THE "DO NOT CONGRATULATE" BROUHAHA: JUST A NOISY HYSTERIA.

ICHEOKU says let the distinction between an "advise" and an "instruction" be clearly made, as it will help with a better understanding of who the party at fault here really is. An advise is a mere non binding opinion, while an instruction is an order, a mandate to comply with something forthwith.

Advisers suggest what, in their reasonable humble opinion, is the best practice and good conduct and/or cause of action going forward on an issue. They recommend to their superior or employer or retainer or as in this case, the president, what they think he should do regarding a matter over which they were consulted or their opinion was sought. The person in authority then have to decide whether to accept or reject same; and is not bound to do as told. An advise is not mandatory; unlike an instruction which commands obedience and which is normally handed down in the cause of business from top to bottom, from the person in authority to subordinates. So while an instruction is an order which must be obeyed, an advice is simply an offered opinion which could be rejected; and which acceptance or rejection is entirely the prerogative of the person to whom it was offered.

Therefore, it is pathetic and patently irrational and unreasonable, the current feverish fit by the same anti Trump and Never Trump crazies that the president did not heed the advise not to congratulate President Vladimir Putin over his election victory. The president is not obliged to comply with their advise or to do as told; he is the boss and accordingly was within his rightful discretion when he congratulated President Putin, regardless. The president did not break any law either and his congratulating President Vladimir Putin or any other president of another country is in order and not out of place in international relationships. Past presidents of America always congratulate elected foreign presidents and former President Barack Hussein Obama did it as well, including his 2012 congratulation of the same President Vladimir Putin.

ICHEOKU says it is nothing but a continuing manifestation of the hatred which the Never Trumpers have against President Donald John Trump. They have been lashing out against the president for defeating their Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton and they cannot seem to get over it. So with every opportunity, no matter how trifle or ridiculous, which they find to trash the president, they strike with vengeance as is evident in the latest nonsensical hollering over a supposedly "Do not congratulate" advise which the president "violated." What a cruel reaction to a loss of power and control; people who should know better are deliberately lying to their incensed mob about something which is not true. But hey, they will still be stewing in their hate while the president gets reelected for a second term come 2020.
