IMPEACHMENT BATTLES: TRUMP 2 DEMOCRATS 0.
ICHEOKU says call him the escape artist, the cat with nine lives, the miracle worker, the wonder man, captain America, Houdini or whatever nomenclature you feel that mostly succinctly captures him better, a man who cannot be trapped and who all attempts made to trap and cage him failed flatly, should be acknowledged as somebody with special divine blessings. Nothing better describes President Donald John Trump more than a wind that cannot be caught or captured. It can only be through God's divine mercy, as his anointed one, that the president has been this extremely lucky in escaping all snares that have been strewn for him and avoided all the darts thrown at him this past four years, culminating in the latest unconstitutional impeachment for "incitement of insurrection" from which he has once again escaped. Acquitted for the second time, the first time in the history of the world where a president was twice impeached and twice acquitted. What a record. This automatically earns him as a matter of right, the moniker, The Teflon Don. Congratulations is in order.
ICHEOKU says the president's lawyers were good and they also had a good case because the democrat's case was very weak which they even made weaker by charging the president with just only one count indictment. They would have charged multiple counts and hopefully at least one of them would have stuck; but unfortunately they gambled with their one count and failed woefully. Their attempt to venture out of the one count to seek evidence from extraneous sources to prove the case was not successful either because the president's lawyers were vigilant and frustrated every one of their tricky move to bamboozle and smuggle extraneous matters into evidence. Even in their desperation, they attempted to introduce new evidence during their closing argument, which is not permissible; but they were also caught by the watchful president's lawyers.
One of the ridiculous things that came out of the impeachment trial was how low democrats stooped in their attempt to manufacture a case which did not exist. Anybody who read the transcript of the president's speech or dutifully listened to it or attentively watched the video wondered where the democrats found the words in the speech which they interpreted as incitement of insurrection. This was the bane of their one impeachment count because the alleged crime was supposed to be contained within the speech, from the beginning of the speech to its end and no where else. That is where every relevant evidence needed to prove their case was supposed to come from as every other thing else was irrelevant to the very case which they charged. It does not matter the mount of sentiments or the river of emotions, a specific crime was charged and the specific crime must be proved in order to ground conviction from its evidence, but they failed to prove same.
Ordinarily, violence is not in the president's character; the reason he wanted to end all American wars when he was in office. He is also known as the law and order president and his love and support for law enforcement is not debatable, the reason every police union and border patrol endorsed him during the last election. Last summer as BLM and ANTIFA destroyed American cities, the president was on top of his game begging affected State governors and city mayors to allow him to send them some help which they refused and he condemned the violence at every opportunity while they lasted. Even the admitted witness statement about what she heard the from the House minority leader Keven McCarthy about what the president initially told him that those rioters are not his supporters shows that the president did not incite the riot, otherwise he would not have been so shocked to denounce them immediately as not his people as he did in the telephone conversation.
Anyway, ICHEOKU is glad that President Donald John Trump was acquitted eventually, but does not understand why it was not by the entire 100 Senators; and particularly why those seven Republican Senators still voted as they did after the evidence they were presented. Only emotions and asinine hatred for the president could have tipped their hands because they could not have paid attention to the fact of the one count charge, specifically anchored on the speech of January 6th, 2021 and still voted as they did. The violence itself which seemed to have swayed them was in fact not relevant to the case because it was not the charged crime. Inciting the violence was the crime charged and the president's said speech did not incite the violence. Their case collapsed and would have been outrightly dismissed and thrown out were it before a formal judge in any court of trier of facts. Nothing was in favor of the democrats case, from lack of jurisdiction because the matter was already moot to a no case to answer because the speech contained nothing inciteful; and of course for it being a protected speech under the First Amendment.
But they were obsessively possessed with nailing the president at all cost and thought that their impeachment mania which started before the president was sworn into office on January 20th 2016 continued throughout the president's term in office and continued long after the president left office on January 20th 2021 until February 13th 2021 was the best way to do it. Like with their other Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), it is now fair to also add that Democrats suffer Obsessive Trump Impeachment Disorder Syndrome (OTIDS) as well. Hopefully with their source of pain and hatred now gone, democrats can settle down to the job Washington DC calls them to do and also find time to do some soul searching to enable them begin to heal. It will also be good if they can set up investigation to find out what actually happened on January 6th, 2021 in order to set the record straight and prevent such from ever happening again. Once again, congratulations to President Donald John Trump for beating the last rung of the long running witch hunt in America. God's speed Mr President as he continues to grow MAGA family and reposition it for the better as American people are not tired of winning and will like to resume winning again from 2022. #MAGA.AliveAndWell.

DEMOCRATS' BUM IMPEACHMENT: WHAT A MERITLESS JUNKET.
ICHEOKU says although a wishful thinking but expects the 100 Senators to vote unanimously to acquit the president based on the evidence presented during the past four days of the impeachment trial. ICHEOKU's excessive optimism is anchored on the now fully established fact that the president did not commit the crime of "incitement of insurrection" charged as there was nothing in his January 6th 2021 Save America Rally speech which was inciteful nor lead to the riot. If the Senators are fair minded and objective people, and their sole purpose of accepting the impeachment trial despite it being moot is to truthfully listen to the evidence first before reaching a decision, then they must in a bipartisan fashion acquit the president because the evidence did not prove the crime. If it doesn't fit, they must not convict.
The Democratic Party had the whole time and opportunity in the world to charge the president with as many counts indictment in their Articles of Impeachment as they wanted and desired; but they chose otherwise not to do so. Instead, they brought just only one count charge of "incitement of insurrection" and that is what they are stuck with, period. This one count charge is what is before the Senate and the only thing which Democrats impeachment managers must prove to show that the president's speech triggered the Capitol riot, but they failed to do so and could not prove same. As was shown in the cases presented, they failed to establish a causal link between the president's speech and the riot because there was nothing in the foundation of their case to ground the case.
The president's January 6th 2021 Save America Rally speech is the only issue that was in trial and whether it incited the rioters to storm the Capitol. A person who alleges something has the duty to prove it which vests proof on the prosecution in criminal cases and on the plaintiff in civil matters. Democrats alleged and charged the president with one count crime of "incitement of insurrection", they have the duty to prove it and they have failed to prove it. This failure is fatal to their case as they failed to meet their obligation to mate the speech with the riot. Once this fails, nothing else matters as there is nothing more left in the Articles of Impeachment for them to prove or for the president to defend. There is no other count in the indictment left standing and therefore the only plausible decision which the Senate can now make is to render unanimous vote of acquittal of the president because there was no case to answer made against him and if any, Democrats failed to prove it.
The January 6th speech is the it all, the beginning and end of the one count indictment and whatever case and decision therefrom must also be confined within just that same lean scope. No other extraneous cases or issues or incidents are permitted in the matter because if Democrats had wanted, they would have charged them as additional counts. Once this ambit is established, nothing else matters including other things which were done and/or not done by the president soon after the riot begun up until it ended. Even the attempted pillory of the president for not on his own accord, timely sending troops to the Capitol is irrelevant. It was not a count in the indictment and it happened after the riot had already begun; the impeachment case anchors only on the president's Save America Rally speech and nothing more.
Also, the legislature is a different branch of the government and not under the president's control. So, the president can only act in matters involving Congress upon the invitation or request by the leadership of the Congress. The president is not the chief security officer of the Capitol and as with Cities and States which must first invite, seek or ask for help from the president before he can act with sending federal security help to them as was shown during last summer's BLM and ANTIFA mayhem, it is only with the invitation of Congressional leadership that the president could act in their matters and he acted promptly once they made the request for help by sending over twenty thousand National Guards members to help secure the Capitol.
Anyway, America and the world watched the presentations made by Team Trump defense as well as those made by the Democratic Party hatchet anglers. Their presentations shone the light on the case and revealed the meritless of their frivolous case. It showed that nothing in the president's speech of January 6th caused "incitement of insurrection"; the riot was also pre-planned and nobody can incite an already planned event. It was a premeditated act by some knuckleheads who just wanted to raise hell which they did. Their despicable act also ran counter to everything which the president, a law and order champion, who loves the police dearly stood for throughout his four years in office.
As for other extraneous issues which the Democrat impeachment managers tried to drag into the case to help shore up their weak foundation, it was rather a too little too late effort. They were afterthought maneuvers which they never considered impeachment worthy previously, otherwise they should have filed counts on them separately or even prosecuted them when they initially happened. They did not then and are belatedly now only making them up as they go just to establish a case against the president. It is sad that American people's time and resources have once again been wasted on a frivolous impeachment by Democrats, who forced the people to suffer through yet another impeachment hogwash and they knew that it was meritless at the onset but still went forth with it anyway. ICHEOKU says it will be interesting to see how those six renegade Republican Senators in particular finally vote, whether to convict or acquit the president. #TheOnlyRecourseIsAcquittal

IMPEACHMENT: THE SPEECH DID NOT CAUSE THE RIOT.
IMPEACHMENT TRIAL: DEMOCRATS ARE PLAYING MIND GAME WITH REPUBLICANS.
ICHEOKU says were President Donald John Trump a democrat, no member of the Democratic Party in the House of Representative would have voted to impeach the president; ditto a Democratic Senator ever be seen voting to proceed with the trial or for conviction. As usual, they would have voted en-bloc and in lockstep to quash the impeachment and of course continued in that pattern if the impeachment proceeded through to the Senate.
It is who they are as they always vote for their party's dictated interest and not individual's feeling, the reason there is hardly any bipartisan agreement in Washington DC. They clearly understand real politicking far more than Republicans, that collectively they are stronger together and that party's interest is supreme and always comes first; far and above any other individual member's selfish interest. They also have a good mechanism of enforcing obedience and cohesion among their party members.
Even with the recent California Congressman Eric Swalwell's Chinese spy scandal when there was an a broad outcry urging Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi to relieve Mr Swalwell of his membership of the House Intelligence committee, the Democrats still supported their own. Madam Speaker not only refused to listen but add insult to injury by appointing Mr Swalwell as a member of their impeachment managers just to give her middle finger to Republicans and to all those Americans who felt an outrage that a member of the United States Congress in the House intelligent committee was sleeping with the enemy or rather the Chinese spy who loved him as in a spy thriller "From China With Love. But this is Democrats for you and they do not care what anybody thinks about their party and/or its members and no matter the odds, they always stick together and march forward as a party of one but not individual's interest.
But Republicans are a different breed and they frequently take their republicanism too far in their individualism with hurts the party. This has made it so easy for Democrats to always penetrate Republicans when there is something of interest to their democratic causes and divide them. Democrats also arm-twist Republicans into charging hard on their members whenever such member is implicated in a scandal and on issues of debate, they also force Republicans into a corner to become the considerate party, where members are urged to vote their conscience and for the greater interest of the country.
By so doing, Democrats pretend to forget that political party affiliation and membership is a non negotiable partisan affair where only the interest of the party reigns supreme. How Democrats are able to so often manipulate Republicans into always doing their bidding is simply beyond ICHEOKU's imagination, but they do certainly have their way with these treacherous renegade Republicans.
Now with the ongoing unjustifiable impeachment trial of President Donald John Trump is another case where Democrats are twisting some Republicans like willows in the wind, cajoling them to do what they want, convict the president. So far, six Republicans are dancing to their tune and you wonder what exactly did these Republicans see differently from the others and the larger American society that does not amount to mere political vendetta against the president. Impeachment threats and attacks which started long before he was even sworn in in 2016 and which continued even after his term in office ended.
ICHEOKU says anyone who refuses to see Democrats' motivation for pushing the impeachment trial is either part of the Democratic Party dictatorship or simply a hater of the president. The strangest of it all is that no Democrat saw differently from their party's marching order to get the president at whatever cost nor had the courage to give the president a fair hearing chance before agreeing to convict the president.
Nobody is saying that a president should not be convicted if grounds exist to support such a conviction. Nobody is saying that the impeachment carried out in the House of Representative on January 13th was not within their existing authority, although it was wrongful, illegal and unjust; there being no ground for the impeachment and the manner in which they hurried through the impeachment without witnesses or any fair chance given to the president to participate. Also, Queen Speaker Nancy Pelosi intentionally held back the impeachment article and refused to transfer it to the Senate until the president term ended which was injurious to the case and made it moot. Only Democrats can carry out such shenanigan and get away with it and they are now trying so hard to once again make a fool out of some Republicans by forcing them to convict the president.
There is a reason different crimes are specifically charged as individual count requiring relevant specific evidence confined to the particularities of the specific crime charged in order to prove it. As a result crimes which are not part of the same chain of continuity of commission are separately charged and the involved implicated individual crimes separately charged as counts respectively. Crimes are not lumped together and tried or proved from previous stretch of crimes as a likelihood that an accused committed a present crime which he did not commit.
Evidence of previous crimes could aid in a finding but is not a substitute nor will it ever replace the evidence of a presently committed crime, no matter what. If a person is charged with a particular crime you cannot use evidence that he committed a somewhat similar crimes in the past to establish that he committed the present crime, absent evidence of it. If the past conducts were criminal, it is expected that he should have been charged then when the crimes were committed and not wait until later to point at them as evidence that the present crime was committed by the person when there is no evidence of it.
So, yes, Democrats charged President Donald John Trump of committing a crime of incitement of insurrection based on his Save America speech of January 6th 2021. They did not or rather failed to establish evidence that in fact the president's speech incited the insurrection. But instead of abandoning their meritless worthless case for lack of evidence, they decided to point at the president's previous speeches as evidence that his January 6th speech incited the rioters. A matter made worse because all the video and voice evidence they presented were about what happened after the speech in the Capitol and not the speech itself at the Washington DC Mall.
If some knuckleheads reacted differently to the speech and a negligible number of them did, it is not a reason to punish the president because they unreasonably reacted to it. Those rioters are adults with capacity to make informed decisions and their acts cannot be attributed to the president because not every supporter who heard the speech reacted in the same riotous manner. When will people start taking responsibility for their actions instead of looking for someone else to blame for what they did.
Also you cannot punish a person for a crime which he might commit in the future, hence the president cannot be banned from any future political participation simply because his speech may cause some of his supporters to react in certain manner. Team Trump should therefore mount the shortest defense ever know to man: that yes, democrats impeachment managers bombarded the Senate impeachment hearing with videos and innuendoes about what took place in the Capitol on January 6th, but they did not show or prove that it was caused by the president's January 6th speech.
They failed to establish a causal link between the speech and the riot and therefore failed to prove their case. The impeachment charge against the president was that his speech caused the riot and not that there was a riot in the Capitol as everybody witnessed it on live television and nobody requires any additional convincing on that fact. Even the hiding of exculpable evidence of "peacefully and patriotically" in the said speech is detrimental to their case. Therefore dismissal is in order as no case was made or proved against the president that warrants his conviction, although the matter is already moot.
IMPEACHMENT EXPECTATION: DISMISS THE CASE AND/OR ACQUIT THE PRESIDENT.
ICHEOKU says expects Team Trump defense to mount the shortest defense ever known to man during their impeachment hearing because Democrats impeachment managers did not prove a case of incitement of insurrection against the president. Rather, they established that there was a riot in the Capitol but failed to prove that it was caused by the president's January 6th speech. Causation is an important aspect of any crime and they failed to establish an unbroken casual link between the speech and the riot. There are so many evidence that the riot was planned ahead of the speech, hence the speech could not have caused a riot which planning preceded the speech.
Further you cannot punish a person for a crime which he might commit in the future, hence the president cannot be banned from any future political participation simply because his speech may someday cause some people to react in a certain manner some time in the future.
Democrats impeachment managers bombarded the Senate impeachment hearing with videos and innuendoes about what took place in the Capitol on January 6th, but did not similarly show or prove specifically the incendiary characteristics or nature of the speech. To their disgrace, they even hid the exculpable evidence of "peacefully and patriotically" contained in the said speech in an effort to skew the narrative which is detrimental to their case. Therefore the case is a prime candida
te for dismissal and should therefore accordingly be dismissed in a no case to answer submission and/or for lack of prove. #AcquitPresidentTrump.

IMPEACHMENT SAGA: IT IS NO LONGER ABOUT THE JANUARY 6TH SPEECH.
Watching the trial so far, it is apparent that Democrats have punted from their initially charged count in their Article of Impeachment that the president's speech caused the insurrection. They are now all over the map regurgitating everything and anything which ever came out of the president's mouth or twitting fingers, dating back to periods long before his January 6th speech. They accused the president of telling his supporters to fight and to march to the Capitol but selectively edited out his additional qualifying statement to "peacefully and patriotically" march to cheer on some weak Republicans to help them find the courage to do what is right. Democrats know and are fully aware that there was no incitement words that was uttered by the president in that speech, hence their decision to expand their field of fishing to see if there is anything else they could rope the president in with which will prove their charge.
It is most regrettable that instead of proving their one count charge of "incitement of insurrection" by his speech of January 6th, their hatred of the president have led them to such extreme fields of absurdity, an over broad search for anything that could result in his culpability. A scope of accusations far beyond their initial January 6th accusation and for which they impeached the president seven days later on the 13th. They were expected to concentrate their effort in adducing evidence of his speech being the cause of the riots, by establishing how his speech caused the riot and what aspects of his speech were inciting. But there is none, hence the adventure to finding something extracurricular the 6th to prove the 6th.
Anyway, the proceeding so far is boring as they are only inundating the people with facts already known to the public, without any additional new disclosures or the promised bombshell never seen before videos which would have shocked the conscience of the nation. So far, none have materialized. Nobody is denying that what happened on January 6th was horrible as most people who watched the live broadcast were horrified by what they saw. The issue in contention is that what happened was not caused bt the speech which the president gave, but Democrats would want us to believe otherwise that the speech made the rioters to storm the Capitol. Peradventure, it seems that their impeachment managers are now somewhat trying to tow a different line or correction, albeit tacitly, by not dwelling on the said speech of January 6th anymore but rather concentrating on the riot inside the Capitol itself and aggregation of other speeches by the president before the January 6th speech to establishment causation.
They also have no shame in their effort to overawe the people by openly using words which were otherwise considered prohibited for public consumption and which words are usually muted or paraphrased. It was shocking to hear Democrats loudly and publicly say "pussy" and "bullshit" inside the Senate gallery in a live television broadcast which was disseminated into millions of homes world wide and during day time public television event in America with children tuned in and watching. Were was the outrage denouncing Democratic Party's impeachment managers being so brazen with use of words which are considered profanities. They also accused the president of branding Joe Biden a "illegitimate president" but seem to have forgotten that their Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi once called President Donald John Trump an "impostor and a terrorist." These are the same people who accused the president of stealing the 2016 election with help of Vladimir Putin but now it is a prohibited utterance to say that the 2020 election was stolen with help of election fraud.
ICHEOKU says a rehash of what happened inside the Capitol on January 6th is actually irrelevant at this stage because everybody watched it unfold on live television broadcast. What American people and the rest of the tuned in world are eager to know is how it was caused by the president's speech of January 6th. Their correlation is the 900 pounds elephant in the room but they are not forthcoming with the evidence, at least not so far. And given the fact that the Senate has jurisdiction to try an impeachment matter, the only issue which the president's team should argue is whether the Senate's duty to sit in judgment over the president has been overtaken by a subsequent development, that the president is no longer in office, which matter of factly rendered the trial moot. There is nothing more for the Senate to determine as there is no more office of the president being occupied which needs to be vacated by an erring president who was found guilty.
It is also instructive too that the type of "fight" envisaged by the president was not the physical fist of fury combat fight. His intention was clearly discernible from the speech which he made such as when he said "Rudy got guts, he fights"; which is an indicator of the type of fight which the president meant because Rudy never engages in physical fight or riots but in vocal and legal fights. The president meant that his supporters should be vociferous and forceful in their protestation and arguments for a restoration of mandate which was stolen by the Democrats, but not for them to engage in any destructive physical attack on anyone or the Capitol. He also used the words "to cheer them on" which does not look like fighting words either or any invitation to a riotous incitement. The president also used the words "we have begun to fight" in an address to MAGA supporters rally in Washington DC which also shows that "fight" as used by the president in his speeches was merely figuratively intended but not literary.
But Republicans do not seem to get it, the fact that Democrats are out to ruin them permanently by dividing and conquering them and scaring away their base. First the man who grew their base is being targeted with a threatened abolition from future political participation and then their base are being harassed, arrested and shamed into abandoning the party just for voting Republican. This will leave the Republican Party heavily shortchanged by the desertion of disgusted voters who might sit out subsequent elections if they do not get satisfaction from the defense of the president by the Republican Party's leadership. Time to man up and grow steely backbone is now and they must fight to keep the president safely in contention.
The only take away from the proceeding so far is the effort by Democrats to reduce America in the eyes of the world and make America a laughing stock where facts are relative and where the standard of "justice" depends on whether the accused person's last name is Trump or Clinton. They are manipulating facts and trying at all cost to paint the president in a bad light and tarnish his image but they will not succeed. Impeachment is to protect the office of a president and not to punish a president; otherwise imprisonment would have been the recommend and prescribed recourse but not removal from office. Even the "ban from subsequent office", which is the other remedy, is subject to a president having been first removed from office before he can then be banned from ever running for office. The president was not removed from office, so the second remedy automatically collapsed. But hey, American people are watching to see where the ants will drag the toad, but it is definitely an assault on everything American justice system of fairness holds dear.

NO PROVEN ISSUE IN CONTROVERSY: NO ADJUDICATION.
In any prosecutorial process, there is always a known crime, committed by the defendant, who is then indicted and tried for the crime followed by a conviction or acquittal and in some cases mistrial as a result of a hung jury. Upon conviction, there is a penalty or punishment or fine. All the stages of the process are spelt out and in some cases codified to avoid any unjustifiable "making it up as you go" rules which might lead to persecution rather then prosecution because justice demands fairness. So, starting out, both the defense and the prosecution know exactly what the deal is. At any step in the process, whenever there is an intervention which will render the end result (verdict) impossible to reach the matter becomes a nolle resulting in discontinuance or dismissal. it is like a road block which makes further proceeding impossible.
So yes the argument is not whether President Donald John Trump should be impeached because that threshold has already been crossed when the House of Representatives impeached the president last December 2020. The question is whether the process of his impeachment trial and conviction or acquittal in the Senate should continue now that he is no longer in office. To understand this, the test is whether impeachment trial survives the office of a president or terminates at the end of is term and to answer this, we have to ask ourselves whether impeachment attaches to the office or the person of a president. The office is the res upon which impeachment anchors because removal of a president therefrom is the prescribed remedial measure of impeachment. It is to protect the presidency and not to punish a president that the sanction of impeachment exists.
It is also important to note that you cannot ban a president from ever contesting for the office without first removing him from the office as the former is predicated on the later. Removal from office is the foundation upon which other sanctions are built on and without the first there cannot be the second. Since the president is no longer suffering any office there is no more office to remove him from upon conviction because he occupies none. Also there is no more office for him to remain in should he be acquitted. Therefore the process seeking either should and ought to be discontinued because it has become impossible to attain the objective.
It is the case in every cause or matter that when the issue in controversy no longer exists or abates, the matter is automatically resolved because there is nothing more in disputation. The issue in controversy in impeachment trial is whether the president can remain in office or be removed from office. No such controversy presently exists, thus making the matter resolved and any matter resolved can no longer remain an issue needing a resolution by an arbiter. #EndTheCharade
IMPEACHMENT CHARADE: A PERSECUTION BY THE DEEP STATE, DISMISS IT NOW.
Why are they doing this to any American talkless of a president. It is a scary day in America when such political gangsterism is tolerated, regardless of the color of it or the person currently under their vice hold. What is not right is not right and what is not fair is not fair. If it is President Donald John Trump today, who knows for who the bell shall toll tomorrow and many moons to come. At least the Democrats would have nominated an Independent Senator to preside over the trial but definitely not a Democrat in order to give it a semblance of fairness, since the Chief Justice's rebuke by recusing himself due to the illegality of what they are doing did not sink in through their cranial walls. It is simply unacceptable and portrays America in bad light as a land where anything goes and where persecution is tolerated provided it fits certain narrative and disguised under some coloration.
Why the Republican Party is still going along with the farce is beyond ICHEOKU, but suffice it to say that some of them are participants in the grand conspiracy to diminish the president and somehow cut his larger than life political stature. But they should understand that millions of American people who belong to MAGA family are not conservatives nor registered Republicans and are keenly watching the development. They will not reciprocate kindly to Republicans during subsequent elections if they continue to participate in the persecution of their dearly beloved president and not end it immediately. It is a case of the hand of Esau and the voice of Jacob as the Deep State is the force behind the Democrats who are running wild with such a meritless exercise. The impeachment trial should be immediately dismissed as a non "justiciable" issue which is now moot because the president is no longer in office.
Many foreign countries will be wondering what has become of the much touted America's justice system based on rule of law, watching the aberration which is currently taking place in the Congress. How can they change the rule and conduct impeachment trial of a president who is no longer in office and for a made up crime of incitement when what he said to "peacefully and patriotically" march to the Capitol was loudly said and heard. It is also true that evidence since uncovered showed that plans for the melee were hatched long before the January 6th speech, yet they are telling the world that it was the president's speech that caused the riot. This should no longer be seen as only a Trump's problem because it is not; anybody could fall into such a jeopardy someday regardless of political party affiliation.
Even the lame precedent they are trying to cite about a 1876 Secretary of War is not congruent to the present impeachment case. The Secretary resigned in order to avoid being impeached; unlike the president who was already impeached while still in office, did not resign or run away nor took any other overt act to prevent either his impeachment or trial, but served out his term. For the current impeachment to be treated alike, it requires an active effort by the president to evade impeachment and trial but there was none of that; therefore it cannot be treated like the Secretary of War's case. The president's impeachment process began while the president was still in office when he was impeached (indicted) by the House of Representatives, but was not completed with a trial and conviction or acquittal in the Senate before he left office.
The remainder of the process cannot continue nor be completed post his office because the impeachment process attaches to the office and not the person of the president. The process terminated upon his vacation of the office of the president and therefore calls for a discontinuance or dismissal or whatever else that brings such process to an automatic end because the matter is now moot. Impeachment is attached to the office of president because it is a remedial measure used to check presidential excesses which requires removal from office upon trial and conviction; but it is not a punitive or penal instrument of war used to haunt down and punish a president post term. Enough of the deceitful angling. #EndTheWitchHunt.

SEVENTH TIME IS SIMPLY MAGICAL: CONGRATULATIONS TOM BRADY.
SUPER BOWL LV: CONGRATULATIONS TO THE GENERAL.
ICHEOKU says although the odds favored his side but ICHEOKU had wished that the newer guy would miraculously triumph. However, he once again proved himself the GOAT quarterback as he led his Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a solid 31 - 9 points victory over Kansas City Chiefs. ICHEOKU says congratulations to Tom Brady and his Bucs for their victory while wishing Patrick Mahones better luck next time.
The Bucs were just a better side, they outplayed and outflanked the Chiefs every where in all departments. The Chiefs could not effectively protect their Quarterback to enable him do his magic and it reflected in the wide margin of score recorded.
But whether Tom Brady will retire following this latest victory or give it one more shot depends on him actually, as he has nothing else to prove to both naysayers and loving fans as being the greatest quarterback ever lived. With this he has led whichever franchise he played with to the Super Bowl and won the championship seven times. But, it is Tom Brady and he might go for another shot just to cement his record in Tampa Bay. ICHEOKU calls him the General, Quarterbacking General Tom Brady that is, as he has proved one again that no one is better than him with leading a football team to championships and this win shows that he can do it with just any team. Well done TB, a shared initials between him and his victorious Tampa Bucs.

SUPER BOWL LV: BATTLE BETWEEN VETERAN AND INSURGENT QUARTERBACKS.
ICHEOKU says either way history will be made by the untiring warhorse bringing home his seventh Super Bowl ring or the risen superstar dethroning the veteran and making history as the giant killer. Super Bowl 55th will be a good game and ICHEOKu roots for the underdog Quarterback Patrick Mahoney and his Kansas City Chiefs to beat Tom Brady's led Tampa Bay Buccaneers plus minus 7 points. Overall, may the better side win as ICHEOKU looks forward to watching a good game which matters to many fans most except of course Kansas and Tampa Bay fellas.
