Icheoku says thinking outside the box, the governor of Kaduna State Mallam Nasir el Rufai has magically cured the certificate albatross hounding President Muhammadu Buhari. By persuading the Kaduna State University to award the president an honorary doctorate degree, the president can now prefix his name with a 'DR' and to hell with all those antagonists who protest that the president does not have a First School Leaving Certificate. Icheoku queries what use is then a F.S.L.C. when the president now has a doctorate, for crying out loud?
