IMPEACHMENT EXPECTATION: DISMISS THE CASE AND/OR ACQUIT THE PRESIDENT.

ICHEOKU says expects Team Trump defense to mount the shortest defense ever known to man during their impeachment hearing because Democrats impeachment managers did not prove a case of incitement of insurrection against the president. Rather, they established that there was a riot in the Capitol but failed to prove that it was caused by the president's January 6th speech. Causation is an important aspect of any crime and they failed to establish an unbroken casual link between the speech and the riot. There are so many evidence that the riot was planned ahead of the speech, hence the speech could not have caused a riot which planning preceded the speech. 

Further you cannot punish a person for a crime which he might commit in the future, hence the president cannot be banned from any future political participation simply because his speech may someday cause some people to react in a certain manner some time in the future. 

Democrats impeachment managers bombarded the Senate impeachment hearing with videos and innuendoes about what took place in the Capitol on January 6th, but did not similarly show or prove specifically the incendiary characteristics or nature of the speech. To their disgrace, they even hid the exculpable evidence of "peacefully and patriotically" contained in the said speech in an effort to skew the narrative which is detrimental to their case. Therefore the case is a prime candida
te for dismissal and should therefore accordingly be dismissed in a no case to answer submission and/or for lack of prove. #AcquitPresidentTrump.
