ICHEOKU says that video of him sitting on the pavement and looking up helplessly as those mob rushed at him, coupled with his innocent, cherub-like, baby face, as well as his overall cool demeanor will influence many jurors into voting for his acquittal. He is young, smart and most likely sincerely and honestly believed that his country was under attack by the BLM and ANTIFA anarchists and decided to do something about it, in defense of people, his fatherland and beloved country.
He was a selfless volunteer for the good of Americans in Kenosha as there was nobody who saw the destructions going on in summer 2019 on American televisions who did not wish that something was done about it. He therefore deserves our show of gratitude and should be thanked for at least standing up and doing something about the situation when many stood helpless akimbo and merely wishing that something could be done by somebody to put an end to the unfolding madness. Kyle Rittenhouse decided to become that somebody and did something about the situation; and his action helped put out the BLM and ANTIFA fire which was consuming the nation during the ugly summer of 2019.
Why punish such a people's hero, a Captain America, when OJ Simpson walked? Kyle deserves our understanding not condemnation as he did not set out to kill anyone that night. He was holding his rifle the right way, pointed down; which showed that he was not on a head-hunt when he left his place, but was merely, defensively, walking around to help protect the neighborhood. Although, it is the police who keeps the peace of the public, but they were overwhelmed and outnumbered and completely outstretched that night in Kenosha that they could use any help which they could find; and Kyle Rittenhouse volunteered to help them secure the neighborhood. He answered the call and voluntarily went to help Americans protect their dwelling abodes and businesses from a ravaging BLM and ANTIFA anarchists.
He is also very matured for his young age of 18, very confident, self assured and well behaved. That he took the stand is also a measure of his character. He looks trustworthy and believable; and there is every likelihood that he will be acquitted of all the charges. Hopefully his defense team will ask the jurors in his closing statement a simple rhetoric question: if there is any one of them who witnessed what happened in that ill fated summer 2019 who did not wish that it did not happen; and wished that something was done about it. Also, if there is any of them who saw Kyle Rittenhouse forced down on the pavement by his pursuing attackers and seeing his life in imminent danger, who wouldn't react as he reacted in order to starve off the threat?
He had no intent to kill anyone but only acted in an exigent situation to protect himself and save himself from imminent bodily harm and danger to his life. It was in self defense and he should therefore be found not guilty, completely acquitted of all charges. LeBron James was wrong as different people emote differently and white people often internalize their emotions. They are not given to outward expression of their hurt feelings by publicly shedding of tears. Kyle couldn't hold it back any longer and tried to still suppress it, regardless. But his emotions is not the key, admitted it will help humanize him as not a monster. The key is the overwhelming evidence of his acting in self defense faced with imminent danger to his life and bodily harm; that is where the not guilty verdict will be anchored by the jury. #AcquitKyle.
