Senator John Ensign has just proved himself, the republican he is? Do what I say but not what I do? His confessional admission of adultery of last few days is in tandem with the pattern which have developed of the republicans, - masquerading hypocrites, who live double-life? Like so many of them who have been outed in the recent past, Senator John Ensign now joins the rank of people doing by night, under the cover of darkness - sheeps by day and wolves by night? Icheoku says, this is the same man who nearly chopped off the head of President Bill Clinton for his dalliance with Monica Lewinsky; and who is now found to be equally cheating on his wife of christian marriage! While condemning Bill Clinton, Senator John Ensign forgot the injunction of Bible's Matthew 7:1 of "Do not judge so that you will not be judged"? Also he forgot what the book of Romans 2:1 said, therefore you have no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. Our US Senator from Nevada did not advise himself that Jesus Crucified was right after-all when he said in Bible's John 8:7 that he who is without sin should cast the first stone? It would appear that the Senator from Nevada will hear none of that and today, Icheoku says, who is now the lying hypocrite? We usually do not give a darn about what anyone chooses to do with his/her body, and as a necessary concomitant, his private life in general. But when that person is a republican party member/official, those holier than thou group of sanctimonious Americans, then their shortcomings make our day; and so it is with the admission by United States Senator John Ensign of Nevada that he has been a philandering, lying husband; cheating with his campaign staffer who is also married to one of his campaign staff? Should Senator John Ensign resign for his lecherous misbehavior? Icheoku says, we do not think so as what he did was not too egregious to warrant the demise of his political career; he simply grew weak and fell for a daughter of Eve who probably seduced him into compromising his marital vows to his wife? We must emphasis though, if only people stopped judging others and rather try to understand them! Icheoku says, if only the people of the world would learn how to be good Christians and not the pharisee-type and live their words. If somebody wants to be anything, just leave the person alone but do not be like the other republican senator from Idaho, Senator Larry Craig who was criticising gays while at the same time soliciting gay-date in an airport bathroom stall? To the John Ensigns of America, Icheoku says, please stop living a double life and be all you can be and in the open. Unlike Las Vegas where everything remains in Vegas, this adultery is making the news, including Icheoku.com because of the hypocritical nature of the leading adulterer, Senator John Ensign, otherwise who cares the object of love and affection anyone may chose to have? Although her family claimed that "brief Illness" killed her like so many Nigerians; Icheoku retorts that it was most likely AKwa Ibom voodoo and remote control that was used to arrest her. It is on record that she had fallen out with the governor of her native Akwa Ibiom State and have been having a relentless war for political turf with the governor? So who knows whether she was sacrificed to Ekpe cult or even Alusi-Okija as an offal; afterall African science is still very much alive and portent. May her soul rest in peace.

Sen. John Ensign helped his mistress's husband get two jobs during the time the rising Republican senator acknowledges carrying on an extramarital affair, an Ensign spokesman said Thursday.
ReplyDelete"Just as he has done for many other staff members, Senator Ensign made recommendation calls for Mr. Hampton," Ensign spokesman Tory Mazzola said in a statement. Mazzola was responding to questions about the employment of Doug Hampton, a former aide to the Nevada senator.
Ensign on Tuesday admitted having a nine-month affair with Doug Hampton's wife, Cindy, who also worked for the senator. Ensign's office has said that both Cindy and Doug Hampton left their jobs in May 2008, and the affair ended in August 2008.
In the months after leaving his post, Doug Hampton quickly landed two positions with companies connected to Ensign.
One, a consulting firm that ran Ensign's 2006 campaign, acknowledges the senator encouraged the company to hire Doug Hampton.
A Las-Vegas based airline whose executives have contributed money to the senator declined to comment on whether Ensign was involved in Doug Hampton's employment.
Doug Hampton's easy transition from the political to corporate worlds isn't unusual. It does, however, raise questions about to what extent Ensign used his influence to assist two former employees who could have done damage to his career.
Ensign's office disputed the account and said Doug Hampton had approached a television media organization.
On Thursday, Mike Slanker, a longtime Ensign campaign adviser, told The Associated Press that Ensign was "supportive" of plans to hire Doug Hampton through Slanker's government affairs firm, November Inc., in May 2008.
Slanker said he was not aware of Ensign's relationship with Cindy Hampton at the time. He said the senator did not pressure him to hire Doug Hampton.
"To be fair, (Ensign) was supportive, but there was no pressure," Slanker said.
Slanker said Doug Hampton worked for the company from May to August in 2008 and received some fees from a client in 2009. In the first four months of this year, Ensign paid the firm and its fundraising arm more than $52,000. Federal campaign records show Ensign made no payment to the firm from May 2008 to August 2008.
November Inc. issued a statement Thursday, saying, "No Ensign-related entity paid November Inc. for (Hampton's) services. Doug serviced new clients, but no existing clients of the firm ... he does not currently work for us, or have any affiliation with our company."
While at the firm, Doug Hampton secured a consulting contract with Allegiant Air, a small airline currently run by Las Vegas businessman Maurice Gallagher.
In August 2008, Allegiant Air hired Doug Hampton as the vice president for government affairs, according to Tyri Squyres, a company spokeswoman.
"He was hired based on his experience and credentials," she said. Squyres would not comment further on Hampton's employment and denied a request to interview Gallagher.
Gallagher has contributed to Democrats and Republicans in Nevada. He and his wife have given more than $20,000 in political contributions to Ensign and his related committee.
Allegiant Air executives based in Las Vegas have paid $14,300 to Ensign's campaign committee and to his political action committee.
Doug and Cindy Hampton's son, Brandon, also works for the airline, Squyres confirmed. She would not say how he got the job in the company's call center.
Brandon Hampton also previously worked for Ensign, the former chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
Records show the committee made twice-monthly payments, generally $500 apiece, to Brandon Hampton. The payments began in March of last year and ended in August, when Ensign's office says the affair ended.
You democrats are full of it. it is not as if it is only republicans that cheat on their wives - Bill Clinton did it against Hillary Clinton with Monica Lewinsky? They talk as if they are above board - the holier than thou crowd while they are as rotten as hell. Icheoku don't mind these linguine spined republicans, just keep on firing on all cylinders.
