ICHEOKU says the word is out, President Muhammadu Buhari is running for a second term and will soon make it public. ICHEOKU says his first term did not make any difference for many people including ICHEOKU; so ICHEOKU could care less whether or not he runs or decides to make himself the president for life of Nigeria and remains in office until death do him apart from there.
