IT IS WRONG TO IMPUT DISLOYALTY ON MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD.

ICHEOKU says with the experience of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi of India in 1984 when her Sikh bodyguards assassinated her, infusing strange ideas in the heads of security agents especially members of the military is always ill advised. Democrats erred in suggesting that some members of the National Guard could go rogue and do harm to Joe Biden. By so saying, even those who never thought about such possibility nor entertained such an idea are possibly now churning that in their mind, afterall we all humans and we do incredible things once the idea has been implanted. Also, even where these honorable volunteers in uniform don't want to do so and never thought about such, they are now  struggling and wondering why such distrust could be levied against them.
Everything must not be about politics or scoring a cheap political point, no matter how repugnant; politicians should always weigh their utterances before spitting them out. These politicians who conceive such dastard possibility stand condemned and should be condemned for creating doubt about the loyalty of American soldiers. These are people trained and equipped to carry out assigned duties in defense and protection of the country and its citizens. They voluntarily take up the assignment, prepared to pay the ultimate price if need be; yet some unappreciative politicians are now subjecting them to such heinous character assassination. It is not good and it is condemnable and should be condemned by all regardless of their partisan politics.
ICHEOKU says by citing the two examples above acknowledges that such a thing do happen; but what is wrong here is the planting of the idea in American soldiers, especially with the current tension in the nation. Such is very dangerous and could lead to some unintended detrimental consequences and should not have ever been uttered in the first place. It is wrong to insinuate or suggest that America soldiers could go rogue and do harm to Joe Biden and the putting the idea in them is worse than anything ever said during this trying moment in American history. What if a Timothy McVeigh in camouflaged is lurking around wondering what else to do and suddenly is handed this idea? What if he would have just nursed his hurt feeling from the election but now decides to exploit such idea having concluded that he or she has nothing to lose.
Democrats are definitely pushing the envelope and to such an extent that will not do anyone any good if it explodes. The earlier they discipline their utterances and actions or intentions, in the interest of the national unity, the better it would be for everyone. Afghanistan and Somalia used to be functioning societies until internal distrusts led to the disequilibrium that laid them waste. American politicians should not take for granted the long existing stability in America, thinking that nothing can happen to it because things do happen. For a country that has been in a costly civil war, provoking such thoughts that could be exploited leading to cascading consequences should be drastically discouraged. It is not ideal nor should it be encouraged. Enough of the acerbic rhetorics.
