ICHEOKU says the madness can only be stopped by curing it. So, until one of the parties to the conflict is decisively roundly defeated and completely decimated, the recurring madness will always intermittently flay up. The best practice now is to let the conflict go on until one of the parties is finally submitted. So, do not stop the madness; at least not yet.
