BEAUTIFULLY PREGNANT, A QUINTESSENTIAL AFRICAN WOMAN.
Icheoku says please move over Halle Berry and Angelina Jolie, as here comes this African young expectant mother, whose radiance and beauty is pure bliss and extraterrestrial. Just take a closer look at her, the skin, the smile, the flashing eyes, her pose and her pregnancy curvature and you will agree with those poets who correctly chimed that the beautiful ones are yet to be born. Her complimentary attire and jewelry, equally a nice ensemble. Somewhere in Africa, unknown, undisturbed and uncorrupted by the endless desires of this world and still happy; indeed she is very beautiful. Query, which man would not wish that she is carrying the fruit of his labor and that he is the reason she is this radiant.

TEST-TUBE SPERM, MEN NO LONGER NEEDED NOR ESSENTIAL?
Icheoku bemoans the cruel fate which is about to finally befall men with the invention of sperm on demand? As if men are not already being shortchanged enough, now they are going to be finally and permanently consigned into a heap of obsolete, non-essential commodity of human existence. When many women are already reluctantly tolerating men as mere sperm-donors, here comes a laboratory in France, to finally put men out of circulation and out of relevance.
A French company, Kallistem Laboratory in Lyon, announced that they have developed a "fully-functioning semen from scraps of genetic material.' Icheoku asks with this last vital need for men now on its way out, being blown away by the wind of science, what then will become the fate of men in this world. Baring any luck, it is finally finished for men as women can now do without husbands or even the proverbial sperm donors; or which woman will still need a man to worry about when she can go to a laboratory to have some sperm custom-designed with well specified features for her child? What a world without men this world is gradually turning into and give it up to those wild-eyed feminist females to scream from mountain tops, FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST, at last, FREE AT LAST.
FYI:- Spermatogenesis, the process through which the basic reproduction cells develop into mature sperm takes approximately seventy-two days.

IT WAS WHACKO IN WACO TEXAS, NINE BIKERS SHOT TO DEATH.
Icheoku says the Texas State city that gave the world David Koresh and his fiery brand of christianity is once again in the news. Recall that 1993 siege on the Branch Davidian cult compound that ended with the Federal agents storming the compound, igniting a ball of fire that left eighty six people dead during Bill Clinton's presidency when Janet Reno as the Attorney General, ordered the raid. This time, gangs of bikers including Bandidos, Cossacks and Scimitars decided to shoot themselves into superiority and to claim the bragging right and ownership right over a drinking joint.
A little parking space disputation led to a fight which later snowballed into an all out firefight, at the end of which, nine members lay dead with many injured and wounded. Icheoku says it is Texas afterall and in Texas guns are everywhere and are freely randomly used too. Although no one messes with Texas, but it seems that an exception to the rule is being a Texan, because they understand the rule of engagement. What a bloody Sunday in Waco Texas this is.

ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE AND HIS RELUCTANT UNHAPPY BRIDE?
Icheoku does not know why women do this, but the marriage of Ms Lara Fortes of Cape Verdes to Nigeria's Edo State's Governor Adams Oshiomhole is yet another example of a very highly suspicious marriage of convenience and not one founded on love? Query, if Adams Oshiomhole is not a governor, would Ms Lara Fortes ever have taken a second look at him, talkless of agreeing to marry him? Icheoku asks when looking at Adams Oshiomhole does Ms Lara Fortes see a governor and its attendant pecks and comfort or does she indeed actually see Adams Oshiomhole her husband or rather just look through him?
Icheoku asks who in this case is the trophy spouse and would she have said yes to a marriage proposal from such not so photogenic, height-challenged man and who is old enough to be her daddy, were Admans Oshiomhole not fully loaded? Could this lady honestly and sincerely say she fell for Adams Oshiomhole's charms and is indeed truly in love with him and not that she targeted the pecks that comes with his office including becoming the first lady of Edo State. A closer look at the lady and her body language shows one laboring under the weight of her decision and one who is not comfortable settling for such man as a husband but who circumstances has otherwise conspired against. The hope now going forward is that they will find something about each other that will enable them to stay married and learn to like and love each other; but Icheoku will not be surprised if the union's boat hits the rock as soon as the governor's term ends, if not sooner.
On the other hand, is it not surprising that a sitting governor who should be leading by example, abandoned all the many marriageable ladies in his home state of Edo and traveled to Cape Verdes, a former Portuguese colony, to marry a Portuguese descendant? Icheoku wonders why the governor did not choose for a wife, a Bini girl or an Edo State girl or even a Nigerian girl, instead of a foreigner? What type of example was the governor showing with his choice of a wife and how will the ladies in his Edo State now view him going forward; - a governor who did not see anything good in his state's women and opted for a foreign Portuguese trophy wife? Anyway what is done is done and all everyone including Icheoku can do now is to wish the couple a happily married life; but emphasizes that Governor Adams Oshiomhole, as a sitting governor, did not choose right by marrying a foreign lady; especially when there are so many unmarried ladies in Edo State and Nigeria that would have held the forte very well. To the newly married couple of Edo State, Governor Adams Oshiomhole and Mrs Lara Fortes Oshiomhole, Icheoku says all the best.

DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV DEATH SENTENCE, APPROPRIATE?
Icheoku says except that an eye for an eye makes the world go blind; but then, how do you punish such a terrorist bomber, who planted explosives amidst marathon runners and their cheering fans, killing some and maiming so many others? Icheoku says sometimes the Judaic Mosaic laws makes sense and it seems to have made sense in this case. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who, alongside his late brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, planted the explosives which ripped the finishing line of Boston Marathon in 2013, was handed the death penalty by the jury sitting in Boston. Icheoku says well deserved.
Surprisingly, the now death-row inmate Dzhokhar Tsarnaev pleaded for his life to be spared and you wonder why? Icheoku says if he was man enough or rather cowardly-brave enough to wreck the havoc that was 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people, left seventy one people without one limb or the other and severally injured so many others, he should equally be brave enough to accept with equanimity, any punishment deemed appropriate or befitting the crime for which he was charged, convicted and now sentenced to die. Why this terrorist bomber cowardly chickened out and did not die in a shoot-out with authorities like his brother Tamerlan is beyond Icheoku's comprehension; otherwise all the tax payers' money, running into millions of dollars, spent in both his defense and prosecution, would not have been wasted trying to secure justice for a terrorist who did not give justice to his victims.
Icheoku says Dzhokhar Tsarnaev got exactly what he deserved; admitted no punishment adequately fit the crime in this case. However, we can only go as far as is allowed under our penal justice system; but were Icheoku to be allowed a free hand to go outside the ambits, would have recommended bombing him as well. May be, strap him with sticks of dynamites and TNT and sticking one right up into his you know where and blowing him to smithereens. It is a good case where the Hebrews got it right and Icheoku says the punishment of death was, in absence of any other choice, well suited for the crime and is very appropriate in the circumstance. Icheoku therefore agrees with the Federal prosecutor Steven Mellin that "The only sentence that will do justice in this case is a sentence of death" and it was rightly applied to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in this case.
It is equally noteworthy that what Dzhokhar Tsarnaev actually got is technically, a life imprisonment, without the possibility of parole or any early release. Icheoku asserts this because of the reluctance and near apathy of the Federal Government in carrying out death sentences and putting convicted offenders to death. It is on records that 'out of the eighty federal defendants sentenced to death since 1988, only three, including Timothy J. McVeigh, the Oklahoma City bomber, have been executed thus far; while some sentences were vacated, some of the convicts died in prison while waiting to be executed.' Icheoku is emphatic that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is likely to fall into the later, dead in prison while awaiting execution. So with his relative young age of twenty five, he will have enough time to actually think about his actions of that Monday morning of April 15, 2013. Icheoku says may the sad memories of that day from hell now be filed away with the last known terrorist who wrought that dastardly act now going away and forever for good. What a sadistic terrorist this Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is, away with him and may the sentence be carried out soon enough.

"I AM AN INDENTITY" - CONVICTED IGBO DRUG LORD OSUAMADI.
Icheoku says except that the white people of Australia could care less whether or not he is an Igbo high chief, an identity or that his ancestry is allegedly traceable to King Solomon's one night stand paramour, Queen of Sheba. He tried to fool them with his fabulous tales by the moonlight but they were not buying it and did not buy into any of his baloney. Instead, to the big house they sent him to cool off and for six long years. He was convicted by Parramatta District court of running a drug syndicate which specialized in methamphetamine and heroine supply throughout Western Sydney. Eze-Igbo 1 of Igboland in Sydney, Australia, HRH Eze Maximus Osuamadi, was nabbed in a sting operation lasting several years, during which he was severally caught on tapes discussing drug supply operations; as well as on video, physically supplying commercial quantity methamphetamine to an undercover office inside a garden.
The convict fronted businesses including an African Foods/Grocery store, a Western Union Franchise/agency, a Limousine service and an Internet Cafe, while dealing his illicit drug business underneath. He was busted following an extended sting operation, beginning in 2010, which caught him red-handed, involved in an extensive drug running operation covering China, Nigeria, Brazil and some Asian countries. True to type, he lived it up and big and as befits his "royal" status of Eze Igbo of Ndigbo Sydney. He was tooling around in flashy Mercedes-Benz and smooching with local politicians and senior police officers including the commissioner of police. He was also himself actively involved in local politics of his Western Sydney operational base.
As one officer put it, Chief Osuamadi lived a "lavish lifestyle"; which in turn became his greatest undoing as it attracted curiosity from the authorities who wanted to know the funding sources for such life of affluence, befitting of only a king. Chief Osuamadi was described by the authorities in Sydney as the Godfather of a West Africa crime syndicate in Sydney, from where he directed operations extending as far as to Nigeria, Brazil, China and some other Asian countries. When he was arrested, he went into a tirade demanding to know from the arresting officers if they in fact know who he was and who they are messing with; stating "do you know who I am?' Continuing, Chief Osuamadi thundered, "Everybody in Granville (Western Sydney) knows me. The police there and the local politicians know me. I am an identity. I am Chief of the Igbo community and people call me Chief Maximus. I don't know if you know about the African tradition of royalty. We trace our royalty back to the Queen'of Sheeba of Israel and Ethiopia."
Icheoku says what a name dropper who forgot he was in Australia and not in Nigeria; thinking that who he knows or did not know mattered to the country's law enforcement officials. Luckily he did not threaten to give them a "dirty slap" nor even "slapped: them before they slapped the handcuffs on his wrists and frog-marched him to jail. Icheoku says the Igbo drug chief was indeed very lucky that he did not pry his trade in Nigeria during the now President-elect Muhammadu Buhari's first time around; neither was he personally conducting his druggie business inside Indonesia, otherwise he would have become part of the statistics of executed Nigerian drug dealers. It is also instructive to mention that Chief Osuamadi once wanted to become a priest before he found the devil, abandoning his pastoral calling and training in Rome for Australia, where he discovered the easy money lavish lifestyle which drug begets and never looked back ever since. He was also involved in identity theft racket and the procuring of false passports and traveling documents. But hey, he is only going away for a few years and will rebound to take yet another title from his people, who could care less whether or not his money is hot or was genuinely earned. So until then, Icheoku asks, like Chief Osuamadi, are you also an identity?

THE THRILL IS GONE, BB KING DEAD AT 89.
Icheoku says it now appears to be the season of transition for the best of the best in American soul and rhythm and blues as few weeks ago saw Ben E King also gone. Icheoku says RIP King of blues, BB King, adieu.
BEYONCE, PLEASE THAT WAS SO TRASHY AND TOO SLUTTY?
Icheoku asks what was Beyonce Knowles Carter smoking or trying to achieve, appearing in a public event, the May 2nd Floyd Mayweather/Manny Pacquiao fight, in this outfit? What indeed was her 'mission-accomplished' here, loosely baring her mammary glands in this manner for the ogling world to peep at? Was she trying to convince the world that she is a woman and has two breasts, which no one in the world ever knew prior to this tasteless expose`? Was she trying to make a statement that she can dare and is shameless, by baring her breasts for the feasting eyes of oglers? A little showing of cleavage is usually tasteful in women's fashion, but this unchaste dressing was rather classless and a very poor fashion statement; especially coming from the adorable Queen-Bey, a role model of so many young girls and someone who is well liked and admired across the board.
Icheoku berates that there is nothing daring or classy in such a cheaply display. Such stripe-tease fashion is not for her kind but is reserved for cheap slutty strippers and wannabes, who usually bare it all for mere dollar bills. Stripping or completely going Adam is not particularly a big deal anymore, especially in America, where in places like San Francisco, California, women of all sizes and shapes and ages are often seen striding the streets butt naked, in their rueful reminiscence and deja vu of a life that was once, inside the biblical story of Garden of Eden. So what is there to prove or show by a hitherto Icheoku's respected and admired songstress, so cheaply and deliberately, sufficiently baring BlueIvy's milk source for the whole world to feed their imagination on?
Icheoku does not know about Jay-z, but says if this is the price he has to pay and is now forced to pay just to be still married to Beyonce, may be it is about time he mans up and exercises other option that may be available to him under the circumstance. How can any respectable and responsible woman, wife and mother and Beyonce for that matter, unabashedly be so scantily clad and go to a public event and it was expected to be okay for Jay-z to acquiesce and accommodate? Icheoku maintains that the difference between women of easy virtue and respectable ladies is usually in their mannerisms; including respectfully presenting themselves in a manner that does not suggest otherwise or that they are readily, cheaply available for the asking of the highest bidder. Decent ladies have some value-added to their being and should therefore always respectfully carry themselves in order to command the respect and admiration of the public.
Everyone knows that there are usually two breasts on every woman's chest, whether flat or pointy, so what is the intended objective of Beyonce exposing hers? Does she think that her sexiness or attractiveness will increase quadruple-fold with her exposed two breasts? For whose benefit actually did she expose her breasts as that cannot be Jay-z's, certainly? But unbeknownst to Beyonce, Cher and J-Lo; and all those lousy women who over-expose themselves in the name of sexiness, men generally die for those things that are hard to see, get, reach, touch and feel in women; but not necessarily those readily available or which are too easy to touch or often seen and which by necessary implication of being so over-exposed, has now lost their rare value quality. Sexuality and sexiness is better left for the imagination, imagining the possible and how those covered things will indeed actually look and feel like if ever privileged to unravel them.
The trip rather than the destination is usually the thing that does it in an experience. Real men love the journey that led to the destination more than the few minutes final rendezvous. So Beyonce why did you show your cans? Icheoku is particularly pissed off because Beyonce is one of the few artists we admire, not necessarily because she is pretty, nope; but because she has respectful carried herself well as both a wife, mother and business woman and without much of a scandal. Icheoku has equally paid handsomely to see her perform live in concerts twice too; so when Icheoku says this outfit is tacky, Icheoku means every word of it. Hopefully, it will not lead to a personal boycott of her future concerts as well as music in protest.
Icheoku has nothing against any single woman being overtly and loudly expressive with her fashion or in any other way as she may deem fit, but takes strong exception in a married woman acting so whacko and out of control. Such a married woman should take into cognizance that a man is presently in the picture and if a Beyonce, ask herself what would be her reaction or what would Beyonce do had it been Jay-z that so exposed his private in this manner? It is not a question of 'can do', but the sensibilities involved in the display. She did not care nor consider the feelings of her husband, regardless that he kept quiet, while pretending it was okay to share his privileged possessions with the world.
Icheoku says Beyonce, please do not emulate J-Lo or are you still wondering why Ben Affleck's mother rejected her as a daughter in law. We are all human beings and desire and deserve to be accommodated in our partner's life as well as decisions, otherwise what beneficiary use or advantage then do we have by having them. So Beyonce must be mindful that Jay-z like every other man hurts in such circumstances but might be too afraid to provoke her wrath and decided to keep quiet. Some little fan-pleasing tease is okay while performing concerts, but it is not okay to make it a habit or bashfully take it to the next level. Please keep those privates, private; and let Jayz and BlueIvy enjoy their exclusive privilege of seeing your inner recesses alone, having got you as their own woman.
The true test of strength is in restraint; the ability to hold back when others are dumping in. It is not in doing those things which can be done or simply because one can. The ability to wield the big stick and not use it is the real test of valor not unnecessary braggadocio. No matter what any man might say to any woman, possibly to make her head swell or get her into the sac, majority of real men for most part, prefer somewhat conservative women, the kind you take home to mom; not the Jennifer Lopez type. Men like respectable women who eat and wipe their mouth, but not those who carry their liaisons publicly like a badge of honor. It is a given that most adults do stuff, but there is no proof; so why shout yours from the roof top? Icheoku adds that it is always better for women to leave people guessing and their imagination running wild about what those nice designer clothes are shielding behind them and thus giving the lucky beneficiary, the bragging right that it is his exclusive right or rather privilege to access. In this way, the woman's value-added quality will remain intact and her mystery, deepens as well.

AMTRAK TRAIN NO 188 CRASH, HERE TODAY GONE TOMORROW?
Icheoku says once again humanity is called to indeed question our very existence on this planet earth, why are we really here? What use is life if it is this ephemeral and some people still live it as if they have control over it? Imagine people who bade their loved ones as well as colleagues goodbyes only to never make it to their destination or back to them and apparently due to no fault of theirs. It marvels Icheoku and should every man and woman of reason, that our life here on earth is so temporary and could be over in such a splitting second, irrespective of how careful we think we are or how protective we think we are and how shielded from harm we arrogantly believe we are?
Query:- what did the seven now confirmed dead passengers of the New York bound Amtrak Northeast Regional Train No 188 from Washington DC do to deserve or bring about their sudden exit from this earth, except to pay their fare and board a regular train as they and millions of other passengers normally do, but never to make it to their destination. The word "raptured" as found in the Biblical book of Revelation indeed came alive as it appertain to this seven now confirmed dead. The train derailed and crashed enroute to New York city somewhere near Philadelphia, with over two hundred passengers on board and a crew of five.
The train engineer, Brandon Bostian of Queens New York, luckily survived the crash and will greatly assist with the investigation and help throw more light into what caused the accident? Americans will like to know why the train under his control was going above one hundred miles per hour in a fifty mile per hour zone curvature track and whether other additional safety equipments like sound alarm and flashing lights to warn about excessive speed did not work or were simply ignored, assuming he was attentive and not distracted by either texting or phone conversation or even the presence of a physical person with him in the engine room. Recall that some years ago, a commuter plane crashed into buildings in upstate New York because of a distracted pilot who was making out with a female companion killing all on board. According to the NTSB official leading the investigation into the accident, Robert Sumwalt, 'onboard positive train control system which dictates and slows trains around curves could have prevented the accident', so it now begs the question why did it not function as expected? May the souls of the departed now rest and may the investigation yield some positive results towards preventing future repeat occurrence.

NORTH KOREA DEFENSE CHIEF, EXECUTED FOR PUBLIC SLEEPING?
Icheoku says peradventure Nigeria's Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Pius Anyim, is indeed lucky to be living in Nigerian and not in North Korea; otherwise the notoriously sleepy government senior official would have since been gone, obliterated with an anti-aircraft missile because of his sleepiness? That was the fate suffered by North Korea's defense minister, Hyon Yong-Choi, who was executed for "disrespectfully" sleeping in an event wherein the North Korea leader Kim Jong Un attended. Icheoku says to all those Nigerians who do not cherish the freedom festooned on the country by the outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan, may be they should consider relocating to Pyongyang so that they can have a taste of what living in a gulag really is like. Imagine executing such a high level government official simply for falling asleep while the leader spoke?
Thankfully Icheoku understands what living freely feels like and does not joke with it; hence sympathizes with the remaining officials and people under chains in North Korea for the fate which befell them when this bloody-thirsty mongrel ascended to power. A lunatic midget, suffering the Bonaparte syndrome and who is now finding so much fun in killing his own people, including government officials, one official at a time, every week. Worse still, officials cannot and are not allowed to even resign if they wanted and must hang in there until it is their turn to face the music. Recall that the leader had previously fed his own uncle Jang Song Thaek to a pack of starving wild dogs, which tore him to pieces and ate him for dinner, simply for alleged disloyalty and planned overthrow of his government. And when his auntie, the devoured uncle's wife, Kim Kyong Hu complained, he had her tea laced with cyanide and summarily dispatched her to go join her late husband.
Icheoku says when Nigerians thought that they saw it all with IBB cruelty and believed that the evil genius Ibrahim Babangida was too maniacal for killing Gideon Orkar and fellow coup plotters with sticks of dynamite; this North Korean leader appears to have outdone IBB by using an anti-aircraft missile to completely obliterate an ordinary human being in this manner. What a country under chains, with a very bloody beast as its leader; a leader who is now devouring his own people and in this twenty first century world while a stupefied world stands by and helplessly watches. Indeed, very pitiful.

TEMITOPE ADEBAMIRO, ANOTHER NIGERIAN WIFE KILLS HER HUSBAND IN USA?
Icheoku says it has happened again, the continuing shedding of spousal blood by Nigerians living in the United States of America. This time, in Vice President Joe Biden's home state of Delaware, a Nigerian wife and mother of two, stabbed her sleeping Nigerian husband to death; using a kitchen knife, severing his carotid artery and jugular vein. According to the story, the couple were having a long-running domestic dispute, which led to the husband moving out of the couple's master's bedroom upstairs and moved into the visitor's spare bedroom downstairs, where he has been sleeping alone for quite some time. On this faithful night, following another episode of their now regular nightly fights, the husband retired for the evening in his new sleeping quarters; but unbeknownst to him, his wife was not finished just yet with him. While the traumatized and frightened husband was sleeping, his death-merchant wife from hell kneed open his locked door open and savagely stabbed the husband to death. The husband bled like the fountain of Pompeii and Julius Caesar to his death, while the wife waited before calling 911.
Temitope Adebamiro, 35 years old Yoruba Nigerian killed her husband Adeyinka Adebamiro, 37 years old, also Yoruba Nigerian on April 27, 2015. The couple have two children. The wife from hell has been indicted for first degree murder and if convicted, faces a death penalty or an automatic sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole or any type of early release. This means that barring any attenuating circumstances to mitigate the charge or in some way exculpate the accused and save her from being convicted, her life as she knows it is finished and over. It is either she is executed or she dies in prison, but there is no middle ground of her ever walking free again.
Icheoku rejects as pathetic, the necessary implication from her statements so far, that her husband's abuse and cheating forced her hand because she had the option of walking away, including divorcing him. But she didn't; instead, she meticulously planned his death and then waylaid him while asleep and viciously carved him up, slitting his throat to ensure that he died; and then waited until he bled out before calling 911. The sleeping husband never had a fighting chance but was brutally murdered in cold blood while in in dreamland, probably dreaming about a beautiful reconciliation with his estranged wife now turned husband killer-wife? His dream that the demon which possessed his wife would let go and set her free turned into his worst nightmare from which he never had a break or escape by waking up. The man is now dead, killed with a kitchen knife, by a very wicked killer-wife, whom he ushered into his home in marriage and whom he had planned to spend the rest of his life with. Worse still, the couple come from Yoruba Southwestern Nigeria, where culturally, men are allowed to indulge themselves and often times could even take extra wives, if they so desire. So what otherwise is this Jezebel arguing, assuming her late husband indeed cheated on her? Is taking his life and in this very violent manner her most viable option in the circumstance?
Icheoku is emphatic that this is not a case where provocation will come readily or handy to the aid of this husband-killer. She had a long cooling time of over six months since the alleged cheating took place and several years since the alleged abuse took place, when she was pregnant, so what is she talking about now? Icheoku says it does not even help her case that she is a very poor liar, who has told several versions of the event leading to her husband being killed; and such a lying scumbag does not usually receive favorable disposition of the jury. Imagine a venerate liar, forgetting that she lives in the United States of America and not Nigeria, where chronic NEPA (PHCN) problem had persisted, lying about a power outage in their home during the murder of her husband? But unfortunately, for her, she forgot that there is something called records and that computers track such power outages and there was none shown contemporaneous to the time of the murder or any other time around it, either before or soon after around their neighborhood.
Anyway, Icheoku has nothing to add at this time, but laments the near total collapse of family structures among Nigerians in diaspora by reason of obnoxious spouses who have forgotten the culture that raised them and instead are emulating white peoples dysfunctional family units, leading to all these heinous spousal killings. Please Nigerians, enough of these spousal killings as it is alien to the culture from which you came. May the soul of Adeyinka Adebamiro now rest and may the killer-wife receive the justice which she denied her husband. Nothing ever justifies taking the laws into anyone's hand especially when such leads to the taking of another's life. What a shame to motherhood; what a shame to wifehood and what a shame to Nigerians in Diaspora. It is sad and sadder that it is becoming more recurrent and more vicious. As at today, Icheoku has recorded about one hundred of such killing by Nigerian spouses of their spouses. What a shame.

LOST ELECTION 2015, PDP NEEDS TO MAN UP AND QUIT WHINING.
Icheoku has listened to the so many cry-baby tantrums being thrown around by the PDP over their loss of the presidency, in particular, in the last election. Some of them even pointed accusing fingers at the First Lady Dame Patience as well as Ekiti State's Governor Fayose and campaign spokesman Femi Fani Kayode as the reason why the North voted for Buhari instead of their candidate Jonathan? Some of them are also blaming their party Chairman Adamu Mu'azu as the culprit, who allegedly sold the party's chances to the APC; while many others are blaming the overall lackluster manner the campaign of the president was prosecuted. Icheoku says regardless, none of these by themselves, individually or even collectively, would have saved the day and thwarted the change that took place.
Whatever Dame Patience said or did not say about Muhammadu Buhari being brain-dead or that the North are not taking care of their children like the South do, resulting to the plague that is almajiris infestation in their region, did not cost her husband, President Jonathan, a single vote; and neither did Governor Fayose and Femi Fani Kayode feistiness and energetic campaign took any votes away from the president. Similarly too, PDP Chairman Mu'Azu could not have sold a whole political party or their voting public to the APC as this is not only impossible but practically untenable. Icheoku demurs that whatever any of these people did or said was not enough nor sufficient to and did not change any voter's mind in the election. It is Nigeria, and voting patterns as well as political alignments are very peculiar and not easily persuaded otherwise by campaign talks. Icheoku maintains that practically every voter in Nigeria had his or her mind made up long time ago and before the election campaigns fully started. The reelection bid was therefore lost a very long time ago, as Icheoku will soon publish; so whatever excuses or blame game being played now is but the proverbial drowning man catching straws or rather drowned man with clutched straws sill in his rigor-mortised fingers.
The fact of the matter is that Nigerians bought into the thundering campaign for change and went for change and voted for change. As Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II succinctly encapsulated, the mood in the country was for change and change took place, period. Change was in the air and it saturated the air; and every discerning observer, especially those without a dog in the fight, saw it coming - an inevitable and it came to pass as expected. Admitted that certain things that could have been done to starve it off were not done or the party failed to recognize them as necessary until it was already too late.
Few days ago, Icheoku read the take of Abubakar Tsav on the last election vAccording to Mr Abubakar Tsav, Nigerians did not vote particularly for the APC but voted for Muhammadu Buhari. Continuing, he said that the APC would have not won but would have been resoundingly defeated by the PDP had they fielded another candidate other than Muhammadu Buhari. Icheoku agrees that it was a special kind of symbiotic relationship victory where the monk somehow made the hood and the hood also helped to identify the monk. It was a case where all the good winds came together to help the sail. But overall, as Tsav posited, it is arguable that without Muhammadu Buhari flying the APC presidential flag, the APC might not have been successful at the polls. But then, if that were the case, why did the same Muhammadu Buhari not successful in his other three previous presidential runs one might equally argue? So the more plausible argument seem to be that all the constellation came together in agreement that Muhammadu Buhari will be the symbol of the change Nigerians craved for and got and now waiting fervently for its abundant promises to become fulfilled. The tenacity of Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu as well as other conspiracies that came together to achieve their purpose, including the uncommon sacrifice of the God-fearing President Jonathan, who did not want to shed the blood of any Nigerian over an election, all played their respective roles in ushering in a President-elect Muhammadu Buhari. But for this lining up of the ducks, there would have been no President-elect Muhammadu Buhari waiting to be sworn in on May 29 or worse still, no Nigeria still standing as a country?
Icheoku agrees that while the Buhari factor played a pivotal role in the election outcome, but the sacrifice of President Jonathan was most important and soars above all or any other contributing factor. The president, for the good of greater Nigeria, willingly ponied up his second term presidency as no other president, including the Ota deity, would have readily done. Baba Iyabo for instance would have rather the country went down in flames than give up such a chance at his second term. Ditto Ibrahim Babangida and Sani Abacha who summarily executed people for allegedly planning coup to subvert and remove them from power? Icheoku is emphatic that never in the history of Nigeria has JFK's plea to Americans, " think not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country" resonated as a great truism than in the sacrificed second term presidency by President Jonathan. Icheoku strongly believes that someday, may be in no distant future, Nigerians will come around to show their gratitude and be thankful as well as appreciative of the magnanimity of President Jonathan that saw to Nigeria being more peaceful today than it was in the months leading up to the election. It is called sacrifice and it is a selfless act, akin to Jesus Christ's laying down his life on the cross that mankind might be saved from eternal damnation. President Jonathan saved Nigeria.
So, aligning self with Abubakar Tsav, Icheoku calls on the PDP to not despair so much or plunge themselves into a comatose shock as David Mark observed, but to see the shift in power as necessitated by series of events beyond anyone's single control. Their loss of the presidency will not be the first time ever in recorded history where a political party lost the presidency. America's Democratic Party's Jimmy Carter did in 1980 and so also was Republican Party's Bush Snr in 1992 and closer home in Ghana in 2008 when New Patriotic Party's Nana Akuffor-Addo lost to National Democratic Congress's Attah Mills. Even in Mexico in 2000 where the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) achieved and surpassed the PDP's dream of ruling for sixty years, with their seventy one year reign, a time once also came for them to be out of power and they were voted out. It all goes to show that every dynasty has a life span and never lasts forever; and so is now the PDP of Nigeria voted out of power in 2015 after a sixteen years uninterrupted hold unto power.
What happened was meant to happen and it happened as was destined. The PDP members must now accept their fate of being the new opposition party and then move on along that line. The good news however is that because Muhammadu Buhari was the "it-factor" in this election, without whom the APC would not have "won' the election, the chances of the PDP rebounding back shortly is very bright. So once Muhammadu Buhari is no longer in the picture, either by completing his term/s in office or is called back home by his maker, which ever one comes first, a well repositioned PDP can easily bounce back to power, bigger, better and even badder. So Icheoku says to PDP to please stop all these whining and lamentations of Gomorrah and blame game going around. The PDP members should stop this frantic running around like a headless chicken and as if the world has come to an end, in their vain effort to explain away what happened. It was nobody's fault and rather everybody's fault. Instead, the PDP should start reorganizing and strategizing for their future and that future could be as so near as 2019. Salute!

TELEPHONE NUMBER 647.360.4442, BEWARE OF INDIAN SCAMMERS!
Icheoku says the Indians are back and this time instead of the IRS scam are busy hijacking Safari (Mac Internet) and will force you to call this number 647.360.4442 and then remotely take over your computer until they fleece you of information including password, bank accounts, your online shopping pattern etc. If your computer is similarly hijacked or frozen, do not panic, just force quit Safari and thereafter, holding down the shift key, click on Safari icon below and you will be back up and running again. But please this is their latest scam as the curry people are now up to no good with their knowledge of the virtual world. The telephone number is traceable to Ontario Canada but is possibly out of Banglore, India using a reverse calling feature that pings it in Canada. Icheoku was a victim for some minutes before sensing danger and then plugging all systems out of power main; then googled the number only to see that they have been flagged as bad for you. BEWARE THE INDIANS ARE HERE TO SCAM YOU.

OBASANJO'S MISTRESS COMES CLEAN, SAYS 'WE ARE DOING MONEY LAUNDERING TOO?'
Icheoku says while the UGLY Oby Ezekwesili was busy defending her sugar daddy cum biological father (incestuous) of corruption, his other woman has gone to town with story of her escapades with the Ota deity. According to Anne Welsh, she did so many bad things with Baba Iyabo and your guess is as good as Icheoku's as to the necessary innuendo that got her making 900,000 dollars commission off just one transaction facilitated by their relationship. In her own words, Anne Welsh said of her relationship with Obasanjo "We did so much secret things together". So now go figure!

"WE DID SO MUCH SECRET THINGS TOGETHER" - ANNE WELSH.
Icheoku says it appears that Baba Iyabo does not consider or see money laundering as corruption, otherwise why does he always say that he is not corrupt when he is involved in this large scale of money laundering operations? May be he is in denial but the whole world see differently and they see a very corrupt man, Olusegun Obasanjo. Now his chief money laundering officer and mistress, Anne Welsh, has come clean and let the cat out of the bag, saying that she and Obasanjo did a lot of secret bad things together? So Olusegun Obasanjo, Icheoku asks, what are those secret things you did with Anne Welsh?

CHARLOTTE ELIZABETH DIANA, WHAT IS IN A NAME?
Icheoku says not when it saved the day and prevented the proverbial cat fight that would have seen three opposing interests clawing themselves bloody in their attempt to keep their names in the fore. There is Princess Kate Middleton who wanted a name to reflect her family through a sister named Charlotte; there is Prince William who wanted a name to reflect his own late mother Princess Di and of course the matriarch of the family and Queen of England, Elizabeth, the queen who must be obeyed and who wanted her great grand daughter to carry the torch of her name. Brilliantly, a clever way of accommodating these disparate interests was devised, hence a three names bearing princess and the future Queen of England, the fourth in the line of succession. Icheoku wonders if Camille made a fuss about adding her own name to her step grand daughter' many names too? Anyway, all hail to Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, the latest addition to the family of Prince William and Duchess Kate. May the princess and future possible queen of England live long and thrive, now you know why names matter.
