Icheoku says talk is cheap as this particular Nigerian President Jonathan is used to lots of blow-hots. His current Defense Minister, Haliru Mohammed, is even among the twelve Siemens bribe-takers of Nigeria, yet without vetting or questioning him in that regards, President Jonathan went ahead and rewarded him with the juicy defense ministry and the concomitant defense contracts. Icheoku calls it playing to the gallery and states that the president is not serious with fighting the war against corruption in Nigeria. What a dirt-cheap talker or rather the proverbial jiving turkey this present Nigerian president is.
