ICHEOKU says Russia has one good opportunity to finally move back into a comity of civilized nations and stop his despotic mentality that always see him flocking amidst his fellow dictators. But if he choses to remain in the cold and remain in Kremlin where he has been holed in since 1999, too bad. His too much stay in power is only damaging Russia and turning it into a third world country where only one man dictates what goes on in the country. Putin, change your ways.
