CORONAVIRUS: INJECTING DISINFECTANT NOT RIGHT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

ICHEOKU says the president has gotten away with so many things over the years, but the suggestion or insinuation that disinfectants could be introduced internally into the body to cure coronavirus is to say the least ignorant and a lack of basic knowledge about toxicity. Anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of biology, knows that human organs are so fragile that acidic compounds easily corrode them, resulting in death by poisoning. It is the same result whether you inject or ingest them as with those who drink chemicals including Sniper rat poison. 

ICHEOKU says there is nothing to defend the president in this circumstances and the fact that he tried to explain it away as a sarcastic comment made the matter worse, because the seriousness of the coronavirus and the untoward loss of human lives and destruction to economy it has caused does not warrant any humor about the disease or its cure, especially not at this time. It is okay if the president misspoke in which case a withdrawal of statement will be in order; but to try to parry it away as a sarcastic comment is a diminishment on the part of the president and also an insult on the intelligence of the rest of society who watched the president say what he said. It was clear and bereft of any interpretation or subliminal innuendo that the president seriously put the suggestion out as something worth looking into. 

ICHEOKU says has been recommending for some time now that the president remove himself from the daily briefings and allow the man he appointed chairman of the Taskforce on coronavirus, his Vice President Michael Pence and his team to do the job. What is the point of putting them in charge of the coronavirus effort when the president still micromanages them and wants to always be the one staging the show, when he is not involved in the day to day detailed work which the task force is doing. If the president does not want the task force to continue to function, he should disband them and absorb their duties; but it is inconceivable that he out-stages them in the manner he does. 

Also, the fact that many people love and listen to the president should make it imperative that he first checks his utterances and recommendations very well with the experts to avoid unintended consequences. What if some people have already injected lysol or bleach after hearing the president utter those words. Tweets are different from statements made on the pulpit of the presidency, which are weightier and the president should be guided with much level of seriousness when so situated. It becomes more problematic at the same time he is excoriating the World Health Organization for their wrong information to the world about the coronavirus, yet he was similarly giving wrong information about cure for the coronavirus himself. 

What the president said exposed him to unimaginable ridicule and goes on to buttress what his detractors has been saying that the president is empty and does not know much. Why give his enemies a loaded gun one would ask by saying such idiotic thing that somewhat adds credence to what they have been saying that what a basic knowledge would have imbibed the president is lacking. It was a jaw dropping pitiful moment watching the president say that and this should be time for the president to lay low and let the experts deal with the science behind the coronavirus. He can always periodically make appearances, may be once a week to take some political questions, but always defer the science and medical questions, especially the trap questions, to the medical people in the task force. 

Enough of this shooting on the foot which the president often does to himself, creating too much jobs for his handlers deal with in cleaning up afterwards. Many of the presidents supporters including ICHEOKU are not happy when the president makes such otherwise avoidable faux pas, especially in an election year, thus providing the Democratic Party with a lot of ammunition for their campaign videos. There are a lot of things being a wise guy bequeaths on somebody, but ingesting or injecting a corrosive disinfectant into the body is definitely not one of them. It is shameful that the president even entertained such thought in the first place and very embarrassing he uttered it out publicly. Please Mr President, kindly take a backseat on the daily briefings and let Mike Pence do his job alongside the experts in the coronavirus task force. 

JOE BIDEN AND MICHELLE OBAMA 2020: THE FIX IS ON FOR JILL BIDEN VICE PRESIDENT.

ICHEOKU says this election cycle might be a case where American women will kill the proverbial two birds with one stone, simultaneously becoming the president and Vice President of the United States of America. Please do not take this for granted or call it an impossible joke from a demented mind as it is possible and could happen in this political dispensation which has been crippled by the coronavirus pandemic. A pandemic which has inadvertently shielded Joe Biden from a very close scrutiny by the American people, because campaigns are not going on and everybody's attention is tunnel-vision focused on the coronavirus. Imagine the many blunders and gaffes Joe Biden would have committed by now had the situation been normal, uninterrupted and the campaign is on full swing. Imagine the probability that he would have even fainted or passed out needing reviving or even kneeled over due to the rigors of the campaign. 

Recall the many bouts of coughing which plagued Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign, including her public fainting, which forced many American people to question her health and whether she was indeed conditioned for the office. Her basket full of deplorables comment would not have happened had the campaign not been ongoing as she was speaking to fundraisers. So, imagine what would have been the fate of Joe Biden, who is not healthy enough and whose mental capacity is in question, had he been exposed to such a tough campaign as Hillary Clinton waged in 2016; against the same opponent Donald John Trump who is now president with even a more brutal presidential bull pulpit platform. It would have been a demolition derby to the Power 2 against Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton is even a much stronger and a more dogged campaigner than Joe Biden. 

But unfortunately the Wuhan coronavirus has actively intervened and American people might not have the same opportunity as they did with Hillary Clinton to actually take a close examination on Joe Biden and vet him more properly. The possible fallout from this coronavirus imposed impossibility to seriously weigh the two presidential candidates, President Donald John Trump and Vice President Joe Biden, is the reason for this piece. It might be so consequential that two females might emerge as the president and Vice President of the United States of America respectively. Just consider a situation where Joe Biden choses Michelle Obama as his vice presidential candidate and an excited American people, especially those who still loves the Obamas, turn out in very large numbers and vote the ticket into the White House. 

Imagine also, that before choosing Michelle Obama, Joe Biden had extracted an undertaking from the Obamas to make his wife Jill Biden the Vice President. That he will resign from office immediately following swearing in to make way for Michelle Obama to become the president, but only on the condition that President Michelle Obama will pick his wife Jill Biden as her Vice President. So, Joe Biden gets elected as the 46th president  with the help of the star power of his Vice Presidential candidate Michelle Obama, who rocked out black votes and brought in millions of dollars from her wealthy Hollywood friends for the campaign. Joe Biden gets sworn in on January 2021 as the 46th president of the United States of America, then resigns soon after and Michelle Obama is sworn in as his replacement president, the 47th. Then pursuant to their agreement, President Michelle Obama appoints Dr Jill Biden as her Vice President, effectively having the White House in the firm grip of women, instituting an all women government in America. 

ICHEOKU says anyone who is not thinking through this scenario, although it might sound far fetched but still a possibility, is living in the island of delusion. Joe Biden cannot win the White House except he runs with a star power vice presidential candidate who could make Americans want to vote for the ticket, despite Joe Biden's significant depreciation, especially mentally. As the situation stands today, none of the women who are in the political limelight, especially those who contested in the last Democratic Presidential primaries, has what it will take to put Joe Biden in the White House. Only Michelle Obama does, she has the name recognition, the star power and she still is very much loved, she will also fundraise very well too and she will bring out the black votes. All Joe Biden can do now is to negotiate his wife's vice presidential slot following his resignation from office or full incapacity and such a female president and Vice President is a done deal waiting to be formalized. 

But hey, you should feel free to argue however you see fit, but ICHEOKU is going on records now with this possibility, strongly believing that the fix is already on to produce this result and it is possible that negotiations to such outcome is currently ongoing. So, America while social distancing and wearing of mask are two fallouts from the dreadful Chinese Wuhan disease coronavirus, a third one might very soon be added to the list, the first female president and first Vice President of the United States of America. Madam President Michelle Obama and Madam Vice President Jill Biden may not be a far fetched fantasy dream, except that American people must first pass a no confident vote verdict on the stewardship of President Donald John Trump and determined him not deserving of a second term before such an all female White House can materialize. 

JOE BIDEN: THE DIFFICULTY IN CHOOSING A VICE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.

ICHEOKU says he put himself in a bind when he said that he will choose a female vice presidential candidate and can no longer walk away from a commitment in which American women have emotionally  invested. Joe Biden is therefore stuck with that promise and must as a matter of political expediency, choose a woman as his vice presidential candidate running mate. 

American women see it as their best opportunity at attaining the presidency, since in all likelihood, Joe Biden will not serve out his full term because of his frailty and mental depreciation, thereby elevating whoever the Vice President he chooses to fully president. As a result, it will be a fierce scramble, hotly contested, a fight to death, by all the women of the Democratic Party to be honored with the choice, being an assured platform for the presidency. The candidate will be chosen based on a lot of variables which might be very difficult to find in just only one woman. Gender is of course basic since asa matter of fact, all of the candidates must be female, admitted transgenders might want to know why they will not qualify for consideration. 

Then comes color, race, body type, sexual orientation, leaning whether progressive or conservative, abortionist or pro life, feminist or traditional, business background or career politician, married and raising/raised family or single and agitating anti male feminist,  as well other things which aggregated, constitute the entire mosaic of people who ascribe to the membership of the Democratic Party. Simply put, the task facing Joe Biden and his minders with choosing a female vice presidential candidate is gargantuan, as no single candidate among the most visible pool of potential female candidate checks all the necessarily required boxes perfectly. 

The Democratic Party is so tribal that it has become increasingly ungovernable and uncontrollable, as every wing of the party wants their own views on the way forward to dominate and prevail. This begs the question which wing then will be persuaded to concede the choice to the other in order to make Joe Biden's choice an easy one. From which wing of the party will he choose a female vice presidential candidate that will be acceptable to all the other wings of the party and not stir a storm of dust that will envelop the ticket and eventually suffocate it. How will Joe Biden possibly pull this off as the nation stands still in breath taking anxiety as they await to behold who the eventual candidate is. But who shall it be? 

Speaking of horse trading and Joe Biden has to share all the cabinet secretaries positions, as well as key appointments ahead of even winning the election; and give every wing of the party whose candidate was not chosen as the vice presidential running mate, the portfolio they want in order to pacify them. This is exactly what counting your chics before they are hatched looks like; but it is the Democratic Party and they are very unruly and insistent. Luckily for them, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's wing of nut jobs of the party has been neutralized by the outcome of the just concluded, albeit technically, presidential primaries. Their backed Bernie Sanders was shafted once again and forced to surrender to the party's establishment candidate, thus completely neutering the Squad led by AOC. The fact that Bernie Sanders did not consult with her before throwing in the towel and Joe Biden has not reached out to her yet, shows that the Democratic Party wanted to put her in her place, a little tiny box that is both soundproof and airtight. 

So who shall it be? Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Amy Kloubachar, Gretchen Whitmer, Stacy Abraham, Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama? ICHEOKU's odds is in favor of Michelle Obama as she, for the most part, checks many of the boxes necessarily required for a vice presidential candidate. She will bring a lot to the ticket and therefore a viable choice. First, she and Joe Biden have known each other and had a close working affinity for the eight years they were in the White House as First Lady and the Vice President. Michelle also has the star power that will roll in the money needed to mount a campaign, as she has many friends in Hollywood and other high places that will readily bring out their checkbooks. 

Michelle Obama is black and checks the race box as well. She is also still very much liked among black Americans, the largest voting bloc of the Democratic Party and she will rock out the black votes. That she is married to former President Barack Obama is an added blessing and that will persuade the former president to fully put his skin in the game to enable him get back to the White House. But such did not work out well for the Clintons when in 2016 Hillary Clinton tried using her star power and the fact of her spousal relationship to former President Bill Clinton to get to the White House bombed big time. 

Although Hillary Clinton checks nearly all the boxes as Michelle Obama, star power, fund raising and married to a former president, but Americans are tired of the Clintons and would rather some other person is in the White House who is not named a Clinton. Also, her time is up and the Resist Movement will protest her selection by Joe Biden, so she will not get the nod. Stacy Abraham on the other hand, is too feisty for comfort and Jill Biden will not tolerate her because she will be too ruinous and uncontrollable. With what happened in the last Georgia's governorship election and her continuing insistence that she won the governorship election but that it was stolen from her by white people, white Americans will not be well disposed to her choice, so she is not favored. 

Michigan State governor Gretchen Whitmer is an unknown quantity in American politics, although the coronavirus have thrust her name and face into national discourse. She will not bring anything tangible to the ticket, so will not be on Joe Biden's top shortlist. Amy Kloubachar on her part, is a woman many people will tolerate as a Vice President. She is reserved, assured, courteous and seems to have a very good head on her shoulders. So it is possible she is on the top tier of possible candidates being considered. Kamala Harris, aside of being black, has nothing substantial to bring to the ticket. She does not have the star power to pool in the bucks and she is not particularly liked in the black American African community. 

So, Kamala Harris will not feature in the top tier candidates being considered for the position. She also sparred publicly with Joe Biden during the debate, insinuating that Joe Biden is a racist who was against school busing. If everybody forgets and forgives her, Jill Biden will definitely not; and she will not allow Kamala's selection as her husband's running mate, case closed. 

Elizabeth Warren would have been a perfect fit for the slot, being a good campaigner and a member of the progressive wing of the party, but her not endorsing Bernie Sanders ruined her credentials as a progressive. Bernie Sanders has not forgiven her and will not sign off on her choice, so it will not happen. That leaves Michelle Obama as choice number one, followed by Amy Kloubachar and still possibly Hillary Clinton rounding off  the top tier candidates on Joe Biden's short list for vice presidential candidate. Perhaps too, there could be a yet to be seen woman who the Joe Biden's team is seriously considering and who they will spring up on the country very soon. 

ICHEOKU is not a diviner to know the inner workings of the campaign on who he will choose. But no matter who Joe Biden choses, it will be a tough and difficult campaign for Joe Biden to pull off. He is no longer in his elements and no matter how good a vice presidential candidate may be, without the effective leadership of the presidential candidate, their campaign will amount to naught. ICHEOKU wishes Joe Biden well in his choice of a vice presidential candidate and hopefully he will name her very soon to kickstart her vetting by the FBI, as well as getting her familiarized with American people. But regardless of who he choses, defeating President Donald John Trump will require more than what Joe Biden can offer. In short, it will be difficult and it will not happen.

CORONAVIRUS: PRESIDENCY OF TRUMP, THE DELIBERATE TARGET?

ICHEOKU says it is akin to shooting down a fully loaded passenger airliner just to kill a desperately wanted person on board and sacrificing the rest of the passengers as collateral damage in order to achieve the objective. Such could be the case with the coronavirus which has now impacted the entire world. They wanted to strike at America but did not want it to be so obvious, so they sparingly infected other countries, but infected their target country most, resulting in the untold catastrophic loss of human lives and destroyed economy. 

Yes, the president was boisterous, braggadocios and somewhat boastful about the magic which he wrought with the American economy just within three years plus of his presidency. He frequently touted this feat, blaming other countries for reaping America off for such a long time and promising that they will reap America off no more. He also forced NATO members to pay their fair share of the operating cost of NATO, reengineered NAFTA to USMCA and entered into new trade deals with so many countries. 

Translation, American economy was booming and it became the envy of the world and the president continued to force it down the throat of these other countries. They could not replicate what the president did with the American economy in their own countries and even China was forced into a trade agreement which they reluctantly signed because their economy was tanking as a result of the ongoing trade war with America. 

The economy was at its best, unemployment was so low that nearly everyone who wanted to work had something to do, the Stock market was soared into the stratosphere and at one point nearly reached 30,000 points, American people were happy and with it came spending. A lot of investors flooded in to partake in the boom and then suddenly everything fell apart as a result of a virus from Wuhan China called coronavirus, which is threatening to send America back to a Great Depression if not something worse. 

A very convenient perfect storm which cataclysmic shock wave has so far killed over 41,000 Americans, left over 23 million people jobless and has destroyed a once fabulous economy which was the envy of the world. What was the perfect iceberg that America ran into which has now doomed it, if not an envious and mean spirited China which infected the world with a coronavirus that has now decimated and crippled America. They know that America was eating their lunch and that they could not win the then ongoing economic war with America and watching their economy tanking, they decided to throw the poisoned dart and it scored the bullseye. 

ICHEOKU says just so many questions needing answers: did the ever bragging President Donald John Trump draw the ire of some powerful forces in the world which did not want to see him reelected and conspired to wreck havoc to his greatest reelection campaign talking point, his economic miracle? Did China deliberately sabotage American economy to stop the hemorrhaging to their own economy, which the trade war brought about? Whodunnit? 

But whoever was responsible for the virus have succeeded in humbling America and President Donald John Trump, such that it is now bordering on humiliation. Imagine more 41,000 Americans killed and counting, millions of jobs erased from a once plus seven million jobs a few short weeks ago to now negative 23 million jobs. No sucker punch could be worse than this as America is reeling on its bended knees, totally bruised, and it hurts so badly. 

Why is America the most infected and suffered the most deaths of all the countries infected by the coronavirus in the world. Not even China, the origination country of the coronavirus, suffered a similar devastation as the United States of America. Also, except for Wuhan, other Chinese major cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing and Hong Kong were not adversely effected by the coronavirus as America's major cities/States of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Michigan, Louisiana and Detroit. Even the Chinese 14 neighboring countries of India, Pakistan, Russia, Vietnam, North Korea, Laos, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and  Kyrgyzstan were spared of this mass destruction. 

So how does anybody explain this disparities except that the coronavirus was specifically, clandestinely, introduced into America long before anybody became aware of it, giving it time to spread through the country. How could the coronavirus not devastatingly infect other Chinese cities as well as other Chinese neighboring countries, left them largely unscathed, and magically rocketed itself like a missile to a faraway United States of America with such a crippling result. 

ICHEOKU says is not buying any of the other theories making rounds about the coronavirus as they are attempts at a cover up, either by China or their United States of America accomplices in the Deep State and their media acolytes. It does not add up and it does not make sense because if the coronavirus had a naturally occurring spread, it should have first spread with equal devastation to other cities in China and then to China's neighboring countries which share land borders with China before spreading to America. 

But it did not happen because it was the enemy's purposely targeted weapon at America and President Donald John Trump's economy and they succeeded. China wanted to wreck America's economy and they did it with resounding success, the question now is whether America is going to return the favor in kind. 

It is also a known fact that while the Chinese authorities locked down Wuhan and prevented its residents from traveling to other Chinese cities, they freely allowed 5 million Wuhanese to travel to other countries of the world, thus spreading the coronavirus across the world as they went. This is evidence of a deliberate act because China did not alert the world of the outbreak of the coronavirus disease and they also not allow people from Wuhan to travel to other Chinese cities, but literary encouraged them to travel to other countries to bring them the coronavirus, FROM CHINA WITH CORONAVIRUS, and thereby infected the world. 

It is crafty, it was intentional and it was deliberately orchestrated and only an international investigation will unravel the concert. How could America with all its technological, scientific and top notch medical know-how be this overwhelmed by a virus, if not that the variant or strand that China infiltrated into America was more lethal than the ones they used to infect other countries. A matter made worse because autopsies are not being conducted on dead coronavirus victims to in fact determine first, what killed them and if by the coronavirus, and second, what strand of the coronavirus it was and whether it is different from that which kills people in other countries. 

As far as ICHEOKU is concerned, the conspiracy to stop President Donald John Trump second term reelection on November 3rd 2020 is global in nature. Nearly every country and every globalist are currently hunkered down in a conspiracy pursuant to the very objective - STOP TRUMP'S REELECTION 2020. Since the president's election on November 8th, 2016, these elements have thrown everything they had at the president, hoping to   derail his presidency including the Russia witch-hunt and Ukraine impeachment hoax. They have so far woeful failed but it seems that they have now sworn on an all or nothing game to stop his reelection in November no matter the cost in human lives and to the economy. 

These globalists, countries and the Chinese nation could be the creators and spreaders of the coronavirus which is wrecking havoc on many countries but with particular specificity on America. They want to destroy the greatest achievement of President Donald John Trump, the economy, believing that millions of now rendered unemployed Americans will vote differently because they lost their jobs. They also believe that those who lost their loved ones to the coronavirus will be mad at the president not to vote to reelect him. 

But the American people are considerate, they know that the president did not bring about the coronavirus nor wrecked the economy by design. They have also seen that the president is doing all his best to bring the coronavirus under control. They also know that China needs to be held accountable for what they did and that only a fighter president and great lover of the American people will draw the maximum recompense and retribution from China. 

American people are aware too that Joe Biden does not have the presence of mind to pilot the affairs of the nation at this time of great peril in the land, both the rampaging coronavirus and an economy in comatose. So, with their votes, American voters will judge the president fairly on November 3rd, 2020, and will vote to reelect the president to a second term as a good steward in the White House. 

ICHEOKU says the only other bugging question is, now that the coronavirus is being brought under control, will these antagonists of the president find another way to make the coronavirus more virulent, cause it to flare up with more devastating result, both in loss of lives and jobs. If that fails, will they spring up another pathogen with even far deadlier devastations as the election date draws nearer. 

For them, it is a war against the president's reelection and they are determined to win it at all cost, fully aware of what lies ahead in stock should the president win a second term. ICHEOKU hopes that American security agencies are not on the other side of the battle front and fighting alongside the president's enemies. But God willing, the president shall prevail in his reelection battle and hand these anarchists their worst defeat IJN. 

CORONAVIRUS: NIGERIANS IN DIASPORA KILLED SO FAR.

ICHEOKU says 14 Diaspora Nigerians have so far succumbed to the coronavirus disease. Eight of them died in the United Kingdom while the other six passed away in the United States of America. 

Many of them were medical doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers infected while on their job trying to save coronavirus patients. 

They are Dr Alfa Sa’adu, Carol Jamabo, Dr Kole Abayomi, Bode Ajanlekoko, Adeola Onasanya, Ugochukwu Erondu, Chidinma Olajide, Mmaete Greg in the UK; while Bassey Offiong, Dr Caleb Anya, Akeem Adagun, Jonathan Amarachi, Laila Abubakar and Patricia Imobhio died in USA. ICHEOKU says may their souls now rest. Adieu.

CNN IS NOT WORTH MY TIME ANYMORE - CHRIS CUOMO.

ICHEOKU says who wouldn't, except for those soulless cretins who parrot teleprinter's fed texts like mind numbed robots, incapable of original thoughts. They are glad they were hired and as long as the paychecks for their sold out souls keep on coming, they could care less nor give a crappy damn. They don't care whether what they are asked to recite to their audience daily is true or not and if any person's reputation is being damaged as a result. 

Further, they also do not care that opposing views could sometimes be right and they flatly reject whatever is not in tandem with their given talking points. They also do not care about their audience, whether they are getting the full story from what they are dishing out to them and whether some of them have since walked away from tuning in. They also do not care that their audience has dwindled into a size which ordinarily would not be sustainable for a network, but thanks to bundling many providers are forced to carry CNN and subscribers pay for it, even if they do not watch it. They don't care and this  is the reason why CNN SUCKS! 

But at last, somebody is tired of being eaten from the inside by the propaganda sleaze which passes for a News Network and has now had it with them. The thing has boiled over for Chris Cuomo, who is now venting his frustrations with CNN which it is understandable. ICHEOKU says he should follow his instincts and walk away now before it is too late as complete mental breakdown and suicide naturally follows such a dissatisfaction with a job or work environment. Recall that Comedian David Chappelle once walked away from a $50 million Comedy Central gig, just to keep his sanity; so Chris Cuomo should likewise consider following suit with his gut feeling, except if he does not mind someday completely losing it, going bonkers. 

His outburst is a cry for help from a tortured soul, who has been under enormous pressure but can no longer bottle his emotions and frustrations anymore. There is a reason CNN sucks, it is boring to watch because presenters, anchors and anchorets are not allowed to opine as they see fit and proper. Instead they are giving talking points and studiously monitored for conformance, at the pain of being fired. Such destroys creativity and also makes nonsense of their journalism training as their knowledge becomes atrophied and stagnated. It leads to mental torture and anguish which has now boiled over in Chris Cuomo who bravely vocalized it. And there are so many Chris Cuomos in the media who are living in bondage of fear of being fired should they disclose what they are forced to put up with just for job security. 

ICHEOKU says so many anchors/anchorets throughout the world have quit their jobs on air, in the middle of presenting their program, because they got fed up with parroting the same propagandas forced on them by management and producers. So it is understandable that Chris Cuomo is feeling the way he presently feels, in regard to his gig at CNN. Finally, coming to his Jesus moment, the brawling CNN anchor said, "I don't want to spend my time doing things that I don't think are valuable enough to me personally. Well, I don't like what I do professionally, I've decided. I don't think it's worth my time." 

That said, but his rather weird preference for a street thug's lifestyle, screaming at his critics and telling them off, to go to hell, to the millions of dollars which CNN pays him  yearly raised some eyebrows of disbelief. How can any person desire such a trade, choosing a lifestyle of perpetual confrontation on the street to a comfortable private life as a millionaire. This is what ICHEOKU does not understand and wonders whether Chris Cuomo will not be better off checking himself into a rehabilitation center to decompress from whatever anxiety he is currently under. Life is tough already as it is, but it is tougher when one thinks that he has it all, only to not be happy and overly this anxious. It is a mix bag sloppy trajectory which often leads to complete mental breakdown and in some extreme circumstances to suicide. 

ICHEOKU hopes that whatever Chris Cuomo is going through will be resolved by Chris Cuomo, with necessary assistances and interventions where needed. But it does not look good when such a bottled up anguish starts effervescing to the top and put out there in the open to become so publicly noticeable. Many people dismissed his angry outburst at the  person who pissed him off in a New York subway, thinking that it was a one time occurrence, as everybody periodically loses their cool; but this latest tirade against the company that writes his checks is definitely deserving of a second more in-depth look. Anyway, ICHEOKU wishes Chris Cuomo well and all the best in getting a handle over whatever demons that are currently haunting and tormenting him.  All the best CC.

MICHELLE OBAMA: JOE BIDEN'S SECRET WEAPON?

ICHEOKU says the multi million dollar question has been nagging ICHEOKU for quite some time now and just for the records decided to put it down in writing just in case. She is a woman and Joe Biden promised to run with a woman vice presidential candidate. She is still popular and Joe Biden needs a popular person who can rock out the votes and bring millions to vote. She is black and her selection might bring back black voters in droves to make the difference. She has powerful friends with money and that also will help with fund raising. 

The only snag is whether American people will tolerate another presidency of the Obamas so soon shortly after their first. Her vice presidency will be a temporary trading of places by the Obamas with the Bidens, before reclaiming the full presidency, since Joe Biden might not be able to serve a full term due to frailty and mental fatigue. Anyway, the Joe Biden's vice presidential candidate selection watch is afoot and very soon the wait will be over as Americans will finally see who he settled on. But were ICHEOKU to place a wager, will bet heavily on Michelle Obama being the one.

WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION: QUARANTINED FROM AMERICAN FUNDING.

ICHEOKU says how did they get so many things so wrong about the Chinese Wuhan Coronavirus disease? A world public health organization in charge of keeping the world safe and healthy from such infectious disease, but which succeeded in jeopardizing the world's health more with the manner they mishandled the outbreak of the viral disease. As a result of their gross incompetence, negligence and/or willful indifference, thousands of people world wide, who would have ordinarily  stayed alive with earlier intervention and mitigation, buy ended up dying a lonely, painful agonizing death without their family members to bid them their final goodbyes. 

The question to be determined is not necessarily that they let it happen, but why they let it happen. What is the relevance of the World Health Organization if they got all the facts relevant to the coronavirus disease outbreak so wrong. Misinformations everywhere including calling President Donald John Trump's decision to close off the United States of America from China racist and that such action will only succeed in stigmatizing China. Why was the WHO more worried about China's image following the USA ban than seeing the objective intended of trying to contain the disease within China and preventing it from spreading throughout the world. An outbreak which have become a global pandemic with an astronomical cost in human lives as well as catastrophic damage to the economic wellbeing of so many nations. 

If the World Health Organization had gotten only one out of the many questions surrounding the coronavirus disease wrong, may be that will be excusable, because they are humans beings that run the organization, they are not infallible God. But for them to get everything wrong, particularly the four most important information about the disease, which would have helped many nations battle the disease much better is simply idiotic and inexcusable. 

First, they were not aware or feigned ignorance the exact time the Coronavirus broke out. Second, they did not know or failed or rather refused to alert the world that the coronavirus disease was human to human transmissible. Third, they  were against closing off boarders with China, stating that it is not a good way of starving the virus of oxygen. Fourth, they also discouraged the wearing of face masks and social distancing, stating that both measures are not necessarily effective. Yet this is an organization which is in charge of protecting human-beings from contagions such as the rampaging coronavirus disease. 

ICHEOKU says were the World Health Organization a company, the board of directors would have forced the resignation of the CEO or even fired him for failing in his primary duty of carrying out the business purpose for which the company was incorporated. It is even more scandalous bordering on crass incompetence and gross ineptitude that a world organization responsible for maintaining world's public health was this oblivious of the outbreak and management of such a killer contagion, the coronavirus disease, which threatened world health and is still wrecking untoward havoc to human lives and in this 21st century. Such a catastrophic and cataclysmic failure is simply unacceptable. 

It is even more disturbing that the World Health Organization still have their doors open for business following such grave misinformation which led to so many lost lives and loss of economic activities in the world. They should have since been shuttered down, quarantined a long time ago for their gross incompetence and misinformation which caused so much violence on humanity's way of life and still smothering it. So many peoples lives would not have been lost, many countries medical and healthcare facilities would not have been overwhelmed and economies of so many nations would not have become comatose, if only they had done a good job with their assessment of the situation in Wuhan China and alerted the world timely, but they did not. 

ICHEOKU says it is time the sledgehammer descended on the WHO and crush the person or persons who dropped this demolition ball on a world and practically paralyzed the world as a result. An investigation is called for and strongly recommended, that will take a hard  look into the affairs of the World Health Organization with a view to repositioning it to do the job for which they exists better. How did the World Health Organization became so incompetent and inefficient or even compromised that such a life altering coronavirus disease escaped their watchful due diligence. In fact, no excuse on their part as to why the misinformation happened should be acceptable; rather lapses uncovered and information garnered following the investigation should be used to prevent any such future incident from ever occurring again. 

Also anyone at the WHO found to have deliberately withheld or altered information which would have alerted the world about the coronavirus disease should be summarily demised from the organization and possible prosecuted. If China is found to have actively hid the outbreak of the coronavirus from the world and doctored information about its lethality and fast spread, which information would have helped the WHO and the rest of the world get a better grip on the disease, they too should be held accountable as well. 

If China is determined complicit, they should be made to pay a handsome penalty and if they cannot abide by the tenets guiding World Organizations such as the WHO or willfully breached them, they should be treated as not deserving of its membership and either suspended or summarily expelled from it, as being a virus to the world particularly to such World Organizations. Such a measure will serve as a deterrent to China and any other countries going forward. 

ICHEOKU says commends the president's decision to defund the WHO pending investigation into its activities. By wielding the funding big stick against the World Health Organization, President Donald John Trump has taken a good step in the direction of holding them accountable. What is the point pumping money into an organization without auditing its activities, especially when it has showed such a level of decay and decadence, that it cannot carry out its basic function. 

This also leaves ICHEOKU wondering why only America always shoulders the funding of these world organizations for most part, when other countries of relative wealth only spend their own money competing with America in armaments acquisition. Why does Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and France able to fund their defense needs but always coy when it comes to funding such a world organizations as the WHO which benefits them as well. Are they just milking the American cow, seeing Americans as fools for spending their money on their welfare while they are busy building up their respective countries and the weapons to defend it from invasions; and with Russia and Iran, projecting power within their regions. 

Enough of this lopsided arrangement which sees America always carrying nearly all the worlds financial and defense responsibilities by itself. It has to be reordered more equitably and if the World say no to it, America should withdraw entirely from all such world organizations and let every country manage its own peril. 

But whatever happens, the current confrontation of the World Health Organization by America might eventually force out its Ethiopian born Director General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from office. He is the first African DG of the WHO, which leaves many people wondering whether Africans are crass incompetent and incapable of running such huge global organizations or such Africans put in charge of them are specifically being targeted by America because of racism. The never ending feud between America and the then United Nations Organization Secretary General late Kofi Annan is another case in point where the United States of America was not comfortable with an African leading a world organization. Which one is it? #ReorganizeTheWorldHealthOrganization.

OBAMA ENDORSES BIDEN: THE 2020 CAMPAIGN NOW BEGINS FOR REAL.

ICHEOKU says interesting, except that all the encomiums which he poured on Joe Biden as eruditely qualifies him for president, were all supposedly still in Joe Biden when Barack Obama advised him not to run for president. Recall the Obama's infamous, "Joe, don't do it" remark to Joe Biden when he intimated Obama about his intention to run for the office. So, what changed now or did Joe Biden's alleged promise to run with a woman vice presidential candidate, particularly one named Michelle Obama, changed the calculus. But hey, no amount of endorsements ever make a candidate president. For most part, it is still a self wrought achievement and anyone in doubt should ask Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton why she is not in the White House today, despite her gazillion endorsements. 

In 2016, the same Barack Obama endorsed Hillary Clinton and campaigned for her as a sitting president with all the levers of the office, yet somebody else won the 2016's presidency. So what weight anyone attaches to Barack Obama's endorsement of his former Vice President Joe Biden is as weighty as that person wants it to be; but it is not broadly the proverbial silver bullet that will shoot down President Donald John Trump's 2020 reelection bid. Joe Biden has to literary earn it by himself. If indeed Joe Biden wants to be president, Joe Biden has to work for it; as nobody who does not want to vote for Joe Biden will now say because of Obama's endorsement, he or she will vote for him. Also there is nobody who wants to vote for President Donald John Trump who will now say because of the Obama's endorsement, he or she will no longer vote for Trump. 

It is a fact of consequence that President Donald John Trump's presidency was a rejection of the Obama/Biden administration, which many Americans found wanting and did not want it to continue. The litany of reasons for their disillusion at their presidency is very lengthy, including the infamous Iran nuclear deal and the $150 billion that allegedly exchanged hands. So what changed within four years to now merit their rehabilitation with an ushering back into the White House. Anyway, ICHEOKU shall leave the full excavation of the tomb of the Obama/Biden's ineptitude for later days of the campaign, as this write up is only about the endorsement which finally came. Now the battle begins for the votes of American people on who they would rather have at the tiller of State at this time of great peril in the land, both from the Coronavirus contagion and an economy on life support.

AN ENDORSEMENT ON HATRED IS NO ENDORSEMENT.

ICHEOKU says Bernie Sanders in endorsing Joe Biden did not highlight the qualities which make Joe Biden a better candidate than himself and why Joe Biden is the right candidate. He spewed a lot of hogwash about the president, including not knowing why the president has not acted on the Defense Production Act. 

ICHEOKU says but how would he know what the president has done so far when he is hunkered down inside his basement, shielding himself from the coronavirus while the president is working tirelessly hard to tame the contagion. Anyway, nobody will vote for Joe Biden because Bernie Sanders told them to, so with an endorsement like that, nobody needs any endorsement. Meanwhile, he did not consult Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez before the decision.

SANDERS SURRENDERS THE DREAM: BLAME ANOTHER BOTCHED PRIMARIES.

ICHEOKU says he fumbled the ball bigly, so the end which finally came was not unexpected. Rather, the fact that he waited until now to announce it was the surprise. He was not gutsy enough to do what it would have taken to secure the nomination of a party which does not like him, does not want him and which treats him as an outsider. They did it to him previously in 2016 and now they have done it again to him this 2020. 

As an insurgent candidate, he needed the audacity of a daredevil but unfortunately, he does not have the DNA of a real insurgent in him. The 2020 Democratic Party's presidential primaries was his to lose and he lost it. His approach was faulty, he went on the Mr NiceGuy route, either because he underestimated the strength of the amassed enemies against him, was too confident of a victory or did not in fact want to win the nomination. He was too circumspect in going after his opponent and campaigned as if the contest was a family affair in which, win or lose, it is ok with him. He did not decisively distinguish himself as the only candidate that merits the nomination. Instead of seeking to demolish Joe Biden, he busied himself attacking the president, forgetting that he had to first win the nomination. 

He was overly cautious, restrained, reluctant and gun-shy to go after Joe Biden, the obvious choice of the Democratic Party's establishment. It left many people wondering if indeed he was serious about securing the nomination, viewed against the background of his experience of 2016. He failed or rather refused to take a page from then candidate Donald John Trump's 2016 Republican primaries campaign, particularly how he went after the party's establishment favored candidate Jeb Bush. It was an all out war, a bare-knuckle fight to death. But he chose a different path, the I am a nice guy and Joe is a nice guy too route, which has now cost him the nomination. 

Bernie Sanders should have advised himself more properly that going up against a party's establishment candidate would require a take no prisoner type of campaign. That it demanded the type of ruthlessness that overcomes the will to carry on, but he feigned ignorance. The primaries campaign asked for bloodbath, but he was woozy. It demanded an AK47, but he took a pocket knife to the fight. It required scalping his opponent, but he merely nibbled at his ankle. In being so measured, he thought it would earn him respect, but it attracted odium and ridicule, as the Democratic Party neither respects nor fears him. The party machine was turned against him and vanquished, he is now just another casualty of the 2020 Democratic Party primaries, hurriedly endorsing his former opponent. 

As it was in 2016 against Hillary Clinton when Bernie Sanders stayed off the "damn emails", so it was in this 2020 as he once again failed to pounce on Joe Biden's many inadequacies including his lack of mental capacity for the office, his son, Hunter Biden's shady dealings with BURISMA and China. He was presented with two golden opportunities but he severally failed to utilize them and they cost him the nomination on two occasions. It is politics and politics is war, but Bernie Sanders went to sleep when he should have stayed wide awake firing on all cylinders. He could have won Hillary Clinton in 2016 if he had pursued her emails burden and he could have also upended Joe Biden's campaign this 2020 if he had pounced on his mental capacity and his son's corruption, but he blew both chances up. 

It is so unfortunate that Bernie Sanders gave up so easily without considering the fate of millions of his supporters who have invested so much in his promised new America of free stuff and redistribution of wealth. At the frenzied stage which he worked them to, the campaign was no longer just about him alone. He should have fought as if his life depended on it, aware that millions of people have invested their hopes heavily on a successful outcome of the campaign. But not Bernie Sanders, who seems to be in it for himself alone. He played it safe and was scared stiff of dueling to death with the Democratic Party on behalf of his supporters and for their benefit. 

Bernie Sanders knew that he is not a bona fide member of the Democratic Party and that the guardians of the Democratic Party does not want him as their party's presidential candidate. He was also aware that the primaries was not necessarily between him and Joe Biden, but between him and the Democratic Party's establishment; yet he did not act with the urgency to summarily vanquish Joe Biden during the campaign and debates. This message was clearly transmitted to him with his win in only 3 out of the 14 Super Tuesday States. A matter which clearly resonated because Joe Biden's campaign was broke going into Super Tuesday, it had no field offices nor advertised in any of the 14 States, yet he trounced Bernie Sanders. Short of a miracle or the Democratic Party giving marching orders to those States to deliver their votes to Joe Biden, the feat was not humanly possible. 

It is regrettable that some special interests have hijacked American democracy and no longer allows the wishes of the American people to prevail in elections. It happens in both parties, although the Republican Party is somewhat more discreet about their own internal manipulations. ICHEOKU is emphatic that had then candidate Donald John Trump ran under the Democratic Party in 2016, they would not have allowed him to win the nomination. How a political party can so openly take side with one candidate against the other candidate, both of who were gunning for the party's presidential nomination, is simply beyond rational understanding. It is not fair and it is condemnable and should be condemned by every democracy loving person in America. 

But Bernie Sanders, instead of vociferously condemning the gang up against him and threatening a third party Independent run, he coiled up in surrender. How can the Democratic Party stop such internal meddling with the nomination process when they have not suffered any consequence such as breaking up of the party. But Bernie Sanders is not type of warrior, so he buckled, surrendered the dream and has now even endorsed Joe Biden. Why endorse a candidate chosen by a Party he once called intellectually bankrupt party; a party which have twice now denied him the nomination. What was all the noise about remaking America in the eyes of Bernie Sanders which he sold to his impassioned supporters if this is how it all ended. At 78 years old, this campaign will probably be the last America will ever hear about a presidential candidate named Bernie Sanders and you ask yourself, why did he not make it count. 

Such a reluctance by Bernie Sanders to do bloody battle is the reason Hillary Clinton does not respect him and loathes him so much. Why excite millions of people with a promise of a new deal only to now dash their dreams without going to the end of the earth to state his position because of them. That he lacks the killer instinct to take out his opponents is another unfortunate characteristics for any politician to have. Hillary Clinton celebrated the day Bernie Sanders gave her a lifeline during their debate in 2016 with his now infamous aside "everyone is tired of the damn emails" statement. Since that failure to pounce moment, Hillary Clinton never regarded Bernie Sanders as a good political operator and publicly chastised him as an incompetent politician who nobody likes. Now more people will be added to that list because of his betrayal of the progressivism cause. 

Everybody knows that Bernie Sanders did not lose the primaries but was schemed out of  it by the Democratic Party's establishment, which does not want to lose the control of their party to an outsider, who is not even a member of the party. Former Governor of Vermont, Peter Shumlin, a democrat, publicly confirmed this when he said that the notion that Bernie Sanders would be allowed to lead the national Democratic Party is repugnant, because he is not a Democrat. So if the Democratic Party denied him the nomination because he is not a member of the Party, what then is Bernie Sanders still doing in the Party, trying to help them achieve victory. Why should Bernie Sanders care whether they win or lose? 

ICHEOKU says one good turn deserves another and one bad turn deserves another, so Bernie Sanders should have seriously considered a third party Independent run. Win or lose, it will be a way of exerting his pound of flesh and telegraphing the message that he knew what they did. He should have become the Ross Perot and Ralph Nader of 2020, but unfortunately they got him to both end his campaign and also to endorse Joe Biden. What a wasted time with Bernie Sanders his supporters must feel now, even Moses did not do such to the people of Israelites. But Bernie, he is there for himself and he acted as any compromised sellout would, which shows that he was not down with the struggle. On a hindsight, may be Elizabeth Warren would have been a better leader of the progressives.

IT'S EASTER: CHRIST HAS RISEN.

ICHEOKU says lets celebrate his victory over death and hopefully it will also spell our victory over the deadly Coronavirus contagion. Although it is supposed to be a time for rejoicing, but the death, agony and fear in the land have tempered it down and cast a pall over it. Let us pray that the Risen Christ will intervene and help save humanity from the continuing torment IJN.

CORONAVIRUS: SCAPEGOATING WET MARKETS IS NOT THE ANSWER.

ICHEOKU says nearly more than half of the world's population operate one form of wet market or the other in their respective countries. Many religions adherents like Jews, Muslims and traditionalists prefer kosher, halal and freshly killed meats. This is mainly cultural as many people like to eat freshly killed meat and not meat processed in factories, infused with additives, as is mostly obtained in Western countries. The reason for this practice varies from cultural practice passed on from generations unto generations for thousands of years, lack of refrigeration and above all the infrequent power supply in some countries which makes the preservation of meat difficult, if not impossible. 

In America, there are also many wet markets operated by people from other cultures who  call America home, including in China Towns, Jewish neighborhoods, African and Caribbean neighborhoods, Mexican and Philippines societies, as well as Muslim society that operate Halal meat markets. Some other Americans sometimes go to ranch animal farms to kill cows, goats, lambs and chicken for their fresh meats and those slaughter houses could somehow pass for wet markets too. In Louisiana for example, people eat all sorts of swamp creatures which in so many other cultures would be considered a taboo. American people love their cow meats but Indians do not touch cow which they consider sacred; but they have not asked Americans to stop killing and eating beef. 

So, why must America now tell China what meats to eat and how to process those meats. Why should America ask China to close down their wet markets which have been part of their cultural delicacy source for thousands of years, just because coronavirus allegedly broke out from one of them in Wuhan. If in fact coronavirus broke out in the wet market, why only in Wuhan's wet market since similar wet markets abound everywhere in China and in other Asian countries including their neighboring Taiwan. Why did coronavirus not break out in other Chinese cities's wet markets and in other countries that similarly operate wet markets. It is not right and America does not have the authority to tell other countries what to eat or how to source their meat products. 

Furthermore, there is no conclusive evidence that coronavirus suddenly broke out in a wet market which has operated for hundreds, if not thousands of years in Wuhan. America must therefore stop forcing its standards on other countries and cultures because living standards is not a one cap fits all. America can afford its high standards including picking and choosing what meats to eat, how to process and preserve them because it has the capacity to do so. But how many other poor countries in the world can afford a similar lifestyle, when most of them are struggling for survival, including many impoverished nations which does not have constant electricity supply to power storage freezers, when they can afford them. 

ICHEOKU says therefore the talk to force China to close down wet markets in Wuhan or any other Chinese city is a none starter and should not even be wasted any time on. Wuhan is not the first place ever to suffer an outbreak of a viral killer disease. Many other countries did and their culprit cultural practices were not shutdown as a result. Saudi Arabian's love for camels was not closed down following MERS outbreak; people did not stop eating pork and bacon following the H1N1 Swine flu; Hong Kong was not shut down following its 1968 flu; people did not stop eating chicken following the Avian or Bird flu either. When Ebola struck, the Ebola river was not shut down and people still call Lyme Connecticut home despite the Lyme disease. So why is China being asked to surrender their wet markets? 

When mad cow disease broke out in America, people did not abandon their steak and barbecue or sandwiches as a result. Even countries like Japan and South Korea that stopped importing United States of America beef and other related cow meat products were strong armed into reversing themselves. Therefore what is so different now about what a people have been eating for centuries that should now require compelling them to end it forthwith. A matter made more troubling because there is no conclusive proof yet that the current coronavirus disease originated from a type of meat people of Wuhan eat or a Wet Market which they operate in Wuhan China. 

The best practice going forward is to first conclusively investigate all the other angles being bandied around as to actual originating source in Wuhan of the coronavirus disease, including a theory that it came from a biological weapons laboratory near the wet market. Then find a vaccine that would inoculate people from it and other medicines that would treat those people that are already infected by the disease. Thereafter, let people be allowed to carry on with their cultural practices including eating whatever meats their palate feels joyful eating. But it is repugnant to order any country or people to end their eating habits which has been with them for thousands of years just because a flu allegedly came from it. Enough of the wielding of the big stick.

LINDA TRIPP: THE SNITCH IS DEAD.

ICHEOKU says the world of the honored, the trusted and the confidential will not miss her, otherwise ask Monica Lewinsky how her life was ruined because her supposed friend turned out to be a slithering snitch who deserved stitches. Monica Lewinsky rudely found out, albeit too late, that with a friend like Linda Tripp she never needed an enemy. 

The back stabbing Linda Tripp's infamous betrayal of her friend Monica Lewinsky over the affair with President Bill Clinton will remain her only lasting legacy or rather notoriety, as a Judas Iscariot of that era. Linda Tripp died of pancreatic cancer; she was 70 years old. May her snitching soul now rest and never to snitch again. Adieu Linda Snitch Tripp. 

CORONAVIRUS: BEST WISHES TO THEODORE ROOSEVELT.

ICHEOKU says provided it was for the stated reason of causing panic on the Aircraft carrier and sending the alarming letter on a blast email and not following the chain of command protocol, the action of the Navy was well founded. Also by so doing, the captain alerted American enemies of America's vulnerability and he shouldn't have done that. But the now removed Captain Brett Crozier is from Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi's liberal San Francisco and might be pushing an agenda as well. 

A matter made more compelling because the letter was leaked to his San Francisco hometown newspaper, The Chronicle, which published it. Who knows whether he is even a Trump hating homosexual gayman out to embarrass the president and his government's effort at tackling the Coronavirus pandemic. Anyway, he was only removed from his post and will be redeployed elsewhere, not that he was fired from the Navy. Speedy recovery to those infected and Hod's speed as they continue to discharge their duties to America.
