JUSSIE SMOLLETT: ALL CHARGES DROPPED, SUSPICIOUS.

ICHEOKU says please give it up to Illinois and their notoriety for corruption. A State, whose nearly every past governor was sent to prison as a result of corruption; the last one, Rod Blagojevich, still behind bars for the same corruption crimes. Little wonder, nothing good should be expected out of its largest city of Chicago, which gave the world the infamous Al Capone and a lot of other criminal masterminds. 

Now, enter the scandal that is Jussie Smollet's 16 felony counts being dropped and for no apparent reason, other than the usual Chicago Illinois quid pro quo dealings. Who shall it be told that a guy facing possible time behind bars, with 16 felony counts charges, of such easily provable crimes, would get such an ice cream slap on the wrist and told to go but sin no more. It is incredible and it is incredulous; but at last, that is the true state of affairs in Illinois, the land of Abraham Lincoln; which also gave America Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. ICHEOKU says is there something in the water in Illinois that makes corruption so easily acceptable and, with such a relish.

ICHEOKU says it is definitely another black eye on American Justice System, which of late has increasingly been showing its hand as a two tier justice system: one for the rich and well connected as well as the otherwise gender confused individuals; and the other for the outsiders, as well as the downtrodden and unconnected. It is about time Americans rise up and demand of these disciples on the alter of Lady Justice, to do better and to apply justice equally across the board, without regard to the personal accoutrements of the accused/defendant. What possibly could have made the District Attorney of Chicago to completely wipe the criminal slate of this guy clean, despite what he did and it was not in doubt as his accomplices were found, interrogated and were ready to testify, yet the Chicago gumbahs pulled a fast one and he walked. What type of example did the DA set by doing this; that it is okay to break the law as long as you know somebody who has her direct telephone line and possibly would contribute to her future campaigns?

A matter made more suspicious because no reasonable basis was established for dropping the charges, short of a possible campaign contribution promise and/or inducement; and some arm twisting by the powerful, who wanted to see the charges go away and Jussie Smollett completely rehabilitated. Look at the speed with which they even expunged the records as if it never happened and before anyone could understand what really went down. A case which was investigated and presented before a grand jury, which recommended that it proceeded to trial and this was how the DA so cavalierly flushed it down the drain? ICHEOKU says it definitely calls for a second look, either by the Attorney General of Illinois or the FBI, as American people are shocked, especially it coming so soon after the also shocking, nearly two years Mueller' Russian Collusion investigation that turned up nothing. 

What is going in America calls for a reassessment, as the rich regularly gets away with murder, while the poor is sent away in the slammer for merely blinking an eyelid. American people need to know what exactly influenced the outcome in the Jussie Smollett's case and if such has now become the new normal or what? It is akin to Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton, committing obvious crimes of deleting and bleaching watching 33,000 subpoenaed emails and still walked; while a president, whose only crime was winning an election was nearly framed up. This is exactly the type of thing which one sees in Banana Republics and you wonder if the American descent into such infamy has already taken a turn for the worst and gone on a free fall. 

What else can ICHEOKU add to this scandal other than, that R. Kelly must act fast and change his attorneys, and retain the two lawyers who pulled off this Smollett stunt. Otherwise, what else can anyone say in a futile attempt to explain such inexplicable an unexplainable velvet treatment which Jussie Smollett received in the hands of Chicago justice system. It is pitiful; it is sad; and it sends a wrong message that it is okay to break the law as long as you have the wherewithal to pull the necessary strings required to spring you out of your legal jam and harms way. 

ICHEOKU says wanted to blame it on his status as a celebrity, but remembered that Oprah Winfrey was once prosecuted for her attack on the beef industry in Texas, although acquitted. Mike Tyson was prosecuted in Nevada for rape and convicted. OJ Simpson was prosecuted in California for double murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, but acquitted. Michael Jackson too was prosecuted in California for chic molestation and acquitted. Kobe Bryant was prosecuted in Colorado for rape and acquitted. So, the story of celebrities running afoul of the law is not new nor scarce, begging the question, why did Jussie Smollett cases dropped?  

Jussie Smollett is a much lesser celebrity than any of the fellas mentioned above; but for him not to be tried at all, but have all his 16 felony counts dropped, only shows one thing and one thing only, CORRUPTION at work. The State of Illinois and the City of Chicago are the most corrupt places in America and the records are there to back this up. It is about Chicago and Jussie Smollet is not a politically correct prosecutable offender. He is black, gay homosexual, and also a celebrity; needless to add that the DA is also black and a fan and is possibly thinking ahead of future elections. What will eventually become of the City of Chicago with the incoming black mayor, when every City top office will be held by certain people can only be lived to be seen. But the free pass given to Jussie Smollett reeks of crass corruption, which the Federal authorities should try and look into. Disgustingly sad.

MICHAEL AVENATTI: ARRESTED AND CHARGED, FACES 97 YEARS IN PRISON.

ICHEOKU says in what would appear like a double whammy take down, Stormy Daniels' creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti was indicted simultaneously on both coasts, one in Southern District of New York and the other in California Central District in Santa Ana, of several crimes including embezzlement, bank fraud and extortion. He is accused of appropriating his client's $1.6 million legal settlement proceed; obtaining $4 million loan from a bank using fictitious documents and trying to extort Nike Sports Company of $20 million. 

If convicted, the once obscure, hustling, Los Angeles based plaintiffs' lawyer, will be looking at a total of 97 years behind bars, 47 in New York and 50 in California, and will most likely come out of prison in a pine box. Unfortunately, both jurisdictions being Federal, only President Donald John Trump can grant him pardon or commutation if convicted; which is very unlikely, his venomous use of Stormy Daniels against the president considered. Also, should he be convicted and he decides to appeal the matter up to the Supreme Court, he will have the dishonor of seeking mercy before Justice Brett Kavanaugh included empanelled Justices of the Supreme Court, and his false witnessing during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, which left much to be desired, might come back to bite him. 

A lawyer who gained notoriety representing a porn actress, Stormy Daniels, who was fully paid for her services, yet breached a non disclosure agreement; and told on the client; is now facing his own self inflicted invasive examination by the law. The same law which he used in trying to destroy others, including his most recent  targeted victim, Nike. A now disgraced lawyer, who regularly appeared on CNN and MSNBC, whose conduct was described by the prosecutor as evidence that "a suit and tie does not mask the fact that, at its core, was an old-fashioned shakedown." Even his former client Stormy Daniels did not portray him in a favorable light, saying that she terminated Michael’s services after discovering that he had dealt with her extremely, dishonestly. In his own stab, the president's son, Don Jr parodied MAGA to read "Michael Avenatti Getting Arrested!!!”

ICHEOKU says when all is said and done, Michael Avenati will learn a hard, cold lesson, albeit too late and most likely behind bars, that certain truism always remains correct, regardless. That is to treat people fairly, no matter what. This is a lawyer, whose client breached a valid subsisting purchased agreement not to kiss and tell and received a handsome consideration for it; yet his desperation for "fame" made him to throw every caution to the wind, as he pushed through with his funky narrative that his client had sex with someone and was paid for it; leaving so many people wondering, what exactly was the injury suffered by his client for which a redress may exist in law.  

But hey, what goes around comes around; and such a man with such a putrefying garbage had the guts to sit on judgment over another man's fair dealing. If only he had heed our Lord and Master Jesus' warning that he who is without sin should cast the first stone, may be, he would have remained his inconspicuous Los Angeles lawyer and not sought a needless limelight. Now, lets see whether any of the cable television network including his darling CNN and MSNBC will invite him back to run off his mouth like the possessed demonic elf he often times assumes the personality. His sad story is definitely a study on how not to end one's career and probably life, as his life is certainly over if convicted and the maximum number of years are given to him.

LET THE COUNTRY NOW MOVE ON.

ICHEOKU says 22 months, $25 million, 19 Democrat lawyers, 40 FBI experts and agents, 2800 subpoenas, 500 warrants and 500 witnesses later, the conclusion is that the president nor anyone connected to the Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russians and that there was no reasonable basis to infer that the president obstructed justice by firing James Comey. Now is time to move on and join hands with the president in his effort to Make America Great Again.

ICHEOKU says just for the record as every truthfully speaking honest person have always known that the Russian Collusion investigation was a manufactured phony, an attempted takedown by Deep State, which wanted to carry out a civilian coup against a duly elected President Donald John Trump, but it failed. So SAD and so pitiful it ever took place and in the last bastion of hope for a democratic society, where votes should count. #MAGA.

NDIGBO LAGOS: LEAVE TINUBU ALONE, TAKE YOUR GRIEVANCES TO COURT.

ICHEOKU says sometimes spends awful amount of time wondering what exactly is wrong with Ndigbo and whether the acclaimed Igbo sense is somewhat getting in the way, regarding the manner in which they respond to some issues affecting their collective interest in Nigeria. A people reputed to be highly knowledgeable, intelligent, educated and widely traveled; but each time there is a problem for them, from the other ethnic nationalities in Nigeria, they seem to be at a loss, in finding a cohesive response thereto, as a one united ethnic component therein. 

Their latest headache now is Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his quest to needle them, prick them and cause them some discomfort in Lagos State. ICHEOKU says try as he may, Bola Tinubu will not succeed, admitted he might cause some harm, using his now newly found alliances up North. But he should be a good student of history and understand that at the end of the day, the just will always triumph, no matter how long the tribulation lasts.  So, until he can fully establish that Ndigbo are not Nigerians, with the attendant rights of citizenship therein, including the right to reside and pursue their callings in any part of Nigeria, including Lagos, as bona fide citizens of Nigeria, he is but laboring in vain in his vainglorious pursuit to drive them out of Lagos and confiscate their assets. 

Possibly, he is still pursuing the title of Yoruba generalissimo, the Aare Ona Kakanfo, by pretending to be protecting Yoruba people from the encroaching Ndigbo people. A matter which ICHEOKU thought was already nipped in the bud, when he was bypassed by the Alafin Of Oyo, who rebuffed his lobby for title when he gave it to OPC Ganiyu Adams. 

ICHEOKU understands that the Jagaban of Borku Land is still smarting about his none conferment with the title and also that no first rate Yoruba Oba has so far recognized him by honoring him with any coveted title of repute, due to his alleged questionable pedigree. Now, he is lashing out from a long pent up and bottled up anger, in a desperate bid to woe the Yoruba Nation, to see in him, a fighter, a protector and a defender in chief of their interest; and found a new piñata and punching bag in Ndigbo Lagos, who are lawfully and legally residing and carrying out their merchandising business in Lagos as of right. 

All Bola TInubu will succeed in achieving is to make the Tinubu name a pariah and repulsive name to Ndigbo world wide, it, added to Awolowo and Buhari as well as Gowon. If this is the legacy which he wants to leave behind, let him carry on soldier; but his anti Igbo actions will only last as long as he lives and still remains a powerful politician, but will definitely not outlive him. If such ephemerality is worth tarnishing his family name for eternity, oh well and dandy, like Dame Patience would say, let him KONTINUE; otherwise beating an immediate fast retreat will be advised.

But why Ndigbo Lagos have indulged him and tolerated his awful antics thus far, and have not yet come up with a decisive response to it is rather befuddling. Instead, they have been knee jerky and Tower of Babylon-like with their variegated reactions, some of which are bothering from the insane to the absurd. A product of a traumatized collective psyche, indicative of a people still suffering post war fretting and fidgety syndrome, and seemingly still afraid, confused and helpless, within the Nigeria State. Imagine the panic that developed within the Ndigbo Lagos community, just because Bola Tinubu wanted to be shown some respect and possibly handed a portion of Ndigbo baked pie in Lagos.

ICHEOKU makes bold to state that anti Igbo sentiments in Western Nigeria Yoruba people did not start today nor with Bola Tinubu. It will also not end tomorrow either, because the rivalry between the two Nations, Yoruba and Igbo, is deeply rooted. It has been there since the two Nations' paths crossed and it permeated the general strata of both people. It is a competition for prominence and dominance and who will lead the Southern Nigeria in their face-off against the more united North. This is the simple reason for the rivalry between the two nations in Nigeria. Remember that Gbolahan Mudasiru evicted Ojukwu from Vilaska Lodge and Babatunde Fashola deported some Ndigbo from Lagos. So Tinubu is not doing today what was not done in the past.

The Yoruba man does not like the feeling of being dominated and each time another Igbo man forks out another N150 million to purchase another swamp land plot in Lagos, the Tinubus of Lagos see it as a threat to their ownership of Lagos; because they clearly understand that possession is 9/10th of ownership and that he who owns the land owns the fealty. This is the reason Palestine people are not sold land in Israel, fear of domination. But unlike the Jews of Israel, the Yorubas of Lagos love their owambe and they must find the money to do funerals of their several decades old departed loved ones and it does not matter if it is for the fifth time. Such an easy money can be gotten by turning over a swamp plot to the Igbo man and the circle goes on without any end in sight.

ICHEOKU says it is on record that Obafemi Awolowo used this "palapo" sentiment to sway Yoruba politicians out of supporting Nnamdi Azikwe, who was on the cusp of becoming the premier of Western Region when the Awolowo engineered carpet crossing saw Zik's lead of the Western House of Assembly at Agodi Ibadan, evaporate before his eyes like the early morning dew. Obafemi Awolowo introduced tribalism in Nigeria and used it to deny Nnamdi Azikwe, his earned right to the premiership of Western Nigeria. This tribalistic gamesmanship created the big chasm which still exist today amongst the various Nationalities that are amalgamated in Nigeria, which has made national unity near impossible. Needless to add that Zik angrily left Ibadan and moved back to the Eastern Region House in Enugu and similarly pushed away Eyo Ita from his assured premiership of the Eastern region, thus adding to the disunity in Nigeria. 

The same Yoruba benefactor in chief, Obafemi Awolowo, also led the "Starvation is the best instrument of warfare" effort of the then Nigerian government, against Biafrans. A strategy which killed more than 3 million Biafran women and children during the Biafran war, thanks to a heartless demon, but who is nearly deified by Yoruba people. A case of one man's meat another which is another man's poison; as Awolowo can never be forgiven by Ndigbo, not for the callous atrocities which he carried out against the people. 

ICHEOKU makes bold to say that Obafemi Awolowo, who is celebrated by the Yoruba Nation as their messiah, will forever be derided by Ndigbo as a devil incarnate, who every Igbo person prays found a very fiery discomfort in the hottest part of hell and will remain there confined, until hell freezes over. The same Awolowo led the indigenization program which privatized foreign companies in Nigeria and auctioned them off to his Yoruba people when he gave Ndigbo only twenty pounds from whatever they had in the banks prior to the war. If these do not sound like an anti Igbo vengeful actions, what else will suffice? 

Then let nobody forget that the Western government also introduced the abandoned property saga, which led to many Ndigbo properties being seized in Lagos, Ibadan and other Yoruba Western cities. Prominent among these properties was VIlaska Lodge, 10 Queens Drive Ikoyi, Lagos, which became subject of an extensive litigation between Ojukwu and the Lagos State Government. The disputation went all the way to the Supreme Court (Lagos State Government V. Ojukwu, (1986) 1 NSCC Vol 17), which ruled that citizenship of a country includes the right to own properties and carry on businesses in any part of the country. The court frowned at the speed with which Lagos State Government evicted Ojukwu from the premises, stating that a citizen of Nigeria cannot legally abandon his own property, in his own country and gave Ojukwu back his properties in Lagos State. It is also instructive that upon eviction, that Ojukwu remained homeless outside the perimeter fencing of Vilaska Lodge, until the Supreme Court restored his right to his property.

So, ICHEOKU says that Ndigbo merchandizers in Lagos should build on the experiences of Ojukwu at Vilaska Lodge and face down Bola Tinubu squarely, the legal way. They should drag the Lagos State Government and Bola Tinubu to court and let the court resolve their status in Nigeria, if need be. Such an opportunity to resolve whether they are bona fide citizens of Nigeria with the inherent right to reside and carry on business in any part of Nigeria, including Lagos State, must not go to waste. 

So, regardless of what Bola Tinubu might do to them or throw at them, to provoke them into action, they should ignore any direct action in response and let the court deal with it. Ndigbo must not play into Bola TInubu's hands and/or accept his bait for a street fight, because they cannot win a pig in a mud fight. Once the court decides whether any Nigerian is more Nigerian than the other, then, Ndigbo's place in Nigeria will become inviolable and will no longer be at the mercy of any one man's lucid intervals nor dictated by his emotional roller coasting waves, his highs and lows. 

ICHEOKU therefore advises Ndigbo Lagos merchants to sue Lagos State Government and join Bola Tinubu as a co-defendant, over the constant harassment which are meted to them on a nearly regular basis, at their places of residence and businesses throughout Lagos State, including the Trade Fair Complex. That is how issues are resolved in  civilized societies and not through street thugs and motor park touts. The court is a better way of resolving issues in disputation; and if the court of first instance is not favorable, appeal its decision to the next in the hierarchy and up to the Supreme Court. But this morbid fear of Bola Tinubu must stop and stop right now on its tracts. 

The continuous fretting about and thrusting hands of frustration in air; frantically bemoaning your fate and accusing Bola Tinubu of all manners of invectiveness must stop. You have a recourse in the courts and you can go there to resolve whatever fear, real or imagined, which is simply deprecate and does not help anybody in the circumstance. Bola Tinubu is not your problem, picking the right course of action is the problem; and you can still make up for the lost grounds by first obtaining an injunction against the adverse parties to stop them from harassing you in your place of businesses and/or shutting down your businesses. If you feel you suffered loses, an action for damages can also follow. 

ICHEOKU is emphatic that only greedy and jealous people covet other people's properties and assets. This truism might not be far from the driving factor in the current imbroglio between Ndigbo Lagos merchants and Lagos State Government/Bola Tinubu. The only way to conclusively resolve this impasse is by obtaining a valid subsisting order of court, which will permanently maintain the status quo or order an agreed indefinite terms of a peaceful co-habitation between the two Nationalities. But things cannot continue to go on in its current form, with all the panic and needless uncertainty. 

In addition, Ndigbo Lagos can use their large number as a bargaining chip and threaten a boycott of anything and everything with Tinubu's name on it and by proxy of anyone holding on his behest or behalf. His hotels, shopping centers, airline and newspapers will by then be fair game for targeted boycott. But should all these fail to influence his actions, then just wait him out, because at 60 plus years old, age is no longer on his side, as nothing lasts forever. As with every mortal, he too will soon depart this earth, as he has already lived more than he will ever live in the future. Thereafter his departed,  normalcy can then be restored once again in Lagos among all and every Lagosians, irrespective of the ethnic tribe which they may come from, that calls Lagos State home. So, until then, let every nwa afor Igbo in Lagos, take it gently. 

MUELLER'S RUSSIAN COLLUSION INVESTIGATION: DONE AND DUSTED.

"I write to notify you pursuant to 28 C.F.R. 8 600.9(a)(3) that Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III has concluded his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election and related matters." - William P. Barr, Attorney General. 

ICHEOKU says with those words, the nearly two years long running Russian Collusion investigation has finally come to an end. Thankfully, the needless distraction of the president and an added anxiety to the American people has now been put behind us and the country can, prayerfully, now move on from the last November 6, 2016 presidential election. 

ICHEOKU says there is nothing to really write about the development that has not been written before or was not anticipated prior, as nobody could find something which does not exist. There was no collusion nor obstruction to begin with; and this much was very clear to everyone who cared enough to have followed the last presidential election and witnessed how one candidate out campaigned and out worked the other candidate; and had a resounding message which resonated across the land and which eventually chaperoned him into the White House. Only the people who did not follow or paid close attention to the period leading up to the last November 8, 2016 presidential election, bought Into the cockamamie that was the Russian Collusion. 

An idiocy that was manufactured and fabricated in order to save face, from a Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's tag team led effort, which lost a presidential election to a rookie, New York billionaire, newbie politician, who forayed into politics for the first time ever and won the White House. It was a shock to their system and a heart rendering upstage and the Democratic Party scrambled to find an explanation for it, no matter how rancid and idiotic, as well as far fetched it was. This gave birth to the Russian Collusion nonsense that was both improbable, impracticable and impossible to pull off under a circumstance, in which the White House, a sitting president and his vice, the FBI director, the CIA director and the NSA director were all invested in a predetermined definite outcome that will usher in the first female president of the United States of America into the White House. 

A conciliatory promise made to her during the 2008 Democratic Party presidential nomination war between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton; a promise which must be kept and delivered. But suddenly, came a political neophyte named Donald John Trump, who denied and deprived them of their concert. They were livid, they were incensed and they were ashamed; and they couldn't believe nor accept the reality starring them right in their eyes that they lost the presidency to this fella and they resolved to do something about it. That was how the Russian Collusion was born. Query, how could such an opponent, then candidate Donald John Trump, a Johnnie Just Come to politics, faced against the Clinton powerful political family, backed by then President Barack Obama's White House and its Justice Department, pull off such a ruinous national security breach, colluding with the Russians, without being caught red handed in the act. The simple answer is that it never happened and it did not happen, period.

Anyway, it is good that the investigation is now concluded, so that American people can finally move on, especially those Hillary Clinton's coolaid drinking supporters, who are still strung out from losing the last November 8, 2016 presidential election. The now submitted report will seek to do just that; and hopefully, leaders of the Democratic Party will help their maniacal supporters get over their hurt feelings, pick up their pieces and move on; or better still go to work in order to try for a better luck next time, come November 2020. But as far as the last November 8, 2016 presidential election, their candidate lost fair and square, as is now conclusively evident by the finished Russian Collusion investigation which found no collusion with the Russians by President Donald John Trump.

It is also very important to understand the absolutely controlling nuggets of the report, including that no collusion nor obstruction took place, and that no additional indictment is ever coming out from and a as a result of the investigation. Needless to add that, of all the 37 indictments which resulted following the investigation, including 6 of President Donald John Trump's associates, none of them had any bearing or relationship whatsoever with the Russian Collusion. They were all process crimes, incidental or were simply happened upon by chance, during the investigation; thus begging the question, was 22 months, $25 million and the manpower spent on this investigation; as well as the eerie pall of suspense which was cast on the nation, worth it afterall? ICHEOKU says the jury is still out on this very important $64,000 question. 

ICHEOKU says the reason Donald John Trump won the last presidential election of November 8, 2016 and will also win the next presidential election of November 3rd, 2020 is the multifaceted, coalition of the convinced, that make up Team MAGA. You can call us Trumpsters if you like, but no coalition of political voters in America ever, have been this strong and united on a common purpose, as the men and women who resolutely believe in President Donald John Trump and they are inseparably bonded to him as if super glued. They are convinced in his sincerity of purpose and desire to take America to the next level  and his drive to mission accomplish this is uncompromisingly evident. In short, President Donald John Trump made believers in members of Team MAGA which he leads energetically and purposefully and in him they trust. 

Team MAGA is a conglomeration of none ideological people from different political parties, diverse backgrounds, disparate political leanings, philosophies and affiliations; including every racial makeup, as well as various religious upbringings. The coalition includes Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Indians and many other ethnicities that make up the United States of America. It also includes Christians, Jews and Gentiles, Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Pagans, Animists, Atheists and Agnostics, as well as none believers and the faithless. Heterosexuals, Bisexuals and homosexuals, as well as the confused and conflicted Asexuals, are all happy members of the Team MAGA family who profess unalloyed loyalty to leader Donald John Trump. 

ICHEOKU says if ever there is any complete representation of the American broader family in one group of people, Team MAGA is the it.  It has a very large canopy where every American finds a political fortress because the message is about America, a united America that is indivisible and prosperous; and where every America can thrive and be proudly American and where goods can once again be stamped with the four beautiful words MADE IN THE USA. So, without mincing words or sounding uppity, ICHEOKU says, not until Team MAGA's granite base is completely eviscerated, will anything happen to the presidency of President Donald John Trump. Team MAGA are REAL American people and they are solidly behind their beloved president; and will vote to reelect him with a resounding victory to a second term, come November 2020.

ICHEOKU says for example, is a registered Democrat, a blue dog Democrat for that matter, who twice contributed and donated to then President Barack Obama's two presidential  campaigns; and have always voted for Democratic presidential candidates until Donald John Trump happened on the stage, with an unflappable and infallible message that resonated throughout the American society. It was a message of hope against despair; a message of lifting up a society that was fast barreling into despondency; a message that gave Americans reason to live and thrive again; a message that revived a society that Obama literary nearly neutered; a society that were told that their best days are behind them and that they should learn to adjust to the new reality of playing a second or even third fiddle to other nations and world bodies. 

Why Obama would want to kill NASA, want to kill the awesome fearsome American military, kill African King Libyan's Moummar Gaddafi, empower Iran and be openly antagonistic to Israel, are some of the anti American actions carried out by him and which are still being studied to determine whether he was a Manchurian candidate or a mole that the American people mistakenly entrusted with their White House. Obama told Americans that they must learn to accept their new dawn as they are no longer the leader of the free world and it was such a tough pill to swallow by a nation of very proud, can-do people, who are fiercely loyal to their country and who would fight to the death to defend and protect it. 

Americans were gradually losing their sense of pride in their nation, their confidence, allure and glamor, thanks to Barack Obama's deliberate agenda to level if off, until Trump appeared on the stage to reassure Americans that they can dream big dreams again. His Make America Great Again message was both balmy and healing; a sure crowd pleaser that fulfilled a long yearned renaissance, which came at the right time and it paid him handsomely with the reward of the White House. So far, the president has kept nearly all his campaign promises and America is back, roaring and smoking hot and the man who pulled off this magic will be rewarded with another 4 years, come 2020. American people are usually appreciative of anyone who gets their back and President Donald John Trump is their true champion and a cheerleader in chief of the United States of America and an unapologetic lover of America and he is doing right by and for the country. 

Leadership is about lifting the morals and psychology of the people; and motivating them into believing in themselves and in their abilities to do great things. President Donald John Trump has thus far proved his mettle as a natural born leader and the American people have responded to their president accordingly. America is back and Americans are doing great, immeasurable things and the momentum is such that they will not like to experiment with any other person in their White House, at least not now. A matter made more pronounced because the president have achieved all these remarkable things, despite the sword of Damocles that was the Russian Collusion, dangerously dangling behind his neck and over his head. But with it now completely removed, the good days which he has brought to America can only get better, as the once distracted president will be distracted no more. His mind now freed, will be laser-focused on the work which needs to be done on behalf of the American people. 

However, only President Donald John Trump could have gone against the entire hog of Washington DC establishment swamp dwellers and won. His victory over these practiced fellows is another glaring and incontrovertible evidence that he is the now Messiah, as the hands of God is with him and chaperons him and guides his every hand and footstep. Who else amongst American politicians could have withstood the army of angry matadors which were amassed against him in the Russian Collusion investigation? They were yawning and eager to do the work which was not mission accomplished on November 8, 2016 and they were maniacal possessed with delivering on the task. But unfortunately for them, they met a bulldog of a fighter, who grew up in Queens New York and who punched his way to the very top, and was not afraid to brawl and duke it out and he fought his way to victory. 

This oped cannot conclude without mentioning some of the key players that participated in the arena of conflict that was the Russian Collusion, including Jeff Sessions, who disappointed not only the president but the entire MAGA family. By recusing himself, the former Attorney General gave the impression that there was possibly something to find, regardless of the fact that he was a foundation member of the then candidate Trump's campaign organization and as an insider, was privy to everything that transpired within and during the campaign. He had first hand knowledge that no collusion with anyone, including the Russians, took place, yet he chickened out and recused himself from asserting a supervisory role over the charade. 

A false flag that some collusion probably took place behind his back and without his knowledge. The president was miffed and rightly so justified, because it was a rude shock to him that Jeff Session of all persons, who was in the know and knew that the allegation was a farce, could speedily remove himself from the investigation, without even the decency of a recourse, to intimate the White House about his impending decision. It was rash and it was a decision not thought through properly. However, on a hindsight, his recusal aided the credibility of the investigation; because if he hadn't, the Democrats would have cried foul that the report was a product of undue influence, hence tainted and unacceptable. But his removal was good, because he had lost relevance and respect in the Justice Department and no longer commands any authority and should have  resigned on his own accord before being forced out.

The other matador worth mentioning is the president's chief lawyer Mayor Rudy Guiliani, his aggressive, in your face, tactics worked miracle; admitted that many people, including ICHEOKU, were initially skeptical about his methodology and deliberate preemptive approach to his representation. He protected the president from the wolves of the Russian Collusion investigation, especially by refusing any direct testifying and interview by and of the president, which would have entrapped him through a mix up of even a minutia of recollections. Anyway, Giuliani strategy worked and that is what is most important, to protect a client from the jackals. Kudos also to Jay Sekulow, for holding the legal forte while so many other hired lawyers came and went through a seemingly revolving door. 

ICHEOKU also gives a shout out to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for successfully supervising the investigation to its conclusion, despite the highly charged and heated atmosphere wherein he operated. Of course the arrayed warriors will not be complete without a mention of the man who was midwifed the investigation, Robert S. Mueller, the Special Counsel. He stood firm and resolute and remained taciturn throughout the investigation despite all the darts fired from the other side. Indeed, he lived truly the marine which he is. There was an assigned duty to be done and he did it. He was not perturbed and he was not moved by all the attacks and charges of being an instrument in the hands of the Deep State and he lifted every rock and turned over every leaf in search of the evidence of the collusion, but came up empty and he reported his finding or lack thereof accordingly. 

A matter made more credible because whether by accident or pure design, he saturated the Russian Collusion panel with only Trump hating, Clinton loving Democrats, and they would have found something if there was something to be found; but fortunately, nobody can ever find a mirage because they don't exist in reality. There was nothing there to be found in the first place because there was never a Russian Collusion to begin with. Imagine what the Democrats would have said had the investigating panel members not been their fellow Democratic Party members. But God intervened and on a hindsight, the decision to let only Democrats look for the evidence of the collusion paid off bigly, as none existed to be found and they came out empty handed. 

ICHEOKU was particularly impressed with Robert S. Mueller's handling of himself throughout the investigation, especially his none joining of issues with the president, despite all the attacks. He acquitted himself very well; a good testament to the training which he received as a member of the United States Marines family. As a result, were ICHEOKU to be making policies for the United States of America, will reintroduce the draft, so that every American will serve in the military for at least four years for character molding and inculcating a sense of duty. Robert S. Mueller is a marine to the core and he did his duty without question. The Marines must be proud of one of their own for holding aloft their motto, Semper Fidelis; they are Always Faithful to whatever they are called upon to do and Mueller exemplified that.

ICHEOKU says in conclusion, will reecho the president's own frequently used categorization words, there was no collusion, no obstruction and in fact it is a witch hunt; but unfortunately for them, they hunted the wrong witch, who fought back and won. It is a big lesson on how to be a leader, that you don't let minions determine your destiny and against all the odds which were stacked up disproportionately against him, he trumped them and came out of it victorious. A president who could have fired Mueller, but did not; a president who could have sacked Rod Rosenstein, but chose not to; a president who could have shut down the whole investigation and damn the consequences, but could not be perturbed, was found innocent of all the Russian Collusion arrant nonsense and deserves a hearty cheers. 

But who is rejoicing at such attempted civilian coup plot against a duly elected American president, regardless of the destination arrived as the journey is often times more far-reaching than the destination. It was a travesty and it was an abuse of power, especially by the disgraced comical James Comey who instigated the investigation by putting the process in motion. Anyway, the only relief however is that it is a good riddance to a putrid rubbish, as the needless waste of rime, resources and distraction to the president as well as anxiety to the American people is now finally rested. ICHEOKU says congratulations to President Donald John Trump for a well fought victorious battle against the Deep State; as a lot of gnashing of teeth must be going on inside the swampy Washington DC establishment coven. The victory calls for celebration and now lets go win the 2020 presidential election for the president as an icing on this cake. #MAGA!

THERE WAS NO COLLUSION WITH THE RUSSIANS: HURRAY !

ICHEOKU says although it took two plus long years to finally arrive at the exculpation, but it seems that the end was worth the wait; as no evidence of collusion nor obstruction were found by the Robert Mueller's Russian Collusion investigation. ICHEOKU says congratulations to President Donald John Trump on his victory against an apparent witch hunt; and who had maintained his innocence throughout the whole hog and is now fully justified by the finding of no collusion with the Russians. Way to go! #MAGA.

SUCCESS ADEGOR: A GREAT STORY OF PERSEVERANCE WHICH PAID OFF.

ICHEOKU says what a heart riveting story, told in characteristics that spelt a determination to succeed and her name is Success, Miss Success Adegor. It is a story about a 7 year old, third  grade school girl from Nigeria, who was sent out of school because her parents could not afford the $3 (three dollars) school levy, which she was required to pay before being taking her school test. 

She was captured on video, after being sent out of school and as she walked home,  soliloquizing and agonizing about what happened to her; bitter that she was prevented from taking her examination. She was so incensed that she was prevented from taking her test, which she had prepared so well for and was ready to ace it, that she lamented that she would have even been happier if she was flogged with a cane and allowed to take her test, rather than sent out of school just because she had not yet paid her examination levy. 

According to her, the fact that she has not yet paid the fees does not mean that she does not want or intend to pay it; only that the money is not yet available and that she will pay as soon as it becomes available. Continuing, she said that she would have even taken any amount of flogging, corporal punishment, in order to buy her time to make the payment; provided that she was allowed the opportunity to remain in school and take her test, rather than being sent home. In her own exact words, speaking in local pigeon English, she said, "I never pay, no be say I no go pay" and that her parents have not been able to come up with the money. With those words, she catapulted herself into national and now international limelight, as that little girl who wanted to be educated so much, that she was prepared to endure physical bodily pain in order to get it. 

A personification of audacity. She was bold; she was audacious; she was brave; she was courageous; she was expressive as she looked into the eyes of her interviewer and unabashedly registered her frustration. ICHEOKU says watching the viral video, one could see the fire burning in her eyes with the desire and determination to succeed. She was not ready to let a little problem, caused by her parents extreme poverty and inability to pay her $3 (three dollars) school levy stand in her way. She was prepared to make whatever sacrifice, endure whatever pain and punishment, including torture and abuse, just for an opportunity to get educated, that she could pass for a Malala Yousafzai of Nigeria. The world admires her courage and zeal to succeed and have since rallied around her to ensure that she gets the education which she wants so badly. 

What an uncommon valor; a quality not often present nor prevalent in the African continent; the reason their rulers readily abuse them and stay glued to power until death do them apart. The people are often timid, deathly afraid and so traumatized by their life experiences, that they easily cower and sheepishly follow orders, with their chins tucked in, as they are tossed around by their heartless and ruthless rulers. But not Little Miss Success, who has shown that she is not afraid and that her voice will not be taken away nor silenced by circumstances.  She was prepared to pay the price of success, to sacrifice in order to succeed. She is a living testament that in order to succeed, one must want success so badly that they are ready and prepared to make the required sacrifice, including enduring pain and suffering. 

ICHEOKU says thousands of Little Miss Success are what Nigeria, in its present state of miasma really needs; people who are not afraid to dare and who are courageous enough to state their mission statement. Such people would have since forced Nigerian leaders to do right and better for and by Nigerians, at the pain of something untoward happening if they don't. Nigeria currently lacks brave and courageous folks, the reason leaderships are always toying with everybody, as well as the overall general fate of Nigeria as one undivided country; admitted some oafs would rather call it "indivisible", a blustering arrogance, in view of the fact that anything and everything with feasible parts, can easily be divided. 

ICHEOKU says that nothing will stop Little Miss Success Adegor from succeeding. She has all it takes to succeed, the bold audacity and intelligence. She has already telegraphed her presence to the world, that she is around and that they will be hearing more of her and from her, in so many moons to come. She is an example of a person driven and definitely a statement that there is something in a name. ICHEOKU says Little Miss Success Adegor will succeed and have already succeeded, especially now that she has interacted and integrated with a pathway to success with the many scholarship offers and funds raised for her education. The little girl made ICHEOKU and the rest of other appreciative human beings, really proud. ICHEOKU loves her to the moon and back; and prays that financial hardship shall never constitute a road block to her educational endeavors. What a story; a story of a little school girl who just want to get educated.

TERROR IN NEW ZEALAND: ANOTHER WHITE MAN ENGAGES IN A MASS MURDER.

ICHEOKU says sometimes, it feels exhilarating to just abandon every political correctness and say it as it is, without minding whose ox is gored. The white man has been terrorizing the world since the beginning of time and continuing till this day; and they are very machine-precise in planning and executing their terror and catching their victims off guard, at the hour of their greatest vulnerability. It did not start today in Christchurch, nor will it end tomorrow somewhere else, because it is ingrained in their DNA and they are heartless in executing these frequently occurring planned mass murders. 

ICHEOKU says gives them some credit for their stealth and their uncanny dexterity in being able to stay under the radar during the planning stages of these gruesome acts. An enterprise which they have become so masterful with, that they shoot without missing, resulting to the high casualty numbers usually recorded in every one of their killing sprees, ranging from the low double digits to sometimes to the millions.

Slavery across the Atlantic Ocean were by the white men. Holocaust was by a white man named Adolf Hitler. Native American Indians nearly went extinct due to the white man. Australian aboriginals suffered the same fate upon their contact with the white man. New Zealand Maori natives nearly went the way of the Dinosaurs because of the white man, but for their resilience. The massacres of Srebrenica was carried out by another white man, a Serbian, named Ratko Mladic`. Ireland Londonderry's Bloody Sunday massacre was also by the white man, the British; and the list goes on and on and continuing till today. 

So, the story of the white man periodically losing his mind and going on killing rampage is nothing new, as it was true then, as it is today. Anyone in doubt should just study the statistical data of mass murders throughout the world and see which race has visited more pain and suffering on humanity, more than the white man. ICHEOKU says does not know what in their brain triggers such action, response or reaction; but whatever it is, it is getting more serious with each day passing by that the world should always remember them in prayers and ask for God's intervention for them to find other outlets of venting their anger short of wasting human lives. It would appear that they have very short fuse and easily blows their top gasket.

In recent years, there have been series of massacres and mass killings by the same white men, the usual suspect; and you wonder why these people are so easily ticked off and tripped off, such as to descend into this level of ruthless vengeance. Why do these people readily go on killing spree of fellow human beings, admitted they do not often see people who look different from them as fellow human beings; the reason they show no mercy whenever their mental dysfunction engages into high murderous gear. When their mental equilibrium goes bust, it does not matter to them who is on their firing line or within their rifle scopes, as Sandy Hook elementary school shooting showed, where little children, some as young as three years old were mercilessly massacred. 

Then think about the North Carolina church massacre where Bible studying supplicants inside a church were rounded up and murdered by Dylann Roof, another white man. That Timothy McVeigh bombed Alfred P. Murray Federal Building in Oklahoma, which killed 168 people including tens of kindergartners and children, is yet another testament of their callousness and having a cold stone heart that does not beat. In Norway, another white man, Anders Breivik, took the trouble of traveling more than 70 miles to go commit a heinous acts of mass murder and ended up killing 77 innocent people that day in Oslo, including youths in a summer camp. 

Continuing this their tale of spreading woes, some Jewish people were observing their sabbath in a Pittsburgh Pennsylvania's synagogue, when another lost cause white man, Robert Bowers, went into the synagogue to slaughter 11 of them. Should we forget that Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, Terry Nichols and Ted Kaczynski, just to mention a few, are all white men. Their never ending madness goes on and today, it was in Christchurch, New Zealand, where another tripping white man, Brenton Harrison Tarrant, added to the toll as he took his rage against two mosques and levied mayhem on  unarmed adherents who were praying to their God. At the end, he netted 49 dead and about 40 critically wounded; that you wonder how they meticulously plan and execute these mass murders without it ever leaking out or them being caught by the authorities before carrying out their criminality. 

ICHEOKU says is not attacking any particular people or race; but truth be told, why is it always white men that perpetrate these massacres? Is it that they are extremely depraved or that they have no beating heart in them that they are this heartless; especially against people who look different from them, who they consider inferior or incommoding their way of life. ICHEOKU prays that God touches these white men's cold heart of stone and put some human warmth into them, so that they will start feeling something inside of themselves to enable them do away with all these frequent lashing out on society that inflicts untold damage on the people, especially emotionally and psychologically. 

The human toll is simply getting unbearably too much and the world is on the cusp of losing its mind by this never ending repeat massacres. From Norway to America to New Zealand and you wonder where else is safe on this planet earth, where anyone seeking safety can easily run to and feel protected from all these violence. ICHEOKU says is tired of the often excuses and attempt at explaining away such depraved hearts mass killings as just an act of one man, who just lost his mind. There should be some reason for this, especially the frequency and regularity, otherwise, why are other races not similarly wasting human lives; or don't they have among themselves in their midst, people who are also mentally challenged. 

Something must definitely be wrong with a race which always seeks to avenge something by engaging in mass murders; and until this ailment is properly and correctly diagnosed, they will never stop visiting the world with intermittent heinous crime of mass murders. May the souls of the Muslims killed in the two mosques and on the street in Christchurch New Zealand now rest. What a sad day it is; a real Black Friday it is that people who just went to pray to their God inside their mosques, were ruthlessly and mercilessly summarily dispatched from this earth and permanently separated from their loved ones. It is unfortunate and it is condemnable and it should be condemned by everyone, regardless of how anyone prays to their own God. ICHEOKU hereby, unequivocally and categorically condemns the evil that wore the face of Brenton Harrison Tarrant and descended on the city. May God help his children IJN.

FIRST VETO EVER: FINISHING THE WALL.

ICHEOKU says President Donald John Trump has signed his first veto, since being sworn into office, which will help him keep his promise to the American people to build the Southern Border Wall; and protect the homeland from drugs and human traffickers and  also uncontrollable illegal immigration. ICHEOKU approves and says anything that will help the border patrol officers do their job or make their job less cumbersome, is good by ICHEOKU. 

Yes, the president's hands were forced by an uncompromising Congress, whose only real motivation is political, as they just want to deny the president a campaign promise. A matter made more pronounced because most of the members of the Congress, at one time or another in their past lives in Congress, had voted to authorize border Wall funding; leading to the question, why not do the same now? 

ICHEOKU says let us support the president finish the border Wall and make it another campaign promise made, another campaign promise kept. Good enough, as the Attorney General William Barr rightly articulated, the drug and human trafficking emergency at the Southern border, falls under the purview of the National Emergency Law, for which a national emergency can be declared and therefore the president acted within his rights under the law. ICHEOKU says build and finish the Wall. 

NO IMPEACHMENT OF TRUMP - NANCY PELOSI

ICHEOKU says suddenly it is their epiphany as they have realized that Robert Mueller has not unearthed anything on President Donald John Trump and that they have been running on empty, trying to find what does not exist nor ever existed, the no there, there. What a wild goose chase it has been, although started off with malice aforethought, people possessed by maniacal desire to avenge their lost election of November 6, 2016. 

They lost an election which was their Queen Crooked Hillary Clinton's to win and they lost their bearing and their center could no longer hold, as they threw all manners of dirt, hoping that somehow, somewhat, something will stick on the president. But unbeknownst to them, one with God is majority and the teflon don repelled them all off and came out more immaculate than when their witch hunt started. Realizing their folly, their leader has now sought to deflate the balloon of expectation of their far left crazies by acknowledging that there is no there, there; and that President Donald John Trump did not do any wrong to warrant his impeachment. 

ICHEOKU is glad that Madam Speaker has finally found her mojo and could damn the lunatic fringe of her party who are smarting for a showdown and did the sensible rational thing, publicly declare that there will be no impeachment of President Donald John Trump as there is nothing arising to high crimes and misdemeanors which the law stipulated as the only grounds to commence impeachment proceedings against a sitting United States of American president. That Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi qualified her disavowal is irrelevant as she merely had to save face in order not to sound like she capitulated. 

The fact of the matter is that everyone who followed the election of 2016 knew that President Donald John Trump won the election handily and still anyone who also cares to listen now, understands that his second term election victory is as good as assured. He has done enough to warrant and earn him a second term, regardless of all the noise from the farthest left of the left wing nut jobs of the liberal wing of the Democratic Party. American people are completely satisfied and they will vote to reelect him come 2020. ICHEOKU says thank you Madam Speaker for finally putting this distraction of an impeachment to a well deserved rest and may the country's elected legislators now go to work, together with the president, to solving American peoples problems, for which they were primarily elected. 

OPERATION VARSITY BLUES: ADMISSION SCANDAL ROCKS AMERICAN UNIVERSITIES & COLLEGES.

ICHEOKU says it is the rich kids syndrome and they must have whatever their hearts desires including placement in choice universities and colleges, regardless of their qualification. Yes indeed, rich parents go out of their way to add feathers to their bragging rights of this and that, and that their kid attended or is attending an elite school somewhere in America or Switzerland boarding schools. That they go out of their way, no matter the cost or sacrifice, to please heirs to their fortune is a fact of consequence and it  cuts across the board, in everything and practically every field in America. 

A drunken Texas rich kid once mowed down and killed three people with a brand new truck which his parents gave him for his 17th birthday and walked away a free man. The defense was the proverbial Affluenza defense that precludes him from liability because he was too spoilt to appreciate the consequences of his actions. There was also another rich kid whose mother hired a prostitute to give him blow job as his 17th birthday present and inside the family's house. Needless to add that free drugs, alcohol and sex are readily at their disposal, sometimes with the help and connivance of their parent, who aid and abet this their choices, just to be "loving" parents, who can go out of their way to show their love and affection. 

That they have access to any designer clothes and labels there is, is also a fact; as well as cars of their choice including very expensive automobiles upon turning 18 years old. Many of course have killed themselves, either by direct suicide or accidental overdose on illegal drugs. Ironically this over indulgence by these rich parents have ended up turning their rich kids into party animals who knows nothing except partying, drugs alcohol and sex; with repeat check in into rehabilitation centers, which to some, have somewhat become a revolving door of excessive indulgence. many have become so spoilt that they have turned into lazy slobs who hate schools and prefer the fast, non responsibility lane, with no accountability either. 

They also lack the disciplined mind required for academic pursuit and hardly finishes High School any longer and when they do, with very low grades; but somewhat you still find them in elite universities and colleges, leaving you wondering how did they get there in the firs place. But over the years, many of their parents have been making hefty donations to endow one chair or the other in those schools, which pass for an indirect bribes to facilitate admitting their wards in the schools. It is also on record that some professors, lecturers and deans are known to exchange bribes for grades and this conduct is somewhat pervasive within the academic environment in America universities and colleges. 

To add salt to the injury, when these privileged kids eventually saunter out of school, parading all manners of indefensible credentials, they still have multiple job offers, in the citadels of their chosen professions and career path, waiting for them, to please make a choice. It is in law, it is in insurance and it is in finance and Wall Street is populated with such rich kids, whose rich parents paved the way with gold for their comfort walk on the moon of life. Literally speaking, they were handed the proverbial golden spatula to compete with children of peasants, whose parents merely provided them with rusted iron tea spoon. 

It is life and a life, now made public with the now completed 8 year long running FBI investigation, dubbed Operation Varsity Blues, which has netted 50 cheats who were involved in the admissions scandal, masterminded by William Singer. A criminal named Singer who sang to the FBI about crimes which he masterminded and you wonder can any criminal prosecution of the culprits been any easier, admitted they will lawyer up with the best legal minds money can procure. That so many liberal Hollywood elites were fingered in the scandal is not surprising, as their acting life and life of fantastical make believe has turned everything in their eyes, as acting, including their children studying for university admission purposes. 

For them, there is a price tag for everything and these busted individuals paid hefty bribes to have their children displace children of poor people, who actually took out time and studied to gain admission into these favored schools, but were cheated of a place by this ring of fraudsters. Hopefully the law will make an example out of the 50 people indicted for the racket, including Hollywood Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman, to send a message of deep frown on their perversion. These are people who have been preaching holler than thou sanctimony to President Donald John Trump, but who have now proved themselves to be mere hypocrites, the type Jesus Christ called the Pharisees. What a shame, driven by greed and avarice. Pitifully SAD and thanks to the FBI for unmasking this criminal enterprise. 

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION 2019: ATIKU WAS THE PROBLEM, NOT RIGGING.

ICHEOKU says it is now self evident, from the just concluded governorship election, that the result recorded on February 23rd presidential election was sacrosanct and unblemished by rigging. Nigerians, faced with two horrendous choices, decided to look more fairly after   their purse and refused to empower a thief, who had stolen before and prevent him from stealing even some more, again. This was what led to the result and not that any group of people had a concert to rig the election and conspired with INEC to deprive Atiku Abubakar a supposed phantom victory or as he would like to brand it, his "mandate." 

ICHEOKU has analyzed the elections of both of February 23rd and March 9th 2019 and arrived at a conclusion that the elections were fairly and freely conducted, as any election could possibly be; and that the outcome was not gravely tainted by irregularities, and very negligible at worse. For an election, particularly one held in a "shitholey" Nigerian society, where criminals and thief and bandits kill each other just for the opportunity to loot State's resources and not that any of them truly has the interest of the people at heart, the level of violence and "rigging" was not that much as to vitiate the result. It is just that in a society of superstition, where everything must be because of a reason, if it is not village people, it is Ndi Yard, Atiku to his supporters, could not have ordinarily lost the election, but for his being "rigged" out by the other guy. 

But to these mind-numbed and pigeonholed fantastical Atiku-maniacs, it does not matter to them why anybody will be fighting tooth and nail just for the opportunity to serve or work for others, including their principal; who, like all the others, are in it for what they can grab and not that they care a hoot about the people they are supposedly meant to represent and serve. ICHEOKU says this goes both ways and ICHEOKU is not by this exonerating the other guys or trying to elevate them into a sainthood pedestal because they are equally as guilt.

But pivoting back to the gist of this opinion, the controlling issue is, if the presidential election was rigged, why was the governorship election not rigged as well? A case made stronger because the same INEC staff who conducted the former election also conducted the later election. Also, the command and control structure of the Nigerian security agencies did not devolve unto another Commander in Chief, as the same President Muhammadu Buhari who was there on February 23rd, was also there in March 9th and still continuing till this date. ICHEOKU is emphatic that there is no way possible those governors who were swept away in last Saturday's election would accept to be sacrificial offal and not also benefit from the same rigging mechanism which elected the president, had there been one. It would have been one for him and one for them; a sort of one-cap fits all; but it was not the case, as Nigerians freely elected people who they want to lead them. 

Some cases for example, stand out like sore thumb, including Kano State, Zamfara State, Oyo State and Imo State. These are States with very virulent anti PDP and outspoken APC governors, who would have not accepted defeat in their States had Buhari been rigged into office for a second term, and would have demanded and insisted that they too benefit from the rigging, as well. But they were defeated, just like Atiku Abubakar was defeated on February 23rd, and they have nothing to blackmail the president with in order  to force him to do their bid and retain their offices. This is the sole reason they have scurried away into one corner and brooding the cruel fate which their electorates dealt them; otherwise it would have been one continuing string of mayhem after another. 

ICHEOKU says apathy among voters also played a huge role in both elections, especially in last Saturday's governorship election and was a huge factor in the election results recorded. Even some friends on Facebook were proudly stating that they burnt their PVC following their disappointment with the presidential election and spent their time doing some other things, rather than "wasting" it queuing up to vote, since their votes will not count anyway. Such cynic attitude was replicated throughout the country, resulting in a fewer turnout than was recorded in the presidential election, which also suffered a low voters turnout as well.

A case in point is Lagos State where registered voters who collected their PVC were 5.2 million people, but only less than one million, 945,586, cared enough to vote in the governorship election. APC's Sanwo-Olu defeated his closest rival, PDP's Jimi Agbaje, by 739,445 to Agbaje's 206,141 votes; speaking of a State that turned out more voters during the presidential election but were disillusioned by the its outcome. Also, the tribal hoopla which erupted in the State, leading up to the last governorship election, did not help the turnout either as it forced so many people to forgo voting. So, in Lagos State, 4.26 million registered voters did not or rather refused to vote in the governorship election, speaking of voters' apathy. 

ICHEOKU says therefore, the naysayers, should instead of brooding and pouring out their lamentations of Sodom, learn to give Nigerian voters some credit for being discerning voters, who vote with their head and not robotically with their hearts. They are not a programmed, down the ballot voters, who vote along party lines, regardless of the nincompoop fielded by the party. They vote because they care to put the best there is available into offices, regardless of heavily propagandized campaign of calumny. They choose wisely and they choose to vote for acceptable situations, the reason they rejected Atiku Abubakar, who was irredeemably damaged going into the presidential election as a heavily soiled and irreparably flawed candidate, who no right thinking person in their right frame of mind would have accepted as a good alternative to what is. President Muhammadu Buhari might not be the best candidate, but juxtaposed against and alongside a horrendous and horrible pilferer of State, his beatification was as good as morphed into an automatic sainthood. 

ICHEOKU says the PDP screwed up everything at the Port Harcourt bizarre bazaar of a convention when they auctioned off their presidential ticket to a thief, a shady character, who is yet to convince the entire world that he made his money legally and did not help himself to Nigeria's pot of gold. Just ask yourself, who, if they were innocent of all the accusations, would not have sued Olusegun Obasanjo for slander and defamation for not only mouthing it off the accusations, but also publishing same in his book, MY WATCH?  But not Atiku Abubakar and you wonder if he is a victim of a guilty mind; which incommoded him and rendered him incapacitated; thinking that merely entering America under a subterfuge of a Senior Special Assistant to the Senate President is enough to wash him off the accusation. 

Good enough, some Nigerians still have conscience and they registered their revulsion by holding their noses and voting to retain Buhari, instead of signing on to banditry and brigandage of such a magnitude as Atiku perpetrated. If the elections were rigged, why would Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu agree for his stranglehold of the Southwest to be diluted by losing Oyo State? If elections were rigged, why would Rochas Okorocha accept defeat in his nearly privatized Imo State? If the elections were rigged, why would GondujeDollars allow his butt to be kicked and vulnerable to the incoming government x-ray? Then speak of Zamafara State, a cousin of Katsina State, which elected an APGA candidate; and APGA is an Igbo party or is somewhat identified as such? 

Anyway, what is done is done and the Election 2019 is as good as now concluded. Nigerians must move on now to pursue other things that put food on their tables as well as clothes on their backs. Hopefully, the shameless Atiku would read the handwriting on the Wall that Nigerians want to have the election behind them in their rearview mirrors; and also go find something else to do himself, including taking another wife to augment his harem, if that is what pleases him. He must therefore, help Nigerians make this transition by withdrawing whatever case he has filed in the court regarding the lost election, which the hell must first freeze over before he can win. The required threshold is somewhat insurmountable for him to meet, as he is required to prove not only that the election was rigged, but also that it was such that the outcome would have been different but for the rigging. Four million votes differential is not ordinary and it will be difficult to discountenance the huge numbers as being products of rigging.

Overall, the Election 2019 was fair and free enough, compared to those of past years conducted by the Ota Deity and the crooked and corrupt polygamist, now Nigerian Presidential Reject extraordinaire; a duo who never allowed any opposition to thrive during their despotic 8 years of infamy in office. A duo who practically corrupted everything they touched their hands on and who introduced Ghana Must Go bags into the National Assembly and also the proverbial banana peels, that saw legislative leadership changed like underwear at their whims and caprices.  

ICHEOKU says congratulations to INEC and President Muhammadu Buhari for conducting Election 2019 which, under every  circumstances, met every international standards, the few snafus not withstanding. It is a learning process and hopefully the noticed curve of few irregularities will be straightened out come 2023, provided the team is allowed to stay together and continue to thinker and fine tune obvious shortfalls. Now, let the governing begin and begin with sense of urgency and purpose. Congratulations to every other winners and to the losers, another election comes around in four years, 2023 will soon be here before you know it. So start now to prepare.
