I am Hillary Clinton and I said the above about black people. It led to the worst mass incarceration in America which destroyed so many black peoples lives and families. I have no regrets; I did not apologize for saying it earlier; I never wanted to apologize for it for this past 22 years and would not have apologized for it now if not that I am running for election.
