? Was she revulsed and reacted accordingly with disgust or did she coyly, wriggle with a smile which Joe Biden possibly interpreted as a come on, thus collaborating what he previously heard that she likes him and wanted them to meet. Tara Reade was a big girl then and would have easily put up a fight to stave off Joe Biden's advances if she had wanted. But she stood there and did nothing while the many things she had described took place, really? It will require the suspension of disbelief to accept that they all happened or at least, not as she had narrated them. 

ICHEOKU is not saying not to believe women, but that her story as told, has a lot of moving parts which made it twisted with dubiousness. It is either she exaggerated and embellished the story of what happened to her or that nothing in fact happened to her and if, not as she told the story. She did not mention whether she was even wearing an underwear at the particular time she took the gym bag to Joe Biden and whether she did anything which suggested to Joe Biden that she was game or confirmed to him that she was indeed interested in him. She did not tell us what her response was when Joe Biden told her that he heard that she likes him and wanted to meet with him. If she did not express such thought to somebody, who probably later arranged the gym bag rendezvous, why then did she not deny it outrightly there to Joe Biden and loudly protest that it was not true. 

Many people are aware that women are generally drawn like magnet to men with money and power. It is also a common knowledge that many young women who go to Washington DC to work for politicians often times chase the opportunity to have personal relationship with these powerful politicians. They see them as a bridge to many things in life and they make no bone about it. Monica Lewinsky was similarly drawn to Bill Clinton before the former president put a move on her. Chandra Levy was also attracted to former California Congressman Gary Condit before she was murdered. ICHEOKU believes that there are also many other women whose dalliances did not commandeer the limelight. The only question really, is what role did Tara Reade play in the whole thing and at 29 years, she was a fully grown adult who knew exactly what she was doing and cannot be held out as an innocent teenager who was taken advantage of by a Washington DC politician.

ADAM SCHIFF: CONCEALMENT OF ABSENCE OF COLLUSION, A MISCONDUCT?

ICHEOKU says is finding it extremely hard to believe that knowingly concealing a fact of consequence and continuing to deceive the American people about a non existent Russia Collusion, is not a misconduct for which a member of Congress should be held accountable. If a lawyer intentionally misleads the court or a prosecutor  deliberately failed to disclose an information that would otherwise help the court reach a different decision, it is held a professional misconduct. 

It is also a professional misconduct for a doctor to lie to a patient and mislead the patient into signing off on a procedure which they would not have, had they been given proper information. So, why is a Congressman not amenable to such professional regulatory dictate for misleading the people who they supposedly represents. Why would there not be consequences for a member of Congress who intentionally propagates a narrative which he is aware is a lie and continuously mislead the people with it for such a long time. Why did Adam Schiff, aware that there was no Russian Collusion, as many top Obama's government officials had disclosed to him, yet he continued with the Russian Collusion narrative. Why would he not suffer some consequences as a result? 

It does not bode well for America's prestige overseas as other countries will now start to look down on America as an equally corrupt place with no moral standing to preach against the corruption in their own respective countries. ICHEOKU says even if Adam Schiff has congressional immunity for what he did, his colleagues should find a away of sanctioning him for bringing disrepute to the Congress. Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi should also consider removing him from his position as Chairman of House Intelligence Committee. Such a low character individual should not be allowed in any position that its occupier is held in high esteem, regardless of party affiliation. What he did is rather unconscionable and he took the nation for a ride for three long years and at a great cost and expenses. 

If Adam Schiff had any honor still left in him, he should resign from the chairmanship of the House Intelligence Committee immediately and probably retire from the Congress. What he did, concealing such a material fact that there was no evidence of any collusion between President Donald John Trump and the Russians, is shameful indeed and should cost him dearly, especially in loss of face and candor. How any constituency would allow such a lying person continue to represent them speaks volume about the constituents. It also  says a lot about the liar who has no scruples in shamelessly misleading the public on a situation which he knew was a hoax but did it anyway. How does he expect anybody to trust him going forward or to believe that politicians are honest people trying hard to get the peoples' business done. It is pitiful. 

DR ANTHONY FAUCI: A LIFETIME APPOINTMENT AT NIAID?

ICHEOKU says occupying a particular position since 1984 as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and nearly 80 years old at 79 years, what will it take for Dr Anthony Fauci to retire or is the position not amenable to the general retirement rules which applies to other public servants. Is the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease, of which he is the director for now 36 years not subject to the rules guiding other public institutions on retirement. 

It is a given that the director knows what he is doing at the institute but he will not live forever. There is a need for a seamless leadership succession and continuity at the NIAID, so the government must not wait for him to first succumb to the infirmities of old age before appointing his successor. So in view of his very advanced old age and having since passed the age of retirement, Dr Anthony Fauci ought to have since retired and a new director appointed to head the institute. 

ICHEOKU says short of the then Larry King of CNN's Larry King Live, CBS's 60 Minutes's Andy Rooney and some members of Congress, thought that it was only the Supreme Court Justices that are appointed for life, so what is it with Dr Anthony Stephen Fauci who apparently seems to also be enjoying a life tenure. He was appointed to the position in 1984 when Ronald Reagan was president and since then, four presidents have come and gone and he is still the head of the NIAID. President Donald John Trump is about completing his first term and Dr Fauci is still heading the institute. Something certainly does not look proper and definitely out of place for just one man to be at the headship of the NIAID for such a long time and continuing till date, and now doubles as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force. 

ICHEOKU is just curious, trying to understand the reason for his longevity at the institute, including the special circumstances that made it possible for his lasting tenure. Why is the NIAID different from any other public institution whose director or president surrenders to retirement at 65 years. But even if as agreed, Dr Fauci is one of the most trusted medical authority in America and recognized internationally as one of the world's leading medical expert on infectious diseases, will this his expertise never be spent. When will his services no longer be required and will any person ever be allowed to fill his shoes at the NIAID. ICHEOKU does not necessarily have anything against Dr Fauci, except that his stay at the NIAID has been for too long that it is about time he retired or is replaced with a successor. 

Nobody lives forever, he has given it his all and his best, it is time to for the institute to move on and away from Dr Anthony Stephen Fauci and make way for a director not named Fauci. It does not matter how good any person is, if they don't make way, there will never be an opportunity for the better and the best to someday emerge through succession. There is always this chance in life that the new will always be better than the old, but first the old has to move away to make way for the new to move in and prove their mettle. This coronavirus period will be one such good opportune time to allow Dr Anthony Stephen Fauci to retire. So once the flattening of the curve is firmly secured and the spread remains in its downward trajectory, Dr Fauci should take his bow and proceed on his leave, prelude to his retirement. 

At almost 80 years old, Dr Fauci has given all there is for him to give and anyone expecting anything more is being unreasonably too optimistic. There is a season for everything under the sun and he has had his moment under the sun.  Now, the sun has begun to set for Anthony Fauci and he needs to go and enjoy whatever remains of his life in peace, without bordering about the nation or the world being infected by one virus or the other. Dr Fauci has done his job and now is for him to relax and bask in the glory without the headaches of sleepless nights, spent worrying about one virus outbreak or another. ICHEOKU says Dr Anthony Fauci should take his bow of retirement or be asked to proceed on a leave and from there into a career sunset. 

JOE BIDEN'S SEXUAL ASSAULT OF TARA READE: MORE COLLABORATION SURFACES.

ICHEOKU says Tara Reade's ex husband Theodore Dronen wrote in a court declaration in 1996 that Tara Reade told him about “a problem she was having at work regarding sexual harassment, in U.S. Senator Joe Biden’s office. It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on her and that she is still sensitive and effected by it today." 

That was in 1996; in addition to Tara Reade's late mother's own collaboration in her voice from the grave, a 1993 CNN's Larry King Live call in. Tara Reade's neighbor also  recalled Tara telling her about the incident in 1995, as well as her brother's recollection. 

ICHEOKU says what other evidence is Joe Biden still waiting to see, short of the Tara Reade's letter of complaint in his custody, before apologizing and asking for forgiveness. Unless his depreciated mental capacity has clogged his recollection so much that he couldn't recall that the incident took place, in which case a withdrawal from the race for lack of capacity will still be an acceptable apology, ICHEOKU does not see how Joe Biden extricates himself from this scandal. 

FAKE NEWS: WHY THE MEDIA LOST THE BRANDING WAR.

ICHEOKU says the media in America has so far been unable to shake off the moniker   Fake News, which President Donald John Trump gave it and it is not without a reason. The media, instead of just reporting the news and giving out information as it is, and allow the people to decide what they want to do with it or make of it, have become so opinionated. They are agenda driven, they propagandize the people, they insert themselves in the news and sometimes even become the news itself, forcing their jaundiced viewpoint on the people and expects consumers to swallow it as news line, hook and sinker. 

Often times, this their opinion end up being wrong, false or later disproved as incorrect.  But instead of a retraction, apologizing or offering an explanation for why they got the story wrong, they usually double down, insisting that their version of the story is the truth and that the real truth is false or that their "sources" were forced to make a retraction just to make them look bad. This leaves many people wondering what exactly has become  the new objective of the media, which no longer correctly reports stories as they happened, being traditionally a purveyor of news and information; and insists that the consumers gulp down whatever they feed them without question. Why would the consumer not get the whole story, but only gets the subjective story which the media wants them to get.

The media has become so invested in pushing their own opinion that they now dabble into the stories, thriving in disputations and confrontations. Instead of trying to ferret out useful information on the way forward, they always dwell in the past insisting that somebody was once wrong, without finding out what has happened since the last time the person was wrong. Take the current coronavirus crisis for example, the media is always pointing to the previous statements made by the president at the beginning of the crisis, without providing the context of what information was available to the president then when he initially took a position. Whether they expect the president to be a prophet or magician or Nostradamus who sees tomorrow, nobody knows; otherwise how did the media expect the president to get everything right about the coronavirus from the onset. 

But they do not seem to care as they have an agenda which drives their narrative and regardless of all the president's best effort since the first time he opined on the coronavirus, they usually return to the misdeeds at the onset. This behavior is not a purveyor of news as they should be, but a recidivist activist media eager to score cheap points and make the president look bad and incompetent, period. The people are not interested about what was initially got wrong due to the then available information; they are only interested in what is going on presently and plans for the future on how to fix what is a national emergency of immerse proportion. This inability of American media to rise above the fray and report just the news, the present developments, fairly and objectively, is what has made the moniker fake news to stick to them. 

A matter which becomes so laughably pathetic when the person at the receiving end of their distortions is frequently proved to be right and innocent of their smear and propaganda. The American media also frequently reports stories which were unverified and unverifiable, and when later debunked, instead of an apology and retraction, they will simply move on to the next story as if it was not a big deal that they got the story wrong or that somebody suffered damage as a result. It is happening with such frequency that they all cannot be mere accidents or sources which later proved unreliable. Their purpose seems to be clear, a well orchestrated effort to smear, damage, disparage and cause disaffection within the society.

If not on purpose and purely accidental, they will admit to their mistake or that there was an error of judgement in their reporting and apologize for it, or simply retract and correct the falsehood. But they do not, instead they will ignore it or try to be stubbornly defensive about it or simply move on to the next false story. The circle of false stories continues with such frequency that it feels like they purposely make them up as they go and with one objective in mind, just to propagate a predetermined narrative. This failure of mea culpa and their obstinate refusal to admit their mistake, especially where glaringly clear, is what made the moniker FAKE NEWS to stick. They may not like it and wished that it went away, but until they fundamentally changes their manner of reportage, the public will never get back to filly believing everything the media says and at best, will always take it with a grain of salt. 

It is undeniable that the media usually has a dog in the fight in their effort to control any story. They want to always control the story. They want to be the only one informing the public on what is going on and according to their viewpoint, such that when the story does not fit their narrative, they readily tweaks it and sometimes even report another falsehood just to be in charge of information which the people are getting. But this making up of stories and reporting what is not true is simply going too far, as those who expected to be informed on the currency of events by the media, end up being fed rubbish and none existent falsehoods. It is regrettable and it is unfortunate what has become the fate of the media in America, as people no longer trust and believe what they publish as true and correct information, but mere propaganda meant to further a predetermined viewpoint narrative.

If as is widely understood before now that the purpose of the media is to inform and disseminate information, as a correlative, it necessarily follows that they should also issue corrections and retractions when they get things wrong or subsequent developments  ,Ade them being wrong or false. If they fail to do this, it becomes a journalistic malpractice and it continues, it becomes agenda driven and no longer a news outlet since they have abdicated from their primary duty to inform the public. 

The failure to correct such proven false and incorrect story or news, make the media  to be driven by other motive short of dissemination of information. So many media houses in America are guilty of this and it shows in their favorability rating and many people have also since tuned off. Nobody is expecting the media to be always 100% correct all the time, but that they should make effort to get their stories right most of the time and to, when mistakes are made, humbly acknowledge them, apologize and retract the bad story. That way, the public will understand that they are doing their best to inform them correctly and that they have no particular bias on which information they chose to convey, but are only interested in keeping the people informed of developments. 


Reporting unverified and unverifiable falsehoods is what makes the public question the truth of what they hear, read and watch in the media. Why the media have chosen this path to perdition is beyond ICHEOKU's comprehension as the media has been severally caught pants down with false stories. The worse part is their willful indifference to  these falsehood and the damage it is causing to their victims, both the disparaged and the consuming public who end up being misinformed. Of times, when they want to report these fake news, they will claim that anonymous sources told them that such and such happened, and when it pans out not to be true, they will blame it on the so called unnamed sources. 

Reporting fake news has eroded the media credibility so much that so many people no longer believe what they hear or watch in the media. People know and were tired of it but unfortunately seemed to have resigned to their fate of never going to get the media back to what they used to be and without any recourse until President Donald John Trump came around to call them out. The president bravely, boldly and courageously took them on and it has been game on to hold them accountable ever since. Today, this holding of the media accountable has taken on a global dimension as the term FAKE NEWS is now widely used throughout the world to designate an unverifiable and unverified news. But will the media ever recover from the damage to their credibility and believability, nobody knows.  

For example, no media house has ever confronted Hillary Clinton to explain why she has not accepted the result of the 2016 presidential election or asked her that she once complained that then candidate Donald John Trump was threatening our democracy by saying that he will not accept the election result under certain circumstances, what changed? A functioning, unbiased media would have since taken her to task about her apparent hypocrisy, but they all have agendas and unfortunately, it does not include asking Hillary Clinton tough questions. Even when the Democrats falsely claimed that the illegal immigration in the Southern border was a manufactured crisis, the media failed to confront them for some explanation when the invasion became widely obvious. Then add Russian Collusion, Ukrainian impeachment hoax as well as the General Michael Flynn's frame up by James Comey's FBI. It is no longer a quest to ferret out the truth.

Also. no journalist ever played to Democratic Party leaders their reactions during the Bill Clinton's impeachment and asked them to explain why their positions then are not also applicable to the impeachment of President Donald John Trump. It is also surprising that no media ever insisted that what was captured on video of Joe Biden, Charles Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Jerry Nadal saying then, should remain the same high bar for invoking articles of impeachment during the Trump's impeachment hoax. Except for the terrific Mika Brzezinski's intervention, none of the Democratic Party leaders have yet insisted that women should be believed in the unfolding Joe Biden's Tara Reade's scandal as they all had parroted during the Justice Brett Kavanuagh's blackmail by Dr Christine Blasey Ford.

The American media agenda driven narrative also reared its biased head when Kanye West wore a MAGA hat to the White House. They all went crazy calling him insane and out of his mind and being Uncle Tom for supporting President Donald John Trump. But the same media did not call Kanye crazy when he berated George W. Bush for hating black people during his slow response to Hurricane Katrina victims. Rather, the media reported him as a heroic crusader who was putting the plight of black Americans upfront and center stage of America forum. Also the same Kanye West wasn't insane and crazy when he snatched Taylor Swift's microphone, but he suddenly became an inmate of a lunatic asylum simply because a MAGA hat had messed up with his brain. 

The FAKE NEWS badge of dishonor has now indelibly stuck to the media. It will be very difficult if not impossible to shake it off. It is pitiful and it is sad that the entire media outlet in America conspired to bring this unintended consequences upon themselves by endlessly reporting negatively of the Trump administration. They will not give him credit for anything, including which he did a clear right as the Commander in Chief of the United States armed forces with the taking out ISIS leader Abu Bakr Baghdadi. How does the media think that over 63 million MAGA members who support the president feel, seeing them report only negatively about our beloved president or does it mean that the president has never done anything to earn him a good mention in the media and it is system wide the media. 

If not for bundling of channels, millions of people would have since done away with CNN and MSNBC in particular from their television package. Anyway, when next they complain or have the audacity to say that they are not FAKE NEWS, let them say how many good press they have ever given the president since he won the last election as any objective media would have repeatedly done. Are they saying that the president has never done anything right or they just want to report only the bad stuff. Also why do they get so many stories wrong and why the frequent use of unnamed sources which often turn out to be wrong. It is also instructive that CNN's Jim Acosta forced the cancellation of the White House media briefing; but instead of pointing out his rudeness which led to it, the media  are busy complaining that the president no longer allows the White House Press briefings to hold. It is just sad and the media are shamelessly pitiful but like a tortoise and its shell, fake news has become the shell of the media in America. 

GENERAL FLYNN'S FRAME UP: A SNIPPET OF AMERICA'S JUSTICE SYSTEM.

ICHEOKU says General Michael Flynn's frame up is a microcosm of the underbelly of America's justice system, especially as it appertains to the poor and minorities in America. The same group of people who everything is literary skewed against, including the supposedly one cap fits all justice system. They are poor and cannot afford lawyers and when, a public defender with zero experience and interest in the favorable outcome of their case is appointed to represent them, they do not get the adequate representation necessarily required to grant them a just outcome. 

The result is a skyrocket prison population in America where the poor and minority make up the larger percentage of people behind bars. At least General Flynn has a high profile and the means to get good representation, the reason his case is getting all the headlines and still remaining in the news cycle. It is not necessarily that his was one case that was got wrong because it is not as there are thousands of other cases, including some who have already been executed as a result of frame up obtained wrongful conviction. 

ICHEOKU is not necessarily shocked nor surprised that General Flynn was railroaded as such often happens in America. The only difference is that his was the highest they have gone with such a rogue activity, targeting the National Security Adviser to the president of the United States of America President Donald John Trump. If they could be this brazen, imagine what they have been able to get away with people without name recognition and money in America. It is the rot which little fellas have been forced to put up with in the name of justice and you ask yourself justice for who? It is corruption and it should be condemned by all good intentioned people. 

It did not start with General Michael Flynn nor will it end with him as it is a system wide malfeasance in justice enforcement in America which permeates every strata, from Cities to Counties to States and right up to Federal. Imagine a once revered institution such as the FBI descending so low through the shenanigans of its leaders, just to put an army general away or have him fired from his job. Many people have been forced to give false testimonies that led to execution of people for crimes which they did not commit; so the general got a somewhat fairer treatment compared to what so many others have been forced to put up with, including losing their life. 

ICHEOKU says does not in any way rationalizes what happened to Michael Flynn, but if it helps to draw attention to the rot within the system and sanitizes it, it would have had a positive outcome. Unfortunately, nobody should bet on it because as soon as President Donald John Trump is gone, it will be back to business as usual. The problem is structural and purposed to help the Deep State maintain their vice hold on power. This is the reason Senator Charles Schumer said that the Deep State has seven ways of getting people from Monday through Sunday and the Senator from New York was not kidding.  They selectively choose who to allow to hold certain positions of authority by excluding people they don't like in order to protect and guard their power hold. 

They frame people up for offenses which they did not commit nor were even aware of. Sometimes they even kill people and plant a gun on them, brand them criminals in order to justify killing them. They have threatened fathers, mothers and family members with severe penalties in order to force out false confessions. Stories abound of such extra judicial activities throughout America's justice system. Even drugs have been planted in people's places as well as in their cars and other places under their control just to frame them up. Then think about how they sometimes solve murder cases so rapidly by uprooting one homeless guy and making him the criminally accused person just to satisfy an urgent political need to solve a murder case. 

The litany of abuse in the justice system is legion, only that Michael Flynn's matter is suddenly shining a well deserved light on what has been an underbelly of America's justice system. Unfortunately, many minorities and the poor who have been shouting about the unjust justice system have been largely ignored for the most part. So, it is a somewhat positive that Michael Flynn investigation, which was purely vindictive based on suspicion that Flynn was an agent of Russia engaged in clandestine activity against the United States, is again bringing attention to this. There was no basis in fact or law for his investigation and there was no valid law-enforcement reason for the FBI to interview him, but they did it anyway. James Comey bragged about this impunity on national television. 

They had a recording of the Flynn–Kislyak conversation and they knew exactly what was said, hence did not need to interview Flynn about what he said, except that they had intention to entrap him with a lie should there be any inconsistencies in his recollection. They also knew that no quid pro quo exchanged hands between Flynn and Ambassador Kislyak to warrant any criminal investigation, but they framed him anyway. The two agents James Comey sent to waylay him also knew that Flynn did not lie, yet he was forced by circumstances of financial ruin and threat to prosecute his son to plead guilty, admitting that he had lied when he knew and even the FBI knew that he did not lie. What he went through is not uncommon as many people have lost even their lives as a result of such high handedness by law enforcement. 

All ICHEOKU is saying now is that it be stopped and let the case against Michael Flynn be the catalyst that brought it to a quick end. As for James Comey and his acolytes, there should be a consequential deterrent, otherwise some officials are bound to repeat their roguery in the future. Rogue cops are bad for everyone and James Comey is now the face of these bad cops who ruin it for other good cops. He needs to be isolated and decontaminated in order not to infect other cops. A prosecution, conviction and lengthy prison term will be quiet in order because if ir is Michael Flynn today, for who will the bell toll tomorrow. The entire system could use some sanitizing and the Michael Flynn's case is a good place to start.

JAMES COMEY: A PERSONIFICATION OF IMPUNITY, ANY CONSEQUENCES?

“I sent them. I probably would not have done that or maybe gotten away with in a more organized administration. There is a process to that such that if the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, it would work through the White House counsel and there would be discussions and approvals and it would be there. I thought it is early enough in the administration, so I said lets just send a couple of guys over there." - James Comey, disgraced former FBI director. 

ICHEOKU says he knew that it was wrong but he did it anyway, begging the question, will he ever be held accountable. Will James Comey be allowed to get away with it in the Trump government as he had boasted that he would not have gotten away with it in previous Bush and Obama governments, presupposing that he got away with it in the Trump administration. ICHEOKU says has he gotten away with it or he had spoken too early, oblivious that the wheel of justice grinds slowly. American people are waiting and watching to see what happens next as such impunity was rather too brazen to be swept under the rug. 

It is imperative that such conduct be discouraged in the future and the only way to ensure that convincingly, is to take action against the former director by prosecuting him to the full extent of the law possible. What happened to Michael Flynn should not be viewed with any partisan lenses whatsoever nor should it be dismissed as just a Trump's presidency matter. No, it should be treated as a wholesome effort at restoring confidence in the Federal Bureau of Investigation and American law enforcement in general. If they could do this to a three star general and National Security Adviser to the president, imagine what they have gotten away with in the past with other lesser mortals. It is sad and it diminished America's standing in the eyes of the world; this needs to be restored.

CORONAVIRUS: COVID ORGANICS MEDICINE TO THE RESCUE.

ICHEOKU says at this stage of great disruption in the world caused by the coronavirus disease, with no known cure or palliatives, trying the Madagascan COVID Organics Medicine is an option worth looking into. Madagascar President Andry Rajoelina has been touting this his country's herbal medicine as the answer to the coronavirus question for quite some time now. His country have practically no coronavirus fatality not infection of great magnitude. Therefore, it is about time the world looked the way of the tiny Indian Ocean country of Africa and see if there is any truth to what he is saying. 

President Donald John Trump once told African Americans what do they have to lose by voting for him, so what has a world which is hopelessly disillusioned about the lack of cure for a disease which has so far proved very devastating got to lose by trying the Madagascan Covid Organics medicine. At least it is not poisonous, just a herbal concoction, and it won't kill the drinker. TARA READE: THE DELILAH OF BIDEN?

ICHEOKU says is she the one and will she add to the statistics of women who have taken down powerful men. Adam was submitted by Eve, ditto Samson by Delilah, Bill Clinton by Monica Lewinsky and of late Harvey Weinstein by several women. Will Tara Reade do the same thing to Joe Biden? The world awaits and watches to see how all this ends up, but so many downfalls of men have been attributed to some incensed women. Will Tara Reade prove Joe Biden to be just another vulnerable man? 

JOE BIDEN'S INTERVIEW: MIKA BRZEZINSKI DID A TERRIFIC JOB.

ICHEOKU says exactly what every unbiased and fair minded person expects from journalists, a fact finding and truth seeking quest to ferret out the truth, regardless of who is on the spot. Nobody wants any journalist's opinion because it is not their job to offer opinions. Theirs is to seek out the truth and tell it to their audience as it is, without any coloration whatsoever. That way, the public will get needed answers which will make it easier for them to understand with more clarity the issues involved and also help them make informed decisions. 

Mika Brzezinski acquitted herself very well as a journalist in her interview with Joe Biden about Ms Tara Reade's sexual assault allegation against the former Vice President and Democratic Party's presumptive presidential candidate. It was pointed and direct to the points and she did not allow Joe Biden to prevaricate or meander around so much. She held Joe Biden to the gun to ensure that he answered the questions and not play the usual game which politicians play, wander off to their talking points and prepared statements instead of answering the questions asked. ICHEOKU says is a cynic who believes that politicians often times get their questions ahead of time, but it does mot look like Joe Biden got a heads-up and if he did, he was definitely played with a fake. 

There were three particular questions which many people wanted to see Joe Biden answer and Mika Brzezinski asked him those three questions. The first question was whether Joe Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reade; second, whether women should be believed and third, why what was good for Justice Brett Kavanaugh is not good for Joe Biden. In response to the first question, it was an emphatic denial by Joe Biden as was expected of any man who is accused of such a sexual crime. Joe Biden flatly denied that it ever happened, saying "No, it is not true. I am saying unequivocally it never, never happened, and it didn’t. It never happened." 

As with men in his shoes, they first deny it, then feign ignorance of the incident and the apparent lack of knowledge of their accuser. They usually maintain this default position until incontrovertible evidence to the contrary emerges in which case they will pretend penitence. It happened with Bill Clinton with his infamous "I did not have sex with that woman, Ms Lewinsky  which denial he continued until the blue dress surfaced. So is it possibly that Joe Biden has taken a template from Bill Clinton and is now riding the same wave of initial denial, hoping that his archived papers will never be released and if, that it will never turn up the Tara Reade's alleged complaint, who knows? 

On the second question whether women should still be believed in view of his own present circumstances, Joe Biden answered in the affirmative but went ahead to qualify it by saying that women should be believed subject to further investigation for the veracity of their claim. Joe Biden definitely pivoted from his previous position and now seemed to say that women should be preliminarily believed, investigated and subsequently thereafter, find the man guilty if proved. It would appear that Joe Biden also took a page from President Ronald Reagan's "trust but first verify" in his response to believability of women on matters of sexual misconduct allegation. ICHEOKU says wonders why Joe Biden did not accord Justice Brett Kavanaugh the same level of benefit of the doubt when Dr Ford similarly accused the Judge in 2018. 

In response to the third question on whether his case is somewhat different from Justice Brett Kavanaugh's case and whether he regrets the position which he took during the Kavanaugh's case, Joe Biden said that what he said during the Justice Brett Kavanaugh's hearings was that Dr Ford had a right to be heard and the fact that she came forward raised the presumption that she was telling the truth, unless it’s proved that she wasn’t telling the truth or it is clear from the surrounding facts that she did not tell the truth. ICHEOKU says what the former Mr Vice President said during the Kavanaugh's case was publicly said and everybody knew exactly what he said then, therefore he should not mislead the people or attempt to meander his way out of what he said just to suit his own present purpose. Joe Biden was emphatic then about the standard of belief and it is somewhat  statutory without any qualifications whatsoever. She said it, therefore it must be true. 

But good enough Mika Brezezsnki did not allow Joe Biden to get away with his embellished responses and severally pushed back at him to answer the questions truthfully. Some of the best moments of the interview for ICHEOKU, when very good pertinent questions were asked include the three following:- 

1. "But Mr. Vice President, as it pertained to Dr. Ford, everyone wanted — high-level Democrats said she should be believed, that they believed it happened. You said if someone like Dr. Ford were to come out, the essence of what she is saying has to be believed, has to be real. Why, why, why, why is it real for Dr. Ford but not for Tara Reade? 

2. "Well, I’m going to try and ask the question in many different ways. Stacey Abrams said during the Kavanaugh hearings: “I believe women. I believe survivors of assault should be supported and their voices heard.” Kirsten Gillibrand tweeted: “Do we believe women? Do we give them the opportunity to tell their story? We must be a country that says yes every time.” They now both support you. Nancy Pelosi falls into this category too, as well as many other leaders in the Democratic Party. Are women to be believed — are women to be believed unless it pertains to you? Given the fact that you have said in the past that if a woman goes under the lights and talks about something like this, we have to consider that the essence of this is real, is the essence of what she is saying real? 

3. "You were unequivocal, Mr. Vice President, back in 2018 during the Kavanaugh controversy and hearings, and you said that women should be believed. You said this: “For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she is talking about is real, whether or not she forgets the facts, whether or not it’s been made worse or better over time. She’s going to be going on national television on Sunday. Tara Reade is coming forward in the glaring lights, to use your words. Should we not start off with the presumption that the essence of what she’s talking about is real? She says you sexually assaulted her. 

However, Joe Biden stuck to his denial saying "from the very beginning, I have said believing women means taking the woman’s claim seriously when she steps forward, and then vet it. Look into it. That is true in this case as well. Women have a right to be heard, and the press should rigorously investigate claims which they make. I will always uphold that principle. But in the end, in every case, the truth is what matters. And in this case, the truth is that the incident did not happen." ICHEOKU says yes indeed the truth is always what matters, but whose truth is it anyway, his or Ms Tara Reade's? 

ICHEOKU says as to Joe Biden's confusion on why the allegation is just now coming up after 27 years, saying that he did not understand it, ICHEOKU says Harvey Weinstein was emphatic that no man understands it either and that men are generally confused by the #MeToo created crisis. Also as to his statement that he doesn’t remember Tara Reade or any type of complaint she may have made 27 years ago, ICHEOKU strongly believes Joe Biden because his recollections have faded away and so much that he doesn't even remember where he is at most of the times and possibly will also forget by tomorrow that the interview with Mike Brzezisnki ever took place. 

Joe Biden tried to say that there is no corroboration of the incident and therefore Tara Reade lied, to which ICHEOKU says even her mother's voice from the grave corroborated the allegation and so did her brother's and a neighbor's recollections. The other fourth would be corroboration is the letter of complaint which she said she filed contemporaneously about the incident and which Joe Biden should facilitate its release. Other than this, the matter remains a disputation between a woman and a man and since women should be believed, the onus squarely rests on Joe Biden to prove convincingly that it did not happen. A sure way to do this is for Joe Biden to grant unlimited access to whatever documents in his Senate files that will establish that he did not do the allege, including Ms Tara Reade's alleged complaint or its lack therein. 

According to Joe Biden, tax records are private documents which are not put out in public, thus begging the question, why did Democrats insist that President Donald John Trump should make his own tax records publicly available during the Russian collusion hoax? 

One major lesson from the Joe Biden's sexual assault allegation is the unintended consequence of an ultra partisan position which was taken based on convenience, that women should be believed, regardless. What the Democrats did to Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2018 has now finally caught up with them in 2020 as it is now haunting  their presidential candidate Joe Biden. When they were making the bonfire to roast Justice Kavanaugh, little did they know that they were also gathering the woods with which their Joe Biden is now being barbecued. But it is possible that they did not know it will come this so soon. A day will also come when their ill conceived impeachment of the president will come around to similarly haunt their own party's elected president. Karma is a female. It is sad; such highly partisan irrationality and irascibility should be discouraged in American politics as the wheel of life keeps on turning unstoppably. For who the bell tolls. 

ICHEOKU says to her great credit, Mika Brzezinski made Joe Biden answer or attempted to answer the questions which she asked him and that won her a lot of people's admiration, including ICHEOKU's. Hopefully she will remain true to the journalist the world watched grill Joe Biden about the sexual assault accusation by Ms Tara Reade. The interview was the stuff real journalism is made of and she acquitted and redeemed herself very well as a journalist who is worthy of her epaulettes. ICHEOKU agrees with Mika Brzezinski that the 'fairest way to create the most transparency' is for Joe Biden to push for the release of any documents with Tara Reade’s name on them, whether it’s at the University of Delaware or the National Archives? 

ICHEOKU is completely satisfied with the interview likewise many others who wanted Joe Biden to tell his own side of the story. Overall, it was a great interview, especially in the follow up and push back aspects of it. Kudos to Mika for a job well done. It is also worth noting that it was a mentally improved Joe Biden who showed up in the interview and he did well under the circumstances and should in the interest of openness grant access to the alleged complaint.

KUDOS TO MIKA BRZEZINSKI: A GREAT INTERVIEW!

TARA READE: THE WORLD AWAITS JOE BIDEN'S RESPONSE.

ICHEOKU says provided it will not be his "I did not have sex with that woman" moment, believing that finger is not penis, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate Joe Biden can still recover from the sexual assault allegation if he keeps it real with American people. If the allegation is true, he should just apologize to Tara Reade for the indiscretion of many decades past and ask for forgiveness. If it is not true, he should vehemently deny it and vociferously state his case and demand an apology from Tara Reade for dragging his name in the mud. But what American people will not tolerate nor accept is another politician lying to their face about some sexual contact which he forced on a staffer. 

American people have had enough of politicians using their offices to abuse vulnerable women who are working for them and will not take kindly to another episode of it coming from Joe Biden. But as Harvey Weinstein said and hopefully Joe Biden will say too, American men are going through a #MeToo crisis right now in the country. Men are confused about the issue and that he is genuinely confused as well. ICHEOKU wishes the former Vice President and presidential candidate of the Democratic Party well as he finally mans up to face Ms Tara Reade. He will either get the matter rested or pour gasoline on it depending on how he tackles the problem. As for Tara Reade, her rebuttal should follow soon immediately thereafter and if Joe Biden admits and apologizes, for her to accept and forgive him pronto. American people are waiting and so does the world. 

TARA READE'S JOE BIDEN'S SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATION: WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?

ICHEOKU says why the sudden loss of interest by the protectors of womanhood and defenders of the right of women over  their vagina. Are some women not entitled to such protection and can be so flagrantly violated without recourse to any defense. What is going on America or is the double standards not too appalling that it violates every conscience and all tenets of fairness. Why should Harvey Weinstein be in prison and Justice Brett Kavanaug's nearly lost his Supreme Court nomination because of allegations of sexual misconducts, but no similar upheaval is being raised against Joe Biden for his alleged sexual assault on Ms Tara Reade. 

What is fair is fair and the same flat rate should apply to every man accused of similar offense. ICHEOKU is not saying to suffer the Democratic Party's presidential candidate Joe Biden, only that the sexual assault allegation against him by Tara Reade be similarly investigated and subjected to the microscope as was done in Weinstein and Kavanaugh's cases. What is good for the goose should also be good for the gander as justice and fairness demands equal measure. The same treatment should be meted out to every man against whom such allegation has been leveled because so many men in the past have paid a hefty price as a result of such allegation. Therefore it should not and cannot just stop now because the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, Joe Biden, was implicated. 

ICHEOKU says American people have heard earful during the past years about the need to believe all women, including from one Hawaii Congresswoman who publicly scolded American men to shut up and man up and accept the fact that women always tell the truth about their sexual assault experiences. The #MeToo movement from hell has been in the fore front of this vagina crusade against men for some time now but seem to have gone into shelter in place quarantine over the Joe Biden's case. They have gone radio silent and you wonder whether Ms Tara Reade's womanhood is not legitimate or that Joe Biden is too sacred to be similarly sacrificed. The #MeToo movement have even levied maximum protest against some accused men even on occasions when it was obvious that certain peculiarities in the circumstances of the alleged assault made it questionable. But they disregarded it and fervently powered on with their believe all women fighting cry. 

What the #MeToo movement did to some men literary equates to social lynching and some men's lives were forever upended. Many accused men lost their jobs, some were forced to resign their appointments and many others are in prison today serving long prison sentences as a result. So many others have been forced into hiding, excommunicated by their families and friends because the #MeToo movement demanded their heads on a platter for some indiscretion or unintended violations of so many decades past. They have amassed such influence and power over men that it has become somewhat institutionalized in America now that once accused, the man is automatically presumed guilty and sometimes does not even need bothering to prove his innocence. So, why is the latest accused man, Joe Biden, still walking scot-free and without the baying teeth of the #MeToo rabid hounds biting off his flesh and crushing his bones. They did it to Kavanaugh and Weinstein, why not Biden? 

The mantra 'BELIEVE ALL WOMEN" should be a one cap fits all; an equal opportunity treatment to every sexual misconduct allegation against men. It should be of such general application that every woman who makes such allegation should be believed or at least heard out, regardless. But it seems that as with Joe Biden, this hitherto standard rule has been infected with the great contagion of political correctness. The Believe All Women's #MeToo code of principle is now malleable and can be subjugated to a different scrutiny due to who was implicated. Apparently, it seems that it is simply a tool of choice in the hands of these nut job women and their invoking it depends on who the woman making the allegation is and of course, who the offending man is, their various political leanings factored in. 

Why should Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Harvey Weinstein be treated like ravenous monsters but Joe Biden is being cuddled like a harmless pet dove. The same people who nearly lynched Justice Kavanaugh and Harvey Weinstein over similar allegations are the same people who are either not answering questions about the Tara Reade accusation or decided that their Joe Biden can do no wrong and did not do what was alleged. A matter made more painful because Joe Biden's own misconduct seems to have more collaboration than the other two men, yet it is receiving little attention in the media and among within other various protect women groups such as the radical #MeToo anarchists. It is also noteworthy that these people never gave the other two men, particularly Justice Brett Kavanuagh a benefit of the doubt but they are now cutting slacks to Joe Biden. 

ICHEOKU is not a hardliner nor a political leftist or rightist; and ordinarily would not have cared if their meet was consensual as they were both adults when the alleged incident took place. But the victim, Tara Reade, has cried out about what Joe Biden did to her several decades ago, although very old, but in the interest of fairness to what Justice Kavanaugh was made to go through, the Joe Biden's incident should also be seriously investigated. Her allegation has been collaborated by her mother from the grave through Larry King show,  past recollections of a brother and a neighbor all of which made it more likely than not it happened. Joe Biden's fading memory possibly tampered with his own recollection and told him differently, hence his inability to remember the incident and subsequent denial.  There was no collaboration in the Justice Brett Kavanaugh's incident and he emphatically denied it, yet he was harangued by the other side, people who pretended that their love for women fired them on. ICHEOKU says is Tara Reade not a woman or do they love her less, otherwise why is Joe Biden being protected and shielded. 

It is a well known fact that Joe Biden loves women. It is also well known that he publicly touches them, caresses them, kisses them, tickles them and intimately hugs them and there are so many pictorial evidence to this effect. This also collaborates that there is a high probability that Joe Biden was enamored by the allure of his beautiful 29 old assistant, who managed interns working for him in 1993 and put a move on her as she alleges. According to Tara Reade, she filed a contemporaneous report about the incident to the Senate Personnel Office, told her mother, brother and a neighbor about it. She was retaliated against, fired from her job and told to go find another job because she was not a right "fit" for the job, since presumably,  the job requires someone who would not mind being ravaged by a horny dog masquerading as a politician. According to her, she was delivering a duffel bag to Joe Biden in a gym, when he cornered her in a private hallway, pinned her against the wall, kissed her, propositioned her and fingered her. 

It is also instructive that Tara Reade also worked for Leone Panetta but had no similar experience or complain against him.  She also could not have made the Joe Biden complaint lightly, being a lifelong Democrat and would not have any ulterior motive to try and bring down her party's presidential candidate. The only nagging problem with her narration is how a 29 year old woman would forget some pivotal facts about an incident which should have left an indelible impression in her memory, such as where exactly the unwanted touching took place and the time of the day it occurred. This two things are important because it will throw more light on how the hallway would be so free of people that Joe Biden did not mind being caught or seen by other passers by. Also, she did not shout, scream of push him away following the first move to pin her down before kissing her, then reaching underneath her underwear to touch her vagina. But hey, we should believe all women and Tara Reade is a woman. 

The main gist of this article is why the media is not similarly impassioned with telling the Joe Biden's sexual assault allegation story as they were with Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Harvey Weinstein, two people they publicly lynched for alleged sexual misconducts. Unfortunately, it seems that the charter establishing the #MeToo movement does not have a provision of equal protection of every victim woman, otherwise Joe Biden would have since been forced to satisfactorily explain what happened or at least tell his side of the story; and either apologize or call Tara Reade a liar to her face and also explain away all the circumstantial collaborating evidence. But thankfully, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate has finally agreed to tell his side of the story after previously stonewalling by general denial.
