KATIE HILL: VICTIM OF A VENGEFUL SCORNED EX-HUSBAND.

"Let's not pretend that her resigning is anything other than the direct result of the actions of a wicked man whose sole purpose in life, after he was dumped, was to hurt my little girl. Evil has many faces and this is one of them." With those words, the father of now former California Congresswoman Katie Hill, Michael Hill, summed up the circumstances which forced his daughter to resign from the United States House of Representatives, where she represented California's 25th district. 

ICHEOKU says with her resignation, the ex husband, who was mad at her for dumping him because she has become a Congresswoman and now needs a more high profile husband, seems to have succeeded in his effort to bring her down. The Congresswoman from California Congressional District 25th resigned her elected office because of some explicit pictures of hers which were leaked to the media by her former husband, Kenny Heslep and also for having sexual relationship with her staffers. 

ICHEOKU says no amount of anger justifies what the husband did. ICHEOKU hereby condemns intoto and in no unmistakable terms, completely and totally, the leaking of those "for your eyes only" private photographs, which the husband obtained by reason of his then existing personal confidential relationship with her. Those pictures were meant for his eyes only and that is where they belonged; and should never have been seen by any other third eye, talkless of now the world. It is not good that he did it; and it is not fair to her that such a brutal stab on the back came from a man who she once loved, married, called husband, snoozed and snuggled up with on the same bed. It is a sin of unforgiven and karma will surely visit the ex husband when he least expected it. Under no circumstances whatsoever, should such a betrayal of trust be tolerable or tolerated, as it is a stab right through the heart. 

He should therefore be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the invasion of privacy and publication of private photographs, which were intended for his eyes only. Moreso, those pictures are not his, they belong to the congresswoman. He does not have right over them nor to do with them however he pleased. As a mere licensee, he only has the privilege to view and admire them, but not to share them with the public or in any other way profit from them, including by achieving fame through their publication. Therefore he breached a duty of fidelity and confidentiality to the Congresswoman when he shared the pictures and somewhat profited from them. 

Kenny Heslep is such a jerk. So what if he was dumped or will be the first underachieving husband to get the boot from an overly driven wife, who felt that she has outgrown her husband and desired someone much better. Ilhan Omar also recently dumped her husband of many years because she became a congresswoman and needed an upgrade; and her now ex-husband is taking things in strides, thinking of his next move; but has not gone public with Ilhan Omar's own nude pictures. 

ICHEOKU says there is no amount of provocation or anger which warrants or justifies the shaming, by sharing such private personal pictures which he received during the hey days of their marriage. He went too far by publicly releasing those pictures just to embarrass and blackmail her. There is nothing to understand as to why he did it and no reason or explanation is sufficient to justify such a depraved heart maligning of an ex wife. The former husband should be maximally prosecuted as the extortionist and blackmailer he is. Why her nude pictures? 

The test as always, were he not in such a close relationship with the victim ex-wife, would he have had access to the private and personal intimate pictures? The answer is no and so, the photographs should fall into a category of protected pictures, with the right over them strictly reserved for the person whose image was captured in the pictures. Her consent must therefore, be first sought and obtained, before those pictures could be publicly distributed, aired or published. That men now do this revenge porn is unfathomable; an evidence that manhood has somewhat become so watered down that this type of a man still qualifies to be called a man. 

What for one would ask? Why stoop to such low and not move on? It is pitiful and it is pathetic.  ICHEOKU says fully empathizes with the Congresswoman who was forced out of her Congressional seat because of circumstances triggered by some nude pictures of her, which her estranged husband made public. But her resignation is however in order, in order to maintain the expected decorum required of members of Congress; admitted it is not a crime to love anyone and wearing your birthday suit inside your own home is  also not prohibited. Many people likes being naked in their homes; but betraying them by those they trusted most with their nakedness, should not be tolerated nor in any way, justified. 

ICHEOKU says wishes the Congresswoman well in whatever future endeavors she eventually pursues, including running for the same Congressional seat again when the wind of the current scandal blows off. Hopefully she can sue her estranged husband for damages and violation of privacy; and in that way have some recompense for what he put her through by publicly sharing her nakedness.
