REPUBLICANS ARE MYOPIC: OBLIVIOUS OF DEMOCRATS' END GAME EFFORT.

ICHEOKU says Democrats want to bury the Republican Party deep six and they have put the machineries in motion to actualize this particular objective. Ladies and gentlemen, the end of the Republican Party as we know it is nearer today than it has ever been. For the first time in the history of American politics a politician is being held accountable for the boiled-over passion of some of his supporters mixed up with other extremists and not for any known crime which he personally committed. The Democrats are pushing this narrative and some unthinking Republicans have bought into it hook, line and sinker; and are now part of the coalition piling up against the president and forcing some hitherto high ranking supporters to distance themselves from the president. Their objective being to create a divide among Republicans, demonize and isolate their base and then have them where they want them, in the dark corner of political irrelevance where ever winning a nation-wide presidential election will be difficult if not impossible. 

Suddenly giving a fiery political speech has become a crime and is now the same thing as giving inciting speech of insurrection. If every speaker in this world is to be held responsible for how any other individual interpreted his speech and react to it, then speech will become hindered as speakers will no longer freely express themselves for fear of being accused and persecuted as inciting the mob. Any person who is truthful and honest reading through the President Donald John Trump's speech will strongly beg to differ that the president uttered any incendiary words in his speech for which he is being accused of insurrection and for which the Democrats have once again orchestrated another hoax impeachment. No where in the speech did the president urge, encourage nor incite MAGA family to take up arms against anyone including those members of Congress in the Capitol. Even the FBI has confirmed that the unrest was planned days before the speech, yet the Democrats are forcing their way through to punish the president for no reason at all. 

So, the ongoing coup in the country is actually against the president and not the other way round; and it has been a continuous motion since 2016 because he won an election Hillary Clinton was supposed to be coronated with. Now every voice of dissent in America is being hounded and intimidated because of holding different opinions and political viewpoints that do not conform to a set order of the far left. Yet they want the world to believe that there is freedom in America and that America is the home of the brave and land of the free. Where then is the freedom in America when people are being penalized for holding and expressing their own opinions. Where is the freedom when a person cannot have a political viewpoint that is different from what the establishment wants and desires for them and are hounded. The Democrats could object to the 2016 election for four years but MAGA cannot object to the November election just for two months? BLM and ANTIFA can burn down things including churches but some negligible fringe elements cannot breach the Capitol? Where were all the security agencies now descending on the stormers last summer when the country was petrified by BLM and ANTIFA?

But unfortunately, Republicans are oblivious of the bullseye that has been painted on their backs as their destruction as a viable political party alternative is the primary purpose of the Democrats effort at creating a wedge between them and their base which is largely made up MAGA world. MAGA is not only the president's supporters but they also ensured that Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell and others were all voted back into office. MAGA voted for all the congressmen and women who swept away Democrats in the last election, so MAGA is as Republican as the oxygen in our lungs. It is sad that Americans are being pushed apart in this manner and you wonder what path then exists for Americans' eventual coming together as a united people. What is fair is fair and what is unjust is unjust and a country that treasures its peaceful existence cannot continue to encourage such disparate treatment of its citizens as it creates divisions, suspicions and hatred for each other.

The argument then in 2017 when the "lock her up" echo about Hillary Clinton was fever pitched over her deletion of 33,000 emails criminal behavior was that to prosecute her would amount to persecution of political opponent and punishing fellow Americans for having different political and ideological viewpoints. Some even compared the threat of her prosecution to what  happened in Ukraine where a sitting president locked up his opponent. But now, the president and the entire MAGA world are being threatened with political and economic annihilation and you wonder how the Hillary Clinton's matter was any different political persecution than the current move against President Donald John Trump and MAGA family. 

Republicans believe the whole fight is just about the president and that it is his battle alone to wage; forgetting that the Democrats are trying to erode the grown base of the Republican Party which was achieved by the president where Republicans are now numerically very competitive with the Democratic Party's base. Why Republicans are this complacent is so mind boggling that their future viability as a competitive political party has become somewhat questionable. It is also regrettable that Republicans have not mastered the art of economic boycott which the Democrats have perfected to an art and which they use to hold companies and corporations captive to their will. Could Apple or any corporation afford to lose 75 million customers assuming the Republicans who voted for the president galvanized themselves into a formidable pressure group and decided to abandon their products. 

Even the ban of the president by tech giants are being treated by Republicans as his private personal affair and not an affront on the entire Republican Party whose president is being so denigrated. Where is the outrage or haven't they learnt a thing or two about the Democrats who always band together as one. Also noteworthy is that despots throughout the world will, going forward, use the Twitter, Google and Facebook examples to muzzle their citizens any time they want to take arbitrary decisions by clamping down on Internet accessibility to make it impossible for their people to politically interact. The temporary gain might seem good for those benefiting from it now, but it will come back to bite them in the future just like the Harry Reid's removal of the former 60 senators requirement filibuster rule. But hey, the world is watching as America is gradually melting away like a lit candle wax; with the people more divided now than ever and the political class now fully divided as well. As it stands today, it will only take the dividing of the military to complete the breakup and before something catastrophic happens to the body cohesion of the United States of America as we know it. It is sad.
