SAME SEX MARRIAGE NOT ALLOWED IN GHANA - PRESIDENT AKUFO-ADDO.

ICHEOKU says President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has decried the pressure of  Western countries on African leaders to institutionalize sodomy in the continent, vowing to never allow them to succeed. According to the president, their effort to impose homosexual deviancy in Africa, Ghana in particular, by demanding the legalization of gay marriage will be resisted as long as he remains the president. In his own words the president said "I have said it before and let me stress again that it will not be under the presidency of Nana Akufo-Addo that same sex marriage will be legalized in Ghana. It will never happen. Let me repeat, it will never happen."

ICHEOKU says it is highly commendable that the president took such a firm unequivocal stand against an imperialistic decadence overreach meant to pollute and dilute African cultural and moral values. Homosexuality is alien to African culture and no amount of explanation or coloration or guise or reason to accept it will ever make such aberration normal. It is not natural and it is opposed to natural order of things otherwise animals would be practicing it too. Therefore it is not right for Western governments to strong arm African countries into accepting a deviancy which a negligible percentage of the world's population have allowed to metastasize in their own respective societies. There should be respected boundaries between cultures and sodomy is one such a boundary which should be crossed but protected and preserved between civilizations.

Meanwhile the same Western countries will not help Africa develop their potentials or become energy and food sufficient to enable it power up and feed her teaming population or even help with other infrastructural development needs of Africa. Instead of helping Africa with things that it really needs which will improve its wellbeing, it is homosexuality that they are forcing upon them to accept as a way of life, emphasizing that it is a human right question which must be accepted by Africa at the pain of levying biting economic sanctions. ICHEOKU says is feeding the African population and helping Africa achieve sufficiency in energy supply and other areas of developments not a sort of human rights as well as it will help African people to stay alive, live well and thrive? Why is it only homosexuality that is being forced upon Africa by Western governments? How about forcing African leaders to take bailout money to help improve the life of their people or even help with some developmental projects?

Further, the West will not accept the practice of African polygamy in their own culture but wants Africans to accept homosexuality in their own culture. Homosexuality is abhorrable in African culture and in some areas even outrightly tabooed and treated as an abomination that  is  punishable with complete ostracism and in some cases, even with death. Africa may be a dark continent but if homosexuality is the only thing which the Western world thinks will make it civilized, then it is better it remains in the dark Stone Age. Therefore, it is about time the whole African continent through the auspice of their African Union (AU) take a firm stand and in unison reject homosexuality in its totality and condemn the Western governments' attempt to desecrate African culture with the imposition of sodomy. Enough of the cultural harassment and intimidation by threatened economic sanctions.

Let every society be allowed to freely enjoy their respective cultural preferences and orientations. Africa is very religious and homosexuality is against God's commandment, the reason Sodom and Gomorrah were laid to waste. It is also not natural and goes against every grain of normalcy both to animals and should, to human beings. Just like the eyes is for seeing and never substituted for hearing which is for the ears likewise sexually organs should not be substituted or interchanged and if some few outliers must, they should keep it personal and to themselves and clique. ICHEOKU says is even surprised that Steve Wonder is moving to Ghana and wonders whether he is aware of the development or somehow sanctioned and approved President Akufo-Addo's move against homosexual activities in Ghana. Also, what even took him this long before he realized that America's racism is too hellish to warrant his escape now at an old age. Anyway, kudos to the president for courageously stating his stand and hopefully Joe Biden will respect Africans by not forcing the issue.
