LEON PANETTA'S STATEMENT, A GAFFE OR INTENTIONAL EMBARRASSMENT?

Icheoku says the director of the CIA Leon Panetta almost took the shine out of the spectacular accomplishment of our government and the military in nailing Bin Laden when he acknowledged that water boarding was used to coarse the confession which eventually led to the nailing of Bin Laden. The CIA director also said that the death-photo of Bin Laden will be released without first clearing that with the White House which probably forced the hand of the president to rule otherwise? Icheoku says such conflicting utterances from such a high-up administration official, made without first checking it out with his bosses at the White House is uncalled for and smacks of a discordant tunes or messaging from the same government; and to some extent, a challenge to a constituted authority. Hopefully it is just a gaffe; otherwise his posting to the DOD should be further reviewed just to avoid any future conflicts or similar affront! Icheoku reiterates that Osama Bin Laden deserved the fate which met him - he is dead and that ends the story; and it should be tidied up there as no further explanation is needed or required, period! Anybody who does not like the plot or how it ended should just go and hang!
