ELECTION 2020: WHY DID THE SUPREME COURT NOT TOUCH IT?

ICHEOKU says the refusal of the Supreme Court of the United States to address the controversy surrounding the 2020 presidential election will forever keep in place the pall of doubt over the election. By rejecting every effort made by President Donald John Trump, other interested States and Republicans to have the issue conclusively adjudicated at the highest court in the land, the Supreme Court has left the issue forever unresolved. So, those who strongly believe that the election was stolen have reason to sustain their believe that the election was in fact stolen; otherwise why did the court not take the case, hear the evidence in support and then decide one way or the other. Any decision would have sufficed and somewhat could have brought a closure to the dispute, but shutting the door on the complaint has only succeeded in cementing the doubt. 

It wasn't for lack of evidence or the frivolousness of the matter that the court refused to take up the case. No, they deliberately chose not to get involved in it to hold up to their standing as apolitical and an expression of their lack of desire to meddle in political disputation between the political parties. They did not want to be seen as deciding the presidential election or to be involved in any way in resolving a political dispute and you wonder where else they expect parties to go when they have unresolved issues surrounding an election. At least they should have heard the case and determined the viability of the issues raised; but to completely dismiss them is not fair. There were evidence that the election was not problem-free but they did not allow them to be adduced and litigated. Courts are where parties in disputation ordinarily go to resolve their issues, but refusing to even admit them makes it impossible to resolve. Such walling off can only lead to lawlessness as people could resort to taking matters into their hands believing that they cannot obtain justice through the courts any more.

This reminds ICHEOKU of The Godfather 1 when Bonasera went to Don Corleone in search of  justice for his daughter because he had lost hope in the regular justice system. It is what happens when normal channels are blocked at some people seeking to explore it. America is gradually heading that way and except there is a reversal in the current direction it may result in unintended consequences including self help. Possibly, the next time, supporters of a candidate will take to rioting on the streets instead of waiting for the courts to resolve any arising election dispute, convinced that nothing positive will ever come out of the courts. It would have been even better had the courts heard the dispute and still resolved the election in favor of Joe Biden. But to completely refuse to take any of the case shows that there was something about the 2020 election which the Deep State did not want American people to see. 

So, what is the Deep State afraid of and what were they hiding, otherwise why shutter down all the doors which would have provided an insight into what actually happened on election night of November 3rd 2020? If there was nothing wrong about the election, why did they not allow disaffected party on interest to excavate it and bare the facts surrounding it for everybody to see and make up their minds. But with the Supreme Court throwing out the last case about the election, it has successfully foreclosed any chances whatsoever of discovering where the 2020 presidential election dead bodies were buried. Without the opportunity of a forensic examination through a litigation, the fog of doubt over the election will forever remain in place. It will not lift off, thus permanently shrouding the Joe Biden's "victory" as a Deep State manipulated election outcome. 

Why did they not go there unless there was something which they didn't want to be discovered. They are afraid of what will be unearthed which they believe will upend America and spiral it out of its axis. Everybody knew that Joe Biden did not win the election and could not have won it, at least not fairly, all necessary indications factored in. But everybody is afraid of America once again being engulfed in destructive riots as was witnessed during last year's summer. So, they weighed the options and concluded that it will be better to acquiesce to a different election outcome than face another round of the destructive Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA paralyzing riots. So, they allowed the Deep State to have their way, wary that if they refused, riots will still be going on in America till today and continuing into the future. It is sad what happened and it is sadder that BLM and ANTIFA have now taken America hostage and their only ransom is a total and complete obedience.
