Republican Jack Kemp is dead! He died at his home in Bethesda, Maryland of cancer; on Saturday May 2, 2009. Jack Kemp was 73. A former quarterback for the New York's Buffalo Bills, a nine term Congressman representing western New York and later had an unsuccessful presidential run in 1988. He was also once President George H. Bush's housing secretary and later Bob Dole's presidential running-mate.
Left to mourn him are his wife Joanne and their four children as well as what is left of the Republican party?
