Surprisingly, like with every other shafted party to a contract, the president must be now wondering what manner of a person this woman is, who despite accepting a whopping $130,000 to seal her lips, is now singing like a canary and asking that she be relieved from a valid contract which she freely signed and received valuable consideration for. Yes indeed, only unthinking men would trust a woman who hawks herself for money to be honorable enough to respect her promise to keep an affair private after accepting a large sum of money to so do; and as secured by a valid contract of non disclosure. 

The unfortunate thing is that the whoring bitch now thinks that she can so freely enter into a contract and also so easily exit same contract at will, especially one that has valuable consideration. She took the money and ran and more than a decade later, is now trying to blackmail the president over an alleged affair. Probably, the Never Trumpers, enemies of the president, who want him brought down and gone, are at their game again, having found a willing tool in Stormy Daniels. The good news however is that there was no crime committed in two adults having a consensual sex, especially when one of them is a prostitute who trades sexual favors for valuable compensation.  

To make matters more intriguing, she forum shopped her case into a California court despite not having a nexus in California; the party she is suing is a New Yorker who lives in Washington DC while herself is a Texas resident. Query: why did she not take the matter to a Federal court since neither of the parties lives or does business in California for proper forum to be established. But no, not even in her Texas State court does she have confidence that her watery case will find merit, hence she took the case to California knowing fully well that most people in the State has an ax to grind with the president and hoping that a judge with such a sentimental grudge could probably preside over the matter. Anyway, Stormy Daniel is yet another testament that whores are bad news, never to be trusted. So now you know to why reasonable men don't trust whores and won't trust a whore.

As Deputy Director of the FBI, he authorized the release of information to the media against all best practices of the bureau. He also withheld incriminating information against Hillary Clinton during the email saga and did not disclose that the FBI has computer files recovered from Anthony Weiner. Now with less than 36 hours to a full retirement pension, he has been booted out and can no longer draw the benefits. The time to clean the house of the Federal Bureau of Investigation seems to have begun. What a lesson on how not to be a biased deputy director of the FBI as actions have consequences; and now he will have to live with the consequences of his action.

REX TILLERSON FIRED: WHAT TOOK THE PRESIDENT SO LONG.

ICHEOKU says a long overdue action as no sane person uses such profanity insult on his or her boss and expects a raise or pat on the back. All his sins would have been forgiven but not insulting the president of the United States of America who hired him to execute his policies and not to have a different idea of how his presidency should be ran. ICHEOKU says Rex Tillerson did not win the last presidential election nor was he voted for by American people, who voted for a man whose policy agenda was a welcome relief for them. But Rex Tillerson made an unforgivable mistake or rather committed a mortal sin thinking that he is still at ExxonMobil and calling the shots and forgot, albeit willfully that he is now working at the pleasure of the president of the United States of America, Donald John Trump. 

The fundamental lesson to be derived from Rex Tillerson's firing is that President Donald John Trump has sent a strong message out that there is no co-president in his presidency. Also that he won the election by dint of hard work and owes nobody any part of his presidency in return, including everyone he hires to work for him. Rex Tillerson had a globalist agenda which he tried to impose on a nationalist Make America Great Again agenda which got the president elected and which he is pursuing. Rex Tillerson was against the Paris Climate Accord which the president was for; Rex Tillerson was for the Iranian Nuclear deal which the president is against; Rex Tillerson had a different agenda on North Korea from the president's; Rex Tillerson rushed off to take a position regarding the poisoning of Russia spy and his daughter in London and above all Rex Tillerson called the president a FUCKING MORON. 

ICHEOKU says morons do not win the American presidential election, especially in one try. Also if the president is a moron, why did Rex Tillerson accept to work for a moron? ICHEOKU says Rex Tillerson definitely crossed the proverbial red line and no one, including ICHEOKU, would accept such a brazen insult, blatant insubordination, indescribable disrespect and albeit, an open challenge of the president and his authority. Rex Tillerson also had two interview opportunities to recant or deny the accusation, but chose otherwise; thus lending further credence to the veracity of what he allegedly said. ICHEOKU says the only thing is that he was not fired soon enough. He should have resigned  a long time ago or been shown the way out the day he uttered that blasphemy. 

HILLARY CLINTON'S INDIAN GAFFE: CALLS AMERICANS REPROBATES.

ICHEOKU says the "woman who should have been president and whose continuing relevance now depends on President Donald John Trump tweeting about her, has done it again. This time she fed herself her own shoes as her disparagement of American people continues unabated and in far away India. This probably explains why she was wearing slippers, which she equally took off, as she twice slipped and fell but was caught midway by guards on the steps of a god, which symbolically told her that she was not welcome to visit her temple. 

In a manner reminiscent of her "basket of deplorables" comment, Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton took her insult of American people overseas, in India, where she cursed middle Americans for being numbskulls and incapable of independent thinking. The good news is that her host, Aroon Purie, chairman and editor in chief of India Today Group, introduced her as the "woman who should have been president"; to which ICHEOKU says the usual "could have", "would have" and "should have" which are common daily usage in our speak; but they do not translate into a thing or a thing change. Monday night quarterbacking is a reality of life and American politics does not have any accommodation for such cry baby excuses. The fact of the matter is that Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton is an American Political Reject who was defeated for the second time in her mad quest to be an American president. First was by an African American Barack Obama and the second time by a novitiate first timer non politician Donald John Trump. What a shame and a testimony to her incompetence and dislike.

Imagine a woman who could not defeat a black man and also failed to defeat a television personality in an American presidential election; and you wonder what other statement in rejection could be better than this. But no, over 14 months now since the American last presidential election was held, won and lost, the sore loser has refused to take the lessons of that election to heart and be a sportswoman about it. The first of its kind and she is still kicking, clawing and flailing for once again being rejected by the American people who saw through her charade as a fake and duplicitous personality not fit for their White House. Anyway, she knows that it is over for her in American politics and all she has left now is to continue screaming and screeching in her raspy high pitched shrill witchy voice, which incidentally, American people also seem to have become tired of. What a woman and she is definitely giving other women a bad name. 

Now here is the offensive remarks which she made against Americans and in a foreign land, in faraway India:

So I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward, and his whole campaign, ‘Make America Great Again,’ was looking backwards. You know, you didn’t like black people getting rights, you didn’t like women y’know, getting jobs, you don’t want, y’know, see that Indian American succeeding more than you are, whatever your problem is, I’m gonna solve it. So it was a symptom but it was also a cause because having someone run for president who voices those ideas, who rejects so much of the American story and our values, was also the underlying cause as well.” 

ICHEOKU says what a pandering sore loser, who now has roped Indians in her continuing divisive diatribe and trying desperately to pitch people against each other. Unbeknownst to her, Gross Domestic Product does not vote in elections, people do and the people rejected her and she cannot seem to get over it. Now she is again insulting over 60 million Americans Trump's voters as pessimists, bigoted, stagnated, retrogressive and melancholic. ICHEOKU says a case of a very wicked Jezebel trying to burn the house of the Democratic Party down and who has refused to go down alone. Pitiful Crooked Hillary.

THE ASSASSINATION OF GIANNI VERSACE: AMERICAN CRIME STORY: SIMPLY SPECTACULAR.

ICHEOKU says it is a well acted story and the cinematography very splendid. The various actors and actresses brought to life that sad chapter in American crimes, of the high profile murder of fashion designer and icon of the Versace empire, Gianni Versace. ICHEOKU has so much fallen in love with the series that the television is now permanently set to record the series and so far, none of them has disappointed. 

The actors and actresses were perfect fit for their roles and they played their roles convincingly. So far Darren Criss has stolen the show with his playing of Andrew Cunanan and so much so that the series is practically hovering around him, that he is in fact the heartbeat of the series. Penelope Cruz is also fantastic with her role as Donatella Versace and of course Rick Martin playing Antonio D'Amico, the love interest of Gianni is fantastic as well. Lastly, Edgar Ramirez who played Gianni Versace also brought home the bacon. Overall, a well done series and the ratings attests to it. The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story is the bomb and everybody should tune in. Love it.

STORMY DANIELS: JUST BEING A BLACKMAILING WHORE.

ICHEOKU says there is certainly something in a name and Stormy Daniels is desperately trying to live up to her own name, stirring up a storm, admitted in a tea cup. No laws were broken and no crimes were committed. She is an adult and of age of consent. She consented to have sex and in fact had sex and was probably paid for her services. She was also paid to shut up her mouth and not say a thing about it. She agreed and her silence was forever purchased for $130,000. She took the money and ran. Case closed; except that the whoring daughter of Eve now wants to stir up some ripples, hence the current 'I took the money but will not keep my side of the bargain and wants to talk about it.'

So, what exactly is she now talking about or that constitutes the crux of the current hullabaloo, if one may ask? At least she was only fucked but not raped; and she willingly consented to it. So what is the complaint here or is she now saying that she did not collect the $130,000 to shut the hell up; or that the money is no longer enough to continuously ensure her purchased silence as she earlier bargained for? Is it possible that she is being used as a willing tool by the fake news media, which has since gone crest fallen because their previous obsession with the Russian Collusion has gone bust? Is Stormy Daniels now providing them with yet another intoxicating indulgence to binge on, with her story of having been fucked by somebody. She is a prostitute for crying out loud and prostitutes get fucked for a bargain, so no big deal? She was handsomely rewarded for her services and should therefore shut the hell up as bargained. 

ICHEOKU says it is both sad and pitiful to see American media gone with the wind of irrelevance as they no longer provide news information but indulge in salacious gossipy round the clock bantering. Stormy Daniels has now become their media's latest hallucinatory drug of choice as they left all important developing stories and go wall to wall with the coverage of the salacious story. ICHEOKU wonders what has become of them that they now thrive on gossipy, yellow journalism; instead of hard nosed investigative reporting of the yore, for which many veterans of the trade made their name and fortune. But today, it is an arm chair or rather high stool of rehashing stale development and they are not even ashamed of themselves or the thing they pass off as news. What is the news worthiness of such a salacious story of a call girl escort who leeches on men, hawking sex. A kind of story which ordinarily is and should be the mainstay of soft sell tabloids such as National Inquiry and Larry Flint's stable; but which the main media is now fighting and competing for a share of. The descent into depravity by these media houses is indeed shockingly incredible. 

Stormy Daniels entered into a valid, binding and enforceable contract to not say a word about an alleged sexual encounter she had with the president. An offer was made, the offer was accepted as made and a consideration was exchanged, thus consummating the contract. It was a "give me your silence and I will give you $130,000 in return, do we have a deal scenario. It was signed, sealed and delivered with an attached force of enforceability. Therefore it will violate the tenet and the very essence of contracts to allow her to wiggle out of her binding obligation under a contract for which she received adequate consideration. She was paid $130,000 in full satisfaction in exchange for her silence and she agreed to shut up. She gave up whatever rights she might have otherwise had, including the right to speak about the affair. Her eternal silence was bargained out, she sold it and it was purchased. Therefore, the court cannot and must not aid her vagrant disregard and intended violation of a duly executed valid contract. 

ICHEOKU is emphatic that the bargained for inducement is sufficient to consummate a contract and that in fact, a valid contract was indeed duly entered into between the parties. It is not illegal nor unlawful to enter into a contract of non disclosure; and sex between two consenting adults is not a crime which could have otherwise vitiated such contract or which could have made it to fall within the known exceptions. Therefore the arisen "zip it" contract is binding and enforceable against a party who received a sufficient consideration thereof, with intention to be bound by it, but who is now threatening to avoid it. Such an intention to breach must be checkmated with threat of punitive damages and prevented at all cost. 

Recall that Stormy Daniels had sued President Donald John Trump, claiming that because he did not sign the non-disclosure agreement between them, the contract is not valid. Her contention is that his omission to personally sign the contract rendered the contract invalid and therefore not binding on her; and that it does not have the force of preventing her from talking about the alleged affair. She said that because the real party to the contract, President Donald John Trump, never signed it, there is no enforceable valid contract between herself and the president. Stormy Daniels now wants the court to declare the contract invalid and also to lift the gag order on her, so that she can freely tell it all. 

ICHEOKU says what a contention standing on its head and spinning out of its axis, totally out of control. Whoever her lawyer is or whoever is advising her is just plain stupid and silly not to appreciate the fact that, except for personal contracts where performance is specifically expected of the party, that an agent can contractually bind his principal. It is a trite law that agents of principals can enter into valid contracts on behalf of their principals and as a matter of course, sign relevant contractual documents thereinto in the process. Also, such a do not tell, non disclosure agreement, of what already took place between Stormy Daniels and President Donald John Trump, does not fall under the personal contract exception, where a principal beneficiary is required to personally sign a contract. The president's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, was acting as an agent of his principal, President Trump, when he entered into the contract on his behalf and his signature is sufficient to validate the contract. 

What is imperative here is that at the time of signing the contract, the parties fully understood the bargain they made and the parties intended to be bound by it. The necessary intents were fully disclosed and agreed to by both parties; therefore the current argument by Stormy Daniels seeking to vitiate the contract for lack of the principal's signature lacks merit. The case should therefore be dismissed with prejudice. The determinative and dispositive issue here is whether Stormy Daniels, at the time the contract was signed, understood that Michael Cohen was an agent of and acting on his behalf of his principal, the then candidate Donald John Trump. Further, that following such understanding, she proceeded to receive a benefit therefrom in the form of a consideration, for the purpose of purchasing her silence. By the silence agreement which she entered into, a forbearance, she forfeited her right to ever utter a word about the alleged sexual dalliance. The other party also suffered a bargain of $130,000 which Stormy Daniels received in full and final consideration for the detriment to forever maintain her silence over the affair. 

ICHEOKU maintains that Stormy Daniels by collecting the $130,000 consummated a contract and her contractual obligation thereunder remains in effect and subsisting till date and continuing in eternity unless otherwise revoked or annulled or vitiated. At the time of entering into the bargain, she fully understood the terms and intention of the other party for her to be bound to silence and she agreed to it. An enforceable valid contract was thus created between Stormy Daniels and President Donald John Trump, regardless of who signed on behalf of the president. The other party performed his side of the bargain and Stormy Daniels cannot be allowed to pretend otherwise or to be clever by half by shirking her own obligation under the contract, regardless. She is therefore under a contractual obligation to keep her side of the bargain or suffer consequential damages for a willful breach thereof. 

The courts have times without numbers agreed with the notion that without contracts, society will be meaningless and very difficult to function. The courts regularly come to the aid of the smooth running of the wheels of society, including by maintaining contracts and ensuring that they are respected. This imperative to keep the society's wheels oiled and churning smoothly is always seen favorably with kinder eyes by the courts in deciding matters arising from breach of contractual obligations and enforcement of contracts, holding parties to a contract to their bargain. Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, is trying but will fail to disregard her obligation under a valid contract which she willingly and with clear eyes, entered into. 

ICHEOKU is emphatic that there was no attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence or to shut her up in order to protect the president. All that the party on the other side is asking for is that the contract the entered with Stormy Daniels be respected and agreed bargains kept to their letters. Ms Stormy Daniels freely negotiated and entered into the bargain; she received adequate consideration for so doing, but now wants to renege on it. So, if there is anyone trying to double dip here, it is Ms Daniels, who as a sex mercenary, is trying to double-profit from where she had already contractually agreed not to. Contractual agreements must be respected where not repugnant; and having sex and/or paying for it to be kept confidential is not repugnant. 

By her own very admission, in her filed court papers, Stormy Daniels was offered $130,000 for her silence and she accepted it. The letters of a contract must be respected and so should hers, otherwise what use are contracts anyway. Whatever right to speak she would have otherwise had arising from her encounter with the president was foreclosed when she mortgaged it for the $130,000 which she collected in bargain. Having accepted a tangible consideration for her silence, she cannot be allowed to now probate and reprobate from the same bargain. She accepted $130,000 hush payment as a trade for her silence and she cannot be allowed to doubly gain from her own sexual adventure. 

Stormy Daniels is an adult film performer, a sex worker, an escort, a glorified prostitute, who trades sexual favors for something including sometimes for a fee. In this instant, she was adequately compensated for her services and gagged against talking about it. The gag must not be unwound nor removed because to so do will be discouraging people from reaching agreements and respecting contractual terms and obligations. The president may have had his moral failings; but that irrespective, Stormy Daniels must not be allowed to unduly gain from the situation, having already pawned her right to talk about it and to forever remain silent. ICHEOKU says it is unfortunate that prostitutes, hookers, escorts and sex workers are not respectable people and they do not either honor nor candor have; otherwise Stormy Daniels would have known and needs not be reminded of her obligation of silence in this matter. What a dishonorable slot. Pitifully sad. 

KIM JONG UN AND DONALD JOHN TUMP TO MEET.

ICHEOKU says it is a new dawn in the Korean Peninsula as the tensions there has a final chance at full resolution. Thanks to a resolute hard-nosed all system go effort of President Donald John Trump's foreign policy thrust. ICHEOKU wishes the meeting a success and hopefully the two Korean can unite and put a final seal on the ever simmering tension over there. The meeting between the Korean and American leader is scheduled for May, 2018. Wonders shall never end.

TRUMP MEETS KIM: SOLVE THE KOREAN PROBLEM LET THE TWO KOREANS UNITE.

ICHEOKU says it was with utmost satisfaction that ICHEOKU received the news of the thaw in relationship between North Korea and the United States of America, leading to the upcoming meeting between leaders of the two countries, President Donald John Trump and Kim Jong Un. This is exactly the reason it is never advised to ever say never in a world filled with unending surprising possibilities. 

Suddenly, two protagonists who has been at each others throat, huffing and puffing, issuing threats and counter threats, have seemingly now agreed to bury the hatchet in the interest of world's peace. That both leaders have agreed to meet each other is a huge development and for which all peace loving world citizens should welcome with open arms. North Korea and America has been technically at war since the armistice of 1953 and with no love lost between both countries, their respective leaders ever since has continuously beefed with each other, albeit, subtly. But the seething feud boiled to the top and refused to simmer down since the election of President Donald John Trump. The long lingering Cold War somewhat drastically heated up, with the two leaders bragging about their respective buttons and actually threatening to annihilate each other. 

So it was a natural reaction for the world to heave a big sign of relief with the announcement that the two leaders has agreed to meet each other to explore a pathway, short of nuking each other, towards a lasting peaceful resolution of their issues. What a welcome relief. ICHEOKU says congratulations to both leaders for putting aside their larger than life respective egos and agreeing to meet one another to see how to resolve existing differences, albeit amicably. The then Union of Soviets Socialist Republics and United States of America's Cold War ended peacefully without the firing of shots; and hopefully the North Korean face-off will similarly be resolved and save mankind an untold story of goriness that is better left untold. 

ICHEOKU says of all the things that will possibly be placed on the table for the May 2018 meet between President Donald John Trump and Leader Kim Jong Un, ICHEOKU will like to see included in it, the unification of both North Korea and South Korean. This is the only none lethal weapon that will permanently solve the ever threatening conflagration issues on the Korean peninsula. With both Koreans united and living peacefully among themselves as the brothers and sisters they are, American troop in the peninsular will have a reason to return home or be redeployed elsewhere and allow the Koreans to provide for their own security and deterrent. Also the North's need for nuclear weapons protection will automatically become redundant; as the existential threat would have abated with United States of America withdrawing its troops from the peninsula or no longer threatening to Pyongyang. 

This is the best practice, way out of the long dragging bog down in the Korean peninsula, which is bleeding our treasury in costs of upkeep and maintenance. It will also remove the ever rising tensions in the peninsular. ICHEOKU says it is the best policy going forward and it is a policy that will have far-reaching consequences, uniting a formerly one undivided country. Eastern Germany and Western Germany did it, they unified and are successfully fully integrated back today and powering up nicely. So, there is no reason another formerly country which was previously one but was divided because of conflict, cannot come back together and become one country again. The two Koreans can definitely follow the lead of the two Germany. 

Therefore, President Donald John Trump should allow that mother of all option, the unification of North Korea and South Korea, to be placed on the scheduled May 2018 meeting agenda, discussed and possibly agreed and signed off on. It will be the magic silver bullet that will decelerate the tension in the peninsula; and eventually lead to a permanent lasting peace there, so that our troops could finally come back home since 1953. If the two Germany were allowed to unify, why not the two Koreans?  ICHEOKU says  let the two Koreans be allowed to unify and let it be done now. ICHEOKU wishes the two leaders a fruitful deliberation.

PUTIN'S NEW NUCLEAR WEAPONS CLAIM: A CRY FOR ATTENTION.

ICHEOKU says for a man who is standing for election to another term in office as president of the Russia Federation, the sixth term that is; he cannot but make the deprived and denied beleaguered Russians, believe that he is their protector, the brave heart Tsar who is standing firm against Western aggression and will protect them from the bogeyman Yankees, the Americans and their Western cohorts. 

So understandably, his orchestrated show and blistering boast of Russia's most advanced, most lethal, range unlimited, undetectable missile and nuclear weaponry should not an unexpected surprise. It was a show simply staged for the local Russian audience, a campaign ploy for the sham election slated for March 18, 2018. An election with a predetermined outcome, which will be a mere formality and which will see him robotically "reelected" president for a fourth six-year term; a position which he has, directly and indirectly, continuously held since coming to power in 1999. 

What an emerging dictator who has reduced Russia into a banana republic where only little him holds sway and calls all the shots. After all this 18 years in office, his legacy remains a country in want, with such poverty rate, growing alcoholism, hunger, diseases and unemployment which will make some third world countries beat their chests in triumph. ICHEOKU says what would the founding fathers of the Russian Perestroika and Glasnost say today, seeing their Russia dream reduced into a one man dictatorship under the color of democratic elections which merely rubber-stamps his presidency. 


So ICHEOKU is not surprised when Vladimir Putin spends the Russian money in weapons development instead of building up the country's economic base as well as investing in science and technology. His gamble seems to be that since he cannot deliver the goodies to the people of Russia, he might as well confuse them by pretending to be defending them from the America led West and developing weapons to back up his claim. Just listen to him: "we need to ensure we have a credible nuclear deterrent and we are confident that we are prepared to defend this nation no matter what." 

Imagine the economic rejuvenation Russian could have undergone were Putin to redirect the money spent on weapons into productive enterprises that will provide jobs for the millions of unemployed Russians and take care of the millions of homeless and needy Russians. But good enough, America has already made it clear to Putin that Russia would face "unacceptably dire costs" if it ever threaten even a limited nuclear attack anywhere in Europe, talkless of in America proper. 

While delivering his two hour boring and excessively lengthy State of Russia address, Tsar Vladimir Putin enumerated the new weapons his dear mother Russia allegedly now possesses. It includes a nuclear-powered cruise missile, a nuclear-powered underwater drone and new hypersonic missile that "have no equivalent elsewhere in the world. He also boasted that with the invention of the new weapons, America led NATO’s missile shield system has been rendered "useless’’ and that it also means an end to Western efforts to frustrate Russia’s development. Listen to him again: ‘‘I want to tell all those who have fueled the arms race over the last 15 years, sought to win unilateral advantages over Russia, introduced unlawful sanctions aimed to contain our country’s development: all what you wanted to impede with your policies have already happened, You have failed to contain Russia." 

ICHEOKU says if indeed they have failed to contain Russia as boasted, where has Russia gone or achieved ever since. Just a guy with power pandering to his impoverished and emasculated Russian people for their votes in the coming presidential election. ICHEOKU says a typical outburst of a man feeling encircled, out flanked and out maneuvered by a superior power, the one and only super power left in the world. So he has to do something, kicking and flailing, to register his presence and to say just in case you have forgotten, I am still here. A lengthy 18 years in office and counting, as Russia's only good enough person to be president. 

ICHEOKU says but with America's missile interceptors in Alaska and Hawaii; and the Aegis and Thaad installations in Asia and Europe; as well as the recently installed ones in in Romania and Poland, it is obvious that a boxed in Putin will lash out and grunt as the weight of his encirclement gets heavier, leaving him increasingly isolated and suffocating. However, America is not moved nor intimidated by his latest theatrics as America has seen many other despots come and go; and so will Vladimir Putin someday become a statistics. He will not be the first to lash out and will be dealt with if it gets to that. Saddam Hussein once boasted about a mother of all wars but where is he today? Hitler also once was. How any rational person would remain in power for 18 long years and still seeking an elongation of term is simply inexplicable; or is he telling the world that Russia has not benefited from his long stay in power by him having nurtured another qualified person to lead Russia. 

“I hope everything that has been said today will sober any potential aggressor. You will have to assess that new reality and become convinced that what I said today isn't a bluff. It's not a bluff, trust me." ICHEOKU says exactly how you know that Putin was bluffing because he said to "trust him that he was not bluffing"; which is atypical of people who are either not telling the truth or are exaggerating their tale. Further, he eventually revealed his real motive behind his tall tale when he said that no one listens to Russia anymore and that Russia should be listened to; which is yet another evidence that he was simply bluffing and seeking attention and to be once again considered relevant in the affairs of the world. Ever seen a rich person pounding his or her chest and screaming look at me, I am rich? No, only he who has not got it makes noise about having got it. If you have something really big, you will want to let the really big thing do the talking, but definitely not you. 

ICHEOKU agrees with one commentator that Putin's announcement reflects Russia's concern that America's missile defense shield could develop to the extent that it could make America air defenses impenetrable and thus become a game-changer in the battle to control the narrative in world affairs. 

Again listen to him: "No one in the world has anything like that. It may appear someday, but by that time we will develop something new." ICHEOKU says a man who speaks of what he has no knowledge of and so boastfully, claiming that no other country has anything like what he just announced Russia has, cannot be taken seriously. How did he know what other countries have or do not have? As always, the empty barrel makes the most sound and it goes without saying that if Vladimir Putin has it, he will not be talking so braggingly about what he supposedly have. ICHEOKU says whether it is Avangard or Sarmat or Kinzhal or whatever other nomenclature used to depict any other weapon, it does not matter if those weapons are not able or allowed to lift off from their silos. In the event they do, they will be forced to malfunction or blown away mid flight, if push ever come to shove. 

Further, Vladimir Putin said, "We will interpret any use of nuclear weapons against Russia and its allies no matter how powerful they are, of low, medium or any other yield, as a nuclear attack. It will trigger an immediate answer with all the consequences stemming from it. No one should have any doubts about it." ICHEOKU says another bluster, otherwise why did Putin not mention those allies of Russia within his purview, begging the question, does Russia and Putin even have any allies? 

Lastly, on Putin's blabber that Russia is not threatening anyone, is not going to attack anyone, and is not going to take anything from anyone"; ICHEOKU says how about Ukraine and Georgia whose territories in Crimea and Eastern Ukraine as well as Ossetia and Abkhazia has been forcefully seized by Putin's Russia. 

Anyway, despots are always clever by half; but Tsar Vladimir Putin dealt his hand very early and the world is watching him closely and will checkmate him immediately if he miscalculates. ICHEOKU says if Putin is the only "qualified strong man" to lead Russia, what happens in the inevitable event of his mortality. ICHEOKU is not a fan of dictators and urge Putin to actually start helping Russia by helping build its political democracy towards grooming future leaders of Russia who will step in and fill the vacuum his overstay in office has created. That will be a provable achievement and not building weapons he can NEVER used nor dare drop anywhere without obliterating consequence. Russians, ICHEOKU says to declare your independence and look somewhere else for a new leader.

NIGERIAN HATE SPEECH BILL: AN ATTACK ON FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

ICHEOKU says apparently freedom is indeed not free; not even when it is guaranteed and provided for in the constitution. The oppressors, as usual, will always try and find a way to take it away. This is the reason freedom is always fought for and defended by the people for whose benefit it is enshrined in the constitution and meant to serve. Freedom, when not defended, is easily trampled upon and eventually taken away from the people by their oppressors or budding oppressors. 

Over the years, Nigerians have been complacent in defending their rights and freedoms, leading up to all the maltreatment the citizens have been getting from their governments and uniformed personnel, the police, the army, paramilitary etc, who abuse them daily and without recompense. Feeling much emboldened, the current leaders in Nigeria have now taken the notch up, yanking the peoples rights and freedoms and finally resulting in their pursuit of a Hate Speech law with a death sentence attacked to it.  ICHEOKU says Nigerians are witnessing the early stages of a full blown dictatorship and if they do not rise up to fight to stop it now, they will wake up someday to find out that they are totally and completely shackled down inside a gulag of no mean proportion. 

Nigerians are beginning to experience life under a dictatorship as the despotic regime of President Muhammad Buhari is incrementally taking Nigerians' freedom away, one freedom at a time. First to go was the right to a peaceful assembly when innocent placards carrying IPOB protesters and Shiites Muslims were indiscriminately massacred by the government. Now comes the latest Hate Speech bill making its way through the completely emasculated and National Congress; another one of this rapid encroachment on the peoples freedoms including their right to freely express themselves. 

ICHEOKU says why Nigerians are not yet up in arms protesting and protecting their freedom to speak freely is the most surprising thing in the whole unfolding scenario. You speak the truth you die, you don't speak, you die; so why not die speaking truthfully? Why not for the future of our children's tomorrow, we sacrifice our today, building a society that is indeed truly free and not subjugated to just one man's wish. The first thing any emerging dictatorship takes is the people's freedom of speech and if successful, it will go after other rights, knowing fully well that the people have been emasculated and can no  longer complain, are both vulnerable and conquerable. 

Hate speech as defined "is a communication that carries no meaning other than the expression of hatred for some group, especially in circumstances in which the communication may provoke violence. It is an incitement to hatred primarily against a group of persons defined in terms of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and the like. Hate speech can be any form of expression regarded as offensive to racial, ethnic and religious groups and other discrete minorities or to women." 

ICHEOKU says with this as a backdrop, is it then such an egregious offense as would elicit death by hanging, as the Nigerian authorities are planning to institute, when the probability of violence is the outcome? Why would an ordinary speech, what was said by somebody, now become punishable with death. This is the sixty four thousand dollar question which the government of President Muhammadu Buhari is not answering; and this is the same question which 190 million Nigerians are not asking nor reacting to. Very soon, it will be too late to do something about it and the country will live to regret their inaction when their action would have helped avert the disastrous bad intention of the government.  

First of, the law as intended is generally too broad as the speech which will qualify as "Hate Speech" is not specifically defined nor discernible; but will be left at the subjective whims and discretion of whoever or whatever commission that is put in charge of determining what constitutes and qualifies as Hate Speech. ICHEOKU is emphatic that the constitutionality of this bill could be successfully challenged in court for being over broad; as courts have been known to not take so kindly to such not thought through legislation, especially one attracting the death penalty. It was the same mindset that once made drug trafficking a death penalty offense and retroactively carried it out on some four innocent Nigerians. ICHEOKU says how any sane country, in this 21st century, could be legislating speech out of fashion is simply beyond pale. If these mongrels take the Nigerians peoples right to freely express themselves now, what else would they also take next. 

What other rights or freedoms would they come after following a successful yanking of free speech? What other rights of Nigerians would come into their purview and which they would want to take as they continue to become more and more autocratic; yet Nigeria is a democracy. What democracy is it when the people cannot freely express themselves and say what they are actually thinking; and these are the same people who said all manner of things prelude to their taking over the leadership of Nigeria; castigating and criticizing, as well as accusing the former President Jonathan Goodluck and his government of everything under the sun, including blue murder. But suddenly, what was okay then has now become an abomination for which offenders lives must be taken and this is in this 21st century? 

ICHEOKU says and calls on all Nigerians to rise up and defend their right to free speech as such fundamental right cannot be taken away just because some despots in agabada feel insecure being called out for their sins of mis-governance. How then is Nigeria different from Vladimir Putin's Russia, Kim Jong Un's North Korea, Xi Jinping's China, Saudi Arabia, Erdogan's Turkey, Iran and such other despotic enclaves where the people are living in a country wide prison called a society under the thumb of a ruthless dictator. It is a fight that need to be fought now and by all Nigerians, in order to prevent Nigeria from descending into a Stone Age regulation era where expression is completely emasculated. ICHEOKU says Nigerians must demand of their representatives to kill the Hate Speech bill now or forever lose their country, as well as their freedom to say what they think. Who amongst Nigerians wants to live in a prison called a muzzled Nigeria. Away with the Hate Speech bill; kill the Hate Speech bill NOW!

IF YOU TAKE AWAY AR-15, HOW ABOUT ABORTIONS?

ICHEOKU says abortions in the United States of America kill 320,000 babies each year. The total number of people killed with all tyoes of guns in the United States of America is under 68,000 people a year. When those killed using AR-15 are tallied, they are less than 10,000 people. Yet, Planned Parenthood which is an industrial scale abortion provider is being protected and funded with tax payers money; while easy going, self funding heartland Americans NRA and their AR-15 are being victimized and pilloried. ICHEOKU says why is it that no one is calling for the ban or outlaw of abortions to similarly save our children and future of our tomorrow. 

Abortions take more lives in America than all the 250 million guns in America put together; and when you single out AR-15, it becomes incomparable. Now you know the hypocrisy of those far left liberal wild eyed anarchists who are out to take our guns away. If indeed their ultrusic reason is to save lives and protect deaths, why not start with outlawing abortion. ICHEOKU says to please SAY NO to abortion on demand as it kill hundreds of thousands of American babies. But as for guns, guns do not kill people, people kill people, including abortionists on steroids carrying out infanticides.

BILLY GRAHAM LAID TO REST IN A CASKET BUILT BY PRISONERS.

ICHEOKU says he was humble throughout his life and right into the grave, buried in a casket made of plain pine wood with an inlay of Walmart's comforters and built by prisoners from Louisiana Correctional facility aka Angola Prison.  Yes indeed, the stuff true man of God are made of, as earthly possessions and ostentation are not of any interest to them. They truly believed in the reward is in heaven which they preached and they lived by its tenets and example.

He was an embodiment of a real man of God; never had nor lived in a mansion; did not own nor flew in private jets and was not a billionaire either. The world attests to this his exemplary life and testified as he departed to be with Jesus that indeed he is truly of and from God and lived the part. PUTIN'S WORDS DO NOT MEAN A THING: HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

"We aren't threatening anyone, we aren't going to attack anyone, we aren't going to take anything from anyone. The growing Russian military power will guarantee global peace." - Vladimir Putin, President of Russian Republic. 

ICHEOKU says how about Ukraine or is what is going on in Eastern Ukraine not threatening  and an attack? How about Georgia or is what went down in South Ossetia and Abkhazia not threatening and an attack? Were the territories of South Ossetia and Abkhazia not taken from Georgia? Was Crimea not taken from Ukraine and Eastern Ukraine Donesk region and other territories within the same greedy sight? Are these not other countries territories that Vladimir Putin forcibly invaded, seized and annexed or is there any other definition of taking which is only known to Vladimir Putinya? This is exactly the reason the West does not and cannot trust Vladimir Putin on his words this time because his words do not mean a thing. He lacks honor and dishonorable people are hardly any good negotiating partners. 

Vladimir Putin is not a leader that can be trusted to keep and honor his words. The old KGB spy is as coy and sly as he has always been; and again playing his old zero some game. Simply not believable nor could he be trusted. Hopefully, he will not miscalculate and overplay his hand as there is a new sheriff in town. America has a new president in the White House and no longer the sissy Obama that will have more leeway after the elections. The old Union of Soviet Socialist Republics did not win the old Cold War and the new Russia will not win a Hot War should his cunning eventually provoke a shooting war between Russia and America which peradventure means the West. 

But hey, after 19 years in power and the life of the average Russian has not dramatically improved or changed from the depravity that was their fate following the collapse of the Soviet Union, his current bluster is a much needed distraction from Russians' pressuring domestic issues and problems. So going into the March 18, 2018 presidential election, he has to pull the only trick in his bag of tricks to keep the Russian people spellbound, confused, dazed and remain submissive to the only knight that will protect and save them from the bogeyman America and the West. What a pitiful and traumatized Russians under the jackboot of an emergent petite dictator Vladimir Putinya. 

ENSA (BILL) COSBY: DEAD AT 44.

ICHEOKU says strongly believes that were her father to have a choice, he would rather he is the one gone than to witness yet another one of his children being buried, at just 44 years old. HIs other child, an only son, Ennis, was killed in 1997 and 21 years later another child, Ensa, is dead. 

Bill Cosby and wife Camille must be getting tired of the seemingly endless tragedies which strike their family nearly frequently. This death is in addition to the sexual assaults and molestations charges to be retried against Bill Cosby. Ensa Camille Cosby died of renal failure, she was 44 years old. May her soul rest. 

A daughter who has been an astute defender of her father during his sexual misconduct and assault cases and who stood unshakably by his side, must indeed be a heavy loss for her father to bear. In one of her fiery defenses, Ensa Cosby had this to say about her father and the sexual assault cases:- 

"My father has been publicly lynched in the media” and the accusations have impacted our family. The accusations against my father have been one-sided since the beginning and, when he tried to defend himself, he was sued in civil court. I've seen the accusations become more horrific and extreme with time and I have witnessed my father's reputation and legendary work be dismissed without any proof. I strongly believe my father is innocent of the crimes alleged against him and I believe that racism has played a big role in all aspects of this scandal. 

How the charges came against him, how people believed them before they were ever scrutinized or tested, how people who questioned the claims were shut down and ignored. My family, my young daughter, my young niece and nephew have had to stand helplessly by and watch the double standards of pretending to protect the rights of some, but ignoring the rights of others and exposing innocent children to such appalling accusations about someone they love dearly and who has been so loving and kind to them is beyond cruel."

PYEONGCHANG 2018 WINTER OLYMPICS ENDS: BRILLIANTLY WELL.

ICHEOKU says without any major incident or scandal and the rocket man of North Korea conducting himself well enough not to launch any missile, the Winter Olympics staged by South Korea finally came to an end, today, February 25, 2018. Flagged off on February 9, 2018, it was indeed a two weeks of spectacular display and athletics acrobats. 

Norway topped the medals table with 39 medals, followed by Germany with 31 medals, Canada with 29 medals and the United States of America with 23 medals, rounding up the four top winners among all the gathered countries of the world who participated in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics 2018 in South Korea. Now, from South Korea to Beijing China the world of Winter Olympics goes in 2020, still retaining the hosting of the event in Asia. Overall, it was a well staged event and the world is better off with it; and hopefully, the seeming peace showcased during the event will translate into a lasting peace, especially in the Korean peninsular. ICHEOKU says congratulations South Korea and the Pyeongchang 2018 committee that put the event together. Well done Olympic International Committee and welcome Beijing 2020.

AR-15 IS NOT THE CULPRIT: DOMESTIC TERRORISTS ARE.
